In addition to acting as a government system, the Indonesian state also acts as a brand that makes it necessary to make efforts to nation branding. Sport mega event is one way to build nation branding. Indonesia was trusted to host the Asian Games 2018. By being in charge of holding a sport mega event (SMEs), Indonesia will gain some benefits from global publicity that can be used to build nation branding. Indonesia's success in holding the Asian Games 2018 has made a positive impact on Indonesia's nation branding. In the implementation of SMES, integrated marketing communications is one of the important factors that determine its success. Indonesia's success in using the Asian Games 2018 moment to build nation branding attracted the attention of researcher to conduct research on the Asian Games 2018 integrated marketing communications planning as a means of building nation branding using qualitative methods. The results of this study indicate that Indonesia implemented six steps in zero based integrated marketing communications planning. When conducting a promotion based on this plan, INASGOC also applies two steps in building Indonesia’s nation branding and communicating the values that Indonesia have through three components in the Nation Brand Hexagon.Keywords: Asian Games, INASGOC, Promotion, Nation Branding, Indonesia

The Democratic Party in the 2004 General Elections entered the top five political parties with the highest electability in Indonesia. This party's victory was not only achieved at the central level but also the regional level. The party's positive trend continued into the 2009 elections. The Democratic Party experienced a significant decline in votes in 2014 due to the issue of corruption. The decline in votes has certainly had an impact on the preparation of the Democratic Party in the 2019 elections. The Democratic Party must prepare an appropriate political winning strategy, both at the central and regional levels. This study aims to determine the Democratic Party's imaging strategy in the city of Banjarmasin. This research uses a qualitative method, with a qualitative descriptive approach. The theory used in this study is the theory of empathy. The results showed that there were three imaging strategies carried out by the Democratic Party, namely imaging through the management of issues, through consulting services, and mass media. This imaging strategy is managed for the 2019 elections. This research generates suggestions that the Democratic Party should utilize issues that can improve the party's image. The Democratic Party should also use the services of political consultants from professional circles to boost the party's positive image. The use of mass media should also not be limited to party leaders, but the level of functionaries.

This research originated from a phenomenon of women in the mass media which initially served as a satisfaction for the audience with their body shape, but now has begun to fade. Women in the media are the subject and are not underestimated especially in the film media. So as to make the female figure in the film the main character in the storyline which is constructed through the existing reality. And the woman's figure seemed authoritative and classified as a honorable woman who could have a big influence on the people. That way the phenomenon attracted the attention of researchers, because researchers wanted to know how the identity of the honorable women in the film Marlina Si Pembunuh Dalam Empat Babak, 3 Srikandi and Jilbab Traveler: Love Sparks In Korea. With Roland Barthes's semiotic method that reveals the meaning of verbal and non verbal signs with two stages, namely denotations and connotations and associated with myths that develop in society. Then analyzed based on critical views found the identity of respectable women in Indonesian films. The results showed that the identity of a woman in the three films included in the category of social identity. Where the identity is formed due to the influence of interaction in the family and community.

Regulation of Ministry of Empowerment of State Apparatus and Bureaucratic No. 3 year 2015 mandates the implementation of technology-based national public complaints management and each region integrated by the Lapor ! SP4N application include in South Kalimantan. The Sp4N lapor ! application is used to make complaints related to public service issues. However there is no research about the diversity of public service complaints by Lapor application in South Kalimantan. In order that this research was conducted which aims to find out the diversity of complaints by Lapor application in South Kalimantan. This study uses a quantitative approach supported by qualitative using saturated sampling techniques to the Lapor aplication users who are willing to be surveyed in April 2018 in Banjarmasin City, Banjarbaru City, Banjar District and South Kalimantan Province. The results showed that in Banjarmasin City, Banjarbaru and Banjar District had similarities in terms of the variety of reports that were reported with frequencies of 1 to 2 reports and the reported problems that were mostly reported were quite diverse but the most dominant was reports is related to the damage of road infrastructure. While the informan education and occupation are quite varied, there are backgrounds from Senior dan junior high school, then entrepreneurs, government employees or policeman or national Army. Public are constrainted when the internet access is slow or unavailable. Another constrain is because they do not understand about the use of the application. As for the public who has already know but reluctant to report because they are afraid of the consequences of reporting, security and comfort is disrupted.

Thalassemia is a blood disorder or acute anemia that cannot be cured. The role of a mother in caring for a child is the most important role, especially for a mother of a term Thaller used for thalassemia patients. In caring for a Thaller the mother will have its meaning about Thalassemia and has a business looking for treatment with certain reasons to keep her child healthy. This study relates to how the mother interpreted Thalassemia and how the mother's communication experience in carrying out her profession as a mother Thaller. The researcher used a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach to a study that wanted to gain knowledge about a mother Thaller in interpreting her profession from the results of her conscious experience. The theory used in this study is the Phenomenology theory Alferd Schutz and the Symbolic Interaction theory. With 3 informants. The results of the research on the meaning of Thalassemia according to the informants' point of view are that Thalassemia is not an obstacle in getting along and facing the general public and is not a differentiator that makes their children different from other children and makes Thalassemia a test of life that must be faced in any form. Their motive for continuing treatment for their children is that they want their children to be healthy and heal, even though in reality they cannot be cured and must continue to undergo treatment without any complaints.

Sumenep is the easternmost region of the island of Madura which has a lot of potential for both natural and cultural tourism. But behind this great potential, there is one problem that needs to be considered, namely the community's stigma of the culture of the Madurese community itself. In general, the culture of Madurese people is known as a hard, firm and tend to be rough society. Even though Madurese culture is not what people generally think. It is the duty of the regional government to be able to rebuild the self-image of the Madurese community, especially Sumenep. Based on this the researcher is interested in studying the effort to build the cultural image of the Sumenep community through the tong-tong music festival. The theoretical study in this study uses the impression management theory to see the phenomenon of the use of music tongs in building the cultural image of the Sumenep community, while the Laswell communication model is used to see the use of this festival as a medium for delivering messages. This research approach uses qualitative descriptive research. The informant of this study was the head of promotion of the Department of Tourism, Youth Culture and Sports. Data collection uses interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed that in building the cultural image of the people of Sumenep, they tended to use the ingratiation strategy (pleasing others) and the self-promotion strategy. Both of these strategies are widely applied by showing the characteristics possessed by Sumenep by using attributes that indeed show the culture of the Sumenep community. In addition, the way that is carried out through the tong music festival also contains elements of entertainment that can provide fun to others.

E-health on Instagram is a new area of health communication study. Alodokter is the number one digital health company in Indonesia with more than 20 million active users every month. As a website-based health tec company and the fastest-growing application in Southeast Asia, Alodokter has an Instagram account (@alodokter_id) with 730 thousand followers. In this paper, the author proposes three formulations of the problem: (a) What type of message is delivered by the health account on Instagram? (b) What type of content gets the most response? (c) How did Alodokter create their Instagram content strategy? The methodology used is qualitative with content analysis techniques. The author analyzes and categorizes 69 Instagram posts (15 August 2019 - 15 September 2019) from Alodokter. From the selected sample, there were 8 categories of posting themes. Body, Fact & Myth, Nutrition, Reproduction & Pregnancy, Breastfeeding, Growth & Child Development, Health Tips, Q&A. The most-used posting theme is Reproduction & Pregnancy (n = 19). This theme also gets the most comments (136) and likes (3062) in each post. The post and comment section provides opportunities to integrate followers to engage more online and offline. The last finding related to the Alodokter content strategy has a content strategy by creating unique visualizations oriented to storytelling. Alodokter Instagram's account has its own characteristic, namely the use of blue. For users, Alodokter provides the space for openness and ease of communication between patients and doctors.

Humans as caliphs in the world must preserve the environment because human survival is very dependent on the environment. In encouraging the preservation of the environment, the community must live up to the values of wisdom that support the maintenance and preservation of the environment. However, in the digital age, this has led to a shift in cultural values of local wisdom. These values are increasingly fading because media exposure is increasingly dominating all human life. As experienced by the community in Cimanggu Village, Ngamprah District, West Bandung. They recognize that there are changes and shifts in cultural values. The focus of this research is to look at the cultural values of local wisdom that exist in the village and how the meaning of the shift in cultural values of local wisdom by the media for the local community. This research is qualitative research with a phenomenological study approach. Data collection techniques using observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies. The results of the study revealed that the cultural values of local wisdom in the Cimanggu village were (1) Ngahiras, (2) Nyalin, (3) Tarawangsa, (4) Palak Science, (5) Palakiah, and (6) Kotok Jewer. The meaning of shifting the cultural values of local wisdom by the media for the local community includes: (1) Village communities perceive technological media as making rural communities more consumptive, (2) creating a shift in the professional direction of rice farmers into vegetable growers, and (3) Media exposure has a positive side as well as the negative side.

The development of technology makes new practices in consuming music in the digital age. Music fans and connoisseurs are facilitated in accessing music every day, this is not spared from the large role of digitalization, so that music lovers can access their music anywhere. Consumption of digital music has made music producers look for new ways of producing music, which used to be done analogously to digital, where the direction of sales changed from what is usually done by retail stores changed to digital markets. With changing production and consumption patterns, several companies have provided a medium for publication and consuming music to appreciate these musicians and avoid piracy. Medium (Platform) that is used in the same way as digital music stores, by subscribing to listen to all the music in the company's database. The ease of production and consumption of music can be accessed on several platforms such as Spotify, Joox, and Apple Music. The method used in this paper is a desk review by collecting secondary data from various scientific sources, such as: journal articles, websites, and a collection of reports on music in the digital age.

In the current disruptive era, the need for information access is becoming easier and is developing practically. One of the developments in technology and digitalization that has made progress in infrastructure and innovation in people's lives is the presence of artificial intelligence (AI), which provides convenience in helping jobs supported by big data. As a continuation of Public Relations activities in the current era, in building relations between organizations or companies and the public, media relations is one of the roles of PR in relation management. This study aims to discuss media relations management in enhancing the company's positive image on elements of public relations transformation in the 4.0 era. By using the literacy study method, this research is presented in a descriptive qualitative way to analyze data relating to the company's media relations management by mobilization and digitalization. The results found in this study are the role of AI is very helpful and easy in public relations work, especially in media relations activities. For companies, the presence of AI helps in managing the media used by the company as a form of disseminating information through social media owned by the company itself (owned media) which is done in real time. So that in the management of information through social media requires deception of content and media monitoring aimed at evaluating public relations in media relations activities that are able to enhance the company's positive image.
