Abstract

This research produces an information system that can be used in the process of proposing the manufacture of employee cards, wife cards or employee husband cards at the office of the Palembang City Human Resources Development and Personnel Agency. The system is built using PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) and MySQL programming languages and based on waterfall method for its development process. With this information system, the process of making employee cards, wife cards and employee husband cards can be done more optimally and quickly including the presentation of reports to the head of the office and for employees can be a matter of pride

Abstract

Advances in information and communication technology are increasingly developing, the industrial revolution in the government sector has brought changes to the correspondence system. The SRIKANDI application is one of the media for the revolution of letters from paper or physical form to electronic or digital form. In the SRIKANDI application there are menus for creating letters, sending letters, dispositioning, signing, and archiving letters. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of the use and effectiveness of the SRIKANDI application on the correspondence system in the Subdistrict Regional Apparatus Organization (OPD) in Nganjuk Regency. Using explanatory research and a quantitative approach. Data analysis uses classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, and hypothesis testing. The results of data processing show that there is an influence on the use and effectiveness of the SRIKANDI application on the correspondence system in the Subdistrict Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD) in Nganjuk Regency, both partially and simultaneously

Abstract

This research aims to facilitate the admins of the Business Partner Department and IT Services at PT. Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang in searching for data, backing up data, and scheduling data in an organized manner. To support this convenience, the author has developed a web-based infrastructure backup data portal system, utilizing a MySQL database. This system can be used to manage network data, website data, as well as data reports or archives. The research method employed is the Waterfall method, which consists of several stages: analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. Data collection methods included interviews and observations. The result of this research is a website that enhances the performance of the admins of the Business Partner Department and IT Services at PT. Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang in managing company data.

Abstract

Information technology has significantly changed a variety of life, including corporate buying. The iVendor Pertamina vendor management system is a technological innovation that was created to manage procurement effectively. There are still problems influencing customer satisfaction even with its enhanced functionality and usability. The purpose of this study is to determine the variables that affect users' satisfaction with the iVendor system and to offer suggestions for enhancements. The End-User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) and Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) research models are employed. 95 PT Pertamina (Persero) active iVendor users received questionnaires as part of the quantitative study approach. Results show that perceived usefulness, accuracy, and attitude toward use have a significant impact on user satisfaction. Perceived ease of use, content, format, timeliness, and ease of use do not significantly affect the attitude toward using. The conclusion is that factors such as perceived usefulness and information accuracy have a significant impact on user satisfaction with the iVendor system. To enhance user satisfaction, the study recommends improving the information quality and usability of the iVendor system.

Abstract

Usability atau kebergunaan merupakan atribut kualitas yang digunakan untuk menilai kualitas desain antar muka sebuah website. Untuk mengukur tingkat kebergunaan seringkali menggunakan 10 prinsip pada evaluasi heuristik yang dikembangkan oleh Nielsen. Kreatifitas menjadi bagian penting dalam pengembangan antar muka website yang menarik. Sehingga menjadi salah satu faktor yang mendukung tercapainya tingkat kebergunaan website. Dari semua faktor dan prinsip evaluasi heuristik, tidak satupun yang menyinggung faktor kreativitas. Perlunya memasukkan faktor Supporting of Creativity yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Supporting of Creativity tersebut terhadap tingkat kebergunaan website. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menjadikan 5 indikator pada Supporting of Creativity sebagai variabel independen dan 10 prinsip evaluasi heuristik sebagai variabel dependen. Dilakukan pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan random sampling dengan media kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada pengguna. Data diuji menggunakan model hipotesis menggunakan IBM SPSS. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah kesimpulan dari pengaruh Supporting of Creativity terhadap setiap faktor pada evaluasi heuristik.

Abstract

Basnul Café is one of the cafes located in the Ringroad Sunggal area of Medan. The fierce competition in the business world has led many cafes to continuously innovate their menus to attract customers, especially the younger demographic, due to declining product sales. Basnul Café aims to develop innovations in its food and beverage menu to increase sales. Previously, sales transaction data at Basnul Café were only stored as archives. To address the issues faced by Basnul Café, the author strives to identify transaction patterns to boost product sales using the C5.0 algorithm, which is part of data mining that processes information through classification methods. This is achieved by forming a decision tree to generate new rules. The formation of the root in the decision tree is based on the calculation of information value and gain used to divide groups according to their respective classes. From the findings of this study, it can be concluded that the C5.0 algorithm can predict the menu class according to recommendations or non-recommendations. In addition, this algorithm provides support to the cafe in making strategic decisions related to its products.

Abstract

The Public Health Center is responsible for implementing health policies to achieve health development goals in its area, supporting the realization of a healthy sub-district. One example is the Negeri Lama Public Health Center in Bilah Hilir Sub-district, Labuhanbatu Regency, which serves eight villages with a total population of 36,370 in 2021. The quality of services provided influences patient perceptions, making it essential to continuously improve service quality. This study categorizes the assessment of COVID-19 vaccination services at Negeri Lama Public Health Center using the K-Means Clustering method. This method classifies data into three categories: Very Good Service, Good Service, and Poor Service. The study results show that the Very Good Service category includes six variables with a centroid of 0.519667, the Good Service category includes two variables with a centroid of 0.4605, and the Poor Service category includes two variables with a centroid of 0.3795. This method is considered effective in managing large data accurately

Abstract

Abstract : Business process modeling in application software development, especially during the analysis phase, is essential for a deep understanding of the problem domain. By understanding the business process, developers can identify important elements in a project or things that hinder the progress of a process, and communicate them to stakeholders. Model-Based Requirements Engineering (MBRE) uses formal models to define, analyze, and manage software requirements, offering advantages over text-based methods. This study compares various MBRE diagrams such as Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN), Flowmap, Swimlane, Use Case, Sequence, and Activity diagrams, using a case study of a final project (TA) management application at JTK Polban. The results show that BPMN is the most suitable model, as it represents processes sequentially, is easily understood by stakeholders, and supports validation with other tools. BPMN implementation is expected to be a key reference in application development at JTK Polban.

Abstract

Abstract : The increase in population in urban areas has resulted in an increase in the volume of waste generated. This creates problems in waste management, especially in determining efficient transportation routes. This study aims to optimize waste transportation routes in Periuk Subdistrict, Tangerang City, by applying Dijkstra and Greedy algorithms. Dijkstra's algorithm is used to find the shortest path based on the minimum distance traveled, while the Greedy algorithm is used to select the path that looks most profitable at each step. Geographical data in the form of coordinates of Waste Disposal Sites (TPS) and the distance between TPS are used as input in both algorithms. The results showed that Dijkstra's algorithm produced the shortest route with a distance of 16.7 km, more efficient than the route produced by the Greedy algorithm with a distance of 24.1 km

Abstract

Augmented Reality (AR) technology has the ability to dramatically change business and education through greater efficiency, competitiveness, and client services. By offering interactive guides, contextual learning modules, and virtual lab tours, AR can increase the efficacy of learning in a database laboratory. Furthermore, gamified learning possibilities and real-time collaboration tools in AR have the potential to boost student comprehension and engagement, especially for new and prospective students. Expanding its application, augmented reality can significantly affect global trade. A PwC estimate suggests that productivity increases in AR might increase global GDP by $1.5 trillion by 2030. Businesses who employ AR for remote assistance and training have seen up to 40% boosts in productivity, according to Deloitte's research. Furthermore, according to MarketsandMarkets, AR boosts competitiveness by providing immersive customer experiences that raise customer happiness and engagement. These results show how AR is transforming a number of industries
