Abstract

In science learning activities, learning objectives can be achieved if students are active in learning activities. The form of student activity in learning can be seen from the skills of asking questions and finding (lookingfor) answers that originate from their curiosity. Therefore, teaching materials are needed that can make students active, as a tool in the learning process and can be used as a learning resource. One of them is the Student Worksheet (LKPD). However, the LKPD circulating in school semphasizes more on questions and filling inquestions without explaining how the process of obtaining answers to these questions. In addition, the LKPD used looks monotonous, unattractive, and difficult to understand so that students are less motivated to study and understand the contents of the LKPD. Therefore, it is necessary to develop LKPD which aims to find out the stages in making guided inquiry based LKPD to determine the feasibility of LKPD to be used as teaching materials, and to determine student responses to guided inquiry-based LKPD on elements, compounds and mixtures in class VIISMP. The form of researchuse disresearch and development (R&D) which adopts the 4D development model (Define, design, develop, dessiminate) by Thiagarajan. The subject to this study was a guided inquiry based LKPD on elements, compounds,  and mixtures which were testedon 24  students  of class VII at junior high school 12 Pontianak with  high, medium, and low abilities. The data collection instruments used were the feasibility assessment and student response  questionnaires.Theresult so data `processing show that the developed LKPD is suitable for use in learning in terms of  content feasibility with a percentage of 82%, 90% presentation, 77% language86%  graphics. The result so student response trials to the product obtained student responses with a score of 82,06% with very high interpretations.

Abstract

Students who have great motivation and create positive perceptions in mathematics lessons will improve student learning outcomes. However, the learning motivation of class VIII students at SMP Negeri 3 Luwuk in mathematics is still low. Therefore, this research aims to determine the contribution of mathematics learning motivation to mathematics learning outcomes in class VIII students at SMP Negeri 3 Luwuk, while the research was carried out from May to June 2021. In this research, the variables to be studied consist of 2 variables, namely variables X and Y, where the motivation to learn mathematics is placed in variable Luwuk. The data collection methods used are observation, questionnaires, tests and documentation. The analysis used is product moment correlation. The research results show that the correlation coefficient (r) = 0.3598 or 35.98% is a positive number. This shows that the contribution of mathematics learning motivation to the mathematics learning outcomes of class VIII students at SMP Negeri 3 Luwuk is positive and the interpretation is between 0.20 - 0.399 which is interpreted as a low level of influence. The KD value = 12.96% shows the low influence of the contribution of mathematics learning motivation to the mathematics learning outcomes of class VIII students at SMP Negeri 3 Luwuk, amounting to 12.69%. Meanwhile, the value of tcount = 1.6808 with degrees of freedom (db) = 21-2 = 19 with a significance level of 0.05 = 2.093 so tcount is less than ttable or 1.6808 < 2.093, so the correlation that occurs is meaningless or not significant so The correlation is that there is no contribution of mathematics learning motivation to the mathematics learning outcomes of class VIII students at SMP Negeri 3 Luwuk. Thus the hypothesis is rejected.

The results of the guidebook development research were able to prove, 1) the development of guidebook research based on the ADDIE stage, 2) the quality of the product was assessed with a score 0f 3.37 which indicated the quality of “Very Good” and the recommendation “No Need for revision”, 3) the product had a positive impact on the integrity character of children in that age range. The data showed a significant difference between the pretest mean (M = 2.2625, SE = 0.10846) lower than the posttest mean (M = 3.575, SE = 0.03239). significance test t(7) = 0.906 and p = 0,000 (p<0.05). Pearson correlation analysis illustrates the influence of “Lage Effect”, and N-Gain score test showed high effectiveness. Therefore, the developed traditional game book is classified as a very good quality tool and has a positive impact on the integrity character of children aged 10-12 years.

Abstract

Although the benefits of online peer assessment and peer feedback on writing performance have been demonstrated, many learners might not recognize or benefit from specific change responses. This study investigated the correlation between online peer assessment and peer feedback on student writing performance. The correlation test was employed to analyze the data in this study. This study involved 145 undergraduate students (75 females and 70 males) from the State University of Malang, where the English course is mandatory for all students. This study revealed that online peer assessment and peer feedback on students' writing performance had a significant and strong relationship. On the other hand, the differences between the online peer assessment and peer feedback variables in each group were insignificant. Peer assessment and online peer feedback might have a close relationship; they can help pupils enhance their writing skills. However, there were no significant variations in each group's online peer assessment and peer feedback factors.
