Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an increase in mathematics learning outcomes of students in before and after conducted research using Role Playing Methods Through Collaborative Model in third grade students of SD Negeri 20 Pekanbaru, which amounted to 31 students with 16 male students and 15 female students with heterogeneous (diverse) capabilities. For the sake of achieving the optimal learning objectives, efforts to improve the quality of learning must be continuously done. One of these efforts is by conducting classroom action research. Improved learning that is planned and done with the right formulation can reduce the emergence of IPS learning problems in class III about the wind is the lack of interest and practice of students because the methods and learning model is less fun because it is still classic because of many lectures. From these problems have an impact on the level of achievement of a low KKM. Therefore, the writer tries to improve this learning using process and classroom action research. The results of this study indicate that the number of students who reached KKM (78) in the initial data only 13 people (41%), cycle I as many as 19 people (61%), and cycle II 27 people (87%). The average student score at baseline was 69.3, cycle I increased to 76.7, then in cycle II increased again reached 84.2. Based on the results of this study it can be concluded that Role Playing Methods Through Collaborative Model can improve student learning outcomes in Mathematics students class III SD Negeri 20 Pekanbaru.

Abstract

 Anti-corruption education is a cultural process to make human life better and more meaningful with conscious and planned effort to realize the teaching and learning process which is critical to anti corruption value. In the perspective of Malay culture, the values of anti-corruption education are derived from the guidance or purpose of Malay peoples life, namely the Tunjuk Ajar Melayu from pantun, ungkapan, Gurindam Twelve and others. All Malay cultural values can be promoted to prevent and reduce corruption in society and government.

Abstract

This study aims to innovate the learning CTL with local culture. Implementation of Malay-based CTL is expected to help the application of learning CTL linking learning into students daily lives. Due to the culture synonymous with the daily life of students. This research resulted a device of CTL-based learning Malay. This study uses a model of development according to Thiagarajan, and Semmel Semmel 4-D models (four D models). Findings from the study: Device Learning CTL-based of Malay produced has met both criteria / invalid; 2) the effectiveness of the learning device of Malay-based CTL generated inferred based on: (i) Complete student learning classical trials I amounted to 79.41% and in the second test of 82.35%, (ii) the achievement active activity students and the ideal time of the trial I and II trials is ideal; iii) a positive response to the students learning activities at the component and the test I is 92.65% and in the second test of 95.92%, and (iv) management of teacher in the trials I and II are good.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the learning achievement of science of human senses equipment materials by applying STAD type cooperative learning strategy in fourth grade students of SDN 123 Pekanbaru. This research was conducted at SD Negeri 123 Pekanbaru. The subject of this research is the fourth grade students of SDN 123 Pekanbaru T.A 2016/2017. The fourth grade students of SDN 123 Pekanbaru require 29 students. Techniques used to collect data in this study are test, Non-test (Observation / observation, interview, and documentation). This study was conducted by applying STAD type cooperative learning that has been done for three cycles, it can be concluded with STAD type cooperative learning has a positive impact in improving learning achievement of human senses material in fourth grade students of SDN 123 Pekanbaru. This is evident from the average number of classes only for 68.96, with the number of students who "complete" only as many as 12 students (41.38%), while the students are "not complete" as many as 17 students (58.62%), The average value in grade II is 75.17, with the total number of students who are "complete" only 17 students (58.62%), the students are "unfinished" as many as 12 students (41.38%) the average grade in cycle III was 88.97, with the total number of students "complete" only as many as 27 students (93.10%), while the students are "unfinished" as many as 2 students (6.90%). STAD can improve learning achievement ipa material of the human senses in fourth grade students of SDN 123 Pekanbaru.

Abstract

Study About story telling as a medium to grow character and the value of the nation culture on primary school student. In writing this article used method of descriptive through the study of literature. Character and cultural values is the most important thing to be growing teachers in personal students. Many ways that can be carried by teachers in learning that intended message for well , one of them by means of story telling. Story telling was the creative a teacher to send a toward students , because primary school students could not understand advice pure given .They need learning that are not patronizing , and created a cheerful and agreeable. Story telling be successful when students can focus attention to the stories and well acquainted with been figures, then students considering the contents of the story and store in their memory brain that someday can get back when needed .Then students translate their memory story in brain in the form of behavior show the character and value of the positive nation culture.

Abstract

Academic supervision is the professional assistance provided by the supervisor to the teacher to improve his / her competence in order to enable him to develop a more qualified learning process. The purpose of this research is to get data about 1) Academic supervision planning compiled by supervisor, 2) Implementation of supervision by academic supervisor and (3) Follow up of academic supervision result by supervisor. By using descriptive method, qualitative approach, interview data collecting technique, observation, and documentation study, supervisor research subject, principal, and teacher in SD Negeri 29 Pekanbaru, and qualitative analysis, this research show result: 1) Academic supervision planning prepared by supervisors in accordance with established procedures, 2) The implementation of academic supervision by the supervisor has been effective both seen from the techniques used, as well as procedures implementation, (3) Follow-up results supervision academic supervisors can help teachers solve problems experienced. It is suggested that the supervision of supervisors should be maintained because they can improve the pedagogic competence of teachers.

Abstract

God provides a set of basic capabilities that have a tendency to grow, which in the so-called potential or known psychological disposition, which, according to the flow of so-called psychological behaviorism prepoten reflexi (basic capability that can automatically grow). Humans have three potential in him, namely, the potential of a body, mind and spirit. Each potential intake must be provided. Human advantage lies in the best possible shape creature (Ahsana al Taqwim) in its beauty, perfection in shape, as well as the ability to interpret, both intellectual and spiritual. This paper tries to explore the meaning Taqwim intended by the Qir’an, especially associated with the potential to be developed in the eduaction of the present and the future.

Abstract

Personality can be formed through all the experiences and values that are absorbed in thegrowth and development, especially in the first years of age. Therein lies the importancetarbiyyah within the meaning tanmiyah (growth and development). That is a concept ofpersonality formation of children through the cultivation of religious values correspondingguidance of the Koran. So, parents who cultivate the mental physical and mental psychicchild begins, God gives the concept of education is based on the growth process (tanmiyah) inQ.S. al-Isra: 23-24. In this writers research using library research (library research). Theresults of the study concept tarbiyah within the meaning of al-tanmiyah on Q.S. Al-Isra: 23-24indicates that the process of educational development in children is done by plantingkeimanaan values and planting moral values. Planting values of faith including; introduce thename of Allah and His creation, introducing the Prophet and behavior, to teach obedience toAllah and His Messenger. As for planting cultivate moral values in children include; Filial toparents, helping each other, praying in his favor, keeping jani, honest, sincere, kind word,worthy, noble, and gentle to parents and others, Allah forbid servants put out words thatoffend both parents as yell, scold, scold and muddying the feelings of both.

Abstract

This research with class action research (PTK), implementation for three cycles, this research data method using observation and test. The subjects of the study were the students of class VI, the indicator of the success of this study is with the average class has meperoleh minimum of at least 70. From the results of student learning outcomes on the subject determines the volume of building space (beams and cubes) reached an average of 64 in cycle I, 68 in cycle II and 85 in cycle III. Based on these results, the use of unit cube props can improve student learning outcomes on the subject. From the observation can also be seen the increase of activity in learning. Suggestion, which can be submitted to class VI teacher in order to be able to use the unit cube props in series of material of choice of volume of wake up space, and student of class VI is expected to practice by using unit cube props to do practice questions determine the volume of wake up space so easy in facing this matter.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between dual role conflict to work commitment on employee UPT Riau Province Employees Training. The hypothesis proposed in this research is there is a relationship of dual role conflict with work commitment on the employee UPT Diklat Pegawai Riau Province. This study took a sample of women who work and have children and husbands with status has become a permanent employee with the number of subjects as many as 30 participants. The scale used in this research is the scale of dual conflict and the scale of work commitment. Data analysis technique used is product moment analysis. Based on product moment correlation analysis test it can be seen that the results of this study did not indicate a significant relationship between variael dual role conflict and work commitment on employee UPT Diklat Pegawai Riau Province. The correlation coefficient is (r) -0.014 with p = 0.894 (p> 0.05).
