Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know how the role of individual counseling service to address bullying victims of students SMK Bina Patria 1 Sukoharjo in the academic year 2020/2021. In this research, the researcher used qualitative descriptive research. The subject of this research is the students of SMK Bina Patria 1 Sukoharjo. To collected the data, the researcher used interview, observation, and documentation. Inteview techniques are used to obtain direct data from source and clients. Observation is used to obtain data through observations of clients related to activities carried out by clients, and documentation techniques ia to obtain written data and photographic data of client activities. To get the validity of the data, the researcher used triangulation data and method. To analyzed data, The researcher used data collection, data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusion. The result of this research is explain how the role of individual counseling service to reduce victims of bullying at SMK Bina Patria 1 Sukoharjo. Seen from the counseling result, students become less frequent and moody anymore, these changes are felt by clients by filling in more useful and positive activities, so the clients can slowly forget the events they have experienced. Beside that, there are also those that cannot be controlled by the client, namely anxiety, restlessness and lazy to come to school, it cannot be practiced by clients because of the situation and conditions during the pandemic. Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has had a major impact on the world order, especially on the health and economic sectors. The World Health Organization (WHO) noted that as of 4th December 2020, positive cases of COVID-19 in the world reached more than 64 million confirmed cases, and 1.5 million death cases. Responding to this condition, the world's attention has turned to efforts to produce vaccines. However, apart from vaccines, the world demand for Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) has also continued to increase, and even, the world experienced a shortage of PPE. In this case, Indonesia as a producer of PPE can take advantage of this momentum to earn economic benefits in the midst of this pandemic. PPE made in Indonesia produced by PT Sri Rejeki Isman Tbk has obtained ISO 16604 Class 3 certification at Intertek HQ, Cortland, New York. PPE is a nubic garment or CBRN (Chemical Biological Radiation) that can be used for both pandemic and non-pandemic needs. This research will discuss Indonesia's PPE diplomacy in the pandemic era. This study uses economy diplomacy theory and qualitative methods to analyze Indonesia's opportunities through PPE diplomacy. The results showed that the contribution of PPE and mask exports reached US$ 4.56 billion. Therefore, this paper assesses that PPE is economically more strategic than vaccines. Indonesia has a great opportunity to generate concrete benefits from economy diplomacy through the production of domestic PPE or what can be called PPE diplomacy. Abstract

This research is motivated by the presence of advertisements in online media dealing with the worldwide Covid-19 pandemic. Advertisement with children as the endorser to convey the message on Waspada Corona aired in animated version of public service advertisement. this advertisement is very intriguing seen from the emerge of children in educating the public dealing with the enormity and serious impact of the epidemic. How online media construct the children animated advertising language on waspada Corona and how the Semarang society reconstruct language message in the media. This research purposive media text selection as the data collecting method and media text analysis in its analyzing technique as analyzing advertisement method. While the construction of the society, the data were analyzed by mans of Miles and Huberman‟s interactive and constructivist qualitative analysis. The paradigm used is constructivism and is completed with Peter L berger‟s social construction theory. The result of this research are expecyed to show the full form of construction of children advertisement in online media and the construction of the society in responding the online media advertising messages. Abstract

The concept of Collaborative Governance is used in various sectors of government both central and regional in order to maximize service and solving problems in the government sector. In the tourism sector, for example, the concept of collaborative governance is considered able to solve various problem. This is due to the dynamic nature of the tourism industry in line with the concept owened by the private sector which become a partner of the government in collaborative governance. In Maron Village, Wonosobo has implemented the concept of Community Tourism Collaborative Governance (CTCG) and has socio-economic impacts for the community, but the are still problems in this application such as the unequal role of each stakeholder. This study aims to find out and to analyze what are the causes of the unequal Community Tourism Collaborative Governance (CTCG) in Maron Village. The research method is qualitative with a descriptive approach that understands deeply about the object under study. The data obtained in this study are primary and secondary data obtained from in-depth interviews and Focus Group Discussion (FGD) with various stakeholders involved in CTCG. The results show that the causes of the unequal CTCG in Maron Village is that there was still a tug of interest both from government agencies and the community in one of the Menjer Lake tourism object. In addition, the competency of the human resources also caused the unequal implementation of collaborative governance. The findings in the research show that the involvement of stakeholders from the government, privat sector and the community has been fulfilled, but the inequality of competencies that still depends on several stakeholders. Abstract

Globalization is the most important factor in driving indicators of the rate of change of a country. If a country has good indicators of globalization, this is a positive point for that country. However, the rate of globalization is not accompanied by appropriate norms in society, causing an imbalance in the nation and state, which clearly influences norms in life. This research was written to learn how globalization affects culture, information technology, and education. The research method used is a qualitative method with interview techniques to 20 student of UNISRI`s Civic Education Program, who aged 18-20 years. The results showed that on average, a total of 80% of students saw and felt the effects of globalization. Then it must be provided with supervision by parents and increase information about the impact of globalization on culture, information technology, and education which is also very influential on learning so that it can provide great motivation for people to read and learn information from various sources and can protect themselves from carried by the very strong currents of globalization. Abstract

This research seeks to determine the organoleptic quality of fresh vaname shrimp which are marketed in modern market of Makassar City. The research was conducted from December 2019 to February 2020, in three modern markets with each representing the eastern, central, and western parts of Makassar. Samples were taken three times in each market during 10.00-11.00. The organoleptic testing consisted several parameters; appearance, smell, and meat/texture, and was performed at the Laboratory of Fisheries Product Quality Implementation Agency (BPMPP) of South Sulawesi Province. In addition, shrimp temperature and pH tests were performed shortly after sampling. The data obtained were analyzed descriptively and presented in tabular form. The research results showed that vaname shrimp marketed in three modern markets of Makassar City were categorized as fresh shrimp which were within the safe limit for consumption. Compared to the Indonesian National Standard (01-2728.1-2018) regarding the organoleptic safety of fresh shrimp, this results showed values meeting safety standards. Abstract

Tourism is a new type of industry that can accelerate economic growth and employment provision, increase income and standard of living, and stimulate other productive sectors. Samosir regency is a tourism destination that has captivated both international and domestic tourists because of the stunning natural beauty of Lake Toba.This study aims to discover and analyze the effect of experiential quality and experiential value on tourist satisfaction in Lake Toba, Samosir regency. The population in this study were tourists of unspecified number visiting Lake Toba in Samosir regency. The number of samples were 140 respondents. The study involved accidental sampling technique, questionnaire in data collection, and multiple linear regression on data analysis. The results of this study indicated that simultaneously experiential quality and experiential value significantly influenced tourist satisfaction in Lake Toba in Samosir Regency. Partial test showed that experiential quality and experiential value had a positive and significant effect on tourist satisfaction in Lake Toba, Samosir regency. Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence and the magnitude of the effect of the use of earthquake simulation learning methods on learning outcomes in geography subjects XI IPS MAN 1 Sragen. Researchers collected data using questionnaires, tests, observations, and documentation. Data analysis techniques using percentage descriptive analysis and simple linear regression analysis. The results showed the experimental class obtained cognitive learning outcomes of 87.7%, affective learning outcomes of 90.74%, and psychomotor of 93.00%. Then the control class got 79.94% cognitive learning outcomes, affective 59.76%, and psychomotor at 62.43%. The conclusion of this study is "there is a significant influence on the implementation of earthquake simulation learning methods on the learning outcomes of students of class XI IPS MAN 1 Sragen 2018/2019. Abstract

In function of carrying out the mandate of Law Number 23 of 2014 concerning Local Government, each region recruits its citizens voluntarily to become members of Public Protection Unit (Satlinmas). One of Satlinmas duties is to carry out the disaster function. Covid-19 pandemic is also classified as a very impactful national disaster. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of Satlinmas in handling Covid-19 pandemic in Surakarta City. The method used is qualitative where data is obtained from interviews, questionnaires and involved observations. Results were analyzed using interactive analysis techniques. The conclusion is that Satlinmas primarily involved in handling Covid-19 in Surakarta City by carrying out the task of assisting related agencies in Surakarta City and stakeholders who carry out the handling of Covid-19 pandemic in Surakarta. Abstract

The research aims at testing the effectiveness of developmental model of character education based on regional art dance at child friendly school in Surakarta viewed from education, recreation, and competitive and finding out the implementation of character education based on regional dance through developmental model of character education at child friendly school based on regional culture (being able to be used as regional tourism assets). The methods of research are literature studies, interview, survey, observation, and documentation. The data were analyzed through research and development (R&D).The research findings show that the implementation of regional art dance in character education achieve 80 % up to 100% because art dance has been programmed at elementary school in Surakarta to support cultural village; however in the implementation of child friendly school is to ask a question to regional government for its policy for developing art dance through character education model stating that there are 66.7 % of respondents do not understand about the model; therefore it needs to continue with a socialization model.
