Abstract

UU 14/2005 tentang Guru dan Dosen PP 37/2009 tentang Dosen menyebutkan bahwa dosen sebagai pendidik profesional dan ilmuwan mempunyai fungsi, peran, dan kedudukan yang sangat strategis dalam menghasilkan manusia Indonesia yang bermutu melalui penyelenggaraan pendidikan yang bermutu di perguran tinggi yang bermutu dengan pemenuhan dan pelampauan mutu dalam SN-Dikti. Namun demikian fakta menunjukkan masih adanya beberapa masalah krusial terkait mutu dosen akibat kurangnya pemahaman stakeholders tentang pengembangan mutu dosen, antara lain masih adanya dosen yang belum teregistrasi nasional, belum memenuhi kualifikasi pendidikan, belum memiliki jabatan akademik, belum banyak yang berpangkat guru besar, dan rendahnya publikasi ilmiah dosen, padahal hadirnya era revolusi industri 4.0 saat ini menuntut cepatnya perubahan, globalisasi, dan kompleksitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengembangan mutu dosen perguruan tinggi. Dalam penelitian ini pendekatannya adalah kualitatif dengan metode studi kepustakaan, teknik pengumpulan datanya adalah dokumentasi, dan analisis datanya adalah reduksi data dan penyajian data serta penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa dalam pengembangan mutu dosen perguruan tinggi perlu dicermati kembali secara seksama empat poin kunci yaitu nomor registrasi dosen, tugas pokoknya, kompetensinya, dan cara pengembangannya sehingga dapat memenuhi dan melampaui SN-Dikti. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan urgennya pengembangan mutu dosen secara berkelanjutan, baik oleh pribadi dosen sendiri maupun oleh stakeholders perguruan tinggi.

Abstract

In the Ministry of National Education's Curriculum Center, the purpose of Islamic education is to foster and increase the faith of students through the provision and cultivation of knowledge, appreciation, this research uses a literature study approach. The results of the research show that we all certainly know Islam, but the problem is, what kind of Islam we know it, is actually still an issue that needs to be discussed further. For example, knowing Islam in the portrait presented by Iqbal with its philosophical and mystical nuances. Likewise, Islam is displayed by thoughts from Iran such as Ali Shariaati, Sayyed Hussein Nasr, Murthadha Motahhari, these Islamic thinkers from Iran seem to have mastered the thoughts of Modern Philosophy and social sciences from the west.

Abstract

Congregational prayer for Acehnese government employees has been regulated in qanun number 11 of 2002. In its implementation, this qanun receives a positive response in Aceh Tamiang regency, so that many employees implemented it. According to dramaturgy theory, this implementation could have various meanings. The objective of this study is to find out how Aceh Tamiang Muslim employees interpret their participation, either pray in a congregation at the office or individual prayer (munfarid). This study uses a qualitative approach with ethnographic type. The results of this study indicate that muslim employees have different interpretations of their participation in congregational prayers. Some of them feel calmer besides getting multiple rewards of praying in the congregation. Congregational prayer is also a gathering moment in which they can interact socially with fellow congregations so that associative meanings can appear which the results are cooperation, assimilation, and negotiation. However, some choose to perform individual prayer (munfarid) for certain reasons.

Abstract

Penguasa yang mengatur suatu wilayah tertentu (penguasa) yang berdaulat adalah salah satu syarat berdirinya sebuah negara, selain dari wilayah, penduduk/rakyat dan pengakuan dari negara lain. Penguasa daerah adalah seseorang atau sekelompok orang yang menguasai suatu wilayah tertentu untuk mengatur dan memerintah wilayah kekuasaannya. Oleh karena itu mentaati para pengasa yang mengatur negara merupakan perintah agama, akan tetapi karakter penguasa pasti berbed. Ada yang adil ada pula yang zalim, salah satu contoh penguasa yang zalim adalah Fir’aun. Di antara kezaliman Fir’aun adalah menganiaya rakyat, membunuh bayi laki-laki, sombong, sewenang-wenang, dan lain-lain. Dalam surat Thaha ayat 24-79 berisi kisah antra nabi Musa, nabi Harun dan Fir’aun yang diapat dijadikan pelajaran tentang sikap mengkritik penguasa dengan cara ucapan yang lemah lembut, dialog dan menunjukkan argumentasi yang benar, kemudian pergi meninggalkan tempat tinggal jika dalam keadaan terancam.

Abstract

In the process of character education of children, parents have a very important role in guiding and shaping the character of children, because children are a gift and mandate from Allah SWT, children are born to earth in a holy state, then it is their parents who influence their children's behavior So in any condition, no matter how busy parents are, they are obliged to guide and direct their children in a positive direction so that morality is created. This study aims 1) to determine the role of parents who work on children's character education, 2) the role of schools in shaping children's character so that Islamic character is realized, 3) obstacles and efforts made in educating children's character. Determination of research subjects was carried out by determination by researchers (purposive sampling), namely parents who worked in companies that sent their children to school at SDIT Harapan Ummah grades 4-6. The research approach is qualitative with descriptive research type. The data was collected by using interview techniques and data processing using qualitative analysis techniques. The results showed that: (1) Parenting patterns of parents who work in companies on the formation of children's character are different, firstly applying democratic parenting, secondly permissive parenting and thirdly authoritarian parenting. (2) The role of schools in shaping the character of students by training children with positive Islamic character habits, making programs that build children's character, and establishing coordination with parents in monitoring children's development. (3) the obstacles faced by parents in educating children's character due to lack of knowledge about parenting and role models from parents, lack of time with children and not being istiqomah in educating children's character. So parents should have concepts and provisions in educating children, because the role of parents is very important in the development and formation of children's character for the realization of Islamic character.

Abstract

This study aims to understand the conflict of authority in reviewing Aceh's Qanun between the Ministry of Home Affairs and the Supreme Court. As a special autonomous province, Aceh is the only region given the authority to formally implement sharia law. These status was legitimized by the three national laws, namely the Law of Aceh as Special Region (No. 44/1999), which was strengthened by the Law of Special Autonomy of the Province of Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam (No. 18/2001), and the Law of the Governing of Aceh (LOGA, No. 14/2006). To regulate the Aceh’s privileges and sharia’s implementation, the Aceh Government is allowed to issue a regional regulation called as a Qanun. LOGA orders the authorities to review and annul the Aceh’s Qanun. The Qanuns that are against the public interest and higher laws are examined through an executive review by the Ministry of Home Affairs. Meanwhile, the qanuns that regulate the implementation of sharia are evaluated through a judicial review by the Supreme Court. However, the Central Government regards the Qanun equal to the regional regulations in other provinces. This has led to the neglect of the privilege of Qanun as a special rule in realizing Aceh's privileges, particularly in the implementation of sharia. As such, the central government can delegate all authority to the ministry of Home Affairs in order to review and annul the Aceh’s Qanuns, referring to Law no. 5/2015 on Regional Government. As a result, it is found that there are 65 Qanuns that have been recently canceled by the Ministry of Home Affairs through an executive review mechanism.

Abstract

This article aims to explore the implementation of Islamic Religious Education learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study uses a case study method with the aim of obtaining data related to the implementation of Islamic Religious Education learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. The results showed that learning at home with the habituation method was not as easy as imagined. The lack of enthusiasm for children and the lack of ability of parents in accompanying children are challenges in applying the habituation method. The principal of PAUD Mawar conveyed to the author that not all parents are like teachers at school. Many parents are not patient, children are usually shouted at which also has a bad effect. Maybe because of the circumstances, the child becomes less enthusiastic and bored, has no friends, and no one motivates.

Abstract

Kurikulum Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) yang diajarkan di Perguruan Tinggi Umum (PTU) meliputi ibadah dan muamalah. Dari sekian waktu yang diberikan dengan materi yang harus disampaikan masih jauh dari ketercapaian. Sehingga penguasaan materi PAI oleh mahasiswa dirasakan masih dangkal. Dengan dikembangkannya model pembelajaran skematik diharapakan dapat membantu mahasiswa untuk lebih menguasai, memahami dan mendalami materi PAI secara menyeluruh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui konsep, penerapan, dan hasil yang dicapai dalam penerapan. model pembelajaran skematik mata kuliah PAI di PTU. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pedekatan deskriptif. Penerapan model pembelajaran ini dimaksudkan agar mahasiswa dengan cepat, mudah dan singkat dapat memahami materi yang akan disampaikan dosen. Sehingga tujuan pembelajaran dapat tercapai sesuai yang diharapakan dalam rencana pemebelajaran, yang meliputi ranah kognetif, afektif dan psikomotor.

Abstract

Knowledge of the Maqasid of Sharia comes from the texts of the Qur'an and Sunnah, and its roots are deeply rooted in the consciousness of the first generations of Muslims, especially in the first centuries. The verses of the Qur'an are rich in statements of statutory regulations, and the hadiths of the Prophet are full of clarifications of importance arising from the commands and instructions of the Maqashid of Sharia. Text is the first, strongest, and highest way to express the will of Allah S.W.T. Therefore, this study aims to collect "all" explanations regulated in the Qur'an in the field of finance and wealth. Money is useful in realizing four main interests: primary, secondary, and tertiary needs that support each other with problems and Maqashid shari'ah. By conducting a study of the opinions of some scholars through literature studies and qualitative approaches, the principles of Maqashid Sharia in the Qur'an are obtained with various dimensions of interpretation originating from the Sunnah of the Prophet and the opinions of scholars, such as as-Syatibiy, Raisuni, and other scholars. Money is the basis of religion and worship. One of the five pillars is zakat, worship in financial management because other worship will be disrupted without being supported by financial elements. Asset management in Islamic Mashasid is also aimed at various types of investments that bring five benefits to Muslims in multiple activities, including growing wealth for the benefit of the people and preventing environmental damage and global warming that is currently happening. Abstract

This study aims to formulate the jurisprudence of sexuality based on maqashid shari'ah in responding to the vaginismus problems experienced by women. This is because so far vaginism is a phenomenon that often occurs in women's lives and has not received a response in the aspect of Islamic law. Ignorance of Islamic law seems to give stigma and discrimination when women are faced with suffering from vaginismus. Whereas in the current contemporary era, maqashid shari'ah has a very strong position in formulating Islamic legal products based on humanity and justice. The study, which is based on this literature review, seeks to dialogue and re-actualize maqashid shari'ah as an effort to build Islamic law based on humanity and justice. Through a comprehensive study, this study finds that it is necessary to build Islamic jurisprudence based on maqashid shari'ah to respond to various problems related to the realm of sexuality. In actualization, vaginismus is a necessity that cannot be denied and can only be treated. So that the legal consequences that accompany it must have dimensions of humanity and justice.
