This research was conducted to determine the improvement of students’ learning outcomes in using problem based learning model tazkirah islamic education at class VII- SMP N 2 Padangsidimpuan 2017/2018 and also to determine the improvement of students activeness in using tadzkirah model problem-based. This research found that the improvement of students’ outcomes (cognitive) after implementing learning of tadzkirah model problem-based in learning islamic education was increased, which is the first score of the students was 68 and the last increses become 81.83. Moreover The increasing of students’ activeness and student’s attitude was also good, which is in the beginning condition, students was average categorize but in the last cycle, it increased become good categorize

Humans is one of the best part for discussing in Philosophical. The existence of human can not be dissevered from the beginning and the end of creation of the universe. Based on the statement above, there was a problem that must be answered, i.e , how do the philoshopers and muslims think of the origin of life, human and the end of the universe? According to Thales (625-545 SM) the Universe is derivation from th water and it’s returned to the water. Anaxagoras (± 499 – 420 SM) thinked that the creation of the cosmos is caused by atoms, Anaimenes has said that the creation of the universe is derivation from air by processing of condentation and rarefaction. In holy Qur’an Al-Anbiya/21, verse 30 told that the universe is the one entity that unity . “ Have not those who disbelieve known that the heavens and the earth were joined together as one united piece, then We parted them? And We have made from water every living thing. Will they not then believe? (QS. Al-Anbiya’/21 : 30)”. Based on those, there was a similarity view between the holy Qur’an and the argument of the philosophers about the process of the occurence of Universe and also the relationship between the water and the air. In the islamic view, the universe has a beginning, so, the universe must has beginning and ending ( eschalogy). Evidently now the philosophers have justified that the end of the universe will come true. The Methode of collecting the data of this research used Library Research , and also using qualitative approach. There are similar or different views about the occurance of the universe, its contents, and also its destruction.

Supreme Court Circular (SEMA) number 3 in 2014 concerns about inspection of case voluntary of marriage confirmation, it’s a solution for the problems that occur in all districts /cities in Indonesia related to Population Administration which is a mandate of Law Number 23 of 2006 and Presidential Regulation Number 25 of 2008, the circular letter is still a reference for Religious Courts in Indonesia to determine marriages that are not registered by the Office of Religious Affairs. In substantially, SEMA can reveal the problems that’s the individual rights of the Indonesian people about attendance, protection and recognition of the determination of the legal status of a person, but on the other hand SEMA has implications for the existence of Law Number 1 of 1974 which still has a rule and reference in implementation of marriage in Indonesia. The Circular Letter of Supreme Court (SEMA) is basically a technical guideline or implementation manual that must be submit to the principles of Lex Specialis Derogat Legi Generalis. So that it cannot be contradicted with the Law, moreover it can weaken the implementation of the law.

OCB is formally defined as behavior above and beyond of the role that is described formally with the role of organizational, natural freedom, and it is not rewarded directly or explicitly in the context of the structure of the formal recognition of the organization, and it is importance for the effectiveness of implementation and critical success of an organization. OCB is also importance for the provision of students’ business and career business who is similar with the successfull of the organization in the future, the scale which is students engage in these behaviors , it will be investigated directly in academic determination. Involvement of students with OCB will provide benefits that can be shown in a future career of students’ succesfull. This is the responsibility of lecturers in business field to inform students about the important of OCB and instruct them in using their applications. Students who do OCB should be encouraged by educators to purify and further develop their skills

Communication between people is one of the communication techniques that is always used by everyone. With the process of interpersona communication expected the behavior of a person can change according to what the communicator wants.Islamic boarding school is one of the Islamic education institutions which has the aim of preparing the ummah cadre who has a noble character. And one of the characteristics is having good behavior.The purpose of this study was to determine the pattern of communication between persona which was determined by the leadership of the boarding school (Kyai) of the pesantren and from the communication pattern towards the behavior of students.The method used in this study is analytical descriptive. The sample of this study was taken as much as 10% of the study population totaling 250 people who were students who lived in the Al-Hikmah Way Halim cottage in Kedaton sub-district, Bandar Lampung city.Data collection techniques conducted by the author are literature studies, field studies, interviews, documentation, and observation. While the data analysis used is qualitative analysis techniques. From the results of the study showed that communication between the persona of the head of the cottage (kyai) of the Al-Hikmah Islamic Boarding School Way Halim Bandar Lampung had a positive effect on the behavior of students. This can be seen from changes in behavior that occurs in students after attending education at the boarding school, increasing discipline, worship and interaction patterns of students in the boarding school.

The obligation to provide for it is the duty of a husband, but the husband's obligation in reality now borne also by a wife when the husband is not able to provide for the family. A wife chose the path to become migrant workers, which is considered to be able to solve problems of economic problems in the family when the limitations of a husband in meeting the needs of the household. Wife be a shift in the role of migrant workers here between husband and wife as seen from the conditional functional and very clear as happened in East Lampung district, when the wife as the family breadwinner what factors are background wife doing it, and how it impacts the survival household when the wife as the family breadwinner and how Islamic legal review of the wife who become migrant workers. This research is a field research or field research, the research done in the East Lampung Regency. The method used in this research is a case study. Resourch collection techniques in this study is the interviews with informants government officials, religious leaders, members of the families of migrant workers to know the number of migrant workers and the maids how the maid’s family life is family life, including the factors wife become migrant workers. Literature study conducted by studying books and books that relate to a living and about migrant workers to know the problems studied. This study is a descriptive analysis, problem-solving process by describing the problem through the collection of the preparation, analysis, and then described the results of the study showed that there are two factors behind the wife as the family breadwinner to become migrant workers, namely the impact of positive and negative impacts. The positive impact is the requirement for the fulfillment of family life education of children, the fulfillment of decent shelter and also finiset affairs of debts, while the negative impact that a child has a poor attitude, the husband is not responsible for the misuse of remittances and improper management

The spread of false news (hoax) is currently widespread in various media. Both print and online media, starting from the spread of someone through broadcast messages, print media, online media, and other mass media. Sadly, most of the people easily believe in the existence of false news (hoax) without finding out the real truth. Hoax news is fake news that is being falsified or reversed from the real reality. This study aims to determine the strategy applied by Religious teachers to the students, to determine the effectiveness of the strategies used in the development of character and to explore the constraints faced by the Islamic religious teachers in the implementation of the strategy in Senior High School state (SMAN) I of Sekampung. This study included a qualitative descriptive study. Research data collection is done by observation and interview techniques, while the authors analysis using qualitative descriptive analysis techniques, namely in the form of data written or verbal behavior of people and observed that in this case the author seeks to undertake research which illustrates the overall nature of the real situation. Results of research showed that the strategies that teachers of religion in instilling religious values to students in the form of all efforts related to the development of character. It was done inside and outside the classroom with various kinds of strategies and methods that are considered effective for the students' moral development. Moreover, for the obstacles encountered an obstacle of internal and external factors, especially infrastructure is inadequate for optimal learning process

Attitude is the soul from Islamic education, For the purpose of Islamic education is to educate people that having a generous attitude. Attitude is established through formal education in the learning process. So that a teacher is expected to deliver it to be maximized in any learning. The results showed that the technique prasurvei motivation and methods of learning had taken but there is an obligation on bad students.Through technical innovation is given by a tutor and methods of learning attitude optimally expected students could be achieved in full. Thus the purpose of learning for good. The study aimed to identify the technique teacher motivation for students, attitude the learning methods he continued to influence on this fact attitude as well as teacher motivation techniques and methods of learning attitude. Including the design of this research. quantitative research using multiple. the regression equation is linearPopulation in this study were those coming Madrasah Tsanawiyah Ma’arif Roudlotut Tholibin Purwosari south metro With the number of 136. The sampling technique uses proportional strataied sampling technique. With a sample of 29 students. Data collection in the study using questionnaire and documentation instruments. Based on the results of the data analysis, it was found that there was a significant influence of the teacher's motivation technique on student morals by 80.7% with a linear regression equation Y = 7,866+0,957 X1, the influence of learning methods on student morals is 71.1% with linear regression equations Ŷ= 5,861 + 0,958 X2, and the joint influence between motivation techniques and learning methods on student morals is 79.7% with linear regression equations Ŷ= 6,059 + 0,804(X1)+ 0,179(X2). This means that students will be better to minimize the moral motivation techniques conducted by teachers through the learning process carried out very good, so are. learning methods Moral students would be better off if the learning methods he continued. implemented and properly applied
