Abstract

Research with the title Public Relations Strategy in Maintaining the Company's Positive Image (Case study at Coffeshop PT Stasiun Kopi Solo Balapan) is a study that raises about Public Relations Strategy in maintaining the company's positive image, aims to find out and describe the strategies used by Coffeshop PT Stasiun Kopi Solo Balapan. The theory (Cutlip, Center and Broom, 2005) used in this study. In this study, the method used is a qualitative descriptive approach, so that this research describes the actual situation, trying to reveal a problem as it is so that it reveals facts about public relations strategies in maintaining a positive image of the company. In collecting qualitative data, the author processes information obtained from primary data sources that describe the data, namely with explanatory descriptions derived from the results of field interviews and field observations conducted in connection with the Coffeshop PT Solo Balapan Coffee Station. The results showed that the Public Relations of PT Stasiun Kopi Solo Balapan Coffeshop in an effort to improve the positive image of the company was seen to have carried out a situation analysis, planning and programming, implementing, and evaluating the program. Positive image building is done by presenting very interesting events every month. Researchers suggest to the PR to expand social media promotions, as well as events and good relations with the mass media so as to build a good image for the company. Abstract

This research is "Public Service Standards in Arranging Family Cards andResident Identity Cards at Colomadu District Government Offices". InColomadu District there is a need to improve services because there are stillproblems with delays in making and publishing population administrationdocuments because the SOP has not been implemented optimally. Public Service Standards in Managing Family Cards and Resident IdentityCards at the Colomadu District government office were analyzed using thepublic administration service quality theory from Zeithaml, Berry andParasuraman in Fandy Tjiptono, (2005:70), there are 5 indicators, namelytangible dimensions, reliability dimensions, responsiveness , service qualityassurance, care. Abstract

There is high interest in online shopping and there are many different types of payment methods to choose from, some with an advance transfer system, some via on-site payment or what we often interpret as COD or Cash On Delivery, COD or Cash on Delivery is a form of buying and selling transaction at the seller's place and buyers meet face to face at the same location whether they agree or not with what they promised during communication via short message or Whatsapp and so on. By using COD (Cash on Delivery) activities it will be easier and more practical, such as setting prices and the process for negotiating with buyers, in other words if there is money and goods, this is also done with good communication. This research aims to describe interpersonal communication between Shopee Express couriers hub Sukoharjo and shop customers during COD transactions. The methodology used byresearchers to collect data is qualitative and to determine informants using Purposive Random Sampling, namely by selecting informants by adding certain components to get the number of informants we expect. In this research, the theory of Harold D Lasswell was used and the result was that the courier's interpersonal communication with the customer did not cause misunderstandings regarding the delivery of the COD package so that it did not cause problems and could be profitable for both the courier and the customer who received the package.Keywords: Interpersonal Communication, Cash On Delivery, Courier, Customer

Abstract

Family communication is communication that occurs in the family environment,which is a way for a family member to interact with other members, and also as a placeto build and develop moral values needed as a guide to life. What happens if a familycommunication and toxic parenting behavior blend in a family will certainly affect childdevelopment. Poor mental health in childhood can cause disruption more seriousbehavior due to mental and emotional imbalances, as well as poor social life of children.The formulation of the problem in this study is to determine the climate ofcommunication in families who apply toxic parenting, and find out how the process ofself-disclosure by victims is carried out through twitter. This study used qualitativedescriptive type. The subjects of this study were victims of toxic parenting. The techniqueof determining informants is using purposive sampling techniques. Techniques in datacollection use literature studies and use triangulation techniques. Data analysistechniques using the miles and huberman interaction model, namely data reduction,drawing conclusions.The results showed that the communication climate in a family environment thatapplies toxic parenting affects mental development and character building in children.The types of violence that occur are physical violence and verbal violence.Keywords : Communication Climate, Toxic Parenting, Family Parenting

Abstract

One of the programs broadcast on television is a reality show program. In Indonesia,reality shows are synonymous with television shows that present games or competitions. Almostall television stations in Indonesia have reality show programs that air almost every day. The aimof this research is to describe and analyze the perceptions of viewers of the reality show 86 at theGriya Sidoharjo Asri housing complex in Sragen. The theory used in this research is the theoryof perception from Deddy Mulyana: 2017, namely a theory consisting of sensation (stimulus),attention (attention), and interpretation. This research uses a qualitative descriptive researchmethod. Data collection techniques are carried out by interviews, observation, documentation.Meanwhile, determining research subjects used a purposive sampling technique. To analyze thedata using data analysis techniques from Miles and Huberman. The results of this research showthat 86 Net TV broadcasts were perceived positively by viewers in the Griya Sidoharjo AsriSragen housing complex. This is known from the stages of sensation starting from the frequencyof viewing, presenters from the police, various information, and the addition of backgroundsound. The source's attention is based on external factors due to the novelty of the segments ineach episode. Attention based on internal factors is the biological factor of the need forinformation about the police's daily activities in carrying out their duties and physiological factorsthat are informative and educational in nature. The informant's interpretation is that theinformation conveyed by the presenter is easy to understand because the presenter is able toconvey the information well and clearly.Keywords: Perception, Audience, Reality Show 86

Abstract

Pengguna Vespa memodifikasi penampilan motor vespa sehingga menjadi vespa yang unik dan memiliki pesona dan nilai tersendiri bagi pecinta motor klasik. Komunitas ini memiliki latar belakang fashion dan style komunikasi. Komunitas ini digambarkan dengan binatang lebah yang memiliki arti solidaritas, kerjasama, dan menjunjung tinggi kekeluargaan yang bertumbuh dari pecinta kendaraan scooter. Komunikasi yang berjalan pada komunitas ini menggunakan pola komunikasi untuk mempermudah setiap anggotanya saling bertukar informasi. Komunitas Vespa Becanda suatu komunitas yang berdampingan dengan minuman keras dan mereka berpegang teguh pada slogannya “Remaja Peminum Penuh Tanggung Jawab dan Tidak Memberi Kegaduhan”. Untuk membangun solidaritas dan rasa kekeluargaan komunitas Vespa Becanda mengadakan banyak kegiatan. Abstract

The aim of this study is to mitigate the influence of Mobile Legend play and interpersonal communication on social interaction among students. This research is quantitative. The type of research used is explanatory research. The research population is a student of the Faculty of Social Sciences and Political Sciences at the University of Slamet Riyadi. Number of samples: as many as 100 respondents with the non-probability sampling method with accidental samplings. Data collection techniques include questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using double linear regression. Interpersonal communication has a positive influence on the social interaction of students in the Faculty of Social Sciences and Political Sciences at the University of Slamet Riyadi. Playing online games and interpersonal communications have an impact on interaction between students in the Faculty of Social Science and Politics at the university.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the form, purpose and impact caused among Unisri students after self-disclosure through a second Instagram account. In this study using qualitative methods with observational data collection techniques, interviews and documentation. In this study, researchers used the theory of Dramaturgy developed by Erving Goffman. The main informants in this study numbered six people with predetermined characteristics. The results showed that the form of self-disclosure carried out was in theform of activities, romance, opinions, and so on. Informants conduct self-disclosure aimed at self-expression, self-clarification, and developing relationships. The impact is in the form of positive and negative impacts. The positive impact is in the form of solutions, suggestions, getting to know yourself better and not disturbing others. While the negative impact caused is addiction, and reduced self-confidence. So that users are expected to be wiser and can limit themselves in using social media by not providing personal data to just anyone. Researchers also remind to pay more attention to things that will be shared on social media, so that no party feels disadvantaged. Keywords : Self Disclosure, Second Account, Instagram

Abstract

The globalization of communications and technology has opened up new opportunities and challenges for the tourism industry in Indonesia. Sendang Kun Gerit is a natural water bathing tourist spot in Sragen Regency which is managed by BUMDES Sumber Rejeki. This tourist attraction achieved significant success with the number of visitors reaching 18 thousand in April 2023. The aim of this research is to describe how marketing communications for the Sendang Kun Gerit tourist attraction can increase the number of visitors. Data was obtained through interviews with the head of management, the publication and marketing section of the Sendang Kun Gerit tourist attraction, and visitors. Apart from that, data is also obtained through observation and documentation. The results of this research show that the use of social media and official websites has an impact on increasing understanding, involvement and persuasion power for potential tourists. Abstract

This study aims to identify the International Mask Festival as an instrument of cultural diplomacy in Surakarta during the Covid-19 pandemic. The International Mask Festival which is held annually can establish cultural relations between nations. The emergence of the Covid-19 pandemic that hit the world had an impact on the cultural diplomacy activities of Surakarta City in 2020 & 2021. This research was conducted with a qualitative research method and the data search used was primary data in the form of interviews with the International Mask Festival secretariat and secondary data in the form of data from documents provided and referring to the concepts of cultural diplomacy and digital diplomacy. The results of this study show that the International Mask Festival is part of Surakarta City's cultural diplomacy instrument to promote culture and maintain a good image to the international community using digital media. Digital media is an alternative tool for the International Mask Festival in realizing its goals during the Covid-19 pandemic. In this case, the International Mask Festival held virtually through Youtube and Instagram is an innovation as an adaptation due to the Covid-19 pandemic that can reach a wider international community.
