Abstract

The division of Korea into North and South Korea began with the victory of the Allied Powers in World War II, which ended 35 years of Japanese occupation of Korea. The maritime boundaries of the West Sea and East Sea of Korea are not clearly regulated in the Armistice Agreement of 1953. In particular, maritime restrictions on the Yellow Sea are seen as important in relation to the management of the region's large fishery resources. In 1953 the UN Command unilaterally declared the NLL (Northern Limit Line) along the five western islands, as the de facto maritime border in the Yellow Sea. North Korea, which is an NLL farmer, threatens a conflict of legality so that there is a continuous conflict so that efforts are needed to help the conflict between the two countries. Abstract

Arrangements for street vendors are very important, this is because their existence often violates regulations and is not in place. This research is a type of descriptive research using qualitative methods. The research location is at the Bulak Fish Center (SIB) in the city of Surabaya. This research is based on the phenomenon of the Bulak Fish Center which is empty of traders and visitors. The purpose of this research is to find answers on how the policy of providing space for street vendors at SIB Surabaya has succeeded as expected. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews, and analyzing data contained in the archives and documentation of activities at SIB. The results of the study indicate that the expected benefits of the SIB development in Surabaya are still not effective. Still less efficient and less productive as expected and sometimes traders feel at a loss because the results are not in line with what is expected. So that the policy of providing space for street vendors at SIB Surabaya according to traders is still not right. The inhibiting factors are the lack of participation of the traders to occupy the booth, the lack of socialization, guidance, control, and law enforcement. easy access for traders as well as for prospective buyers/tourists who will go to SIB. Keywords: Collaboration, beach tourism, ecotourism, local wisdom.

Abstract

ABSTRACTEfforts to increase the degree of public health as high as possible are carried out by creating a clean life, eliminating breeding grounds for disease causes and agents, keeping food and beverages clean and not contaminated by disease-causing and intermediate bacteria, and implementing healthy habits. Rats are nuisance animals that harm humans because they eat all types of food eaten by humans. The Rat can become agents of several pathogens that cause disease in humans because the relationship between rats and humans is often parasitic, one of which is PES. The disease can be transmitted directly by saliva urine, and feces, or through ectoparasite bites in rats (fleas, fleas, and mites). This type of research aims to see the efficiency level of single trap type mouse trap with double trap type in Kade Jamrud and Kade Perak, Tanjung Perak Port, Surabaya. This type of research is pre-experimental with a one-shot case study design, that is, in this design, the treatment or intervention has been carried out (X), then the measurement (observation) or post-test (O) is then analyzed in statistical calculations using the t-test calculation. with a significant level of 5%, to find out which type of trap is the most effective compared to other types of traps. The results of this study indicate that out of 200 traps placed in 5 different warehouses, each warehouse has 40 traps with the same composition ratio. During the study, the number of a rat trapped was 14. The double trap mouse trap received the highest number of rats, namely 10 or 71.4%, while the single trap mousetrap only received 4 or 28.6%. From the results of the study, a statistical test was carried out where the t count the source of treatment variation was 1.630 while t table was 1.860, so it can be concluded that between single trap and double trap mouse traps showed no significant difference in the number of a rat trapped. Keywords: Single Trap, Double Trap, t-test.

Abstract

Piracy and piracy incidents that often occur in Indonesian waters greatly affect the credibility and dignity of the Indonesian nation in the eyes of the international world. Based on existing data, piracy and piracy in Indonesian waters became the most in the world, especially in the waters of the Strait of Malacca. This condition certainly has a negative impact on the Indonesian government. Even the International Maritime Bureau (IMB) gave the title "Black Area' in the waters of the Strait of Malacca. This statement is based on the number of reports of piracy and piracy incidents in Indonesian waters. There are several studies that take the theme of location selection by Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Geographic Information System (GIS) methods. Wang (2009) stated, although the AHP method is more widely used in building a decision-making system, but this method has drawbacks, namely not considering the uncertainty and doubts in decision making. Therefore Fenton &Wang (2006) argues fuzzy-set theory can be used to overcome the limitations of AHP. This study assessed that site selection with Fuzzy AHP and TOPSIS can reduce decision uncertainty. GIS is used to analyze and describe the real relationship between the points of piracy incidents that have occurred with the position of the surrounding Navy Base. This research can help determine the best Navy bases from several existing bases, especially those around the waters of the Strait of Malacca. This base will then be used as an base for KRI and personnel who are carrying out maritime security operations in order to handle piracy and piracy crimes. In the research area limited by sea map no. 2 production of Dishidros TNI AL, there are 7 Naval Bases that can be used as alternatives namely Lanal Batam, Lanal Tanjung Balai Karimun, Lanal Dabo Singkep, Lanal Dumai, Lanal Tanjung Balai Asahan, Lanal Lhokseumawe and Lanal Sabang. From the results of weighting and warkingan, Naval Base Batam was selected as the best aju base from a scale of 0-1, with a weight value of 0.8442. Keywords: Piracy, GIS, Fuzzy AHP
