Abstract

This study aims to improve students' motivation and rough Motoricskills through propeller games at PAUD Saraswati, Surakarta in the 2019/2020 academic year. This research is a classroom action research (PTK) which uses a modified model of Kemmis and MC Taggart, the subjects of this study were 15 students. The data collection methods used were observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used quantitative descriptive. The indicator set is at least 75%. The results showed that the propeller game can improve motivation and rough Motoricskills of students in PAUD Saraswati, Surakarta. This is evidenced in the achievement of very well developed indicators. In cycle I, the students' motivation and gross motoric skills increased as much as 9 out of 15 students or 60% were in the criteria of starting to develop. Meanwhile, in cycle II, the students' motivation and rough Motoricskills increased by 13 students or 86.6% in the criteria of developing very well and developing according to expectations. This research was stopped until cycle II because it met the criteria for success indicators, namely at least 75% of the 15 students. The methods used are: 1) direct learning approach treatment with propeller game, 2) habituation carried out by the teacher. These actions can increase motivation and rough Motoricskills in students. Abstract

Ignatius Slamet Riyadi is one of the young figures who have a high nationalism spirit since childhood. Lots of revolutionary actions carried out by Ignatius Slamet Riyadi in his efforts to fight for Indonesian independence. Slamet Riyadi is a figure who is very active in several military operations. He is not only a professional on duty but also someone who cares about the people and welfare in society. He collaborated with the people to jointly fight for independence until finally Slamet Riyadi died in the military operation and was buried in Ambon. The values contained in Slamet Riyadi are in line with the needs of human resources in order to face the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. In order to realize Industry 4.0 in Indonesia, academics are required to be involved in developing research and preparing adequate human resources. This article aims to examine the aspects and direction of the development of research and preparation of human resources at the University of Slamet Riyadi Surakarta, an institution established in order to play an active role in the development of science and technology for sustainable human welfare, upholding cultural values and the spirit of Pancasila taken from the Revolutionary Heroes Ignatius Slamet Riyadi. This article is expected to give an idea of what Industry 4.0 is and the efforts made by Slamet Riyadi University in implementing Slamet Riyadi's values to face the fourth industrial revolution. Abstract

Marine Plastic Debris is one of the threats of the environment threatened society, in domestic and international. The threat happens because of the factors that caused the human behavior, then it cause the damage to nature and a threat itself for a country. Because there is no waste management plastic that has been used copiously. The problem of Marine Plastic Debris resulted in the number of the impact that caused, ranging from the environment because of the damage marine ecosystems, the economy of the coastal society who decreased, to the public health. As a result of the problem, Marine Plastic Debris makes an important problem that should be handled by the Indonesian government. This is because it can be one of the closure developments in Indonesia. This study tried to analyze how the government’s strategy of Indonesia in management of plastic marine debris for tackling a security threat to the environment. The results of this research are able to give a few clarity about how the obligation, responsibility, and a form of protection that should be given by the country. Abstract

Online learning plays a very important role in this current pandemic. All levels of education must implement online learning because face-to-face meetings are not possible. Many people complain that online learning is not effective. This is due to several thing, for example, the application of online learning requires accuracy to match students with their level of education, both in terms of strategy and application. This article discussed an overview of online learning by analysing the level of education and determining the appropriate technique. The results showed that analysis and preparation steps were needed. Therefore, it is necessary to do the right strategy in online learning activities by determining the techniques used. This is because a technique is not necessarily appropriate for all levels of education. The step must be appropriate for the level of education of the students. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dasar pertimbangan hakim dan akibat hukum tindak pidana terhadap penyalahgunaan narkotika bagi diri sendiri. Metode Penelitian ini dalamxpenulisanxskripsixinixmenggunakan jenis penelitianxnormatif,xyaituxdilakukanxdenganxcaraxmengkaji data sekunder, yang meliputixbahanxhukumxprimer,xbahanxhukumxsekunder, dan bahan hukum tersier. Sifat penelitian deskriptif, yaitu mendiskripkan mengenai dasar pertimbangan hakim dan akibat hukum pidana terhadap penyalahgunaan narkotika bagi diri sendiri. Berdasarkanxhasilxanalisisxfaktaxdanxdataxyangxdiperoleh, maka penulis mengambil kesimpulan antara lain : 1) Pertimbangan Hakim dalam perkara ini melihat unsur-unsur dari 3 (Tiga) dakwaan penuntut umum yaitu dakwaan Primer yaitu unsur-unsur Pasal 114 ayat (1). Dakwaan subsidair yaitu unsur-unsur Pasal 112 ayat (1) dan dakwaan lebih subsidair yaitu unsur-unsur Pasal 127 ayat (1) huruf a Undang Undang Nomor 35 Tahun 2009 tentang Narkotika. 2) Akibat hukum dari perbuatan terdakwa ialah rehabilitasi di Balai Rehabilitasi BNN selama 3 – 6 bulan. Abstract

This research discusses the effectiveness of Islamic cooperation organizations (OKI) in dealing with the 2016 Palestinian-Israeli conflict -2019. Palestine and Israel are two countries in the Middle East which are still in conflict until now. This conflict occurs because of three things, namely, the establishment of the independent state of Israel in 1948 in the Palestinian territories, until now Israel continues to annex the Palestinian territories and Israel does not comply with UN resolution No. 181 dated 29 November 1947 concerning the division of Palestinian and Israeli territories, and the third is regarding the transfer of the Israeli capital from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem which was previously the capital of Palestine. Responding to this, the Islamic Cooperation Organization (OIC), which has members from Islamic countries and the majority of the Muslim population, issued various resolutions. This study was analyzed using the theory of international regime effectiveness with a knowledge approach or the Kantian model. The research method used in this study is a qualitative research method with primary and secondary data collection sources. The research was conducted through document collection with descriptive elaboration. This research concludes that the OIC's involvement in dealing with the Palestinian-Israeli conflict has not brought effective results or is not in accordance with what is stated in the OIC Charter (OIC Charter). Abstract

Legal sanctions in the field of taxation consist of administrative sanctions and criminal sanctions, but in their implementation administrative sanctions are prioritized, considering that administrative sanctions are more profitable, because the time required is not too long and money can immediately enter the state treasury, but the weakness is that there is a lack of a good deterrent effect. against the perpetrator and potential perpetrator. In law enforcement, legal sanctions may not be enforced or their enforcement is postponed due to unavoidable disasters such as during the Covid 19 pandemic. Abstract

The background of this research is the emergence of religious radicalism and intolerant behavior by some groups of people in various parts of Indonesia, including Surakarta, which, if not addressed immediately, can threaten harmonious social life in the society. The Religious Harmony Forum (FKUB) was formed by the Ministry of Religion whose main objective is to established harmony between religious communities, to foster religious tolerance. One of its main tasks is to carry out dialogue with religious and community leaders. The purpose of this study was to describe the dialogical communication process carried out by the Surakarta FKUB with these religious and community leaders. Referring to the constructivist paradigm, this study uses qualitative methods. This study concluded that dialogical communication carried out by FKUB Surakarta was quite effective in overcoming differences, could prevent radicalism and lead to tolerant understanding, attitudes and behavior among the Surakarta community. Abstract

Entering this era of globalization and increasingly sophisticated technology, literature is not only seen as a part of art and culture that aims to entertain but is a means of learning language, studying history, developing character, and so on. Literature has become an important part of education. One of the objectives of literature, especially related to traditional children's literature in education, is to internalize the character values seen in the daily life of society, especially elementary school students. The rapid development of the internet and followed by increasingly sophisticated technological developments has influenced the lifestyle and character of most elementary school students. Coupled with the condition of the corona pandemic and all activities carried out at home, surfing activities on the internet are increasingly out of control. This is very worrying because the flow of information displayed on the internet and offers of online games, which are not all safe for children, are milling about on the internet and these things can affect the character of children, especially children in elementary schools. To overcome this, the role of children's stories as part of literature can be used in developing student character to be better because the stories displayed contain very good moral values. The role of teachers and parents is also very important to overcome the impact of the internet on elementary school students, namely through storytelling activities. With storytelling activities, students can learn various characters contained in children's stories. The purpose of writing this article is the existence of problems related to the decline in the level of community morality, especially students in elementary schools during the corona pandemic which is due to uncontrolled internet use. One solution that can be done is to strengthen the understanding of character education through traditional children's stories told by teachers and parents to students in elementary schools. Abstract

Exercise questions for students aim to determine a student's level of understanding of the material. Students are said to understand if they can solve problems with the correct process and answers. Limited time and the number of students sometimes make the teacher unable to correct the answers from their students. Teachers only focus on explaining the material so that assistance is needed to be able to assist teachers in correcting student answers quickly and accurately. Therefore, the authors conducted a study entitled the effectiveness of e learning to assist teachers in correcting student answers to math problems. The purpose of this study is to help teachers in correcting the correctness of student answers quickly, of course with the correct process. The expected outcome target is that teachers are able to use the SinauCBT E Learning application so that it can help speed up correcting student answers to math problems. The application of SinauCBT has a positive and significant effect on students at SMPN 12 Surakarta 2020/2021 with a low correlation value of 0.395. The results of the F test in the third equation show that the F significance value is 0.003
