Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Debt To Equity Ratio and Return On Assets on Price to Book Value with Managerial Ownership as Moderation Variables in Property and Real Estate Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research uses an associative approach method. The population used in this study were 61 property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. While the sample taken is 12 companies using purposive sampling. TThe data analysis technique in this study is to use regression multiple linear. The results of this study indicate partially that the Debt To Equity Ratio has no significant effect on the Price Book Value. Return On Asset has a significant effect on Price Book Value. Debt To Equity Ratio does not moderate the effect insignificantly on Managerial Ownership. Return On Asset does not moderate the effect insignificantly on Managerial Ownership. Simultaneously there is a significant influence between Debt To Equity Ratio and Return On Asset Against Price Book Value in Property and Real Estate Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation, job analysis and career development patterns on employee performance at PT. Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Kualanamu Branch Office. This research uses an associative approach. The population and sample of this research are employees at PT. Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Kualanamu Branch Office Electrical and Mechanical Facility Division totaling 65 people. Data collection techniques used in this study were interviews and questionnaires. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that partially compensation did not have a significant effect on employee performance. Partially, job analysis has a significant effect on employee performance. Partially, career development patterns have a significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously compensation, job analysis and career development patterns have a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Kualanamu Branch Office.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of brand image on purchasing decisions, to know and analyze the effect of brand awareness on purchasing decisions, and to find out and analyze the effect of brand image and brand awareness on purchasing decisions of LTD helmet products (Case Study of Faculty of Economics Students And Business, Muhammadiyah University, North Sumatra). The approach used in this research is an associative approach. The population in this study were all students of FEB UMSU and the sample used in this study were 100 people using accidental sampling. Data collection techniques in this study used a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques in this study used Multiple Linear Regression, Classic Assumption Test, t Test and F Test, and the Coefficient of Determination. Data processing in this study uses the SPSS software program (version 24.00). Partially known that brand image has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. Partially, it is known that brand awareness has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. Simultaneously known brand image and brand awareness have a significant influence on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of transformational leadership on employee performance at PT Federal International Finance - Medan, to determine and analyze the influence of organizational culture on employee performance at PT Federal International Finance - Medan and to determine and analyze the influence of transformational leadership and organizational culture. on employee performance at PT Federal International Finance - Medan. The population of this study were all 60 permanent employees of PT Federal International Finance-Medan. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression. The results of this study indicate that partially transformational leadership and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT Federal International Finance - Medan and that transformational leadership and organizational culture simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT Federal International Finance – Medan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of communication, workload and motivation on employee performance either partially or simultaneously at Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Labuhanbatu Utara. This study uses an associative approach, which is research conducted to determine the effect or relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable. The population and sample in this study were all permanent employees at Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Labuhanbatu Utara, totaling 32 people. The data collection technique used in this study was a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that partially communication has an influence on performance. Partially workload has an influence on performance. Partially motivation has no significant effect on performance, and simultaneously communication, workload and motivation have a significant effect on employee performance at Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Labuhanbatu Utara.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the achievement of competitive advantage through product innovation, product quality, and service quality at coffee shops in Bandung. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis and verification with a quantitative approach. The test tool used is multiple regression analysis. Using questionnaires and interviews about competitive advantage through product innovation, product quality and service quality as a means of collecting data with coffee shop owner respondents. The results of descriptive research which show that the Competitive Advantage at Coffee Shops in Bandung is in the poor category, the product innovation that has been done is still not good, the product quality given is still not good, the service quality that has been provided is quite optimal. Furthermore, the results of verification research show that Product Innovation, Product Quality and Service Quality have a significant effect on Competitive Advantage either partially or simultaneously. Product Innovation Variable is the variable that has the most dominant influence on Competitive Advantage.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of halal labels and product availability on the purchase decision of 212 mart in Medan city. The approach used in this research is associative with the type of data used is quantitative data. The population in this study were all 212 mart consumers in Medan city and the samples used were 100 people using probability sampling. This study uses data collection techniques, namely questionnaire, interview, and documentation. Data analysis techniques in this study used multiple linear regression. It is known that the halal label has a significant effect on purchasing decisions at 212 marts in Medan city. It is known that the availability of products has a significant effect on purchasing decisions at 212 marts in Medan city. Simultaneously known halal labels and product availability significantly influence purchasing decisions at 212 mart in Medan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect partially and simultaneously competence, training and career development on employee performance at PT. Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Kualanamu Branch Office. This study uses an associative approach, which is research conducted to determine the effect or relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable. The population and sample in this study were employees of the Electrical And Mechanical Facility Division at PT. Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Kualanamu Branch Office, amounting to 60 people. The data collection technique used a questionnaire, while the data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that partially competence has a significant effect on employee performance. Partially training does not have a significant effect on employee performance. Partially career development has a significant influence on employee performance. And simultaneously competence, training and career development have a significant influence on employee performance at PT. Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Kualanamu Branch Office.

Abstract

Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia had impacted a decrease of sales in the clothing commodity industry including Muslim fashion. The object in this research is Modest Fashion Company as the first Muslim fashion e-commerce in Indonesia. This research aims to propose a solution for Modest Fashion Company to enhance sales during the pandemic. The methodology using qualitative methods. The data collection method used primary data from the questionnaire and interview then secondary data. The results showed only 54 of 143 consumers who shop at Modest Fashion Company during pandemic while the others preferred to shop at another e-commerce platform. Increasing demand for online shopping through various digital touchpoints during a pandemic should optimize for any company to be sustainable by implementing digital marketing. The proposed solution for Modest Fashion Company is using the RACE Framework as a digital marketing strategy. Using an influencer, social media, and virtual try-on as a new digital touchpoint for the company to adapt.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the marketing mix (product, price, promotion and location) on the marketing performance of the Small and Medium Industries Construction Sector, Medan City Court Construction Workshop during the Covid 19 pandemic. And to analyze the moderating role of government policies to moderate the effect of the marketing mix (product, price, promotion and location) on the marketing performance of Small and Medium Industries in the Construction Sector of the Medan City Court Welding Workshop during the Covid 19 pandemic. This type of research is survey research, because it takes a sample from one population. This study uses an explanatory research approach, which aims to explain the causal relationship between the research variables and the testing hypothesis. The results showed that the marketing mix (product, price, promotion and location) had a positive and significant effect on the marketing performance of the Small and Medium Industries Construction Sector, Medan City Court Construction Workshop during the Covid 19 pandemic. promotion and location) on the marketing performance of Small and Medium Industries in the Construction Sector, Welding Workshop, Medan City Court during the Covid 19 pandemic
