Abstract

Abstract: School principle is a higher leader in a school. The program of its school and the  successful will be determined by his/her ability in planning, organizing, applying, controlling, and evaluating all arranged program before. It also needs the ability to influence and to mobile others to achieve educational goals freely and voluntary. Furthermore, the school principal is also an educational leader who determine to make decision, to motivate teachers, to give examples, to supervise and provide the teachers’ works. Thus, a school principle must undertstand the management. Management activity of a school principle involves five things; they are planning, organizing, commanding, coordinating, and controlling.Keywords: Implementation, management, school principal, and Islamic education.Abstrak: Kepala sekolah adalah pimpinan tertinggi pada organisasi sekolah bersangkutan. Karena itu program lembaga dan keberhasilannya akan ditentukan kemampuan kepala sekolah dalam merencanakan, mengorganisir, mengaplikasikan, mengontrol dan mengevaluasi semua program yang telah dibuat sebelumnya, kemampuan untuk mempengaruhi dan menggerakkan orang lain untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan secara bebas dan sukarela. Kepala sekolah sebagai seorang pemimpin pendidikan sangat menentukan bagi keberhasilan suatu pengambilan keputusan, memotivasi guru-guru, menampilkan keteladanan, mengawasi dan memberikan penilaian hasil kerja karyawan. Dengan demikian, seorang kepala yang dalam hal ini pemimpin sekolah sangat dituntut untuk memiliki pengetahuan tentang manajemen. Aktivitas manajemen kepala sekolah ini meliputi serangkaian aspek. Aspek-aspek tersebut  meliputi lima tahapan manajemen yaitu: (1) planning (perencanaan), (2) organizing (pengorganisasian), (3) command (memimpin), coordination (pengkordinasian), dan (5) controlling (pengawasan).Kata kunci: Implementasi, Manajemen, Kepala Sekolah, Pendidikan Islam

Abstract

The background of this research is the existence of the symbolic domain, related between the teacher and the student.  The symbolic violence that occurs is not expelled from the dynamics of education in Indonesia.  This case is encouraged by the domination’s role, capital, domain, habitus which owned by an educator. Furthermore, the form of symbolic violence works through the mechanism of aufernisasi and sensorisasi, and it happened in the relation of the teacher and student. The symbolic violence is not something easy to be known, because it is running by the symbols of the discourse which the student areas the hegemony object, that is dominated by the produced meaning, based the domain of the subject, who has the domination. This research is a discourse analysis study, and the data is compelled by the verbal communication through the observation, the note, and the record.  The result of this research is found that in the learning process, the student is headed in a single space and imposed to obey the rules of the educator.  indeed, this relation is normal case, however, in this situation, the awareness is necessary for that it potentially become the symbolic violence.

Abstract

Hate Speech  has recently become a warm conversation, not only in the media, but has begun to be discussed in scientific forums as a result of the many characters who are ensnared by hate speech due to making uploads in Social Media that is considered insulting to other people or state institutions by making a statement containing elements of hate speech in accordance with the criminal threat in Article 28 paragraph 2 of Law number 19 of 2016 amendment to law number 11 of 2008. Long before the law talks about hate speech, Islam through the Qur'an speaks a lot about how God denounces the actions of people who insult, berate, speak ill of others and make hoaxes, and Allah threatens sin for those who do it . Even in the history of Islam through the Prophet Muhammad had given a caning to people who make hoaxes, and the sentence in the Islamic criminal law is called Ta'zir, thus Islam is very careful and highly respects the human rights of a person including in protecting the soul and someone's honor

Abstract

National education aims at realizing the Indonesian people who is faithful and devoted. Achievement of these objectives need to be supported by the pattern of implementation of learning in integrative educational institutions. The integrated learning model is the model of lerning to combine several sub-subjects with another sub-subjects in a subject; or even between subjects. Expansion of the responsibility of coaching faith and taqwa who had been on religious teachers, and now should be for all teachers and other school components. This responsibility does not mean that the non-religion teachers teach faith and taqwa in the subject of their teaching, but they should support their learning to the value of that values, next to the substance of their subjects. This step is based on the principle that every subject must contain three elements integratedly, they are their subject of teaching, scientific and value. So, the teaching must have values that support the learning of characters (character / moral).

Abstract

ملخصإن صلاحية القرآن الكريم كمصدر رئيسي للإسلام لا يحدّها زمان و لا مكان. و تلك الصلاحية تعطي مجالا لتطوير المناهج و الطرق لفهم معاني القرآن الكريم. و هذا البحث يهدف إلى دراسة علم الدلالة الذي يمكن أن نعتبره من أحد المناهج الجديدة لفهم معاني القرآن الكريم. و باستخدام طريقة تحليل المفهوم ، تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن طبيعة المنهج الدلالي من خلال دراسة المكتبة. و نتيجة هذا البحث تدلّ على أنّ المنهج الدلالي تعتبر من أحد المناهج التي تركّز على تحليل المعنى المتعلقة بالمعنى الأساسي و المعنى السياقي الذي يظهر عن طريقة "سنكرونيك" و "دياكرونيك".الكلمات الرئيسية: علم الدلالة ، دراسة القرآن ، الدراسات الإسلاميةAbstrakSebagai sumber utama ajaran Islam, Alqur’an dituntut untuk selalu menampilkan relevansinya tanpa mengenal batasan ruang dan waktu. Tuntutan relevansi tersebut memberikan ruang bagi berkembangnya metode dan pendekatan dalam rangka memahami pokok kandungan Alqur’an. Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mengkaji seluk beluk pendekatan semantik sebagai salah satu pendekatan yang relatif baru dalam diskursus kajian Alqur’an. Dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode analisis isi, penelitian ini berusaha mengungkapkan hakikat pendekatan semantik melalui penelaahan literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan semantik merupakan suatu pendekatan dalam pengkajian Alqur’an yang memfokuskan pada analisis makna yang berkaitan dengan makna dasar dan makna relasional yang ditemukan dengan metode sinkronik dan diakronik.

Abstract

Kertas ini mengkaji kefahaman tentang sastera Islam, gagasan dan falsafah kesusasteraan yang dibentuknya. Ia menyorot sejarah kemunculannya di rantau ini dan aliran perkembangannya di abad baru serta tokoh yang memperjuangkannya. Usaha mengenengah dan memperkasa sastera Islam telah dipelopori dengan penghasilan karya-karya sastera yang monumental yang berhasil mengetengahkan pemikiran sastera melayu dan kekuatan Islam yang mencorakkan perspektifnya. Kertas ini turut membahas isu dan tema yang bersangkutan seperti wacana sastera transendental, inklusivisme dan sebagainya.

Abstract

Language is a very interesting object to talk about. Until now experts have never finished talking about it. In the context of language, students are expected to be able to understand the meaning of ideas (ideational functions), namely the function of language to express or construct ideas or information that they hear. West Aceh High School 1 is one of the Upper Middle School in West Aceh Regency which in the process of teaching and learning activities also provides one subject of local content, namely Arabic. Based on the results of the study realized by the existence of several significant things in realizing the implementation of learning that leads to the effectiveness of learning to improve the quality of learning. Planning and implementation of Curriculum 2013-based Arabic language learning at SMAN 1 West Aceh contributes discourse and achievements in moving to school autonomy in following the development of globalization that is increasingly evident. The first step in the form of planning and implementing Arabic learning in this school is that with the positioning of Arabic language subjects in the curriculum as a curricular goal in Arabic learning programs. Hierarchically, these Arabic subjects include local content subjects that must be accepted by West Aceh 1 High School students. So that the standard of Arabic Language competency is determined by the school based on its needs by not denying the content standards according to the applicable National Education Standards. The effectiveness includes processes and results. With regard to effectiveness in this process the school has been quite good in fulfilling the 2013 curriculum standards applied in learning Arabic in SMAN 1 Aceh Barat

Abstract

The implementation of the Tsanawiyah Islamic Boarding School Curriculum in improving quality at the Al-Kautsar Al-Akbar Islamic Boarding School in Medan aims to find out the structure of the Islamic boarding school curriculum and its implementation in the madrasa. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method, which is to explore data related to the implementation of the pesantren curriculum in the learning process at Madrasah Tsanawiyah and describe the data according to the focus of the study to clarify the purpose of the research. The problem discussed in this paper is how the pesantren curriculum and its implementation in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Kautsar Al-Akbar Medan Islamic School. The results found that structurally the Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Kautsar Al-Akbar Medan implemented two curricula, the pesantren education curriculum and the ministry of religion curriculum. The pesantren education curriculum is divided into two curricula. The first is not related to Arabic grammar such as the Qur'an, Hadith, and Morals, this is called the pesantren curriculum. Whereas subjects such as nahwu and sharaf are included in the Arabic curriculum. In implementing the pesantren education curriculum it is not much different from the curriculum of the Ministry of religion. Those who teach the pesantren education curriculum are competent teachers who have special qualifications in the field of religion and all the teachers are pesantren alumni. The method used in learning boarding school education material is to use bandongan and sorogan methods which are carried out classically. The evaluation method used is evaluation with written and practical examinations

Abstract

Abstract: This paper aims to explain the Indonesian government intervention in setting the price of fuel in terms of market mechanisms Islam. In a market system adopted Islam is a free market system. Price left to the forces of demand and supply. The government is not allowed to intervene in the price of a normal state. The government is only justified in case of emergency. The intervention price in Indonesia aims to kemaslahan people not overly burdened with the cost of fuel when oil shot up.Keyword: BBM, tas’ir al-jabari, mekanisme pasar. Abstrak: Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan intervensi pemerintah Indonesia dalam menetapkan harga bahan bakar dalam hal mekanisme pasar Islam. Dalam sistem pasar mengadopsi Islam adalah sistem pasar bebas. Harga diserahkan kepada kekuatan permintaan dan penawaran. pemerintah tidak diperbolehkan untuk campur tangan dalam harga keadaan normal. pemerintah hanya dibenarkan dalam keadaan darurat. Harga intervensi di Indonesia bertujuan untuk kemaslahatan orang tidak terlalu dibebani dengan biaya bahan bakar saat minyak melonjak.Kata Kunci: BBM, tas’ir al-jabari, market mechanism.

Abstract

This article describes the development of entrepreneurship-based curricula in schools / madrasas. From the problems that are occurring in the form of an economic crisis and unemployment then requires the world of education to be a problem solver as an institution where the nation's generation is printed. In education there is a curriculum which is a guideline that not only formulates a goal to be achieved but also gives a lantern to clarify the direction of an educational process, thereafter an entrepreneurship based curriculum was developed. This curriculum is a concept of education aimed at creating cadres who will bring social change in community life and can find out what is needed by the community in developing their economy. The development of entrepreneurship based curricula is a challenge in facing the economic crisis as well as an opportunity to create young people not only ready to become laborers but able to open jobs.
