Abstract

Music recording industry cannot be separated from the role of recorded music company that enliven the market with recorded music products. High public interest toward recorded music has become a major attention drawer for recorded music stakeholders to make a profit. This industry, moreover, is not static, but dynamic. It is closely related to consumer tastes and the development of communication information technology. In other words, we can say that this industry is full of uncertainty. Responding to this situation, recorded music companies should be able to adequately apply the principles and functions of media management. Hence, the recorded music produced can well respond to consumer tastes and meet the development of information and communication technology of the industry. This study aims to determine the management processes and functions of Surakarta Lokananta recorded music media which is owned by the government. Lokananta is operated under 2 (two) different institutions, namely the Ministry of Information (Deppen) and the General Printing Company of Republic of Indonesia (Perum PNRI). These two different institutions employ different processes and management functions which, in turn, give impacts on the recorded music and condition of Lokananta. Those differences lie on the applied governance regulations, processes and management’s functions, quality and quantity of financial, recorded music, technology, and human resources. Abstract

Mudahnya penyebaran informasi atau konten oleh publik terbuka secara lebar melalui media sosial. Beberapa media sosial mempunyai fitur video live streaming untuk berinteraksi dengan followers, menarik viewers, atau untuk kepentingan bisnis. Video live streaming sangat dinikmati oleh kalangan anak muda, tak terkecuali kalangan anak sekolah. SMK N 9 Surakarta mempunyai jurusan multimedia, dimana tujuan kompetensinya adalah untuk membekali siswa untuk terampil dan kompeten bidang multimedia. Video broadcasting adalah salah satu materi yang dipelajari di sekolah tersebut. Permasalahan tempat/lokasi pengabdian adalah masih terbatasnya peralatan yang memadai untuk mendukung untuk kegiatan praktek produksi live streaming di sekolah tersebut. Program Studi Ilmu Komunikasi UNISRI mempunyai pengalaman dan peralatan yang memadai dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar bidang keahlian broadcasting. Tim pengabdi melakukan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat kepada siswa SMK N 9 Surakarta jurusan multimedia dengan tujuan agar siswa mendapat pemahaman dan pengalaman lebih dari yang sudah diberikan di bangku sekolah. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah; survei ke lokasi pengabdian, pelaksanaan kegiatan pelatihan, dan evaluasi kegiatan pelatihan. Peserta dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah 30 siswa SMK N 9 Surakarta jurusan multimedia. Kegiatan pelatihan ini dilaksanakan selama dalam dua kali pertemuan. Pertemuan pertama pemberian materi serta praktek dan pertemuan kedua adalah praktek pengoperasian kamera dan aplikasi live streaming dalam sebuah acara yang disiarkan secara langsung melalui media sosial YouTube. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah, siswa SMK N 9 Surakarta, mendapatkan pengalaman dan pengetahuan baru dalam bidang video broadcasting.

Abstract

Perpindahan antara pandemi ke pasca pandemi kembali menuntut para siswauntuk dapat beradaptasi kembali akan proses pembelajaran. Seperti yang dirasakanoleh para siswa dan guru di SMA Kristen 1 Surakarta mereka menyambutnya denganbaik, akan tetapi ada sebagian dari siswa yang kesulitan dalam proses adaptasisehingga berdampak pada menurunya prestasi akademik. Hal ini disebabkan karenapara siswa kesulitan dalam memahami materi yang diberikan dan banyak darimereka yang kehilangan motivasi dalam belajar. Peran guru dan karyawan disinisangatlah penting untuk meningkatkan nilai prestasi akademik para siswa, terutamaadalah guru BK. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimanakomunikasi intrapersonal guru BK dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar 5 siswakelas XI yang mendapatkan bimbingan konseling pada tengah semester 1 di SMAKristen 1 Surakarta pasca pandemi. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian iniadalah keefektifan komunikasi interpersonal menurut Devito (keterbukaan, rasapositif, empati, dukungan, kesetaraan). Dengan menggunakan pendekatan metodedeskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengambilan informan menggunakan metode purposivesampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode triangulasi (observasi,wawancara, dokumentasi). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, peranan komunikasiinterpersonal guru BK dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar 5 siswa pada kelas XIberjalan dengan baik sesuai dengan teori keefektifan komunikasi interpersonalmenurut Devito. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari perubahan dan peningkatan motivasibelajar siswa. Dilihat dari keterbukaan, siswa mampu terbuka akan permasalahanyakepada guru BK. Rasa positif, siswa percaya bahwa guru BK mampu menjagakerahasiaannya. Empati, siswa merasa tidak sendiri dalam menghadapi masalahnnyakarena perhatian dari guru BK. Dukungan, siswa merasa terbantu setelahberkonsultasi dengan guru BK dan dapat kembali menemukan motivasi belajarnya.Kesetaraan, siswa merasa tidak sungkan ketika menceritakan permasalahannyakarena guru BK mampu memposisikan diri dengan baik sebagai teman atau sahabat.Kata Kunci : Komunikasi Interpersonal, Bimbingan Konseling, Teori Keefektifanmenurut Devito.

Abstract

The importance of communication for humans cannot be separated, as well as for an organization, with good communication an organization can run smoothly and successfully, and vice versa, lack of communication can cause chaos and problems arise in an organization. Based on initial observations, the organization of the Front Group Standing Board of Kerjo Karanganyar State High School in the process of mental and character formation was considered lacking, one of which was a lack of responsibility and good manners. The formulation of the problem in this research is how the communication of the Front Gugus Ambalan Council Organization of Kerjo Karanganyar State High School is carried out in the process of mental and character formation. The aim of this research is to describe and analyze the organizational communication of the Kerjo State High School Standing Board in the process of mental and character formation. This research uses a qualitative description. The subjects of this research were Scoutmasters, Ambalan Council administrators and Ambalan Pradewan. The types and sources of data used are primary data and secondary data. The technique for determining informants is purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques use library research and triangulation techniques. The data analysis technique uses the Miles and Huberman interactive model, namely data reduction and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that the organizational communication of the Kerjo Karanganyar State High School Ambalan Council Organization, both upward and downward communication, has been going well, but there are several inhibiting factors that have an impact on the mental and character formation process of Pradewan Ambalan, namely differences in status, lack of self-confidence, awareness and miscommunication.   Keywords: Organizational Communication, mentality and character, Standing Board

Abstract

Pengguna Vespa memodifikasi penampilan motor vespa sehingga menjadi vespa yang unik dan memiliki pesona dan nilai tersendiri bagi pecinta motor klasik. Komunitas ini memiliki latar belakang fashion dan style komunikasi. Komunitas ini digambarkan dengan binatang lebah yang memiliki arti solidaritas, kerjasama, dan menjunjung tinggi kekeluargaan yang bertumbuh dari pecinta kendaraan scooter. Komunikasi yang berjalan pada komunitas ini menggunakan pola komunikasi untuk mempermudah setiap anggotanya saling bertukar informasi. Komunitas Vespa Becanda suatu komunitas yang berdampingan dengan minuman keras dan mereka berpegang teguh pada slogannya “Remaja Peminum Penuh Tanggung Jawab dan Tidak Memberi Kegaduhan”. Untuk membangun solidaritas dan rasa kekeluargaan komunitas Vespa Becanda mengadakan banyak kegiatan. Komunikasi Interpersonal sesama anggota disini juga dibangun untuk memperlancar suatu kegiatan yang ada dan membangun hubungan sesama anggota yang semakin dekat.Kata Kunci: Vespa, Pola Komunikasi, Solidaritas, Pola Komunikasi

Abstract

The globalization of communications and technology has opened up new opportunities and challenges for the tourism industry in Indonesia. Sendang Kun Gerit is a natural water bathing tourist spot in Sragen Regency which is managed by BUMDES Sumber Rejeki. This tourist attraction achieved significant success with the number of visitors reaching 18 thousand in April 2023. The aim of this research is to describe how marketing communications for the Sendang Kun Gerit tourist attraction can increase the number of visitors. Data was obtained through interviews with the head of management, the publication and marketing section of the Sendang Kun Gerit tourist attraction, and visitors. Apart from that, data is also obtained through observation and documentation. The results of this research show that the use of social media and official websites has an impact on increasing understanding, involvement and persuasion power for potential tourists. Abstract

The conclusion of this research shows that the Karang Taruna GuyubRukun Dusun Sumber Cangkring takes an approach through organizationalcommunication towards teenagers in Dusun Sumber Cangkring. This approachtakes the form of an invitation to participate in religious and social activities.From this activity, the youth who are members of Karang Taruna Guyub RukunDusun Sumber Cangkring get examples of good behavior. Suggestions for theSumber Cangkring Hamlet Youth Organization: (1) To the Sumber CangkringDusun Rukun Guyub Youth Organization to be able to optimize the performanceof members and administrators to be able to maintain social awareness,especially in terms of morality. Abstract

This study examines the Online Media Reporting Strategy of LPP RRI Surakarta in Maintaining Its Existence. This type of research is descriptive qualitative with primary data sources in the form of observations, interviews and documentation as well as secondary data sources by conducting literature studies and document studies. The informants in this study are broadcast administrators, associate experts as well as editors at LPP RRI Surakarta and also RRI online media news readers who are students, informant determination techniques using purposive sampling techniques. The data was then analyzed using Miles and Huberman's data analysis techniques, namely data reduction, data presentation and data verification. The results of this study are strategies used by LPP RRI Surakarta in choosing issues to be raised as a news including: 1) Carry out company procedures to prioritize actual issues, 2) Choose issues based on the principle of usefulness to readers, 3) Conduct direct investigations into the field, the types of news published are straight news and new features, with rubrics: news, economics, law, sports, and lifestyle, the news presentation strategy applied is to apply separate standards and there are 3 elements that are used as criteria in LPP RRI Surakarta to assess feasibility News, which contains elements of novelty, is important and interesting. Abstract

ABSTRACKThis study aims to determine the interpersonal communication that Pioneer Weddings Pictures photographers do with clients to get good photos. This study used descriptive type qualitative methods, researchers also used Miles and Huberman data analysis techniques, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Researchers also used purposive sampling techniques to determine which informants were experts and trustworthy statements to be used to source the data, informants in this study were photographers and clients of Pioneer Weddings Pictures. The results of this study were obtained using interpersonal communication theory with a humanitist approach from Joseph Devito which consists of five aspects, namely, openness, empathy, support, positive attitude, and equality. The interpersonal communication that Pioneer Weddings Pictures photographers have with clients is very good both in and outside the photo shoot. So that photographers and clients can give each other trust and respect so as to minimize debate, good communication is very necessary to get a good photo in accordance with what is desired by both parties.
