Abstract

The purpose of this study is to see the extent to which service quality affects patient satisfaction, the subjects used as the unit of analysis in this study are patients who use the services of the ST hospital laboratory installation. Theresia Jambi, totaling 57 patients, the data collection technique used a closed questionnaire given to respondents with alternative answers that had been provided, then the data was processed using regression analysis. The results of this study prove that the higher the level of service quality provided, it can affect the increase in patient satisfaction.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the increasingly rapid business growth in the city of Padang, especially in the culinary field. The development of restaurants that continues to increase makes business competition in the city of Padang quite competitive. With intense competition, culinary business people are required to think creatively in carrying out the right strategy to attract the attention of consumers. This study aims to determine and analyze the price and quality of service on consumer purchasing decisions at the Aroma Kitchen Restaurant in Padang City and their influence. The research method used in this research is quantitative with descriptive analysis and causality with the consumer population of Aroma Kitchen Restaurant. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling type and the number of respondents is 100 respondents. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the descriptive analysis of the variables of price, service quality and purchasing decisions are in good category. The results of this study indicate that based on the variables measured simultaneously, namely price and service quality, it has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. While the partially measured variables, namely price and service quality affect purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the magnitude of the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction at PT. Tiki Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir Kawaluyaan Branch Bandung. The method used is quantitative method. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 28,587 visitors with a set sample of 100 respondents with reference to the calculation of the Slovin formula. This data was then processed using SPSS V 25. The data analysis technique used was simple linear regression and also correlation. The results showed that there was a strong relationship between the services provided and customer satisfaction. This is shown by statistical tests (validity test, correlation coefficient test, coefficient of determination test and hypothesis testing). The t-test shows that there is an influence between service quality and customer satisfaction with a t-value of 16,377 evidence strengthened by the calculation of the coefficient of determination of 67%.

Abstract

The purposes of this study are 1) To find out the types of training and HR development carried out at Bank BTPN tbk Jambi Branch Office, 2) To find out the constraints and solutions for HR training and development carried out at Bank BTPN tbk Jambi Branch Office, 3 ) To know the Strategy of Training and Human Resources Development at Bank BTPN tbk Jambi Branch Office. This study took place at Bank BTPN tbk Jambi Branch Office, the data obtained directly from books or other information in the form of interviews and documentation. The data collection method was obtained by direct observation at the Human Resources section at PT. Bank BTPN Jambi Branch Office. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method that is "done by compiling the data that has been collected then making a classification and setting standards and the position of the elements with one another so that they can be analyzed and interpreted". The results obtained from the research that the researchers conducted were employee training and development, which is a method or way to improve the quality of employees so that employee performance can increase. This Training and Development provides motivation, knowledge and improves the ability of good employees.

Abstract

This study aims to prove empirically the effect of operating complexity and earnings management on the readability of annual reports. The population in this study are all companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) during 2016-2017. The sample in this study was selected using purposive sampling technique with a study period of 2 years (2016-2017) in order to obtain 442 observations of data. Operational complexity is measured by the number of natural logarithms of business segments and the number of natural logarithms of geographic segments, earnings management is measured by the Modified Jones Model, readability is measured by the Flesch Reading Ease score. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis method. The results of this study indicate that the first hypothesis, operation complexity has effect on the readability of annual reports. The second hypothesis, earnings management has no effect on the readability of annual reports.

Abstract

This research was conducted to look at the influence of Brand Image Trust, and eWOM on Loyalty at the center of souvenirs typical of Jambi. The study was conducted on 100 consumers of The Typical Souvenir Center of Jambi (Temphoyac outlet) with purposive sampling method, and analyzed using the SPSS program. The results of research known to Trust, Brand Image and eWOM significantly affect loyalty, with brand image having a negative relationship to loyalty and trust variables and EWom having a positive relationship to loyalty.

Abstract

The development and increasing use of digital technology causes various changes. That”s made convenience and cause disruption and threaten the continuity of the existing profession like accountant. This study aims to determine that accounting skills, digital literacy and human literacy have a positive effect on the job readiness of accounting student. The population is undergraduate accounting students in the city of Padang. The research used convenience sampling technique. Determination of total samples using the slovin formula. The number of samples is 376. Data collection using by a questionnaire. The research data were analyzed with the SEM_PLS. The results of this study conclude that partially accounting skills, digital literacy and human literacy have a significant positive effect on job readiness and simultaneously this study concludes that accounting skills, digital literacy and human literacy have a significant positive effect on job readiness by 74.8%.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and examine the effect of trust and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty at AP Garage (Paint & Custom Workshop). The population of this research is AP Garage (Paint & Custom Workshop) customers who have used the services of AP Garage (Paint & Custom Workshop) at least twice. The sample of this study was determined using non-probability sampling so as to produce 50 respondents. The results in this study indicate that trust contributes positively to AP Garage's customer loyalty, the higher the customer's trust in a service, the higher the level of customer loyalty to the service. For customer satisfaction, it is known to contribute positively to customer loyalty. If the customer is satisfied, the customer will not move to another place and will not be reluctant to take advantage of the services that have satisfied him.

Abstract

This study aims to: 1) find out and analyze how the effect of the number of family members partially on people's income; and 2) knowing and analyzing how the influence of education level partially on people's income. The results of this study reveal that 1) partially family member variables have no effect on the income level of the community around the Kurma Jambi area; and 2) partially the education level variable has a significant and positive effect on the income of the community around the Jambi date palm area.

Abstract

The village income and expenditure budget (APBDes) is a form of accountability by the village government to convey information about all activities carried out by the village government and financed by village funds to the community. The purpose of the research conducted is to determine the accountability of APBDes management in Kotah Village and how the Kotah Village Government is prepared to manage APBDes. This study uses a qualitative type of research, and utilizes informants from the Kotah Village Government Apparatus. This study found that the Kotah Village Government has managed the APBDes in an accountable manner which is in line with Permendagri No. 113 of 2014. The form of Accountability of the Kotah Village Government in accountability of apbdes management report by providing accountability reports to the community is by sticking apbdes management report on the development notice board that has been provided in each hamlet, in the village hall, and at the place of development.
