Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of tangible and reliability on consumer satisfaction simultaneously and the effect of tangible and reliability on customer satisfaction partially. The type of data used in this research is quantitative primary data regarding tabulation of data from questionnaires. The data in this study can be obtained from a questionnaire at Rumah Kito Resort Hotel Jambi. The sample of this research is Rumah Kito Resort Hotel Jambi, with a population of 13,250 people and a sample of 100 people. This study uses an analytical tool, namely multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that: tangibles are categorized as good with an average score of 396, reliability is categorized as good with an average score of 405, and consumer satisfaction is categorized as good with an average score of 413. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded Based on the results of the coefficient of determination test, it can be seen that Tangible and Reliability have an influence on Consumer Satisfaction at Rumah Kito Resort Hotel by 0.506 or 50.6% stating that tangible and reliability variables are able to explain Customer Satisfaction of 50.6 % on the contrary 49.4% caused by other variables outside the variables studied, Based on the results of the t-test, it can be said that the t-value on the Tangible variable is 2.696 with a significant level of 0.000. Because the t-count value is 2,696 > the t-table value is 1.660 and the significant level is 0.000 < significant probability = 0.05. While the value of t-count on the reliability variable is 5.540 with a significant level of 0.000. Because the t-count value is 5.540 > t-table 1.660 and the significant level is 0.000 < significant probability = 0.05.

Abstract

A big problem faced by developing countries such as Indonesia is the income gap between people with high incomes and people with low incomes, a condition that if left unchecked will hamper the development process. There are several factors that cause high income inequality in Indonesia, some of which will be analyzed in this study, namely economic growth, foreign investment, inflation and Trade Openness or trade openness. The study was conducted to determine the effect of these variables on income inequality in Indonesia during the period 2000-2020. The data used is sourced from the World Bank with the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) regression method. The results of the study found that economic growth and foreign investment had a positive effect on income inequality, Trade Openness had a negative effect on income inequality, while inflation had no effect on income inequality in Indonesia. To reduce inequality, economic development outside the Java-Bali-Sumatra Region, especially in Eastern Indonesia, must be the main focus of the Indonesian government. Policies on investment in infrastructure development, especially those related to the smooth flow of logistics or connectivity, are key targets for reducing inequality. Redistribution policies, such as taxes and transfer assistance must be carried out with the principle of efficiency, because they are the first remedy in overcoming the problem of inequality.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the partial or simultaneous effect of product quality and price on consumer satisfaction and customer loyalty of Indosat Ooredoo internet data packages. the research method is associative with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were Indosat Ooredoo internet data package customers at Pamulang University students, with a sample of 128 respondents. data collection techniques by means of a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used instrument test, classical assumption test, path test, coefficient of determination, t-test and F-count test. The results showed (1) partially product quality had a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction, as evidenced by the value of t-count > t-table or (17.355 > 1.97897); (2) partially the price has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction, as evidenced by the value of t-count > t-table or (13.971 > 1.97897); (3) partially product quality has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, as evidenced by the value of t-count > t-table or (16.459 > 1.97897); (4) partially the price has a positive and significant effect on loyalty as evidenced by the value of t-count > t-table or (11.314 > 1.97897); (5) partially customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty as evidenced by the value of t-count > t-table or (14.678 > 1.97897); (6) simultaneously product quality and price have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction, as evidenced by the F-count > F-table or (199.981 > 3.92); (7) simultaneously product quality and price have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, as evidenced by the F-count > F-table or (149.418 > 3.92); (8) simultaneously product quality, price and customer satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty as evidenced by the F-count > F-table or (109.744 > 3.07); (9) indirectly through customer satisfaction, product quality on customer loyalty has no significant effect; and (10) indirectly through customer satisfaction, price on customer quality has no significant effect.

Abstract

The author conducted this study with the aim to identify and analyze the factors that influence the purchase intention of skin care products through e-commerce. In this case, the author chose Generation Z in Batam City, aged 8 to 23, as the study's subject since they are familiar with local skin care goods and intend to purchase them via e-commerce.The independent variables used in this research are social influence, reputation, price value, familiarity and information quality. The intervention variable used is trust and the dependent variable used is purchase intention. This study applies an explanatory method with a quantitative approach in data collection. The technique used by the author is the purposive sampling technique. The data in this study was analyzed using smart PLS. According to the findings of this study, a company's reputation, familiarity, and credible information are all key factors in increasing a customer's trust in purchasing a product. The better the reputation and the quality of information offered through e-commerce, the higher the level of consumer trust in the company and the higher the level of consumer familiarity with the company’s product and with the e-commerce used by the company in the transactions process. This will result in the better lever of consumer’s trust in the business. If this trust is established, the customer will be more likely to make a purchase.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the firm size ratio, debt policy ratio  and profitability ratio on the firm value ratio at PT Gudang Garam Tbk. The data used in this study is secondary data from the company's financial statements from 2010–2021. The methodology used is classical assumption test, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, determinant coefficient and hypothesis testing. Based on the test results, firm size and debt policy have no partial effect on firm value, profitability has a partial effect on firm value, firm size, debt policy and profitability has a simultaneous effect on firm value. The results of the R2 test show that Company size, debt policy and profitability have an influence of 69% on Firm Value while the remaining 31% is influenced by other factors. which means that there is no effect of Firm Size, Debt Policy and Profitability will reduce Firm Value of 38,809. In this case, the increase in Firm Size, Debt Policy and Profitability will have a positive effect on Firm Value. From the results of the T-Test Firm Size and Debt Policy have no partial effect on Firm Value, Profitability has a partial effect on Firm Value. From the results of the F test, firm size, debt policy and profitability have a simultaneous effect on firm value.

Abstract

The survival and growth of the company can be determined from its success in managing human resources owned by the company. All companies strive to improve the performance of their employees so that company goals can be achieved. However, it turns out that in running the financing business that has been carried out there are indications of a decrease in employee performance, this can be seen from the Performance Appraisal data that has decreased, in addition to the company's target acquisition which has decreased. This research is a qualitative descriptive study, the population in this study are all employees of a finance company in Indonesia, totaling 405 employees, the sampling technique used is proportional random sampling with a sample of 80 respondents. Data was collected through a questionnaire. Data analysis was carried out with multiple correlations and multiple regressions, but first the validity and reliability tests and classical assumptions were carried out. Based on the data analysis, it was found that leadership has an influence on employee performance of 0.842 and has a positive and significant influence on employee performance with a significant value of 0.039 which is smaller than 0.05. Motivation has a relationship with employee performance of 0.885 and has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a significant value of 0.005 which is smaller than 0.05. Job satisfaction has a relationship with employee performance of 0.935 and has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a significant value of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05. The conclusion in this study is that leadership has a relationship and has an effect on employee performance, motivation has a relationship and has an effect on employee performance, job satisfaction has a relationship and has an effect on employee performance. Leadership, motivation and job satisfaction simultaneously affect employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of local revenue, general allocation funds, and capital expenditures on the financial performance of local governments. This research is a quantitative research. The sample used in this study uses purposive sampling, namely districts/cities in the provinc of North Sumatra that have had good financial performance at least 1 time based on the efficiency ratio (with a percentage of <100%) during 2018-2020. The results of the study indicate that there is an effect of regional original income and capital expenditure on the financial performance of local governments while general allocation funds have no effect on the financial performance of local governments.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of profitability, solvency and company growth on earnings management in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2021 period. The population used in this study are food and beverage companies listed on the IDX for the 2017-2021 period. Profitability, solvency, company growth are independent variables, while earnings management is the dependent variable. The results of the partial test (t test) show that profitability has an effect on earnings management due to a significant value of 0.03 <0.05 and a calculated t value of 2.117 > 1.994. While the solvency and growth of the company have no effect on earnings management.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to show the effect of religiosity, service quality, and tax understanding on the ethics of tax evasion. The sample in this study consisted of 80 Tamansiswa University Bachelor of Accounting Students class 2019-2021. This research is quantitative research with a survey method. The data analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis show that religiosity and tax understanding do not affect tax evasion ethics, service quality has a positive and significant effect on tax evasion ethics.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the application of Tri Nga's teachings and labor market considerations on interest in a career in the field of taxation by using quantitative methods. Data collection uses primary data by distributing questionnaires to accounting students at Sarjanwiyata Tamansiswa University, Yogyakarta. Sampling method using convenience sampling. Data collection is carried out by distributing the Google Form link through the WhatsApp application. Data processed by 100 respondents. The results of this study indicate that the application of Tri Nga's teachings has a positive effect on interest in taxation careers, while labor market considerations do not affect interest in taxation career.
