Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of motivation on employee performance,this study also aims to determine and analyze the effect of discipline on employeeperformance, and aims to determine and analyze the effect of job satisfaction on employeeperformance. The type of research used is quantitative. With the population are employees ofPT. Cakrawala Teknik Mandiri Indonesia with a total of 42 respondents. Data collectionincludes observation, distributing questionnaires and literature study. The analytical methodused is the classical assumption test, validity test, reliability test, hypothesis testing andmultiple linear regression test. The results of the research conducted concluded that partiallythe motivational variable had an effect on employee performance, the discipline variable hadan effect on employee performance and the job satisfaction variable had an effect onemployee performance. This is evidenced by the t-count value which is greater than the ttablevalue with a significant value below the value α.

Abstract

This study aims to developThis research used Research and Development (R&D) research with the ADDIE modeldevelopment framework. The research subjects were Teachers of SDN Karawaci Baru 4Kota Tangerang. The research instruments used was a feasibility test by Experts andQuestionnaire. Based on the results of the questionnaire obtained a score of 87.28% so itcan be concluded that the Multimedia-based Interactive E-LKS is "very good" forincreasing the creativity of Teachers at SDN Karawaci 4 Kota Tangerang, especially inEnglish Lesson.

Abstract

Pancasila was not born as an epistemological system. Pancasila was born as the basis ofthe State, is an ideology and contains a view of life. This happened in 1945. Epistemology wasborn long before the birth of Pancasila. Epistemology was born from the efforts of the sophists inAncient Greece to modern times, which placed the study of epistemology as closely related to thestructure of knowledge.The epistemological basis of Pancasila is essentially inseparable from is ontological basis.Pancasila as an ideology is rooted in its basic values, namely the philosophy of Pancasila.Therefore, the basic epistemology of Pancasila cannot be separated from its basic concept ofhuman nature. If humans are the ontological basis of Pancasila, then it has implications for theepistemological building, namely the epistemological building placed in the building of humanphilosophy. The research was carried out in a literal way, with a literature review of selected booksand journals or scientific magazines containing descriptions of philosophy, ideology, Pancasilaphilosophy, epistemology, philosophy of science, and history of philosophy. The data needed isqualitative data that is processed by the reflective method, equipped with the 'verstehen' method.The issue of epistemology in relation to Pancasila is intended to find sources ofknowledge, the truth of Pancasila and the composition of Pancasila as a system of knowledge. Thesource of knowledge from Pancasila is seen from the flow of knowledge, namely empiricism andrationalism.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between self-concept and social support with career maturity in studentswho participate in activities volunteering in the Young Investors Community. The population in this study amountedto 150 students. The Technique sampling used in this study is convenience sampling with a total sample of 108students. The data collection technique uses three scales, namely the career maturity scale, self-concept, and socialsupport. The results of the first bivariate correlation analysis between self-concept and career maturity obtained acorrelation coefficient (r) of 0.529 with p = 0.000 <0.05. So Ha1 which reads "There is a relationship between selfconceptand career maturity in students who take part in volunteer activities in the Young Investors Community" isaccepted. The results of the second bivariate correlation between social support and career maturity obtained acorrelation (r) of 0.467 with p = 0.000 <0.05. So Ha2 which reads "There is a relationship between social supportand career maturity for students who take part in volunteer activities in the Young Investors Community" is accepted.The results of data analysis multivariate correlation between self-concept and social support with career maturityobtained (R) of 0.564 with p = 0.000 <0.05. So Ha3 which reads "There is a relationship between self-concept andsocial support with career maturity in students who take part in volunteer activities in the Young InvestorsCommunity" is accepted.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between parental social support and self-efficacy with anxiety indealing with the world of work in final semester students of the psychology faculty of Universitas Persada IndonesiaYAI. The sampling technique used was convenience sampling with a population of 182 students and a researchsample of 107 students. The data collection technique uses three scales, namely the anxiety scale in dealing with theworld of work, parental social support, and self-efficacy. The results of the first bivariate correlation analysisbetween parental social support and anxiety in dealing with the world of work obtained a correlation coefficient (r)of -0.344 with p = 0.000 <0.05. So Ha1 which reads "There is a relationship between parental social support andanxiety in dealing with the world of work in final semester students of the psychology faculty of Universitas PersadaIndonesia YAI", is accepted. The results of the second bivariate correlation between self-efficacy and anxiety indealing with the world of work obtained a correlation (r) of -0.689 with p = 0.000 <0.05. So Ha2 which reads "Thereis a relationship between self-efficacy and anxiety in dealing with the world of work in final semester students of thepsychology faculty of Universitas Persada Indonesia YAI" is accepted. The results of data analysis multivariatecorrelation between parental social support and self-efficacy with anxiety in dealing with the world of work obtained(R) of 0.718 with p = 0.000 <0.05. So Ha3 which reads "There is a relationship between parental social supportand self-efficacy with anxiety in dealing with the world of work in final semester students of the psychology facultyof Universitas Persada Indonesia YAI" is accepted

Abstract

This study aims to explain about the phenomenon of deindividuation appears in cyberspace,especially in social media. The research question is why are netizens on social media makingscathing comments about the COVID-19 vaccine? This study uses De-individuation theory -Gustav Le Bon and descriptive qualitative research methods by analyzing various commentsfrom netizens on Facebook and You tube accounts. Data collection was carried out in the periodNovember to December 2020. The results of the study revealed that the phenomenon ofdeindividuation occurs on social media, especially by netizens who use accounts that are notreal names and anonym. Meanwhile, netizens who use self-explanatory names tend to makemore polite comments. This phenomenon shows that the courage to use harsh words ignoresnorms and ethics that makes them think that their identity is unknown to public. Even the mediahas suggested to comment clearly, but no sanctions are applied, so netizens have the freedomto make harsh comments like He is the most correct. This condition of anonymity is the basisfor a person's lack of self-awareness

Abstract

The research was conducted with a descriptive qualitative approach. The purpose of thisstudy was to determine the implementation of Buddhist education in elementary schools. In thisstudy, a method known as descriptive qualitative method was used. The research method isdescriptive qualitative by describing an event, current event. In other words, this method takes aproblem from an actual problem. The learning process of Buddhist teaching subjects, forBuddhist students, at the elementary school level, can be described by applying teachingmaterials/materials, applying tactics/systems, applying media and applying assessments. Theconclusions of this study are the implementation of Buddhist education at the elementary schoollevel still reaping many problems ranging from the competence of Buddhist education teacherswho are still lacking, the media used is still limited, training programs are still lacking, andvarious facilities and infrastructure are not adequate. So that various evaluations are needed sothat the implementation of Buddhist education at the elementary school level can run well

Abstract

The rise of illegal investment cases that have occurred has become quite an interesting study in the midstof the many information media that can be accessed by the general public. This study aims to find outhow the use of media among millennials to obtain information about investment so as not to fall intoillegal investments. The research questions posed in this study are 1) regarding the understanding ofinvestment millennials? and 2) How is the use of media to get information about investment? The theoryused in this research is perception theory, and attribution theory. The paradigm of this research isconstructivist, using phenomenological method. Techniques for collecting data through the interviewmethod. The results showed that all informants already had the awareness to invest with several motivesincluding as a reserve fund to increase business capital, when there was a need, for education and forpreparation for old age. Based on this research, it was also found that investment literacy is still verymuch needed for millennials so that they understand more about the rules regarding investment so thatthey feel safe in investing.

Abstract

The recommendation the government to residents are, school and do other activities athome (work / school from home) has caused high frequency in settlement or housesactivities. An increase in the frequency of activities with different kinds of the nature andtype of activity in dwelling in the pandemic that has caused many changes of the meaningsand functions of occupancy rooms. Occupancy very important besides serves as theresidence also serves to do all activities due to exertion out occupancy is not currentlyallows. This report is in order to know how far the meaning change and functions of spaceon occupancy so that this research result can be used as a reference to the designers indesigning home lives in accordance with the needs now. Methods used is the explorationand identification and grouping the activities that occurs in some dwelling houses, spacesthen identification used for the activities of usually accomplished outdoors, diketahui mixing and will be of various types place, first place, two and third place, wherecombination some place typologies meaning as an activity to the fourth space. The resultobtained is that the presence of the third and fourth not prolong the problem but in fact theoccurrence of the fourth of this to solve problems and the presence of the fourth was notjust for improving the economy but also for safety sake, health and comfort

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of service quality on loyalty throughcustomer satisfaction as an intervening variable. Furthermore, to apply these objectives, aquantitative approach method with linear regression analysis is used. The results also showthat customer satisfaction is able to mediate the relationship between the influence of servicequality on customer loyalty to Tokopedia users. This study proves that service quality has a directeffect on loyalty and can also have an indirect effect, namely from service quality tocustomer satisfaction (as an intervening variable) and then to loyalty
