Abstract

The problem of corruption has always been a public discussion, not only because of its consequences. But also because the perpetrators of corruption that they caught were from political parties. And it tends to be after they go through the criminal period, re-enter the area of policy holders or authority through political channels again. Additional criminal imposition of revocation of political rights for the corutor is stated in the Decision of the Supreme Court Number: 537k / Pid.Sus / 2014, and Number 1195K / Pid.Sus / 2014. The application is not limited to the period as stipulated in article 38 of the Criminal Code. Revocation of political rights on the one hand is considered contrary to human rights, but revocation of political rights becomes an important punishment imposed, considering that the perpetrators of corruption do not come from political parties. The application of criminal acts is a means of reason to prevent criminal acts. Revocation of political rights which is still debated can have an impact on its implementation. Therefore, in its implementation, of course requires a Law Enforcement Officer who has a step of thinking and progressive steps. Penal punishment is the authority of the Judge. Judges in imposing crimes should rely on the principle of substantive justice and are intended to provide protection to society (social deffence)

Abstract

Abstract: Israilliat existence in the interpretation of the Koran is a reality that can not be denied either since tadwin period and until now. The majority of history Israilliat raised by Jews and Christians are not known for certain purpose periwayatannya, whether Islamic or otherwise support the existence. Therefore this Israilliat history certainly noteworthy presence by doing research on Israilliat narration.Keywords  : Israiliat, Tafsir, Al-Qur?an. Abstrak : Israilliat keberadaan dalam penafsiran al-Qur'an adalah realitas yang tidak bisa dipungkiri baik sejak periode tadwin dan sampai sekarang. Sebagian sejarah Israiliyat yang diajukan oleh orang-orang Yahudi dan Kristen tidak dikenal untuk periwayatan tujuan tertentu, apakah Islam atau mendukung keberadaan. Oleh karena itu sejarah Israilliat ini tentu penting kehadiran dengan melakukan penelitian tentang Israilliat narasi.Kata Kunci : Israiliat, Tafsir, Al-Qur?an.

Abstract

ملخص تنطلق هذه الدراسة من المشكلات التي تظهر فيما يتعلق بتنفيذ منهج 2013 للمواد الدراسية ، وخاصة في التربية الدينية الإسلامية بالمدرسة الإبتدائية الحكومية المحمدية ، فاكم، والتي لم تتم تطلبقها كما هو المتوقع . وأما الأغراض من هذه الدراسة (1) لمعرفة كيفية تنفيذ منهج 2013 في مواد التربية الدينية الإسلامية ، (2) لمعرفة العوامل الداعمة والمثبطة لتنفيذ منهج 2013 في مدرسة الإبتدئية المحمدية فاكم .  طريقة البحث من هذا البحث هي المقابلة غير منظمة ومراقبة المباشرة . النتائج من هذه الدراسة هي أن المدرسة الابتدائية المحمدية فاكم نفذت منهج 2013 في التربية الإسلامية ، خاصة في عملية التعلم ، لكن التقدير  مايزال بإستخدام تقدير المناهج المدرسية. ويرجع ذلك من النقوص الوضوح فيما يتعلق بالأدوات أو التطبيقات المستخدمة في تقدير المناهج الدراسية لعام 2013. والعوامل الداعمة لتنفيذ منهاج 2013 في التربية الإسلامية هي المصدر البشرية الكافية ، ووجود معلمين من الشباب والحيوية. العامل المثبط هو عدم توفر الإمكانية والبنية التي تدعم عملية التعلم ، وكذلك عدم وجود منهج 2013 في تقدير التربية الإسلامية . الاستنتاج من هذه الدراسة هو أن تنفيذ منهج 2013 في التربية الإسلامية قد تم تنفيذه في عملية التعلم بالمدرسة الابتدائية المحمدية فاكم ، في حينئذ أن تقدير الدرس مايزال بإستخدام المناهج المدرسية. وهذا لا ينفصل عن العوامل الداعمة والمثبطة التي تصاحب ذلك.الكلمات المفتاحية: التنفيذ ، التربية الإسلامية ، المناهج AbstrakPenelitian ini berangkat dari permasalahan yang muncul terkait dengan implementasi kurikulum 2013 mata pelajaran, khususnya Pendidikan Agama Islam di SDN Muhammadiyah Pakem, yang maksimal belum seperti yang diharapkan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) untuk dapat mengetahui bagaimana implementasi kurikulum 2013 pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam, (2) untuk mengetahui faktor pendukung dan penghambat implementasi kurikulum 2013 di Sekolah Dasar Muhammadiyah Pakem . Metode penelitian ini adalah dengan wawancara tidak terstruktur dan observasi langsung. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Sekolah Dasar Muhammadiyah Pakem telah menerapkan kurikulum 2013 dalam Pendidikan Islam terutama dalam proses pembelajaran, tetapi penilaiannya masih menggunakan penilaian kurikulum berbasis sekolah. Ini karena kurangnya kejelasan terkait dengan perangkat atau aplikasi yang digunakan untuk penilaian kurikulum 2013. Faktor pendukung untuk implementasi kurikulum 2013 dalam Pendidikan Islam adalah adanya sumber daya manusia yang memadai, keberadaan guru yang sebagian besar masih muda dan energik. Faktor penghambatnya adalah kurangnya ketersediaan fasilitas dan infrastruktur yang mendukung proses pembelajaran, serta tidak adanya kurikulum 2013 dalam aplikasi penilaian Pendidikan Islam. Kesimpulannya adalah bahwa implementasi kurikulum 2013 dalam Pendidikan Islam telah dilaksanakan di Sekolah Dasar Muhammadiyah Pakem dalam proses pembelajaran, sementara penilaiannya masih menggunakan penilaian kurikulum berbasis sekolah. Ini tidak terlepas dari faktor pendukung dan penghambat yang menyertainya.

Abstract

This study aims to see the extent of the influence of mathematics in everyday life, one of which is the calculation of inheritance through problem-based learning. This research was conducted at the Al-Azhar Islamic Boarding School in Al-Azhar Islamic Boarding School in Tahalak, Batang Angkola District. This type of research is quasi-experimental research. The population in this study were all students of class XI MA Al-Azhar Islamic Boarding School in Biibadillah Tahalak Batang Angkola District. While the sample taken was class XI2 as many as 20 people as well as the experimental class and class XI1 as many as 20 people as well as the control class. Sampling is done through the pupose sampling technique. The research instrument used was a test of students' mathematical abilities in the calculation of inheritance. Statistical hypothesis testing in this study used the t test. Improving students' mathematical abilities in inheritance calculations that obtain problem-based learning is higher than students who use ordinary learning. The increase in students' mathematical abilities in the experimental class inheritance calculation was 71.6 with the highest score of 90 and the lowest value of 48 with a standard deviation of 10.57 while the ordinary learning class was 66 with the highest value of 80 and the lowest 54 and the standard deviation of 8.485. From the results of the posttest test, it can be seen the influence of mathematics on inheritance calculations through a problem-based learning model with the calculation of Fcount = 0.111 with a level of α = 0.05 and dk = 20 - 2 = 18 obtained by Ftable = 0.048. Thus obtained Fcount Ftable or 0.111 0.048, so Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. To see the response of students from the results of student observations obtained tcount = 1.85 and at the level of α = 0.05 and dk = 20 + 20 - 2 = 38 obtained t table = 1.54. Thus it is obtained that tcount t table or 1.85 1.54, so Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted.

Fundraising is one of the main forms of funding sources for education expenses. Through fundraising, these educational institutions and community organizations will be helped in implementing the organization's vision and mission. Fundraising activity is to raise funds from the private sector and the community, especially for educational purposes. Abstract

This study aims to describe the waste management at UIN North Sumatra Campus. This research is a qualitative research. Data collected by observation and interview. Several strategies were carried out in this research, namely the sensitization of awareness through campaigns, training and action by forming forums and movements. The results of this study were analyzed with approach 3 (three approaches); Islamic Theology of Waste Management; Moral and Character Education Approach in Waste Management and Social Approach to Waste Management. By a theological approach, waste management should be approached with the belief that paying attention to waste must be based on the belief that it is all at the command of God and His apostles. The character approach implies that caring for this, is a good character and integral to his theological beliefs. The social approach gives awareness to the attitude that waste is not something that is simply ignored but must be a concern and be carried out with integrated cooperation

Abstract

Spiritual education is an education to teach the spiritual aspect human to improve their relationship with Allah through the worship and humble and obedient to Him and submit to His manhaj. The spiritual aspect is the soft elements with the existence as the main requirement for the biological processes associated with consciousness, the mind and the will; encompassing the soul, mind, heart, and lust. Spiritual education is done through Dzikrullah, Prayer, Fasting, Tazkiyah, Muraqabah, and Ridha.

Abstract

ملحصوجود القرية في المدينة بمحافظة جوغجاكرتا لا يخلو من تأثير القصر، ولذلك، أكثر الخصائص الموجودة من مجتمعها يتمسكو قويا على إعتقاد محلي على الشكل الرئيسي القيمة والقنون المشتقة من ثقافة جوى. من ناحية أخرى، نجد في نصوص كثيرة أن  نشرالإسلام وتنميته  بمحافظة جوغجاكرتا لا يخلو من تأثير القصر أن طريق الدعوة التي يقوم بها الشيخ الحاج أحمد دحلان. وهتان طائفتان مجتمع المسلم واهل إعتقاد محلي يعتبران طائفتان متعارضتان . السؤال الذي يطرح من هذه المشكلة هو: هل تستطيع هتان طائفتان المتعارضتان تتعاملان معا في بيئة واحدة ؟ كيف تصنعان علاقتة حارة مع وجود إختلاف كثير فيما بينهم ؟ المقصود من هذه الكتابة على ضوء المعاملة الرموزية والتركبية الوظفية هو تصوير إجراء المعاملة المباشرة وإصدار نظام المجتمع المنظم وعلاقة حارة. التوسط والتسامح من عدة فعالية المجتمع التي تظهر من ذلك إجراء المعاملة المباشرة. من حيث سوسيولوجي الأقسام السابقة  تعد من رأس المال الإجتمع هو أساس تنمية الإقتصاد لكل طائفة كما درسناها كثيرا في ضوء الإستفادة.  بل أكثر من ذلك هو وسيلة لإحضار المقاومة الإجتماعية .مفاتح الكلمة: الإسلام، إعتقد محلي، رأس المال الإجتمع ، القرية في المدينة.AbstrakKeberadaan kampung kota di Yogyakarta tidak bisa dilepaskan dari pengaruh keraton, sehingga karakteristik masyarakatnya yang dominan adalah mereka masih memegang kuat kepercayaan lokal utamanya nilai dan norma yang bersumber dari budaya Jawa. Di sisi lain, banyak literatur yang menyebutkan bahwa pertumbuhan Islam di Yogyakarta juga tidak bisa dilepaskan dari pengaruh keraton melalui peran dakwah KH Ahmad Dahlan. Kedua kelompok ini, yakni Islam dan tradisi lokal seringkali dianggap sebagai dua kutub yang saling berlawanan. Pertanyaan yang sering muncul adalah dapatkah dua kelompok yang berbeda ini berelasi bersama dalam satu komunitas? Bagaimana mereka dapat membangun suatu hubungan yang harmonis dalam perbedaan identitas? Melalui perspektif interaksionisme simbolik dan struktural fungsional artikel ini bermaksud untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana proses interaksi berlangsung dan memunculkan system sosial yang tertib dan harmonis. Keterbukaan, toleransi, saling mengakui, adalah beberapa tindakan sosial yang muncul dari proses interaksi tersebut. Komponen-komponen ini secara sosiologis dapat dikategorisasikan sebagai bagian dari modal sosial, suatu modal yang tidak hanya dapat menjadi basis pengembangan ekonomi komunitas seperti yang banyak dipelajari dalam perspektif pemberdayaan, namun lebih dari itu dapat menjadi sarana untuk mewujudkan ketahanan sosial.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the implementation of the sociodrama method applied by religious subject teachers to students at Al-Azhar Kindergarten Syifa Budi Pekanbaru. This research is a descriptive qualitative study, in data collection this research was carried out by observation and interview techniques. While in the analysis the author uses qualitative descriptive analysis techniques, namely in the form of written or oral data from the teacher and the school conditions observed so that in this case the author seeks to conduct research that is describing thoroughly about the actual situation. The results of the research that the author did at Al-Azhar Syifa Budi Pekanbaru Kindergarten can be conveyed that the implementation of the sociodrama method can increase student activity and role play even though the time spent is not effective in class. The constraints faced in implementing the sociodrama method are the presence of external and internal factors, especially facilities and infrastructure that are not sufficient for the optimal learning process
