Abstract

Republic of Indonesia warship is one of the main elements in the Integrated Fleet Weapon System (SSAT) owned by the Indonesian Navy. Republic of Indonesia warship must have combat readiness so that it is always ready to carry out exercises and operations according to its main tasks. Combat readiness can be achieved thanks to good logistical support. The codification information system is an important part of the automation of debriefing at Dopusbektim in providing computerized logistical support. With the codification information system, it is hoped that the user unit will be easier and can shorten the processing time of requests at the depot warehouse. The research objective is the development of existing applications by designing a codified information system application using the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) and System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methods, so that it is expected to solve existing problems. Through interviews and questionnaires obtained 12 attributes. The 12 selected attributes above are then processed using the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method in the House of Quality (HOQ) matrix so that the highest technical importance value is obtained, namely the integrated technical response with the Codification Subdistribution with a value of 367.7. This technical response is integrated with the Codification Subdistribution which is used as the basis for developing new application designs according to the stages in the SDLC method. Abstract

The South China Sea conflict is a regional security issue that has not yet reached the point of completion, and is prone to disrupting regional stability in the future. This dispute was initiated by China's unilateral claim to expand its territorial waters based on the nine dashed-line theory. This triggered diplomatic protests by several countries that directly border the South China Sea, including Indonesia. Even more recently, this has attracted the attention of the United States to participate in wanting to control and have influence over the South China Sea area which is considered very strategic and brings enormous economic benefits to its country. To avoid conflict, a strategy and policy scenario from each country in this case is needed, namely Indonesia, China and the United States using Game Theory. The Game Theory method that is simulated in this study uses pessimistic and optimistic scenarios from each country. Furthermore, the output of this method is that a saddle point is obtained from the scenario carried out by the three players/countries so as to achieve Ranai Region Stability in the South China Sea Conflict. Abstract

KRI XYZ is one of the Ocean tugboats owned by the Indonesian Navy under the Garuda Ship Unit, which has a tactical nature to provide tug assistance for elements that experience damage or accidents at sea. Based on the letter of the Garuda Utama Commander Number B/947/V/2021 dated 19 May 2021, regarding Appreciation for the Replacement of the KRI XYZ Main Engine, a re-engine is required for the KRI XYZ. This study aims to determine the criteria, methods used and choose the appropriate and best Alternative type of MAIN ENGINE. There are four MAIN ENGINE A, B, C, and D Alternative engines. There are ten selection criteria grouped into benefit and risk criteria groups. The Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method is used to support the selection of the best Alternative based on the criteria of benefit and level of risk, and BCR analysis is carried out for benefits and costs. The results of this study indicate that with the AHP method and BCR analysis, the selected Alternative is the best and feasible engine A (BCR>1) and has a low risk meaning that the Alternative is the most profitable if it is chosen as a replacement engine for MAIN ENGINE KRI XYZ. Abstract

Energy security can be understood as a condition to meet the energy needs of the wider community, using the principles of availability, affordability, accessibility, acceptability and sustainability. Indonesia is a country that has enormous potential for energy resources, both fossil energy potential and renewable energy potential. In the current condition, the consumption of energy supply in Indonesia mostly comes from non-renewable energy sources, which if carried out in a sustainable manner will result in reduced reserves of fossil energy sources and contribute to increased greenhouse gas emissions which will lead to changes in the environment. climate globally. Instilling an understanding of the importance of maintaining energy security can be done through educational institutions and outreach to the wider community. One of the educational institutions owned by the Indonesian Navy is STTAL, from the studies conducted by STTAL students there are still few that discuss energy security in the Indonesian Navy. Based on these problems, the researchers wanted to know the perspectives of STTAL students who were analyzed from the knowledge, attitudes and concerns about energy security using a descriptive methodology through a quantitative approach. From this study, it can be seen that the attitudes and concerns of students are already in the high criteria but for knowledge it is still in the medium criteria, so it needs to get further attention. Abstract

The development of the Indonesian Navy's strength is carried out through a strategic planning process manifested in four activity programs, namely (1) the Marine Readiness Support Program (2) Modernization Program for Alutsista and Non-Alutsista as well as the Development of Facilities and Infrastructure for the National Defense for Marine (3) Professionalism Enhancement Program for Marine Personnel (4) Marine Management and Operation Implementation Program. The Indonesian Navy realizes that the main strength of all force-building programs lies in the quality of the human resources (HR) possessed by the Indonesian Navy. However, the existing reality reveals various kinds of problems and obstacles that hinder the process of improving the quality of existing human resources. For this reason, the Indonesian Navy seeks to improve the pattern of training for personnel by issuing policies that spur the performance of the personnel development system within the Indonesian Navy. From these problems, a research or modeling is needed that can represent how the influence of the Indonesian Naval Personnel Development Pattern and Indonesian Navy Policy on Officer Professionalism to create superior navy personnel in line with the Indonesian Navy development program towards the World Maritime Axis. The method used in this study uses SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) in looking for modeling and by carrying out a questionnaire to determine the percentage of assessments regarding the effect of education on performance in the service. The results showed that there was a significant direct influence between the variables of the Navy's policy on personnel development, especially the education system. In addition, there is an indirect influence between the Navy's policy on professionalism through personnel development as a mediating variable.
