Abstract

Academic supervision by school principals has a crucial role in increasing teachers' willingness to actively participate in professional development and improving the quality of learning. Given the importance of teacher willingness in the world of education, it should be the duty of school principals to continue to strive to improve teacher willingness in order to bring education to achieve goals and in a better direction. This study uses a literature review method on how the principal's academic supervision can affect teachers' willingness to improve their activities. The results of several previous reviews found that academic supervision carried out by school principals in a planned, structured and sustainable manner has a significant impact on increasing teacher willingness. Research shows that participatory supervision by involving teachers in planning and evaluation encourages teachers to be more thermotivation and willing to improve their competence in the learning process. The study concluded that the success of academic supervision depends on the principal's ability to communicate effectively, understand teacher needs, and create space for reflection and improvement. Therefore, strengthening the ability of school principals in academic supervision is very important to increase teachers' willingness to improve the quality of education.

Abstract

Proses pembelajaran pada hakikatnya adalah suatu proses yang disesuaikan dan dirancang menurut langkah-langkah tertentu sehingga bila dilaksanakan dapat diperoleh hasil yang diharapkan dan keterampilan dasar diperoleh secara efektif Oleh karena itu,  guru yang profesional harus mampu menjadi inovator dan memberikan hasil yang inovatif agar siswa memperoleh pengalaman belajar yang bermakna dan efektif. Teknologi yang tepat guna dan efektif untuk mendiseminasikan inovasi pembelajaran mempunyai dampak yang signifikan terhadap keberhasilan pelaksanaan pembelajaran. Teknologi pendidikan adalah kajian dan praktik untuk mendukung proses pembelajaran dan meningkatkan kinerja melalui penciptaan, penggunaan, dan pengelolaan proses dan sumber daya teknologi yang andal. Konsep inovasi, difusi, dan difusi inovasi bukanlah hal baru. Jika Anda berani bertindak, meski tidak mudah, inovasi tidak akan pernah berhenti. Diseminasi dan inovasi diperlukan tidak hanya di bidang teknologi tetapi di segala bidang, termasuk pendidikan. Pemasyarakatan pendidikan tidak hanya berlaku pada jenjang pendidikan yang berbeda, namun juga pada seluruh elemen sistem pendidikan.

Abstract

Educational supervision has a strategic role in creating a sustainable learning culture in the learning environment. This culture refers to a dynamic, collaborative, and adaptive learning process to the changing times, with the aim of supporting lifelong learning. This article reviews the literature on the role of educational supervision, focusing on its impact on improving the quality of learning and fostering a future-oriented learning culture. This study uses a literature study method. Literature study is a study in the context of collecting data or information through various library reading materials, such as books, journals or articles, historical records and so on. The conclusion of the literature study carried out to obtain the results of supervision not only functions as an evaluation tool, but also as a means of coaching and mentoring that supports teachers to continue learning and developing. With the right supervision, a culture of continuous learning will be built among teachers and students, where teachers are encouraged to always innovate, improve their competencies, and work together with their peers.

Abstract

The emergence of technology in the era of globalization has changed all areas of life, including education. Education will experience changes following current developments so as not to be left behind. One step in dealing with technological developments is to update the curriculum. Curriculum changes that often change from time to time have an impact on the way learning takes place in schools. The curriculum provides guidance for teachers to design learning activities that are in accordance with the needs and demands of the times. Curriculum changes are made to update or improve the quality of education. By updating lesson materials or adding the latest content that is relevant to the current era. The role of a teacher is needed in implementing the current curriculum, namely the independent curriculum. The purpose of this study is to describe the role of teachers in implementing the independent curriculum in the digital era. This study uses a qualitative method with a literature review study, namely collecting data from journals or articles that are relevant to the topic. The results of this study are that teachers play an important role in implementing the independent curriculum in learning that provides various benefits to students and improves the quality of education

Abstract

Parental and community participation is one of the most important factors in creating a conducive learning environment and can enhance the effectiveness of student learning in elementary schools. The purpose of this research is to analyze the forms of participation from parents and the community at the Integrated Islamic Elementary School. The method in this study uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. This study shows the results of parental participation, namely collaboration with the school, support for the curriculum, the application of values at home, participation in activities outside the classroom, and open communication. Meanwhile, forms of community participation include involvement in decision-making, contributions of time and effort, financial support, participation and evaluation, as well as engagement in extracurricular activities. Challenges such as busy parents and lack of information about school activities can hinder participation. Therefore, schools need to improve communication with the community through social media and counseling programs to raise awareness of the importance of parental involvement.
