Abstract

A political communication strategy is a communication plan and guide, so it must show theoperational method that functions as a direction to achieve the goal. Eko has run three times as amember of the Sragen DPRD, namely in 2009, 2014 and 2019. However, in 2014 he failed, sohe evaluated his communication strategy and won again in 2019. This research aims to describehow Eko Muji Suharto's political communication strategy from PDI Perjuangan in winningthe seat of Sragen DPRD member. The type of data used in this research is qualitative data. Thedata sources used are primary data sources and secondary data. This research uses the interviewmethod conducted on Eko Muji Suharto, 2 Jatitengah Village communities, and 2 PDIPerjuangan cadres. The data analysis techniques used are data collection, data reduction, datapresentation and verification carried out during the research. The results of the study are firstseen from the communicator aspect, he meets the requirements to be a good politicalcommunicator as measured by his capacity, competence, personality, and education. Measuredfrom the aspect of the message, namely the political message conveyed contains the vision andmission and is in accordance with what is the unrest and needs of the community. Measuredfrom the aspect of the recipient of Eko's political message is also targeted precisely at all peoplewho already have the right to vote. So that in the aspect of the effects arising from thecommunication strategy carried out by Eko it worked well, namely in the form of support fromthe audience.Keywords: PDI Perjuangan, Winning seats, DPRD

Abstract

The aim of this research are the author discusses the application of a communication strategy used in industrial marketing for Diamond bird cage crafts in Mojosongo Boyolali. The aim of this research is to find out the communication strategies used by Diamond bird cage craftsmen in marketing their industrial products. The research method used is descriptive qualitative by examining an existing problem and obtaining data directly. In this research, data collection techniques were used through direct observation or on-site observations and interviews with the relevant sources. As well as analyzing the data by examining the problem then based on existing theories. The results of this research are from data obtained by the author from interviews with relevant sources, it can be concluded that diamond cage craftsmen in Mojosongo Boyolali can implement marketing communication strategies in the form of marketing mix strategies in an effort to increase the number of sales after the Covid-19 pandemic. Abstract

The research has a background in the current development of business companies, Nagita Transport is a service business company that is still relatively new, and uses Instagram and Tiktok social media to provide brand awareness to its community. aims to analyze the use of Instagram and Tiktok social media carried out by Nagita Transport. and how to increase Brand Awareness through social media Instagram and Tiktok Nagita Transport. According to Nasrullah (2015), the characteristics of social media provide information about Instagram and TikTok social media, as well as the Instagram theory, according to Atmoko (2012), which provides several features that can be used by Instagram users to provide more information to the public. And there is a theory from Chusumastuti regarding the use of Tiktok. Through a qualitative approach, data was collected through observing features and content from Instagram and Tiktok Nagita Transport. as well as making direct observations at the Nagita Trans Utama company office. And conducted an interview with several Instagram and Tiktok followers from Nagita Transport. The research results show that the use of social media provides followers with everything they can remember so that they can remember it well, from the use of Instagram and Tiktok social media within the Nagita Transport company by using the features of each social media, The use of social media on Instagram is: hashtags, location, follow, share, like, comments and mentions as well as photo and video content. For use of social media on TikTok in the form of: hashtags, comments, shares and video content. With the use of social media Instagram and TikTok, it provides brand awareness to the public. Abstract

The Government of the Republic of Indonesia is committed to encouraging businessgrowth and investment by launching Online Single Submission (OSS), LocalGovernments have an important role in ensuring that policies are implementedeffectively. The implementation of business licensing in Sukoharjo Regency is organizedby the One-Stop Investment and Integrated Services Office (DPMPTSP) with anelectronic basis through Online Single Submission (OSS). This study aims to describethe Implementation of Regional Regulation Number 10 of 2022 concerning theImplementation of Business Licensing Based on Online Single Submission (OSS) at theOne-Stop Investment and Integrated Services Office of Sukoharjo Regency. Thisresearch uses the theory of Policy Implementation George C. Edward III. This type ofresearch is descriptive qualitative, the types of data used are primary data andsecondary data, determining informants using purposive sampling techniques. The datacollection techniques used in this research are: observation, interviews anddocumentation. Data analysis techniques used are data collection, data condensation,data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the SukoharjoRegency Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service Office always tries to implementRegional Regulation Number 10 of 2022 concerning the Implementation of BusinessLicensing Based on Online Single Submission (OSS) properly. However, there are stillobstacles, namely in terms of communication, not fully providing understanding to thecommunity, including business actors who have not updated and migrated data to OSSRBA and even though the licensing system has been integrated online, there are stillmany applicants who come to the office. Bureaucratic Structure related to StandardOperating Procedures (SOP) there is already a service flow mechanism but RegionalRegulation Number 10 of 2022 does not explain the Standard Operating Procedures(SOP) regarding the implementation of business licensing based on Online SingleSubmission (OSS).Keywords: Implementation, Business Licensing, Online Single Submission (OSS)

Abstract

The conclusion of this research shows that the Karang Taruna GuyubRukun Dusun Sumber Cangkring takes an approach through organizationalcommunication towards teenagers in Dusun Sumber Cangkring. This approachtakes the form of an invitation to participate in religious and social activities.From this activity, the youth who are members of Karang Taruna Guyub RukunDusun Sumber Cangkring get examples of good behavior. Suggestions for theSumber Cangkring Hamlet Youth Organization: (1) To the Sumber CangkringDusun Rukun Guyub Youth Organization to be able to optimize the performanceof members and administrators to be able to maintain social awareness,especially in terms of morality. Abstract

Community involvement in the development of the Sendang Piniri Tourism Village,located in Sendang Village, Wonogiri District, Wonogiri Regency, is an important aspectin efforts to achieve sustainable development. This research aims to analyze and describehow the community participates in the development of the tourist village. A qualitativeapproach was used in this research by referring to the theory of levels of communityparticipation put forward by Amstein (1969). According to the classification proposed byYadav (2018), there are four types of community participation, namely participation indecision making, implementation of activities, monitoring and evaluation, and utilizationof the results of tourism village development. Data was collected through observation, interviews and documentation, then analyzed using the stages of collection, reduction,presentation and drawing conclusions. The results show variations in communityparticipation patterns. Overall, community participation in the development of theSendang Pinilih Tourism Village shows a varied pattern, where several stages show agood level of participation. However, there is a need to increase participation in certainareas such as monitoring and evaluation.Keyword: community participation, tourism village development, Wonogiri.

Abstract

Along with the times the business market in Indonesia is experiencing increasingly fierce competition, the Solo Souvenir shop is branding Solo Souvenir Products through Tik Tok Social Media against the background of many companies that have made Tik Tok social media a place to introduce and develop their products, the purpose of this research is that the author is interested in examining how the branding strategy of Solo souvenir products through Tik Tok social media so that he can find out the branding strategy and provide additional insight and knowledge in branding strategies in Tik Tok media in the field of Communication Science and make references to other researchers regarding branding strategies in the marketing world. The results showed that the branding strategy carried out by Souvenir Solo through Tik Tok social media uses Keprefer's theory in (Konecnik & Go, 2013) introducing a hexagonal-shaped model, or prism brand identity, which is based on six main elements, namely the first brand identity physique (physical) with everything that characterizes Souvenir Solo. Second Personality (personality) which is based on the perception of consumer requests that describe the theme of the event. Third culture (culture) in the logo or motif there are cultural elements that can signify ownership. Fourth relationship (relationship) existing relationships or media partners such as companies, vendors, Wedding Organizer (WO). Fifth reflection or image (reflection or image) visual image of symbols, logos, names. Sixth self-image (self-image) Good reputation, or customer perception seems good and satisfied with the results of the products ordered at Souvenir Solo. suggestions given by researchers to Souvenir Solo, namely in marketing relationships carried out by solo souvenir shops, it is hoped that they can maintain the services provided and the quality and quantity that have been provided.

Abstract

The implementation of e-government can enhance efficiency, transparency, and public participation. In line with this, the Ngawi Regency government has started implementing e- government at the village level through the Integrated Village Information System (SRIGATI) application. The aim of this research is to describe the success of the Integrated Village Information System (SRIGATI) application program through the evaluation of the SRIGATI application program at the Widodaren Village Office, Ngawi Regency. The SRIGATIapplication is used by the community to access information about the village, such as events and activities in Widodaren Village, or to access Widodaren Village data.The success of the implementation of the Integrated Village Information System (SRIGATI) application is measured through the Nurcholis evaluation indicators, which consist of input, process, output, and outcome. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach, and data collection techniques include interviews, documentation, and observation. The data analysis techniques used are data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion drawing.The results of this research can be summarized as follows The implementation of the Integrated Village Information System (SRIGATI) application at the Widodaren Village Office is not yet satisfactory. In the input indicator, the implementation of the SRIGATI application can be considered quite good, although there are still many things that need improvement, such as the need for direct socialization to the Widodaren Village community. In the process indicator, it is considered good, but there are challenges with the operator during the operation of the SRIGATI application. In the output indicator, the results are not yet satisfactory because the community is not satisfied with the implementation of the SRIGATI application at the Widodaren Village Office. Meanwhile, in the outcome indicator, the impact of the SRIGATI application is perceived as not yet significant.

Abstract

Tourism village development is a process that forces ways to develop or advance touristvillages. One of the tourist villages that implements village development as a tourist attractionis the jamus tea plantation in Girikerto Village which is analyzed using four indicatorsaccording to. Cooper (2015:159) which consists of Attraction, Accessibility, Amenity(Supporting Facilities) and Ancillary (Supporting Institutions).The aim of this research is todescribe the development of the Tourism Village in Girikerto village so that it can attracttourists. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach with datacollection techniques, namely observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysistechniques used are data condensation, data presentation and drawing conclusions.The resultsof this research show that at the Jamus Tea Plantation a deer breeding area was built andthere is a new photo spot vehicle called the sky ladder photo spot. 1) In terms of cleanlinessattractiveness indicators that still need to be improved. 2) In terms of accessibility indicators,the road to the Jamus Tea Plantation is damaged and has not yet been repaired, but signs forthe road to the tourist attraction have been provided. 3) In the amenity indicators at the JamusTea Plantation in 2023, accommodation and cafes will begin to be developed. However, whatis hampering the availability of facilities at the Jamus Tea Garden is the lack of funding. Abstract

Posyandu is a basic health service to monitor the growth and development of baluita. In the implementation of posyandu, there are cadres who help. Posyandu cadres play a role in helping optimize the function of posyandu to monitor toddler nutrition so that toddlers do not experience stunting. The purpose of this study is to describe the role of posyandu cadres in reducing stunting rates in Tunggak Village, Toroh District, Grobogan Regency. The focus of this research is the role of posyandu cadres, namely as innovators, pioneers, modernizers and stabilizers. The research method used is qualitative descriptive. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques use theory from Miles, Huberman (2014). The results showed that the role of posyandu cadres in Tunggak Village, Toroh District, Grobogan Regency was good. The innovator indicator carried out by posyandu cadres are good enough, but there are still gymnastics programs for pregnant women that have not been implemented optimally. The pioneer indicator, cadres have become pioneers of good health but there are still parents of toddlers who do not routinely bring their toddlers to posyandu. Modernizer indicator, the role of posyandu cadres as modernizers is good, cadres are able to utilize technology to provide important information to parents of toddlers. Stabilitator indicator, the role of cadres as stabilizers is good, posyandu cadres have received socialization about stunting handling so that cadres can also socialize it to parents of toddlers to anticipate toddlers being stunted and cadres also monitor the growth and development of toddler nutrition.
