Abstract

RPP development management (Learning Implementation Plan) is an important aspect in improving the teaching and learning process in schools. RPP is a document that explains in detail the material to be taught, learning objectives, activities to be carried out, and evaluation to be carried out. Effective lesson plan development management can assist teachers in managing teaching and learning processes more effectively, improve student learning outcomes, and improve the quality of teaching and learning processes in schools. This study aims to find out how lesson plan development management can improve the teaching and learning process at SDN Sukamulya III. This study uses a qualitative approach by collecting data through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the study show that effective management of RPP development can improve the teaching and learning process at SDN Sukamulya III by: (1) compiling lesson plans according to the curriculum and competency standards, (2) compiling lesson plans that refer to students' needs and interests, (3) preparing lesson plans that refer to the principles of effective learning, (4) integrating various learning resources in lesson plans, and (5) evaluating the processes and results of student learning continuously.

Abstract

This research has a background problem, namely How to Implement Democratic Leadership in Improving Teacher Performance at SD Negeri 02 Manggahang. well, not maximizing influence and directing teachers in carrying out their duties. As a leader, you must also be able to mobilize and influence other people to realize the vision and mission of the school together. In addition, as a democratic leader must be able to understand the condition of teachers, employees and students, also be able to communicate both orally and in writing. Democracy must also be able to make good decisions regarding internal and external affairs. This study used a qualitative approach with the subject of the principal, teachers and participants at SD Negeri 02 Manggahang. Data collection is done through passive observation, interviews, and documentation. Meanwhile, data analysis used descriptive qualitative data analysis. The results of the study show that the application of democratic leadership by the head of SDN Manggahang 02 Bandung Regency can increase teacher performance both in preparation for administrative competence and teacher professionalism, the use of methods used by teachers is also more varied, discipline also increases.

Abstract

This study discusses the application of Ki Hajar Dewantara's leadership concept which can improve a teacher's discipline. The background of this research is based on problems that often arise from the disciplinary attitude of a teacher, namely there are still many teachers who come late to school, teachers have not optimized learning hours, and assignments are not done optimally. Therefore, the role of a leader here is very necessary in providing firmness, motivation, and policies to teachers who are less disciplined in carrying out their duties. This research was conducted at SDN 2 Nanggeleng using a descriptive qualitative approach and the research methods used were interviews, observation, and documentation study. The results of the study describe that Ki Hajar Dewantara's leadership concepts, namely Ing-Ngarso sungtulodo, Ingmadya Mangunkarso, Tutwuri Handayani, serve as guidelines for the principal in leading SDN 2 Nanggeleng. The evaluation program carried out by the school principal in improving teacher discipline in peer assessment. It can be concluded that the application of Ki Hajar Dewantara's leadership concept can improve teacher discipline at SDN 2 Nanggeleng. Besides this success, consideration is needed to provide rewards and punishments for teachers who commit disciplinary violations, and for teachers who obey discipline. Which will then be applied to become motivation in improving teacher discipline.

Abstract

Juvenile delinquency is a serious problem, because if it is done repeatedly, it will eventually have a fatal impact and harm oneself and even others. Because of these problems, it raises questions about the role and contribution of Islamic religious education teachers in dealing with juvenile delinquency that occurs in schools. This type of research is a case study with a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique is according to Milles and Huberman's opinion with three stages, namely data reduction, data display, then conclusion. In overcoming juvenile delinquency, PAI teachers have a role. First, PAI teachers provide good motivation and role models and position themselves as parents. Second , PAI teachers provide guidance on good religious and moral values, and provide approaches so that students can share about the problems they face. Third, PAI teachers teach Islamic religious values. Fourth, PAI teachers master science, train and familiarize students with applying Islamic values which are manifested in daily behavior.

Abstract

The aims of this study were (1) to determine the extent of the principal's leadership role in the management of facilities and infrastructure in Mutiara Hidayah PAUD. Planning the leadership role of the school principal in managing facilities and infrastructure, to find out the supervision of the leadership role of the school principal in managing facilities and infrastructure. (2) the approach used in this research is a qualitative approach, which is a research procedure that produces descriptive data in the form of speech or writing and behavior that can be observed from the subject itself (Furhan: 1992, 21). (3) conclusions and research results from research at Mutiara Hidayah PAUD found that the role of the principal in managing infrastructure is very important in supporting the success of teaching activities. The school principal prioritizes the educational needs of students, the comfort of students and the needs of their teachers through facilities and infrastructure. The fulfillment of these needs and behaviors will lead to high trust from parents and society. By positioning the principal as a multifunctional person, he will know and feel all the ups and downs of his subordinates. He always has discussions about all the problems and planning of education in his school.

Abstract

Many factors influence the success of a school in achieving its educational goals, one of which is the leadership of the school principal. leadership is the process of influencing group activities within an organization to achieve goals. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach that is used to find out the reality of the events studied so as to make it easier to obtain objective data. Qualitative research is research that does not use calculations or is termed scientific research that emphasizes the natural characteristics of data sources. This research is descriptive in nature, only limited to an attempt to reveal a problem, situation or event as it relates to the problem of situational leadership style research in improving teacher performance at An-Nur Ibun Vocational High School. This study compares the data from the field with the library data in the form of theories and concepts that are relevant as assessment standards. The data that has been obtained through the results of observations, interviews, documentation studies. The findings obtained from the results of research at SMK An-Nur Ibun are as follows: 1) Application of the Instructive Leadership Style to Improve Teacher Performance, 2) Application of Consultation Leadership Style to Improve Teacher Performance, 3) Application of Participatory Leadership Style to Improve Teacher Performance, 4) Application of the Delegation Leadership Style to Improve Teacher Performance. Based on the results of research on situational leadership style to improve teacher performance at An-Nur Ibun Vocational High School, it can be concluded that the principal's situational leadership style is a picture of a flexible leader by providing a situation-based mechanism, in the sense that the principal has intelligence in reading situations and conditions. so that the principal understands when to tell, when to support, when to participate and when to delegate as well as leaders can act in a directive and supportive manner so as to improve teacher performance in an education. There are four situational leadership styles that affect the improvement of educator performance, namely the telling style, selling style, participating style and delegating style.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the problem of one of the management functions, both in preparing institutional personnel starting from recruiting workers, developing them to the business and strategy being carried out. The purpose of this study was to obtain information about staffing management at PKBM Bina Cipta Ujung Berung starting from planning, implementing, and evaluating voluntarily and involving a lot of closeness between family members with honorariums that are not sufficient in standard but still doable. running in accordance with the duties and functions of each PKBM member, so that each workforce provides maximum efficiency for the organization. This research method is to conduct a survey and collect data relevant to the topics discussed to obtain information related to personnel management at PKBM Bina Cipta Ujungberung. With proper staffing management can determine the success of a PKBM institution.

Abstract

This research is descriptive in nature, only limited to an attempt to reveal a problem, situation or event as it relates to the research problem in improving teacher performance at SMKS Al-Falah Nagreg. Based on the results of observations and interviews, the authors see that the principal of SMKS Al-Falah Nagreg, Mr. Ahmad Akbar, S.S., M.Pd, has performed his role quite well. The leadership role of the principal in improving teacher performance at Al-Falah Nagreg Vocational High School is related to the teacher's performance carried out by the teacher in teaching in class so that the teacher must be given direction and guidance. The principal has carried out his leadership role in improving teacher performance well. In carrying out his role the school principal has adopted a democratic and open leadership style, and emphasized teachers to be disciplined, guided teachers and helped teachers to solve problems faced by teachers, directed teachers and provided training to teachers to improve their abilities, and conducted class visits. In planning, the school principal creates programs that support improving teacher performance in schools such as holding annual In House Training/Workshops, improving learning facilities, planning teacher training and apprenticeships, and making disciplinary programs and class visits. Schools always carry out In House Training, teacher training and apprenticeships every year, with the target that teachers can produce learning that is in line with the business world and the industrial world. In practice, the school principal always holds In House Training/Workshops for all teachers, one of the targets of which is to make a Learning Plan for use in the New Academic Year. The school principal has carried out class visits at the beginning of the semester, and has increased the need for learning facilities in schools. Several educators have carried out training and internships in several companies. Evaluation of teacher performance is used to measure the achievement of teacher criteria set by the school. This evaluation is carried out at the end of each semester as material to improve teacher performance in the following semester. This action is said to be successful with measurable improvements in teacher performance every semester

Abstract

The background of this research is to explain the Principal's Strategic Management in improving teacher performance at SMKN 6 Garut, mentioning the constraints of the Principal's Strategic Management in improving teacher performance at SMKN 6 Garut, describing how to overcome the constraints of the Principal's Strategic Management in improving teacher performance at SMKN 6 Garut. The literature review used to analyze the results of this research is strategic management and leadership of the principal and teacher performance and the principal's strategy in improving teacher performance. The method used in this study is descriptive-analysis using a qualitative approach, data collection techniques with the stages of observation, interviews and documentation. The research procedures are planning, data collection, describing, analyzing and concluding. The results of the study, Strategic Management of school principals in improving teacher performance at SMKN 6 Garut by increasing discipline, providing motivation, being role models for teachers and education staff and supervising. Constraints that occur in the Strategic Management of school principals in improving teacher performance at SMKN 6 Garut, some teachers are late to school, leave earlier than the specified time in ending the school teaching and learning process, are not motivated to improve performance, do not respond to exemplary leadership and supervision in SMKN 6 Garut is held only once a year, lacks school infrastructure, supervisors don't play a role in coaching.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the decline in student morality. In the midst of the inability of school education institutions to overcome the moral decadence above, there are schools that consistently implement character education continuously, namely SMK N 10 Bandung through spiritual extracurricular activities. The purpose of this study was to determine the strengthening of students' religious character education through Spiritual extracurricular activities at SMK Negeri 10 Bandung. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The research instruments used were interviews, observation, and documentation. The research data were analyzed with the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that: 1) There are several spiritual extracurricular programs in improving religious character at SMK Negeri 10 Bandung culture 5 S, Implementation of religious programs reading asmaul husna in congregation, support, rewards, as well as rules and regulations. 2) Implementation of the Rohis extracurricular at school is carried out once a week, namely on Fridays and has a positive effect on the development of SMK Negeri 10 Bandung. 3) Supporting factors include facilities and infrastructure, the encouragement of the school principal and school members, the human need for religion. The inhibiting factors include time, awareness and enthusiasm, moral support from the family and environmental influences, The timing of activities that clash with intracurricular activities of each departement. 4) Spiritual extracurriculars are effective in developing the religious character of students at SMK N 10 Bandung.
