Abstract

The rapid development of online business in Indonesia is increasing because of the character of people in indonesia who always want easy and practical shopping.most of the online businesses themselves use freight forwarding services for export and import activities. This leads to intense competition in the freight forwarding service industry, the purpose of this study to determine the effect of quality of service, customer experience, customer satisfaction or even customer complaint behavior on customer loyalty in the freight forwarding service industry companies.This study was designed using purposive sampling method involving 105 populations of freight forwarder customers. The Data were analyzed using structural Equation Model (SEM) PLS . the results of this study are service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty, customer experience has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty, customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, customer complaint behavior has a negative and significant effect on customer loyalty. In this study can be input to the freight forwarding service industry in order to be fix or improve the quality and good experience for customers so that customers feel satisfied and there are no complaints given, because if customers complain constantly without a solution and no change in the company then there is no customer loyalty.

Abstract

This research analyzes the effect of the loan to deposit ratio (LDR) and non-performing loan (NPL) on return on assets (ROA). Stock price, loan to deposit ratio (LDR), and non-performing loan (NPL) to stock price with return on assets (ROA) as the intervening variable. They are using quantitative secondary data from the annual financial report of the regional development bank listed on the Indonesia stock exchange in 2016-2020, analysing with path analysis. The results indicate that LDR has no significant effect on stock prices, NPL has no considerable effect on stock prices, LDR has no significant impact on ROA, NPL has no significant impact on ROA, and ROA has a positive and significant impact on stock prices.

Abstract

This research is a quantitative research that examines social phenomena with the aims to determine the effect of E-Branding and E-Loyalty on Online Repurchase Intention of Beauty E-Commerce Sociolla.com. The population of this research is Sociolla consumers. This research took a sample of 100 respondents through a non-probability sampling technique using purposive sampling method. The data collection for this research was in the form of distributing questionnaires to consumers who had bought and used scarlett whitening products. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and inferential analysis by the Partial Least Square (PLS) 4.0 analysis tool. The results of this study state that the E-Branding has a significant effect on Online Repurchase Intention and E-Loyalty has a significant effect on Online Repurchase Intention.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze broiler chicken meat price volatility at the retail trader level in various districts/cities in Jambi Province. Forecasting analysis of broiler chicken meat prices in Jambi Province using time series secondary data in the form of daily data on the price of purebred chicken meat from 1 January 2023 to 31 October 2023 sourced from the National Food Agency. The analytical method used to determine volatility and the appropriate forecasting model for broiler chicken meat prices in Jambi Province uses the ARIMA, ARCH/GARCH model. The volatility of broiler chicken meat prices at the retail trader level in 11 districts/cities in the Jambi Province region varies, with the volatility in Kerinci District being the highest. The appropriate forecasting model for determining the price of broiler chicken meat in Jambi Province is the ARCH Model, which performs well in predicting the price of broiler chicken meat in Jambi Province.

Abstract

Income fluctuations cause profit instability, so that the reliability of financial report information is questioned by stakeholders. The aim of this research is to obtain empirical evidence about the influence of earnings persistence and earnings growth on earnings quality with the corporate governance as a moderating variable in companies participating in the CGPI program and listed on the BEI for the 2017-2021 period. The research population consisted of 161 corporate entities and 17 sample companies were selected that met the research criteria for the purposive sampling method. Data processing using the panel data regression method with the Eviews-12 statistical tool. The research results indicate that earnings persistence has a negative effect on earnings quality, while earnings growth has a positive effect on earnings quality. In addition, it was found that corporate governance does not moderate the effect of earnings persistence on earnings quality, but the effect of earnings growth on earnings quality can be moderated by corporate governance.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the effects of security, perceived ease of use, and service features on customers' interest in using mobile banking, with trust as an intervening variable. This study used quantitative approach as the research methodology. Data were garnered using a questionnaire. Participants were 200 customers of BPD DIY bank, recruited using purposive sampling technique. The result showed that service feature affects customers’ trust in using mobile banking, but not their interest. Security and perceived ease of use do not affect customers’ trust and interest. Thus, the bank is recommended to focus on building trust and ensuring the security of its mobile banking service in order to improve customers’ interest in using it. Future studies are recommended to explore other factors affecting customers’ interest in using mobile banking.

Abstract

The government has launched a program to increase research in universities and commercialize research results in order to improve the economy and foster an entrepreneurial spirit from an early age, besides that it is expected to have an impact on society and the surrounding environment to support the era of globalization and digitalization which is increasingly developing today. the purpose of this study is to re-identify how the role and function of each of these entities in order to support the commercialization of research results of the Telkom University academic community and how the entities relate to each other which can be mapped through the Entity Relationship Diagram. this research uses qualitative research. The object of research is the technology transfer office, technology business incubator, and science techno park incorporated in the Bandung Techno Park area. The results of this study indicate that the function and role of STP is to create a culture of entrepreneurship and commercialize innovative products from the Telkom University academic community. the function and role of TTO is to protect Intellectual Property from the results of innovative products and commercialize in the form of Industrial Licensing or Cooperation contracts. The function and role of TBI is to develop entrepreneurship programs, business incubation and form spinoff companies. The relationship between these three entities is that STP oversees innovation products from upstream to downstream in its area, which is the Directorate of BTP and PPM. TTO helps the process of being born from the innovation products escorted by STP, which can be said to be BTP as a whole more specifically in the KI&TTO Center, then also PT BUT. TBI is in the middle of STP and TTO whether it needs to be incubated or can be directly commercialized, which is the BTP Incubator and Business Innovation (IIB) unit.

Abstract

The research was carried out with the aim of finding out the factors that cause the development of civil servant competencies to not be optimal and strategies that can optimize the competency development of civil servants. This research uses a qualitative approach. Data collection was obtained through data examination and interviews with sources related to competency and development. The locus of this research is Polda Metro Jaya. The research results show that the implementation of development has not been optimal. This can be seen from the fact that only a few personnel participate in competency development. Apart from that, personnel were found who did not have competence, but held positions. The lack of optimal competency development is divided into supporting factors and inhibiting factors. The suggestion from this research is to develop a strategy that can optimize competency development by maximizing supporting factors and overcoming inhibiting factors in competency development.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the supporters, obstacles and efforts of PT Bank Syariah Indonesia KC Bengkulu S Parman in marketing BSI Easy Wadiah Savings products in overcoming the marketing of BSI Easy Wadiah Savings products in the era of society 5.0. This research uses qualitative methods by collecting primary data, direct interviews with BSI and secondary data in the form of journals, scientific works and books related to the discussion. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis method and SWOT analysis. The research results showed that the identification of these internal factors resulted in 5 (five) strengths and 1 (one) weakness. Meanwhile, the results of identifying these external factors produced 4 (four) opportunities and 2 (two) threats for PT Bank Syariah Indonesia KC Bengkulu S Parman.

Abstract

A company image is needed in building a business, it cannot be denied that an image can effect all aspect, one of which is financial performance. This financial performance is greatly influenced by economic aspect. One of then is green accounting and CSR. Companies must also be abale to survive in the face of all economic, social, and enviromental conditions. This research focuses on quatitative approach with secondary data from the compass 100 index from 2020-2023. The sample used was 96 companies tahe has been identified and classified according to predetermined criteria. Statistical data processing uses smart PLS4 to produce structural analysis and measurement in the form of path analysis, FIT model, R-square and hypothesis teating the bootstrapping method. Based on the result of the, green accounting has on effect of sustainbility report and financial performance, green accounting has on effect of financial performance, CSR has on effect of sustaibility report, but corporate social responsibility has no effect of financial performance and sustainbility report has on effect to financial performance
