Abstract

Abstract: This research about profiles the Prophet as an ideal educator is a very important research. This is due to the position of educators in the management and development of education are in the frontline. Without the presence of educators, the education process does not mean anything. To realize the professional educators based ruh-Islam, need milihat side of life or the Prophet profile as the ideal educator and as an ideal manager to manage education, because of the nature of the coming of the Prophet on the earth are as al-uswat al-hasanat and grace lil-ālamīn. Therefore, this paper will reveal a picture of Islamic education in the era of the Prophet Muhammad and the concept of the ideal educator in Islamic education.Keywords: Profile of the Prophet Muhammad, Educators Ideal, Islamic Education in Indonesia Abstrak: Riset tentang profil Rasulullah sebagai pendidik ideal merupakan riset yang sangat penting. Hal tersebut disebabkan posisi pendidik dalam pengelolaan dan pengembangan pendidikan berada di garda terdepan. Tanpa keberadaan pendidik, proses pendidikan tidak berarti apa-apa. Untuk mewujudkan pendidik profesional berdasarkan ruh-Islam, perlu milihat sisi kehidupan atau profil Rasulullah sebagai pendidik ideal dan sebagai manejer ideal dalam mengelola pendidikan, karena hakikat diutusnya Rasulullah ke atas muka bumi adalah sebagai al-uswat al-hasanat dan rahmat lil-‘ālamīn. Abstract

Abstract: The cause of the permissibility of divorce from a husband is disharmony in the household, moral and moral crisis, adultery, marriage without love, protracted strife, pain parmanen, imprisonment of 5 years and over, are not able to do a conjugal relationship, barren wife, is not capable of implement the law of Allah Almighty, the wife of the ungodly. Tolaq khula cause other anatar bolehnya husband gets imprisonment for 5 years and over, and the wife can not wait on the separation, the husband does not provide a living to him, the husband wasted duty as a husband, wife beating, the husband of adultery, impotence, pain parmanen, not able to implement the law of Allah Almighty. The process is starting, sincere intention that after the divorce is still good silaturrahmi both and their families, if the wife nushuz then advise, if it has not changed then separate beds, if not litigious then shot at without a trace properties to educate, if not changed to convey it to the Hakam of the husband and wife, if not get along then convey it to the local religious court to reconcile, then they will process the reconciliation for mediation, if not get along anymore, then wait for the wife of menstruation and then clean the drop tolaq in front of the Religious Court with evidence out certificate of divorce and witnessed two witnesses. Keywords: analysis, the process of divorce, islam Abstrak: Penyebab kebolehan perceraian dari suami adalah ketidakharmonisan dalam rumah tangga, moral dan moral yang krisis, perzinahan, pernikahan tanpa cinta, berlarut-larut perselisihan, parmanen sakit, penjara 5 tahun ke atas, tidak mampu melakukan hubungan suami-istri, tandus istri, tidak mampu menerapkan hukum Allah SWT, istri orang fasik. Talak Khula penyebab lainnya bolehnya suami antar mendapat hukuman penjara selama 5 tahun ke atas, dan istri tidak bisa menunggu pemisahan, suami tidak memberikan nafkah kepadanya, suami terbuang tugas sebagai suami, istri pemukulan, suami dari perzinahan , impotensi, parmanen sakit, tidak mampu melaksanakan hukum Allah SWT. Proses ini dimulai, niat yang tulus bahwa setelah perceraian masih silaturahmi yang baik baik dan keluarga mereka, jika nusyuz istri kemudian menyarankan, jika tidak berubah tempat tidur kemudian terpisah, jika tidak sadar hukum kemudian menembak tanpa jejak sifat mendidik, jika tidak berubah untuk menyampaikan ke Hakam dari suami dan istri, jika tidak bergaul kemudian menyampaikannya ke pengadilan agama setempat untuk mendamaikan, maka mereka akan memproses rekonsiliasi untuk mediasi, jika tidak bergaul lagi, kemudian menunggu istri menstruasi dan kemudian membersihkan talak penurunan di depan Pengadilan Agama dengan bukti keluar surat cerai dan menyaksikan dua saksi. Kata Kunci : analisis, proses tolaq, islam

Abstract

Religious Education in family environment is the education that’s given by parent to their children in their family environment for building children’s personality become a good muslim by changing their attitude and their behaviour that appropriate with Islamic Education. The aims of the study was to know parent’s manner  in training their children about religious in Gampong Aneuk Galong Baro. This research was conducted by using descriptive qualitative methode and the isntrument of the data was interview, observation and documentation. The finding of this study was revealed that religious education for children in family environment of  gampong Aneuk Galong Baro was be begun with the aqidah education (aqidah is not attitude but the faith ), because aqidah (the faith) was the core of someone’s basic faith that must be instilled to the children early. Furthermore,it was the  worship education ( ibadah). In the worship education parents focus on teaching their children about praying, reading Holy Qur’an and also fasting. The last, parents teach their children about attitude ( Akhlak) because the result of the faith and good worship, it can be seen in their daily attitude

Abstract

Generally, the charachter building of the students is still extent of memorizing and introducing value, it has not exist yet in the level of appreciation of those values moreover to the level making of those value as personal commitments in life. The focus of this research were ( 1) how is profile and charachteristic of KH. Hasyim Asy’ari; (2)how is concept of charachter building according to KH Hasyim Asy’ari? How is the role of the teacher in charachter building based on  KH Hasyim Asy’ari view? Then also, how is the good  stretegy accoroding to KH. Hasyim Asy’ari? This research used library research. The primary of the data was personal document,i.e Adab al-‘Alim wa al-Muta’allims’ book and  the secondary data was derivation from scientific publication such as books, jurnal, article, and also the result of other researches that suitable with concept of charachter building. The data is conducted by using documentation, and indentifying the text from Adab al-‘Alim wa al-Muta’allim’s book and also the others creation suitable with charachter builing. The data was analyzed by using content analysis in inductive approach. The phase of this research was done in some phase, namely pre research, field work, analyzing the data includes organizing of the data, validaty of data, interpretation and giving the meaning, and research report. This research found that (1) the charachter of students according to K.H. hasyim Asy’ari in Adab al-‘Alim wa al- Muta’allim’s book can be classified into 3 steps, they are : a. Attitude or charachter that must be had by students and teachers. b. Teacher and the students must effort become people that have special charachteristic, c teacher must have strategy in teaching and students mus have tstrategy in learning. Those steps have some indicators that suitable with teacher’s competency according to UU Sisdiknas in 2003 and 18 charachaters according to develpoment of cuccriculum center and culture eductaion and people’s charachter; (2) Relevansi of charachter building according to K.H. Hasyim Asy’ari and the context of charachter building of indonesian, such as : meaning and aims of charachter building, good value for teacher and students, background of arguments of charachter building, character building’s methode, media of charachter building, and evaluation of charachter building.

Abstract

Haqqul Yaqin Tarekat Naqsabandiyah is one of the tarekat that developed in Simpang Empat Pasaman Barat, in spreading sufistism, it uses remembering Methode (dzikir)as a form of ritual and  its teaching. The purpose of ritual activities is to get grace, mercy, pleasure and get the assistance in the world and hereafter, also get the special excess ( such as, magic and treatment), then also hopefulness to achieve closeness with Allah as the ultimate goal. If it is considered, Haqqul Yaqin Tarekat naqsabandiyah has similarity with tarekat muktabarah, it can see based on the theory,  basic teaching and also doing the syariat based on Al-Qur’an and Sunnah also Qaul Ulama.  However, in some case haqqul Yaqin Tarekat Naqsabandiyah is different with Muktabarah tarekat, such as, it’s about the acceptance of new students, wirid, training, tawajjuh and tends to spritual welfare and individual’s supernatural power.

Abstract

The Principal’s strategy is the important factor for determining the succesfull of increasing teacher’s competency. The aims of this study  was to know the program, implementation, evaluation and obstacle that’s faced by principal of SMA Negeri  1 Peukan Bada Aceh Besar. This research was conducted by descriptive qualitative methode. the data were collected by observation, interview adn documenation technique. The subcject of this research was a principal, vice of principal and teachers. The data was analyzed by data reduction,data display, drawing conclusion and data verification. The result shown that (1) The program of the principal for increasing teacher’s competency in SMA Negeri  1 Peukan Bada Aceh Besar was prepared by team of school develpoment in the beginning of the semester or the school year which is including annual program, semester program and it has been documented well. Commonly it relates to the quality of learning that always start with lesson plans ( RPP). (2) The implementation of the program for increasing teacher’s competency in SMA N 1 Peukan Banda Aceh Besar was started by presenting the instruction on the beginning of each semester. In implementing the strategy of school management, the principal/ school was applying kinship’s principle, however teachers who can increase their competency, they will get reward, and the teacher who are less in their competency, they will get reproof. (3) the evaluation of principal for increasing teacher’s competency was carried out at the end of each semester through the assessment of teacher’s performance that’s described in SKP, (4)the obstacle of principal for increasing teacher’s competency was include lack of teacher’s awareness in upholding discipline and low disciplines of both tecahers and the students.

Abstract

Kata Pengantar            Alhamdulillah kami sampaikan kehadirat Allah SWT yang mana dengan rahmat-Nya kami kembali dapat menerbitkan Jurnal Fitrah Jurnal Kajian Ilmu-ilmu Keislaman Volume 04 No. 1 Juni 2018.            Perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan menuntut adanya penemuan penemuan baru dari hasil penelitian yang berguna untuk memperkaya khazanah keilmuan. Jurnal ini memuat tulisan, artikel ilmiah, hasil penelitian-penelitian dalam bidang ilmu-ilmu keislaman. Jurnal ini merupakan sarana untuk mengenalkan hasil-hasil penelitian dalam bidang ilmu-ilmu keislaman ke masyarakat serta memberikan sarana untuk bertukar informasi bagi peneliti, dalam upaya meningkatkan kompetensi tenaga pendidik dalam menulis di berkala ilmiah.            Pada penerbitan kali ini, memuat artikel-artikel dan hasil penelitian dari dalam dan luar IAIN Padangsidimpuan. Jurnal ini juga memuat tulisan-tulisan yang beragam sesuai dengan disiplin ilmu penulisnya. Dalam upaya peningkatan penerbitan selanjutnya jurnal ini dipersiapkan agar dapat menyajikan tulisan-tulisan dari berbagai perguruan tinggi baik di dalam negeri dan luar negeri. Untuk mencapai cita-cita tersebut kami sebagai pengurus jurnal telah mengundang para ahli/ pakar baik sebagai peneliti dari berbagai perguruan tinggi sebagai anggota tim editor. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know about the process of internalizing the values of Sufism in Shalawat Wahidiyah in SMK Ihsanniat Rejoagung Ngoro Jombang in shaping the character of their students. This study used a qualitative approach with the design of field research. The data collection techniques used: (1) observation, (2) interviews, and (3) documentation. Data were analyzed by data collection, data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions/verification. The results were obtained: First: practice activities Salawat Wahidiyah commonly known by the term Mujahadah. Second: The process of internalization of the values of Sufism Salawat Wahidiyah including through: Through Mujahadah that routinized, Prompts always read Nida 'either verbally or silently, Material kewahidiyahan and integration with other materials, training or upgrading Kewahidiyahan, GSDB (Movement conscious of giving box), Habits and models, and study the book of al-Hikam. Third : Generally, Characters students as a result of the internalization of Sufism Shalawat Wahidiyah in SMK Ihsanniat is good. Their character can be seen from several aspects: Attitude, emotions, beliefs, habits and self-conception. Fourth the environment, teachers and staff employees are compact, The spirit of the teachers and students, and Innovation Master Kewahidiyahan. While the inhibiting factors are: Facilities and infrastructure are inadequate, some outside students who have not become followers Wahidiyah, majority of teachers do not practice the Shalawat Wahidiyah and less administrative competencies of kewahidiyahan teacher

Abstract

Nowadays, One of aspect of islamic education that get the more attention and evolve is tasawuf. The thought of suifsm actually is not only followed by muslims in east region, but it also gets the best place in west region. Eventhough, many historians accused that tasawuf became the most responsible factor and became the cause of  decline of islamic civilization , moreover it also becames vacum of all those. Actually tasawuf has carried out the important rule in muslims life generally and islamic education especially. This research was conducted by using descriptive analysis, those paragpraph will elaborate the development of Gnosisme in Islamic thought, figure and its monumental creation, also its influence toward islamic education’s though.

Abstract

There are habits that have been hereditary done in the implementation of marriage in society of Tobing Julu. That is giving ransom money (pangolat) by the male (groom) to the “anak namboru”  (anak namboru: a man who can marry a woman), which is requsted by  “anak namboru” at the time of leaving  woman from her home to her husband's home. The ordinance of this request is done by inhibiting the two brides outside the yard of  woman’s house by preparing a seat and a drink, then invite the two brides to sit together, at the time they will enjoy the drinks that have been provided. But if it is seen and observed in the implementation of customs about ransom money (Pangolat) committed by the community has largely deviated from the actual customary provisions. Based on those, if the habitual of giving  the ransom money (pangolat) in the implementation of marriage in Tobing Julu Kec Huristak Padang Lawas District has done suitable with actual custom, it will not contrary to Islamic law, then the law is allowed or ‘urf saheeh. On the contrary,  if the execution of the ransom money (pangolat) has deviated from the actual custom, so  the law will be included to the fasid ‘Urf or rejected
