Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Bunut Barat, Kecamatan Kisaran Barat, Kabupaten Asahan padabulan May hingga June 2017. Rancangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalahRancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) Faktorial dengan dua faktor dan tiga ulangan. Faktor pertamaadalah pemangkasan terdiri dari 3 taraf yaitu P0 = Tanpa Pemangkasan, P1 = Pemangkasan 4daun dan cabang serta bakal buah pada ruas 6-12, P2 = Pemangkasan 8 daun dan cabang serta bakal buah pada ruas 6-12. Faktor yang kedua irigasi tetes terdiri atas 3 taraf yaitu T1 = 4 tetes/menit, T2 = 8 tetes/menit, T3 = 12 tetes/menit. Parameter yang diamati adalah panjang tanaman (cm), jumlah daun (helai), jumlah bunga per tanaman (kuntum), jumlah buah per tanaman (buah), panjang buah (cm), diameter buah (cm), produksi per tanaman (g), produksi per plot (kg). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan pemangkasan berpengaruh terhadap panjang tanaman dan jumlah daun pada umur 6 MST, panjang buah dan diameter buah. Perlakuan irigasi tetes berpengaruh terhadap panjang tanaman umur 6 MST, panjang buah, diameter buah dan produksi per plot. Interaksi pemangkasan dan irigasi tetes berpengaruh terhadap panjang tanaman umur 6 MST dan diameter buah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kebun Percobaan Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Asahan, jalanLatsitarda, Kelurahan Kisaran Naga, Kecamatan Kisaran Timur, Kabupaten Asahan, ProvinsiSumatera Utara, dengan topografi datar dan tinggi tempat 10 m dpl. Waktu penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Maret sampai Mei 2017. Penelitian ini disusun berdasarkan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) Faktorial dengan 2 faktor perlakuan dan 3 ulangan. Faktor pertama konsentrasi POC Bintang Kuda Laut dengan 4 taraf yaitu : K0 = 0 ml/l air, K1 = 3 ml/l air, K2 = 6 ml/l air, dan K3 = 9 ml/l air. Faktor kedua dosis pupuk solid dengan 3 taraf yaitu S0 = 0 kg/plot, S1 = 1 kg/plot, dan S2 = 2 kg/plot. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Perlakuan POC Bintag Kuda Laut terbaik terdapat pada perlakuan 9 ml/liter air (K3) yang berpengaruh nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman 29,24 cm, jumlah daun 12,40 helai, produksi per tanaman 137,90 g dan produksi per plot 2,15 kg. Perlakuan pupuk Solid terbaik terdapat pada perlakuan 2 kg/plot (S2) yang berpengaruh nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman 29,65 cm, jumlah daun 2,40 helai, produksi per tanaman 127,84 g dan produksi per plot 2,00 kg. Interaksi antara perlakuan POC Bintang Kuda Laut dan solid menunjukkan pengaruh tidak nyata terhadap semua peubah yang diamati.

Abstract

Penelitian dilaksanakan di Kebun Percobaan Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Asahan, Kabupaten Asahan, Propinsi Sumatera Utara dengan topografi datar dan tinggi tempat ± 15 m dpl. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan April sampai bulan Mei 2017. Bahan yang digunakan dalam percobaan ini antara lain benih sawi kailan, bokashi eceng gondok, berbagai urin ternak (urin sapi dan urin kambing), insektisida Matador 25 EC, fungisida Dithane M-45, dan air. Alat yang digunakan selama percobaan ini adalah cangkul dan garu yang digunakan untuk mengolah tanah,baby polibag untuk penyemaian benih, patok, tugal, tali rapia, meteran, digunakan dalam pembuatan plot dan penanaman,kep sprayer yang digunakan untuk aplikasi pupuk, penggaris, timbangan, alat tulis, ember dan gembor digunakan untuk penyiraman. Penelitian ini disusun berdasarkan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) Faktorial dengan 2 faktor perlakuan dan 3 ulangan. Faktor pertama, pemberian bokashi eceng gondok, terdiri dari 4 taraf : G0 = 0 kg/plot, G1 = 1,44 kg/plot, G2 = 2,88 kg/plot dan G3 = 4,32 kg/plot. Faktor kedua pemberian berbagai urin ternak (T), terdiri dari 3 taraf, yaitu T0 = tanpa perlakuan, T1 = urin sapi dan T2 = urin kambing. Hasil penelitian bahwa Pemberian bokashi eceng gondok berpengaruh nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, produksi per sampel dan produksi per plot, dengan dosis terbaik pada perlakuan 4,32 kg/plot (G3), menghasilkan produksi 2,84 kg. Pemberian berbagai jenis urin ternak berpengaruh nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, produksi per tanaman sampel dan produksi per plot, dengan perlakuan terbaik adalah urin kambing (T2) menghasilkan produksi 2,56 kg. Interaksi antara pemberian bokashi eceng gondok dan berbagai jenis urin ternak terhadap pertumbuhan dan produksi tanaman sawi kailan menunjukan pengaruh yang tidak nyata terhadap seluruh parameter yang diamati.

Abstract

This research was conducted on Durian street, Kisaran Timur, Asahan Regency of North Sumatera Province with flat topography and is at an altitude of 15 m above sea level. The study was conducted from March to May 2017. This research was arranged based on Factorial Randomized Block Design with 2 treatment factors and 3 replications. The first factor is organic NPK with 3 levels: N0 = 0 g/plot, N1 = 25 g/plot, N2 = 50 g/plot. Second factor with PGR Hantuwith 4 levels ie Z0 = 0 ml/l water, Z1 = 1 ml/l water, Z2 = 2 ml/l water, and Z3 = 3 ml/l water. The results showed that organic NPK fertilizer was the best treatment that produced 32,34 cm height, 21,58 pieces of leaves, 65,53 g per plant and 1.75 kg per plot production. The best treatment of PGR Hantu was obtained at a dose of 2 ml/l of water yielding a plant height of 30.99 cm, thenumber of leaves was 21.86 pieces, the production per plant was 67.15 g and the production per plot was 1.78 kg. The interaction between organic NPK fertilizer and PGR Hantu had no significant effect on all observed variables.

Abstract

This research was carried out at Durian street, Kisaran Naga Village, Kisaran Timur, AsahanDistrict, North Sumatera. The study was conducted in April to June 2017. This research wasarranged based on Factorial Randomized Block Design with 2 treatment factors and 3replications. The first factor was cutting of tubers with 4 levels ie: P0 = without cutting tuber, P1 = cutting tuber of 1/3 of shoot, P2 = cutting tuber of 1/4 of shoot, and P3 = cutting tuber of 1/5 of part shoots. The second factor of plant density with 3 levels of spacing is J1 = 20 cm x 10 cm, J2= 20 cm x 15 cm, and J3 = 20 cm x 10 cm. The results showed that tuber cutting treatment had significant effect on all observed variables, whereas cutting of tuber 1/3 of shoot (P1) was the best treatment. Treatment of plant density had significant effect on all observed variables, where the density with plant spacing of 20 cm x 20 cm (J3) was the best treatment. The interaction between tuber cutting and plant density had no significant effect on all observed variables.

Abstract

This research was conducted in Dusun Benteng Jaya Village, Sei Balai Subdistrict, Batu Bara District, Province North Sumatera with altitude of place 5 m asl, flat topography and climate type C. The research was conducted in May 2017 to 2017. This research was arranged based on Factorial Randomized Block Design with 2 treatment factors and 3 replications. The first factor is the dosage of chicken manure (A) fertilizer with 4 levels: A0 0 kg / plot, A1 = 0.5 kg / plot, A2 = 1.0 kg / plot and A3 = 1.5 kg / plot. The second factor was treatment of crop distance (J), with 3 levels ie J0 = 20 cm x 20 cm (25 plants per plot), J1 = 20 cm x 25 cm (20 plants per plot), and J3 = 20 cm x 50 cm (10 plants per plot). The results of the treatment of chicken manure have a significant effect on the growth and production of onion, with the best dose at 1.5 kg / plot (A3)treatment. Different plant distance treatment significantly affected on growth and production of onion, with the best cropping distance 20 cm x 50 cm (J3). The interaction between chicken manure application and different cropping distance treatment on growth and production of onion showed no significant effect on all parameters observed.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di lahan penelitian Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas AsahanKabupaten Asahan Propinsi Sumatera Utara dengan ketinggian tempat ± 15 m dpl dengantopografi datar. Pelaksanaan Penelitian pada bulan Januari s/d Maret 2017. Penelitian inimenggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) Faktorial dengan 2 faktor, yaitu : Faktor dosispupuk biolantek feses ayam dengan 4 taraf, yaitu : F0 = 0 kg/plot, F1 = 0,7 kg/plot, F2 = 1,4 g/plot, F4 = 2,1 kg/plot. Faktor dosis pupuk NPK dengan 3 taraf, yaitu : N0 = 0 g/plot, N1 = 14,4 g/plot), N2 = 28,8 g/plot. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan aplikasi pupuk biolantek feses ayam terbaik pada dosis 2,1 kg/plot menghasilkan tinggi tanaman 24,88 cm, jumlah umbi per tanaman 6,54 siung, produksi per tanaman 63,52 g dan produksi perplot 1,26 kg. Aplikasi pupuk NPK terbaik pada dosis 28,8 g/plot menghasilkan tinggi tanaman 23,98 cm, jumlah umbi per tanaman yaitu 8,11 siung, produksi per tanaman 62,21 g dan produksi per plot 1,27 kg. Tidak terjadi interaksi antara biolantek feses ayam dan pupuk NPK terhadap pertumbuhan dan produksi tanaman bawang merah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Sei Renggas, Jl. Gajah, Kec. Sei Renggas, Kab. Asahan pada ketinggian 15 m dari permukaan laut. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan April sampai Juni 2017. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) Faktorial yang terdiri dari 2 faktor perlakuan. Faktor pertama aplikasi media tanam terdiri dari 3 taraf: M1 =Topsoil + sekam padi, M2 = Topsoil + sekam padi + arang sekam (1: 1: 1), M3 = Topsoil +sekam padi + pupuk kandang sapi (1: 1: 1). Faktor kedua pemberian Pupuk Pelengkap Cair (PPC), terdiri dari 3 taraf. P0 = tanpa PPC (0 ml/liter air/plot), P1 = PPC SuperVit (2 ml/liter air/plot), P2 = PPC NASA (2 ml/liter air/plot). Pemberian media tanam berpengaruh terhadap pertambahan tinggi tanaman pada semua umur amatan dan pertambahan luas daun pada umur 4 dan 8 MST. Pemberian pupuk pelengkap cair berpengaruh terhadap pertambahan tinggitanaman pada semua umur amatan, pertambahan luas daun pada umur 4 dan 8 MST dan pertambahan jumlah daun. Tidak terjadi interaksi antara pemberian media tanam dan pupuk pelengkap cair terhadap pertumbuhan bibit tanaman lada.

Abstract

This research was conducted in the research garden Faculty of Agriculture University of Asahan, Kisaran Naga Village, Kisaran Barat Subdistrict, Asahan District in March to May 2017. The experiment was arranged in Randomized Complete Block Design with two factors and three replication. The first factor is 3 degree of cow faces bokashi fertilizer application that is F1 = 10 ton/ha (1 kg/plot), F2 = 20 ton /ha (2 kg/plot), F3 = 30 ton/ha (3 kg/plot). Second factor is the solid fertilizer application that is S0 = 0 ton/ha (control), S1 = 10 ton/ha (1 kg/plot), S2 = 20 ton/ha (2 kg/plot). Parameters were observed is hight plant (cm), production per plant (g), production per plot (kg). The result of the research showed that the cow faces bokashi fertilizer have effect on production per sampel about 1.984,45 g and production per plot about 7,44 kg. Solid fertilizer have effect on production per sampel about 2046,63 g and production per plot about 7,69 kg. No interaction of the cow faces bokashi fertilizer and solid fertilizer on growth and yield of eggplant.

Abstract

This research was arranged based on Factorial Randomized Block Design with two treatmentfactors and three replications, the first factor was the giving of various types of organic fertilizer(P) consisting of 4 levels ie P0 (without treatment), P1 (bokashi cow dung), P2 ( bokashi legum) and the second fator is the application of urea (U) fertilizer consisting of 3 levels ie U0 (control), U1 (10 g / plot) and U2 (20 g / plot). The results of research that treatment of various types of organic fertilizer significantly affect the growth and yield of water spinach. The best treatment was obtained at treatment (P3) yielding 22,10 cm height, 25,33 pieces of leaves, yield per crop 39,29 g and yield per plot 3,87 kg. The treatment of urea fertilizer has an effect on the growth and yield of spinach water. The best treatment was obtained at a dose of 20 g / plot (U2) resulting in plant height of 22.42 cm, number of leaves of 23.42 pieces, production per plant 39.04 g and production per plot of 3.85 kg. Interaction treatment of various types of organic fertilizers and urea fertilizers did not show a significant effect on the growth and yield of water spinach.
