Abstract

Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta memiliki beragam wisata diantaranya Wisata Kaliurang. Untuk menuju kawasan wisata Kaliurang terdapat rute terpendek yang bisa dilewati yaitu rute Yogyakarta-Kaliurang dan Yogyakarta-Pulowatu. Maka, perlu kajian standar pelayanan minimal jalan agar kondisi jalan menuju Kaliurang memenuhi standar yang sesuai dengan peraturan. Metode pengumpulan data yaitu pengumpulan data primer dan sekunder kemudian analisis kapasitas ruas jalan, kondisi eksisting ruas jalan, dan kondisi ruas jalan dengan adanya pembebanan lalu lintas pengunjung wisata Kaliurang. Dari hasil analisis didapatkan Jalan Yogyakarta-Kaliurang dengan lebar 7 meter, kapasitas 2264 smp/jam, jumlah volume lalu lintas 2353 smp/jam, dan derajat kejenuhan yaitu 1. Ruas ini memiliki rambu dan apill yang baik, keadaan kekasaran jalan yang sedang dan memiliki derajat kejenuhan >1 setelah ditambahkan dengan pembebanan lalu lintas pengunjung wisata Kaliurang. Sedangkan, ruas Jalan Yogyakarta-Pulowatu dengan lebar 6 meter. memiliki kapasitas jalan sebesar 2037 smp/jam, jumlah volume lalu lintas 1882 smp/jam, dan derajat kejenuhan yaitu 0,82. Ruas ini memiliki rambu dan apill yang baik, keadaan kekasaran jalan baik dan memiliki derajat kejenuhan >1 setelah ditambahkan pembebanan lalu lintas pengunjung wisata Kaliurang.

Abstract

Struktur bangunan tahan gempa menjadi solusi dalam perencanaan struktur. Salah satu  solusi yang digunakan untuk meningkatkan kinerja struktur bangunan adalah dengan pemasangan Fluid Viscous Damper (FVD). Penelitian ini menunjukkan waktu getar struktur dengan penambahan  FVD pada sudut-sudut gedung. Struktur gedung yang dibahas adalah struktur gedung beton bertulang 10 lantai berukuran 35 x 35 m dengan fungsi bangunan sebagai perkantoran. Lokasi penempatan Fluid Viscous Damper (FVD) diaplikasikan pada sudut-sudut bangunan. Kemudian dilakukan pemodelan struktur 3 dimensi dengan bantuan software ETABS 2018.  Pemodelan struktur dibuat dalam 2 model, yaitu struktur rangka dan struktur dengan Fluid Viscous Damper (FVD). Waktu getar alami struktur didapat dengan bantuan program ETABS 2018. Waktu getar struktur yang didapat dari pemodelan struktur tanpa peredam dan struktur dengan Fluid Viscous Damper.  Penggunaan FVD pada struktur gedung memberikan penurunan waktu getar struktur hingga 56% lebih rendah dari sistem struktur rangka pada mode ke-1 dan mode ke-2.  Selanjutnya memberikan penurunan waktu getar struktur hingga 89% untuk mode ke-12. Efektifitas penggunaan damper tipe FVD memberikan dampak secara langsung melalui waktu getar struktur.

Abstract

In the planning building structures, the calculation lateral loads due to earthquakes is very necessary. Spectrum response analysis is a way of analyzing the relationship between the period of a building structure and the value the building's acceleration when an earthquake hits it. Equivalent static analysis is usually used in buildings that are not too high, where the load effect on the structure is considered a horizontal static load due to ground movement. This study uses the lecture building object at the University of Semarang with the dynamic response spectrum and static equivalent methods. This study aims to determine the level of building safety due to earthquake loads according to SNI for earthquake resistance planning 1726; 2019 with base shear, displacement, story drift, and P-delta effects using the ETABS V.18.02. The results of analysis, the Semarang University lecture building stated that it was safe with a dynamic base shear spectrum response of not less than 100% static earthquake, maximum displacement with a value of 44 mm, the story drift value of all floors was still below the limit of 46.154 mm, so the structure of the lecture building was still in the safe category against working load. The effect of p-delta in this study is ignored because the boundary coefficient for each floor is less than 0.10.

Abstract

Heavy equipment is a very important supporting factor in a project work, especially on a large scale of work. The use of heavy equipment aims to facilitate human resources in carrying out the work. Especially in the Gunungkidul district, currently there are a lot of construction of the Southern Cross Road (JJLS). Because Gunungkidul has a geographical location of limestone or karst mountains, it is not possible if this development is carried out using only human resources. Therefore, this study focuses on the productivity of the heavy equipment group which includes excavator breaker, excavator bucket, and dump truck by applying the MPDM (Method Productivity Delay Model) method. In this study, it can be seen the productivity of each working heavy equipment, production cycle delays and equipment operational costs. Based on the calculation results, the average productivity value of excavator breaker is 5.97 m3/hour, excavator bucket is 67.49 m3/hour, and dump truck is 8.03 m3/hour. Then the calculation of the cycle time that is not delayed on the dump truck only counts on day 1 and day 3 because on other days the dump truck does not experience a time delay, then the calculation results obtained on day 1 are 4.69 minutes and on day 1. 3 by 32.86 minutes.Keywords: Excavator Breaker, Excavator Bucket, Dump Truck, Technic MPDM

Abstract

Indonesia is located in a high seismic risk area, and past earthquakes have caused many death tolls due to building collapses. Therefore, evaluation of the seismic performance of existing buildings is critical to minimize the risk due to earthquake damage. This study is aimed to evaluate the seismic performance of a three-story flat house building in Padang city, Indonesia. The building was designed based on the older seismic design code SNI 1726:2012. Based on a previous study, if the structure is analyzed using the latest seismic design code SNI 1726:2019, the dynamic base shear force increases by about 20%. Therefore, further analysis needs to be conducted using pushover analysis. The pushover analysis results are capacity curve, displacement or drift, performance point, performance level, and plastic hinge mechanism of the building. The analysis results show that the performance level of the building after the pushover analysis in the x and y directions is immediate occupancy with the plastic hinged formed firstly at the end of the beam. This performance level means that the damage due to an earthquake is not so significant, and the stiffness of the building is almost the same as before the earthquake. This result is obtained because of the insignificant increase of the spectrum response parameter in SNI 1726:2019; therefore, the performance level of the building is not affected.

Abstract

Jembatan Bo’u Lahomi-Nias Barat adalah jembatan yang berbentang 11,80 m. Bangunan bawah jembatan terdiri dari abutment dan pondasi. Evaluasi ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui daya dukung pondasi sumuran dan faktor keamanan terhadap beban yang bekerja. Selain data-data lapangan, analisis ini memerlukan uji parameter tanah di laboratorium. Parameter yang di uji adalah berat jenis (Gs), analisa saringan kadar air, density, kuat geser (directshear) tanah di lapangan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis daya dukung pada pondasi sumuran di dapatkan bahwa nilai kapasitas daya dukung tiang kelompok pondasi sumuran 2510,78 Ton dan beban maksimal yang bekerja pada pondasi 1550,40 Ton, dengan hasil analisis tulangan yang di gunakan pada pile cap didapatkan tulangan lentur 10 D 22, tulangan bagi 15 Ø 13, dan tulangan geser pada arah X Ø 10 – 140 dan Y Ø 10 – 100 dan analisis penulangan pada pondasi sumuran di dapatkan tulangan pokok 35 D 19-250 dan tulangan spiral Ø 12 – 50 dengan kuat kolom sebesar 7654,153 Ton > Pu = 1550,40 Ton, dengan demikian daya dukung pondasi sumuran pada jembatan bo’u memenuhi syarat dan aman terhadap beban yang di terima

Abstract

The development of construction will affect work methods in construction, design and materials. Changes in design, materials and work methods in the construction of a construction project will affect the costs that must be incurred by the owner and the time required to construct a building. Conceptual cost estimation is needed as a reference or guide in determining the policies used to determine the amount of investment that must be implemented. Planning is the initial stage in construction development activities. Effective and efficient project planning is needed in carrying out a project. Along with the need for efficiency, the cost estimation model at the early stages of project planning must be accurate so that the results can be accounted for. This study aims to obtain an estimate of the structural cost of a shop house building with several span variations. Variations in the width of the shop house are 5 m, 6.67 m and 8 m. The research results obtained that the cost of the structure on the 8 m span is Rp. 2,352,485,387, the 8 m span is the span that has the largest cost compared to other spans. The difference between the span of 8 m and the span of 6.67 m and 5 m is Rp. 93,480,110 and Rp. 13,740,263, respectively. Based on these results it was concluded that the larger the span, the greater the costs required. This is influenced because there are differences in the dimensions and specifications of the structures used in each span.

Abstract

Infrastructure development is one of the priorities to help turn the economy in Timor Leste, especially the construction of buildings, paving roads, airfields and other structures. In general, the process of building a construction project is an activity that contains an element of danger. Therefore, an Occupational Safety and Health Management System in the construction industry is needed. The research was carried out by identifying the causes and potential for accidents to occur in each project implementation. From the data taken from IGT from 2010-2020, 18 cases were recorded, namely 14 cases of death, 1 person was slightly injured and 2 people were injured. Therefore, a company engaged in construction work must have an Occupational Health and Safety management system, to reduce the occurrence of accidents in the workplace. The method used in collecting data in this study is descriptive analysis method. That is by directly visiting seven (7) ongoing construction projects, to conduct interviews and direct observations regarding the Implementation of the Occupational Safety and Health Program and to distribute Questionnaires. The results of distributing the questionnaires were 31 respondents, and the results of interviews and observations made by researchers, it was found that of the seven projects, only two (2) projects implemented the K3 System in the company, and the company itself did not care about and meet the needs in helping work in Work.

Abstract

Analysis of Real Needs for Operation and Maintenance of the Cimuncang Irrigation Network, Pasirhalang Village, Sukaraja District, Sukabumi Regency. The Cimuncang irrigation network is a canal, main building, and auxiliary buildings that function to provide irrigation water and have a functional area of 299 Ha. However, the current condition of the Cimuncang irrigation area is that there is some damage to the water structures. The Cimuncang irrigation area is included in one of the large irrigation areas which will certainly require a lot of power, supplies and funds to carry out the operation and maintenance of irrigation networks. The results of this study know the Real Needs and Maintenance of the Cimuncang Irrigation Network there are 48.91%, meaning that the performance of irrigation buildings is in the category of heavily damaged, recapitulation of the performance of regulatory buildings, namely 64.1% (moderately damaged) and auxiliary buildings, namely 86% (slightly damaged). , the functional value of the performance of the Cimuncang irrigation canal and road inspection is 71.92%, meaning that the performance of the Cimuncang irrigation canal is included in the category of periodic maintenance that is remedial. The results of the calculation of the RAB for the Real Needs Figures and Maintenance of Irrigation Network activities are Rp. 402,600,000 (Four Hundred Two Million Six Hundred Thousand Rupiah).

Abstract

Surveys were carried out on efforts to identify safe driving behavior for drivers using the Pejagan - Pemalang toll road. This is done to determine patterns of driving behavior, especially to identify the effect of understanding safe driving on aggressive driving behavior. The research method used is a quantitative descriptive method with accidental sampling with the independent variable safe driving and the dependent variable aggressive driving. The roughness value for the Pejagan – Pemalang toll road was obtained > 0.33 µm and the unevenness value was 4.95, Tegal access. Data on maximum speed (v) and 85th percentile speed for class I vehicles, i.e. 166.09 km/hour and 115.68 km/hour. Out of 100 respondents, 77% of respondents understood safe driving, but in driving behavior 89% showed aggressive driving behavior. This means that it is necessary to practice safe driving behavior, especially when going through the toll road. From the results of the interviews, it was found that the stretches of toll roads are monotonous, silent, and to overcome drowsiness are the reasons for drivers to drive above 100 km/hour, which shows that the driver is behaving aggressive when driving.
