Abstract

The JKN Mobile Application is an application to provide services for BPJS Health participants that can access anywhere and anytime. Systems that many people use need to be evaluated. User satisfaction is one factor that can determine a system's success. This study measures the usability level of the JKN Mobile Application using the usability evaluation and Heuristic Evaluation methods. Usability can be identified based on four parameters: learning ability, efficiency, memory, and satisfaction. The Heuristic Evaluation method by Nielsen has ten principles: Visibility of system status, Match between the system and the real world, User control and freedom, Consistency and standards, Error prevention, Recognition than recall, Flexibility and Efficiency of Use, Aesthetic and Minimalist Design, Help user Recognize, Diagnose and Recover from Errors, Help, and Documentation. This study aims to evaluate the application design and determine which parts need improvement. The results of the usability test obtained a percentage of 62.25%, which means that this application is still feasible to use. However, in the heuristic testing, it was found that there were several inefficient tasks, and there needed to be more help & documentation.

Abstract

E-Government is a form of government service in digital form that utilizes the internet network which makes government services to the community easy. However, behind the perceived convenience, of course, there will be risks that arise, for example data loss, data theft, mis-access, illegal access, hardware damage, hacking, etc. which will have a negative impact on an organization, including in the Statistics and Encryption Communication and Information Service, XYZ Regency. The most commonly found threats are those that come from humans and electricity. In addition, there are still many sources of threats that have the potential to pose risks that will interfere with the implementation of electronic-based government. From the results of risk measurements that have been carried out based on NIST SP 800-30 By multiplying between the levels determined in the likelihood and impact processes to produce a number to be used as a guide in determining the level of risk, it was found that the risk threats originating from humans are 60% risk with Low level, 30% risk with Medium level, and 10% risk with High level. While the risk derived from electricity was 20% risk with Low level, 20% risk with Medium level, and 60% risk with High level. Lastly sourced from Technical is 34% risk with Low level, 33% Medium level risk, and 33% High level risk. Overall the risk assessment results were 39% risk threats with Low level, 33% risk threat with Medium level, and 28% risk threat with High level.

Abstract

Respiratory illnesses, including COVID-19, continue to be a significant public health concern worldwide. In this regard, public health organizations provide preventative measures, such as wearing masks, and practicing good hand hygiene, to help control the spread of respiratory illnesses. However, existing preventive measures may not be fully effective in ensuring compliance, especially in dispersed economic conditions, leading to continued risks of respiratory virus spread in public spaces. To address this challenge, this study proposes a microcontroller-driven system designed to monitor and regulate entry into public spaces, aiming to reduce the transmission of respiratory illnesses. The system employs a camera, a temperature sensor and an ultrasonic sensor to detect face mask usage, measure body temperature, and track the distance of hands from the sensor for automatic handwashing. Using deep learning method to measure accuracy rates of 0.90, 0.89, 0.89, and 0.89 for detecting face masks, precision, recall, and F1 score, respectively, and an accuracy of 99.18% in measuring body temperature. The system has the potential to enhance public safety significantly. The automatic door opening feature, triggered only when a person is wearing a mask, has an average body temperature, and has washed their hands automatically, adds to the system's efficacy. The system's ability to detect and respond to non-compliance with safety measures can help promote adherence to public health guidelines and reduce the risk of infection. This study's findings demonstrate the developed system's high potential to contribute to public safety in the era of respiratory viruses.

Abstract

Presently, the complaining service in Kartasura local government relies on manual recording where people must come to the government office, write their complaints and submit them to the office staff. This situation causes inefficiency since people have to travel from their places to the local government office. Moreover, the manual recording makes the complaints cannot be managed properly since the same complaints can be submitted more than one time. Additionally, it also causes some confusion to the government staff since they need to carefully check whether it has been submitted previously and approve the complaints accordingly. To solve the issue, a web-based application complaint system is developed to reduce the number of the same complaints from the citizen as well as to help staff manage the complaints data. The Jaro-Winkler String Similarity algorithm is adopted to check the similarity of newly submitted complaints with existing complaints data. The algorithm detects similarities of newly submitted complaints by determining the level of string equality to the existing complaints. Experimental results using one month period of complaints data in December 2022 show that the application is able to detect the similarity between the newly submitted complaints to the existing complaints. As the value of similarity threshold is higher, the number of rejected complaints also increases. Meanwhile, the test results of the system using the System Usability Scale Score obtained an average value of 76.5, which means the system is included in the Acceptable category and can be used for daily activity.

Abstract

Reviews of women's tops in the market are valuable information if processed properly. Merchants can conduct product review analysis to obtain information that can be used to evaluate products and services. Product review analysis activities are not enough just to see the number of stars, it is necessary to see the entire content of the review comments to be able to know the intent of the review. Sentiment analysis system is a system used to automatically analyze online product reviews to obtain information including sentiment information that is part of online reviews. The data is classified using Naive Bayes. The data collected were 1,000 product reviews of women's tops as samples. The purpose of this study is to determine the sentiment analysis of female top product reviews using the Naive Bayes algorithm. The stages of this research include data collection, labeling, pre-processing, sentiment classification, and evaluation. In the pre-processing stage there are 6 stages, namely Cleaning emoticons & symbols, Case folding, Word Normalizer, Tokenize, Stopword Removal and Stemming. TF-IDF (Term Frequency - Inverse Document Frequency) method is used for word weighting. The data will be classified into 3 (three) classes, namely negative, positive and neutral. The data will then be evaluated using accuracy parameter testing. The test results show an accuracy value of 89%, this result shows that the product reviews of women's tops are more positive.

Abstract

Rainfall is one indicator to determine the estimated adequacy of groundwater on agricultural land. The groundwater availability produced by rain can determine cropping patterns in an area. The availability of rainfall data depends on the accuracy of information on current climate conditions. This case causes the related parties to find difficulty determining the classification of cropping patterns in the future. Accurate rainfall prediction models are needed to overcome the problem of shifting rain patterns. Rainfall prediction models in determining cropping patterns are recommended by FAO, such as linear regression, which is still widely used today. This study aims to develop a new model of rainfall prediction by using the method SARIMA to determine cropping patterns to increase crop yields. Rainfall data was used from 2010 to 2020 from seven rainfall collection stations in Sleman Regency, and they are used as training data to predict future rainfall. The output of the data analysis is a prediction of rainfall in the range of January-April, which is predicted to be high, May-August, which is predicted to be low; and September-December, which is predicted to be moderate. In addition, based on the identified cropping patterns, recommendations can be given to farmers to set cropping schedules and strategies to increase the productivity of the farmland. The testing of accuracy forecasting used relative mean absolute error (RMAE) for 12 months. The results of the forecasting accuracy test for 12 months in Sleman Regency showed RMAE average of 1.46 was considered low, for it was still below 10%.

Abstract

Vehicle license plates are identifiers used to uniquely identify vehicles. However, to identify vehicle license plates there are several problems encountered, namely the different formats of vehicle license plates that make license plate recognition more complicated, vehicle license plates often contain visually similar combinations of letters and numbers (for example the letter "O" and the number "0" or the letter "I" and the number "1"), . in poor lighting conditions license plates may not be clearly visible. To solve this problem, image recognition, image processing, and pattern recognition technologies can be used. The three technologies can be used to recognize characters on vehicle license plates, but cannot yet be used to recognize the colors contained on vehicle license plates. The purpose of this research is to identify and record vehicle license plate numbers quickly and accurately, monitor the presence of vehicles in a supervised area, assist in managing parking, reduce the need for human interaction in the vehicle identification process, The methods used to recognize motor vehicle plates are edge detection and character segmentation which involves image processing to detect the edges of the vehicle plate, followed by segmentation of individual characters in the plate. Another method used is optical character recognition which involves using an optical sensor to take an image of a vehicle plate, then using character recognition techniques to identify the numbers and letters on the plate. The result of this research is that the motor vehicle number recognition system can work in various lighting conditions and poor weather conditions and can monitor and control vehicles in the parking area. The finding obtained from this research is that no method has been used for color recognition on motor vehicle plates.
