Abstract

Currently, household waste management has been managed by a waste bank so that the existing daily waste is collected and sorted to be recycled to make the environment better and less pollution-free. In carrying out its activities, the Garbage Bank in South Tangerang City experienced problems starting from the process of depositing waste from customers, the process of recording transactions and reporting transactions that occurred, modifying so that customer data collection, types of waste, and existing reports were still not well organized and there were no media. Communication can be used between the waste bank and waste bank customers. This research will design a waste bank information system for waste management in South Tangerang from the existing problems. The Rapid Application Development (RAD) methodology with the prototyping method is used in designing a mobile-based integrated waste bank application. The proposed system uses UML (Unified Modeling Language) modeling. The results of this study are an integrated waste bank application that can make a good contribution, namely helping the community to deposit their household waste and assisting waste bank managers in making effective and efficient recording and reporting

Abstract

Local wisdom is used to create order and balance between social life, culture, and the preservation of natural resources. Some areas in Indonesia include general types of water bodies including: artificial lakes, ponds, Rama, creeks, Keramasan River, Musi River, Keramasan River, and rivers. Production results in the type of Regional Public Waters contribute to the growth of employment and the very high demand for public protein. For this reason, a system is needed that can bridge officers and fishermen with the fish that have been caught starting from the specifications of what types of fish are caught and the total catch is recapitulated in a quarterly period. The System Development Method used in making this Information System uses Rapid Application Development (RAD). which has the following stages: Requirement Planning, Workshop Design, Implementation. The result is a system that can accommodate fishermen's data, catches and annual reports based on the type of Inland Public Waters (PUD).

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the extent to which the development of the Budget Realization Information System (SIEPRA) by evaluating in terms of the level of acceptance with the aim that SIEPRA can increase user satisfaction, simplify the process, ease and speed in obtaining services so that performance achievement reports and overview of the performance realization of the Regional Equipment Work Unit (SKPD) can be timely and correct. The research instrument used is a questionnaire. This research uses the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) method which will be used to determine SIEPRA user satisfaction. The variables to be measured are Content, accuracy, format, ease of use and timeliness. This study aims to analyze the extent to which the development of SIEPRA by evaluating the level of acceptance with the aim that SIEPRA can increase user satisfaction using the EUCS method. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that the level of satisfaction of SIEPRA users on each EUCS variable is 74.6% for the content variable, 76.6% for the Accuracy variable, 78.8% for the Format variable, 70.2% for the Ease of Use variable and 70.2% for the Timeliness variable. In general, the level of satisfaction of SIEPRA users based on the results of the study is in the category of satisfied and very satisfied with a percentage ³ 70%.

Abstract

Abstract : Teman Bus application is one form of digital development utilized to support Teman Bus transportation services. Based on comments found on the Google Play Store, users have encountered difficulties when using the application. Additionally, observations of the application have revealed several interface-related shortcomings, indicating the need for usability evaluation. The System Usability Scale (SUS) method was employed to evaluate the user perspective, while the Heuristic Evaluation (HE) method was used to evaluate from the expert perspective. The evaluation results showed an SUS score of 60.225 for the Teman Bus application, which falls into the "D" grade with an adjective rating of "OK" and a marginal level of acceptance. According to the Net Promoter Score (NPS), the obtained SUS score of 60.225 falls into the "Detractor" category. The HE evaluation identified three aspects with the highest severity ratings: "flexibility and efficiency of use," "recognition rather than recall," and "aesthetic & minimalist design." Abstrak : Aplikasi Teman Bus merupakan salah satu bentuk perkembangan digital yang dimanfaatkan untuk mendukung layanan transportasi Teman Bus. Berdasarkan komentar yang ada pada Google Play Store, ditemukan kesulitan yang dialami oleh pengguna ketika menggunakan aplikasi tersebut, dan berdasarkan pengamatan pada aplikasi masih terdapat beberapa kekurangan pada aplikasi yang berkaitan dengan antarmuka sehingga perlu dilaksanakan evaluasi usability. Metode system usability scale digunakan untuk melakukan evaluasi dari perspektif pengguna, dan metode heuristic evaluation digunakan untuk melakukan evaluasi dari perspektif ahli. Hasil yang diperoleh pada evaluasi yaitu skor SUS pada aplikasi Teman Bus sebesar 60,225 masuk ke dalam grade “D” dengan tingkat adjective kategori “OK” dan tingkat penerimaannya kategori “Marginal”. Berdasarkan net promoter score (NPS) didapatkan bahwa skor SUS yang diperoleh sebesar 60,225 berada pada kategori “Detractor”. Evaluasi menggunakan metode HE diperoleh 3 aspek yang mendapatkan severity rating tertinggi yaitu “flexibility and efficiency of use”, “recognition rather than recall”, dan “aesthetic & minimalist design”.

Abstract

Abstract : Malaria is a chronic and acute disease caused by protozoa of the Plasmodium type. There are 4 main species of plasmodium that cause malaria in humans, namely: Plasmodium falciparum, Plasmodium vivax, Plasmodium malariae and Plasmodium ovale. The most important of these species is Plasmodium falciparum (tropic) because the consequences can be fatal and this species is also the one that causes the most deaths. This study aims to create a prediction model using Data Mining Algorithm C4.5 which produces a decision tree and testing carried out using Rapidminner so that prevention of tropical malaria can be examined early. In this study there are several classification attributes, namely normal, stage 1, stage 2, stage 3 and stage 4. The results of this study will be used as a reference to be able to see whether someone is at risk of tropical malaria or not based on predetermined attributes. Keywords: Tropical Malaria, Data Mining, C.45 Algorithm, Decision Tree Abstrak Malaria adalah penyakit kronis dan akut yang disebabkan oleh protozoa dari jenis Plasmodium. Ada 4 spesies yang utama dari jenis plasmodium yang menyebabkan penyakit malaria pada manusia, yaitu: Plasmodium Falciparum, Plasmodium Vivax, Plasmodium Malariae dan Plasmodium Ovale. Yang paling penting dari spesies ini adalah Plasmodium Falciparum (Tropika) karena akibatnya bisa fatal dan spesies ini juga yang paling banyak menyebabkan kematian. Pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat model prediksi menggunakan Data Mining Algoritma C4.5 yang menghasilkan sebuah pohon keputusan serta pengujian yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan Rapidminner agar pencegahan terhadap penyakit malaria tropika dapat dilakukan pemeriksaan sejak dini. Dalam penelitian ini terdapat beberapa atribut klasifikasi yaitu normal, stadium 1, stadium 2, stadium 3 dan stadium 4. Hasil dari penelitian ini akan dijadikan sebagai acuan untuk dapat melihat apakah seseorang beresiko terkena penyakit malaria tropika atau tidak berdasarkan atribut yang telah ditetapkan. Abstract

The Palembang Polrestabes does not yet have a system for inputting data to prepare and send a Notice of Commencement of Investigation (SPDP) so that the process is slow in managing the file. This research aims to build E-Letter Notification System for the Start of Investigations (E-SPDP) at the Palembang Police Narcotics Unit Web-Based to make it easier for Administrative Officers to complete so that the information obtained is valid, effective and efficient. SPDP is submitted by the investigator to the public prosecutor in order to guarantee the implementation of the case oversight function owned by the Public Prosecutor. Through Decision Number 130/PUUXIII/2015 the Constitutional Court is conditionally unconstitutional that the SPDP must be submitted to the Public Prosecutor, the reported party and the victim/reporter no later than seven days after the investigation warrant was issued. The research method used is Rapid Application Development (RAD) a model of the development cycle with a short emphasis on additional software development, although the development process is short, it does not reduce the quality of the product. The final result of this research is the creation of a webset that can facilitate data processing, data storage, data search, letter creation and report generation with a web-based information system

Abstract

Weighted Exponential Moving Average (WEMA) is a new method that combines WMA and EMA, predicting data based on the future and calculating the value of the data weighting factor over time. Commodities are goods that can be sold freely in the market, one of which is staple food to meet daily needs. This study implements the WEMA method in the short-term prediction of staple food prices, with pre-processing stages using data selection and imputation to overcome missing values. Then the data is divided into training data (75%), and test data (25%), on sugar attribute data, chicken eggs, cooking oil, chicken, and beef. A mean absolute percentage error (MAPE) evaluation was carried out on training data and test data to measure prediction accuracy. The experimental and evaluation results show that accuracy depends on the range and length of the data used. The use of span 2 for both data shows the best results on all evaluated attributes; the results of the MAPE evaluation are below 10%.

Abstract

This study discusses a web-based mail management information system using the Extreme Programming method at Korem 044/Gapo Palembang. The system development method used in this study is the Extreme Programming (XP) methodology. There are four stages contained in the XP methodology, namely Planning, Design, Coding, and Testing. Observations, interviews, and literature studies are the techniques used to collect data in this study. The system design tool used in this study is the Unified Modeling Language (UML). Visual Studio Code and XAMPP are the main software for creating web programs. The testing method used in this research is the blackbox testing method. This research succeeded in producing a web-based mail management information system that was created using the Extreme Programming method for expensive use in the Infolahta Korem 044/Gapo Palembang.

Abstract

The security and authenticity of a proof of KIR licensing is very important, because proof of KIR licensing is obtained after going through a series of processes and fulfilling the requirements in accordance with applicable legal rules. The Department of Transportation in the service of KIR in Jayapura City licensing issues proof of passing the KIR test in the form of a KIR book, zinc plate and stickers. In this study, the design of the KIR licensing identification system was carried out using a QR-Code based on an Android mobile application and web service. The QR-Code is used as a marker of the authenticity of the proof of KIR licensing which is added to the KIR licensing sticker. In the resulting QR-Code has been added an encrypted information using the 3DES algorithm. This study uses the waterfall model software development method which is preceded by system requirements analysis, system design, system creation, and system testing. The final result of the research that has been done proves that the use of QR-Code as an identification tool and the selection of the Android platform as a QR-Code scanner application can be used as a solution as a tool to identify the authenticity of KIR licensing.

Abstract

The development of information technology, especially in social media such as TikTok, has had a significant impact on people's shopping behavior patterns. Sentiment analysis is aimed at understanding general views regarding the closure of the TikTok Shop, describing positive or negative opinions. The algorithms used are Naïve Bayes and Support Vector Machine (SVM) to analyze responses to the closure of the TikTok Shop. The research methodology involves the process of crawling the Twitter dataset with the keyword "Tik Tok Shop", data cleaning, sentiment labeling, model building, and performance testing. The results of the sentiment analysis are parsed and analyzed to describe the general sentiment towards the closure of the Tik Tok Shop. The conclusion results show that the Naïve Bayes algorithm achieved an accuracy level of 97.91%, with positive recall of 100%, positive precision of 96.30%, negative recall of 95.42%, and negative precision of 100%. Meanwhile the SVM algorithm achieved an accuracy of 91.29%, with a positive recall of 100%, positive precision of 86.19%, negative recall of 80.92%, and negative precision of 100%. Overall, Naïve Bayes provides the highest accuracy results of 97.91%, while SVM provides an accuracy of 91.29%.
