Abstract

The research was conducted in the Tanjung Alam village, Sei Dadap Sub-district, AsahanRegency, North Sumatera with flat topography with height of ± 20 m above the sea level, Theresearch was conducted on February 09, 2018 to April 17, 2018. This research was arrangedbased on Factorial Randomized Block Design with 2 treatment factors and 4 replications. Thefirst factor is the dosage of mycorrhiza with 2 levels ie: M0 = 0 g / plot, M1 = 15 g / plot. Thesecond factor was the application of fertilizer PHONSKA NPK 15-15-15, with 3 levels ie P1 = 600 g / plot, P2 = 450 g / plot, and P3 = 300 g / plot. The results of dosage of mycorrhizal dose showed a significant effect on the height 2 weeks after planting number of leaves aged 4 weeks after planting, with the best mycorrhizal dosage at 15 g/plot. application of PHONSKA NPK 15-15-15 fertilizer showed a significant effect on the growth of purple corn at leaf number 6 weeks after planting, with the best treatment at dose of 600 g/plot.The interaction between dosage of mycorrhizal doses and PHONSKA NPK 15-15-15 fertilizer on the growth and production of purple corn plant have a significant effect on plant height 4 and 6 weeks after planting and at the time of flowering.

Abstract

This research was conducted in Mentimum Street, Siumbut Baru Village, Kisaran Timur SubDistrict, Asahan Regency, North Sumatera Province. Research do from March to May 2017. This research was arranged based on Factorial Randomized Block Design with 2 treatment factors and 3 replications. The first factor of giving Trichoderma sp. With 3 levels ie: T0 = 0 g/plant, T1 = 10 g/plant, and T2 = 20 g/plant. The second factor is by giving the type of manure with 4 levels ie K0 = without manure, K1 = chicken manure, K2 = cow manure and K3 = goat manure. The results showed that giving of Trichoderma sp with dose 20 g/plant was the best treatment yielding 126,54 cm height, 4,13 branch productive branch, number of pod per plant 44,10 pod, production per plant 0,81 kg, And production per plot 6.97 kg. The best treatment on the type of manure is obtained in the type of chicken manure that produces the height of plant 127.41 cm, the number of productive branches 4,03 branches, the number of pods per plant 45.17 pods, the production per plant 0.82 kg, and the production Plot 7.00 kg. The interaction between Trichoderma sp and type of manure gave no significant difference to all observed variables.

Abstract

This research was conducted on the research garden of Faculty of Agriculture University of Asahan, Kisaran Naga Village, Kisaran Timur Subdistrict, Asahan District in June to September 2017. The experiment was arranged in Randomized Complete Block Design with two factors and three replication. The first factor is 3 degree of the giving of solid fertilizer that is S0 = 0 ton/ha (0kg/plot), S1 = 10 ton /ha (1 kg/plot), S2 = 20 ton/ha (2 kg/plot), S3 = 30 ton/ha (3 kg/plot). Second factor is the giving of NPK 15–15–15 fertilizer that is N0 = 0 kg/ha (kontrol), N1 = 50 kg/ha (5 g/plot), N2= 100 kg/ha (10 kg/plot). Parameters were observed are plant height, production per plant, production per plot. The result of the research showed that solid fertilizer application haveeffect on plant height an production per plot. NPK 15–15–15 fertilizer application have effect on plant height, production per plant and production per plot. No interaction of solid fertilizer and NPK 15–15–15 fertilizer application on growht and yield of sweet corn.

Abstract

This research was arranged based on Factorial Randomized Block Design with 2 treatment factors and 3 replications. The first factor is PGR with 4 levels: Z0 = without PGR, Z1 = Rootone F (2 g / l water), Z2 = Atonik (2 ml / l water) and Z3 = Hantu (2 ml / l water). The second factor is by giving the ratio of manure with 4 levels ie K0 = 1: 0 (1 part of soil + 0 parts of manure), K1 = 1: 1 (1 part of soil + 1 part manure), K2 = 2: 1 (2 part of soil + 1 part manure) and K3 = 3: 1 (3 parts of soil + 1 part manure). The results showed that the best treatment of PGR was obtained at PGR Rootone F which resulted in plant height 26,36 cm, leaf number 13,71 strand, stem diameter 5,29 mm, total live crop 3,75 crop. The treatment of manure on planting medium with aratio of 2: 1 (soil: manure) is the best treatment that produce plant height 25.09 cm, the number of leaves 13.54 pieces, stem diameter 5.25 mm, the number of plants live 3.67 plants. Interaction between PGR and manure had no significant effect on all observed variables.

Abstract

This research was arranged based on Factorial Randomized Design (RAK) with two treatmentfactors and three replications, the first factor was the application of liquid liquid organic fertilizer (H) consisting of 4 levels ie H0 (0 ml /l water/plot), H1 (1, 0 ml/ l water/plot), H2 (2.0 ml/ l water/plot), H3 (3.0 ml/ l water / plot) and second fator is Urea fertilizer consisting of 3 levels ie U0 (Control), U1 (14.4 g / plot) and U2 (28.8 g/plot). The result of research that the treatment of liquid organic fertilizer of plant hormone has a significant effect on the growth and production of mustard kailan plant. The best treatment was obtained at treatment (H3) resulting in plant height 37,90 cm, number of leaves 13,55 pieces, production per plant 169,00 g and production per plot 3.06 kg. Treatment The treatment of urea fertilizer affects the growth and production of mustard kailan plants. The best treatment was obtained at concentration 3 ml / l water (H3) yield 37,90 cm height, leaf amount 12,12 strands, production per plant 159,26 g and production per plot 2,77 kg. The interaction of organic fertilizer of liquid hormone of superior plant and urea fertilizer showed no significant effect on the growth and production of mustard crop kailan.

Abstract

The research was conducted at experimental garden of University of Asahan, with flat topography and high place ± 15 m asl. The research was conducted from March to April 2018. This research used Randomized Block Design using Factorial Treatment Plan which consist of 2 factors: PGR Hantu dose (Z) with 3 treatments: Z0: 0 cc / l water, Z1: 2 cc / l water, Z2: 4 cc / l water. Dosage of NPK Tawon (N) with 4 treatments, ie: N0: 0 kg / ha 0 g / plot, N1: 187.5 kg / ha18.75 g / plot, N2: 375 kg / ha 37.50 g / plot, N3: 562.5 kg / ha 56.25 g / plot. The observed variables are: Plant height (cm), Number of Leaves (Production per Plant Sample (g), and Production per Plot (kg). The result of statistical analysis showed that PGR Hantu with 4 cc / l water (Z2) showed the highest yield on all observed age with yield of plant height 24,04 cm and leaf number 14,85 piece at age 4 MST, and yield production per plant sample 152.75 g andproduction per plot of 3.79 kg. The highest dose of NPK Tawon fertilizer that is 56,25 (N3) showed the highest yield with yield of plant height 23,23 cm and leaf number 14,61 piece at age 4 MST, and yield production per plant sample 148,89 g and production per plot 3.68 kg. The interaction of PGR Hantu and NPK Tawon fertilizer showed no significant effect on growth of mustard pakchoy plant.

Abstract

This research was conducted on West Bunut Lk. III, West Kisaran, West Kisaran Subdistrict,Asahan District in March into April 2017. The experiment was arranged in Randomized Complete Block Design with two factors and three replication. The first factor is 3 degree of the kind of the mustard variety that is S1 = Sawi Pakchoy Varietas Green Pak Choy, S2 = Sawi Pakchoy Varietas White Pak Choy, S3 = Sawi Kailan Varietas Nova, S4 = Sawi Caisim Varietas Tosakan. Second factor is the gived of ZPT organic that is: Z1 = Tanpa ZPT, Z1= Coconut water (50 ml/l water), Z2 = Onion ectract (50 ml/l air). Parameters were observed is hight plant (cm), production of plant (g), production of plot (kg). The result of the research showed that the use of the best mustard variety treatment have get from Pakchoy mustard Green Pakchoy result hight of plant 14,74 cm, production of plant about 157,30 g and production of plot about 1,51 kg. The best gived ZPT organic treatment have get from onion ectract ZPT result hight of plant 20,33 cm, production of plant about 142,25 g and production of plot 1,36 kg. No intraction of the use the kind of the mustard variety an the gived organic ZPT of the growth and yield mustard plant.

Abstract

The aims of this research is to know the difference of sugarcane productivity, yield and crystalproductivity between sugar cane crops and ratoon unloading system and ratooncane system.The research was conducted on July 17, 2017 to July 31, 2017 at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara XISemboro Sugar Factory in Rejoagung Semboro, Jember, East Java. The research method usedin this research is descriptive analysis method. Data types use primary data and secondary data. Variable in this research consist of two independent variable that is sugar cane discharge system of ratoon and sugarcane crop of ratoon cane system. The parameters observed were:productivity of sugarcane (ton / ha) during last 4 years (2013 - 2016), Rendement (%) during last 4 years (2013-2016), crystal productivity (ton / ha) during last 4 years (2013 -2016). The data were analyzed by using T test two independent variables were T independent sample test. The results showed that the productivity of sugarcane with ratoon unloading system is highercompared with keprasan system. Or in other words, unloading ratoon can increase theproductivity of sugar cane significantly. The yield of sugar cane with ratoon unloading system ishigher compared with ratoon cane system. Or in other words, unloading ratoon can increase the rendement of sugar cane significantly. The productivity of sugar cane with ratoon unloadingsystem is higher than the keprasan system. Or in other words, unloading ratoon can increase the productivity of sugar cane significantly.

Abstract

Penelitian dilaksanakan di Pasar 12, Kecamatan Air Joman, Kabupaten Asahan, Provinsi Sumatera Utara, dengan ketinggian tempat 5 m dpl, tipe iklim C (oldeman), jarak lokasi dari kampus UNA ± 5 km. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Maret 2017 sampai dengan bulan Mei 2017. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok Faktorial (RAKF) dengan dua faktor yang diteliti. Faktor I PPC, dibagi atas 3 taraf yaitu: P1 = PPC Gandasil D, P2 = PPC Bayfolan, P3 = PPC Grow-More. Faktor II Pemberian kompos feseskelinci, dibagi atas 4 taraf yaitu: K0 = 0 ton/ha atau 0 kg/plot (Kontrol), K1 = 2 ton/ha atau 0,2 kg/plot, K2 = 4 ton/ha atau 0,4 kg/plot, K3 = 6 ton/ha atau 0,6 kg/plot. Pemberian pupuk cair Bayfolan mampu menghasilkan tinggi tanaman hingga 17,48 cm, jumlah daun 12,02 helai, produksi pertanaman sampel 119,82 g dan produksi tanaman perplot sebesar 3,05 kg/plot, dengan dosis 1-2 g/liter air. Pemberian pupuk kompos feses kelinci menunjukkan pengaruh yangtidak nyata terhadap seluruh parameter yang diamati. Akan tetapi pemberian pupuk kompos feses kelinci mampu menghasilkan tinggi tanaman hingga 16,52 cm, jumlah daun sebanyak 11,96 helai, produksi per tanaman sampel 111,75 g, dan produksi tanaman per plot hingga 2,88 kg. Interaksi pupuk pelengkap cair dan pupuk kompos feses kelinci terhadap pertumbuhan dan produksi sawi pakcoy menunjukkan pengaruh tidak nyata terhadap seluruh parameter amatan.

Abstract

Penelitian dilaksanakan di lahan yang berada di Jalan Budi Utomo, Kelurahan Mutiara, Kecamatan Kisaran Timur, Kabupaten Asahan, Sumatera Utara, pada bulan Desember 2017 hingga Februari 2018. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian urin kelinci dan media tanam berbeda terhadap pertumbuhan dan produksi tanaman selada (lactuca sativa) secara hidroponik dengan sistem wick. Rancangan yang digunakan adalah Rancangan AcakKelompok (RAK), sedangkan rancangan perlakuannya adalah Faktorial, yang terdiri atas dua faktor yang diteliti, yaitu :1. Faktor Urin Kelinci (U) terdiri dari 3 taraf U0: 0 ml/liter air, U1 : 5 ml/liter air, U2 : 10 ml/liter air, 2. Faktor Media Tanam (M) terdiri dari 3 jenis M1 : Rockwool, M2 : Arang Sekam Padi, M3 :Serbuk Gergaji, dengan 3 ulangan. Peubah amatan yang diamati: TinggiTanaman, Jumlah Daun, Kandungan Klorofil, Berat Basah Tanaman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian urin kelinci berpengaruh tidak nyata pada tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, kandungan klorofil dan berat basah pada semua umur pengamatan. Media tanam berpengaruh nyata pengamatan tinggi tanaman umur 3,4, dan 5 MST, jumlah daun semua umur pengamatan dan berat basah tanaman dengan media tanam terbaik M2 (Arang Sekam Padi). Interaksi urin kelinci dan media tanam tidak berpengaruh pada semua parameter pengamatan.
