Abstract

The research uses both qualitative and quantitative approaches, as well as interviews and questionnaires as data collection tools. The aim of this study is to determine the number of users of the Montirkeliling.com application and to project the likelihood of changes in the application's usage. In the study of the Analysis of Mobile Application Usage Prediction for the startup Montirkeliling.com, the Markov Chain method is employed. In the context of Montirkeliling.com application usage, the Markov Chain method is used to calculate and predict changes in the number of application users over time based on past usage patterns. This method allows for modeling transitions between different states or conditions, thereby aiding in understanding and probabilistically predicting user behavior. The research provides valuable insights for decision-makers regarding the use of the Montirkeliling.com application. The analysis of the data shows a change in the application's usage, initially relatively high but continuously decreasing, with an increase projected in the following years.

Abstract

Abstract : Every month the school will charge administrative payments to students. Administrative payments can be in the form of school fees, transportation fees, school uniform fees and other fees. The school has administrative staff who will handle these transactions. If handling is done manually then the administrative staff will be overwhelmed in reporting payments that have been made by students. Having an information system will help to record and report payment transactions made by students. The principal and homeroom teacher will easily and quickly be provided with student payment reports. This School Administration Payment Information System was developed so that it can be used by various schools because it is designed based on the administration handled by schools in general. Abstrak : Sekolah setiap bulannya akan menagih adminitrasi pembayaran kepada siswa. Administrasi pembayaran tersebut dapat berupa uang sekolah, uang transport, biaya seragam sekolah dan biaya lainnya. Sekolah memiliki staf administrasi yang akan menangani transaksi tersebut. Jika penanganan dilakukan secara manual maka staf administrasi akan kewalahan dalam melaporkan pembayaran yang telah dilakukan siswa. Dengan adanya sistem informasi akan membantu untuk mencatat dan melaporkan transaksi pembayaran yang dilakukan siswa. Kepala sekolah dan wali kelas akan dengan mudah dan cepat diberikan laporan pembayaran siswa. Sistem Informasi Pembayaran Administrasi Sekolah ini dikembangkan agar dapat dipakai oleh beragam sekolah karena dirancang berdasarkan administrasi yang ditangani sekolah secara umum.

Abstract

One mode of mass transportation that is currently widely used by the people of Palembang City is Light Rail Transit (LRT). This research aims to determine the level of satisfaction of LRT mass transportation users in Palembang City using the ServQual method and the CSI method. Measuring the level of satisfaction uses 5 dimensions, namely Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance and Empathy. Measurements using the ServQual Method overall show that the level of satisfaction with the quality of service on the LRT in Palembang city is 0.908552, which is close to a value of 1, so it can be concluded that users are very satisfied with the quality of service on the LRT in Palembang city. However, based on the Gap obtained from Satisfaction and Expectations, each attribute in the 5 dimensions of service quality has a Negative Gap value which indicates that improvements still need to be made to increase user satisfaction in the future. Measuring the level of satisfaction using the CSI method obtained an LRT user satisfaction level index of 0.7659 in the range of 0.60 – 0.80, which means the satisfaction index for LRT mass transportation services is in the Satisfaction criteria

Abstract

This research aims to design optimal user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) for a tourist and accommodation information website in OKUS District. Utilizing the Design Thinking approach with its five main stages: empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test, the study is conducted to deeply understand user needs, clearly define problems, develop creative ideas, create solution prototypes, and test design iterations. The process begins with the empathize stage, where researchers seek to understand user experiences and needs thoroughly. Subsequently, the define stage is used to specify design problems and goals. The ideate stage involves the development of various creative solution ideas. Next, prototyping is used to transform ideas into tangible solutions for testing. Finally, the test stage is conducted to evaluate user responses to the prototype. The results of this research are expected to provide profound insights into designing a responsive tourist and accommodation information website catering to the needs of users in OKUS District. The conclusions drawn from this study include recommendations for implementing improved designs based on the findings from the Design Thinking method

Abstract

The Regional Secretariat is an institution or organization that assists the Regent in formulating policies and coordinating administration regarding the implementation of Regional Apparatus duties and administrative services. People not only pay attention to quantity, but also quality. The same is true for other agencies or organizations. One way that can be done is to carry out an Information Technology Audit using the COBIT 5 Framework. By following the stages and criteria set by COBIT. These stages will produce a parameter for the level of management of information technology called Capability Level. Where these parameters will later be used as a benchmark by comparing them with the targets to be achieved. The difference between the target to be achieved and the curent situation is called Gap Analysis

Abstract

Abstract : As communication and information technology develops rapidly, the Regional Secretary of the Ogan Ilir government has a website for informing the public about news or announcements of activities they are carrying out. However, another problem that is often encountered nowadays is that the information obtained is still not updated enough and many people still don't know about the Ogan Ilir government regional secretary's website. Therefore, there is a need for research to measure satisfaction with the Ogan Ilir government's Regional Secretary website which aims to determine the status of user satisfaction and the factors that influence satisfaction so whether this website is suitable to be used as a reference in obtaining information. The model used in this research is the WebQual 4.0 model which consists of 3 variables, namely Usability, Information Quality, Service Interction Quality, and the End User Computing Satisfaction model consisting of 1 variable, namely Timeliness. This research uses a quantitative approach, sampling is carried out using purposive sampling and accidental sampling techniques, data processing and analysis uses SmartPLS 3.0.

Abstract

Abstract : This research is motivated by the lack of maximum service, in a government agency there needs to be asset management activities as one of the activities that handles the problem of procuring types of assets to support the operational needs of national and political unitary bodies. The aim of this research is to design and build a web-based asset management information system at Sriwijaya State Sports Middle School, South Sumatra to be able to assist goods administrators in processing data, making it easier to search for goods data, recording and reporting. The type of research used is qualitative research and the software design method used in this research is waterfall. The data collection method used is the interview method, while the testing method used is black box. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide an asset management information system website that can be accessed by management staff, utilize regional property and can connect directly with property management so that they can manage asset management data better in the future. The conclusion of this research makes it easier to process asset management data and create reports. Abstrak : Sekertariat Daerah adalah institusi atau organisasi yang membantu Bupati dalam penyusunan kebijakan dan pengoordinasian administrasi terhadap pelaksanaan tugas Perangkat Daerah serta pelayanan administratif. Masyarakat tidak hanya memperhatikan kuantitas saja, tetapi juga kualitas. Sama halnya dengan instansi atau organisasi lainnya. Salah satu cara yang dapat dilakukan adalah dengan melakukan Audit Teknologi Informasi dengan menggunakan Framework COBIT 5. Dengan mengikuti tahapan serta kriteria yang telah ditetapkan oleh COBIT. Tahapan demi tahapan tersebut akan menghasilkan sebuah parameter tingkat kelola suatu teknologi informasi yang disebut Capability Level. Dimana parameter tersebut nantinya akan digunakan sebagai tolak ukur dengan membandingkan dengan target yang ingin dicapai. Selisih antara target yang ingin dicapai dengan keadaan saat ini disebut dengan Gap Analisis.

Abstract

The Human Capital Information System (HCIS) is software that manages staff data, payroll, and other everyday duties in the Human Capital sector. The Human Resources Management System aims to increase performance and eliminate mistakes in business processes to aid operational operations in the human resources department, particularly in recruiting, personnel data management, wage calculations, and promotions. While the system construction pipeline follows an SCRUM strategy for pipeline planning, which includes storyboarding (product owner) based on features to be generated, a product backlog, sprints, daily SCRUM, and sprint reviews, we also utilize qualitative data collecting approaches. This IS is connected with employee attendance, the human resource management system may help gather data and information on employee attendance in an accurate and efficient manner, as well as speed up and reduce mistakes in computing employee wages.

Abstract

Freelancers are individuals who perform specific tasks for a number of different organizations, rather than committing to a single one. By the mean of freelance marketplace technology, it is now easier for recruiters and freelancers to meet and discuss. However, jobs on most freelance marketplaces today are categorized, focusing on more highly-skilled jobs. Thus, jobs such as daily and trivial ones cannot be found. Therefore, this research aims to develop a freelance marketplace application to help solve the existing problem of freelance work supply demand. This application, by accommodating trivial freelance jobs, is expected to promote inclusivity by providing job opportunities for freelancers with general skill sets. This research is performed using agile methodology, consisting of requirement analysis, design, application development, and black box testing. It was obtained that the web application for admin and the mobile application for user are functioning properly and could met the users’ need.

Abstract

Abstract : The COBIT Framework 2019 is an international framework designed to regulate and control e-Government services, focusing on security, efficiency, and effectiveness, to ensure effective governance in modern society. The Palembang Communication and Information Office conducted an assessment of the maturity level of information system risk management using the COBIT 2019 framework. This study aims to provide benefits to e-Government service managers at the Palembang City Communication and Information Office by understanding the maturity level of e-Government service governance, understanding the role of the COBIT 2019 framework in measuring this maturity, providing references for e-Government service managers, and developing and managing government service governance. The results showed that the level of enterprise IT Risk management capability was at level 3 in the EDM03 domain and level 2 in the APO12 domain. However, limited access to research affected these results. The capabilities of the organization have a GAP level of 1 each, with level 4 in the EDM03 domain and 3 in the APO12 domain. Abstrak : Kerangka COBIT 2019 adalah kerangka kerja internasional yang dirancang untuk mengatur dan mengendalikan layanan e-Government, dengan fokus pada keamanan, efisiensi, dan efektivitas, untuk memastikan tata kelola yang efektif dalam masyarakat modern. Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Palembang melakukan penilaian tingkat kematangan manajemen risiko sistem informasi dengan menggunakan framework COBIT 2019. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan manfaat kepada pengelola layanan e-Government pada Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kota Palembang dengan memahami tingkat kematangan tata kelola layanan e-Government, memahami peran framework COBIT 2019 dalam mengukur kematangan tersebut, memberikan referensi bagi para pengelola layanan e-Government, dan pengembangan dan pengelolaan tata kelola pelayanan pemerintah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kapabilitas manajemen Risiko TI perusahaan berada pada level 3 pada domain EDM03 dan level 2 pada domain APO12. Namun, terbatasnya akses penelitian mempengaruhi hasil ini. Kapabilitas yang dimiliki organisasi memiliki level GAP masing-masing sebesar 1, dengan level 4 pada domain EDM03 dan 3 pada domain APO12.
