Abstract

The school committee is a body or a non-profit and non-political, in the formbased on consultation and democratic by education stakeholders at unit level of education as arepresentation of the various elements responsible for the improvement of the quality of theprocess and outcomes of education. The school committee was formed to facilitate and increasethe participation of the stakeholders of the school to participate in formulating, establish,implement, and monitor implementation of school policy and accountability that focuses onquality of service to learners are proportionate and open. This study aims to reveal the exactrole will be undertaken by a committee of SMAN 1 Bangko Pusako accordance withKepmendiknas No. 044 / U / 2002 which states that the school committee acts as a conduit ofconsideration (advisory agency), support (supporting agency), controller (controlling angency ),and mediator. This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive research instrument isself researchers themselves and informants, data collection techniques of documentation andinterviews. These results indicate that the committee SMAN 1 Bangko Pusako not fully carryout their roles and functions in accordance with Kepmendiknas No. 044 / U / 2002. This is dueto the school committee is not active and effective, the school committee does not know whatis the role and function of the school committee even school committee does not have AD /ART and lack of coordination and good communication with the school. Besides the pattern ofschool leadership which is not transparent and does not involve the committee in any programplanning and implementation and decision making result in the school committee can not playproperly and effectively.

Abstract

This research is a qualitative research that aims to about the implementation of entrepreneurship education in SMA Negeri 1 Pekanbaru and its impact on the creativity of learners. Formulation of the problem in this study as follows: 1). How is the characteristic of entrepreneurship education in SMA Negeri 1 Pekanbaru, 2). How is the implementation implementation of entrepreneurship education in SMA Negeri 1 Pekanbaru, 3). How the impact of the implementation of entrepreneurship education on the Creativity of learners in SMA Negeri 1 Pekanbaru. The data collection of this research is done by observation, interview, lapanagn record and documentation with the implementation model used is Mazmanian and Sabatier Model. The results of this study reveal some findings are: 1). Characteristics of entrepreneurship education in SMA Negeri 1 Pekanbaru is still not maximized and needs to be improved. This is because the implementation of entrepreneurship education is still a lot for the scope of handicrafts, 2). Judging from the implementation of the implementation of entrepreneurship education in SMA Negeri 1 Pekanbaru has not been maximized. This is reflected in the successful implementation of the education has not reached the desired goals. Attitudes and behaviors of entrepreneurial entrepreneurs and school environment with entrepreneurial insight need to be improved, 3). The impact of the implementation of entrepreneurship education on the creativity of students in SMA Negeri 1 Pekanbaru has not been maximized. The implementation or practice of learning in the classroom for the subject of Workshop and Entrepreneurship (PKWU) needs variation, creativity and improvement.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the quality management strategy at SMKKansai Pekanbaru. This research is a qualitative research. The core informant in this researchis the head of SMK Kansai Pekanbaru. As a control informant in this study are deputy principalof curriculum, vice principal of student field, vice principal of infrastructure, vice principal ofpublic relations, teacher, school committee and student. Data collection techniques are donethrough observation, interview and documentation study. Researchers also conductedtriangulation to compare observational data with data obtained from interviews anddocumentation. Then data obtained analyzed by using qualitative data analysis of interactivemodel consisting of data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The result of the researchshows that: (1) The quality management strategy that is planned, compiled and implementedSMK Kansai Pekanbaru in order to improve the quality of education is referring to the TotalQuality Management (TQM) model, (2) The implementation process the principal superviseseach month and performs Evaluation on an ongoing basis to see how much the level ofachievement of the quality management strategy has been planned, (3) Factors supporting theimplementation process of quality management strategy at SMK Kansai Pekanbaru is theeducator who qualified S1 and S2 students according to the qualifications of the field he taught,(4) The process of implementation of quality management strategy at SMK Kansai Pekanbaruthere are also inhibiting factors, there are still some teachers who do not want to cooperate inthe case of improving the quality of school (5) To overcome the principal obstacle factors canovercome by giving rewards to teachers who discipline and carry out their main duties well inorder to improve the quality of school.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the 2013 Curriculum in SD piloting Kampar District. This type of research uses a qualitative descriptive method with an evaluation approach based on curriculum implementation regulations. This evaluation model aims to find out the main tasks and functions of school principals, teachers, education staff and school supervisors in carrying out their duties. 2. The technique of collecting data uses the method of interview, observation and documentation. Data analytical techniques use descriptive analytical models.The results of the study show that from contex evaluation (1) the principal tasks and functions of the principal have been well implemented, but have not been maximized. Likewise the teacher has made the administration of learning well, still needs to be improved in the learning and assessment process. From the input evaluation, the teacher and student manual was not carried out because the books were not available in a timely manner. Teacher and principal training is running well Based on the results of the contex evaluation, the learning process is going pretty well. While the assessment process is going well. The results of the evaluation of the results obtained are that many school residents are happy with the presence of K13 after running in the third year. The results of the study show that there are still obstacles in the implementation, therefore a strategy is recommended to overcome the obstacles to implementing K13 in SD Piloting Kampar District, coordination of the implementation plan, focus on implementation and improve supervision and evaluation

Abstract

The basic concept of school-based management is the transfer of authority or responsibility in school management from the central government to the school level. The background of this research is to find out the authority and responsibility of the government, schools and madrasah committees in school management. The purpose of this study was to: (1) analyze the implementation of SBM; (2) describe the increased activity of the SBM learning process; (3) describe obstacles to implementing SBM, and (4) describe the efforts made to overcome obstacles in implementing SBM. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The data used in this study is how to implement SBM and want to cover the improvement of the activeness of processes, obstacles, and efforts made to implement SBM. Islamic Boarding School in Kampar, Riau Province. The results of this study appear in all students. This learning process is delivered by the teacher. Then the obstacle faced by the foundation for implementing school-based management at the Islamic Center of Al-Hidayah Kampar Islamic Boarding School is the low commitment of teachers. Next, the teacher tries to package learning using various approaches, methods, and media. Variations in the method of discussion and question and answer, choosing words that are suitable for students, which is a means of enhancing students' activeness, in addition to teachers also trying to motivate students by giving stars activeness when there are students who can answer the quiz given by the teacher.

Abstract

Coaching is one of the things that must be done in PPLP because coaching is one of the key successes of PPLP. The existence of high coaching can be one of the capital for PPLP to achieve the expected goals. In order to uphold the coaching, coaching management is needed based on the theories reflected in management functions which consist of planning, organizing, implementing, and monitoring carried out to determine and achieve predetermined goals through the use of human resources and other resources. This research is a type of qualitative research, which is research that tends to deal with research problems that require exploration, where knowledge of the problem is still limited, about a detailed understanding of central phenomena. With data collection techniques carried out with interviews, observations, and documentation. Data processing procedures are carried out by informing checking tringulation techniques, as well as data checking. The results showed, 1) the planning of the coaching management work program has been carried out well, this is evident from the management of athlete coaching which is arranged for short and long term activities, in the implementation of the management of athletes that have been prepared when giving training materials can be implemented as when the management plan for athlete coaching is mutually agreed upon.2) the management of coaching management has been well established this as in the division of tasks and responsibilities in accordance with the decree issued by Dispora, 3) the execution of duties and responsibilities of human resources in charge of the implementer has been able to carry out the responsibilities properly, 4) supervision of the implementation of management management of this guidance has been carried out well, because supervision has been carried out by the leadership both directly and indirectly.

Abstract

This research is descriptive qualitative research. The technique of data collection was done through observation, interview and documentation.This research was conducted at MTs Negeri 3 Pekanbaru, the object of the research is to look at the profile of professional teacher performance.Research aims (1) to analyze the performance of teacher professional learning activities in drawing up the programme in MTs Negeri 3 Pekanbaru, (2) to analyze the performance of professional teachers in carrying out the activities of learning at MTs Negeri 3 Pekanbaru and (3) to analyze the performance of professional teachers in assessing any late learners learning in MTs Negeri 3 Pekanbaru.The respondents of the research was all the teachers who have been certified in MTs Negeri 3 Pekanbaru is 42 professional teachers.The results obtained from this research are (1) there are a number of professional teachers make mistakes in formulating indicators of learning and learning strategies that are not in accordance with the contents of the learning and also in the writing of time allocation in the syllabus found some errors that are not in compliance with the allocation of time each function, (2) Found a few professional teachers using model/approach to learning that is not in accordance with the the learning step (3) In giving assesment there are still few professional teachers in MTs Negeri 3 Pekanbaru use student worksheet question bank not assess students understanding in accordance with the new material is submitted.It can be seen from the annex to the assessment that is in the RPP does not correspond to the given exercise teacher to students.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the management functions of educational programs on TVRI Riau & Riau Islands Station. This type of research is qualitative research. The data type of this research is using primary data. Research data was obtained from the head of the program and business development section, head of the program subsection, and all staff of TVRI Riau & Riau Islands. The instrument of this research is the researchers themselves by applying interview guides, observation checklists, and documentation. Data analysis techniques are field analysis and results analysis, process results by (1) data reduction, (2) data presentation, (3) conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that the management of education programs at Tvri Riau & Riau Islands stations have met television management standards, starting from complete facilities, adequate human resources despite the limited number of human resources, having a structured organizational structure.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the Implementation of ALPEKA Application Usage in the Management of BOS Fund in SD Negeri Se-Kecamatan Senapelan Pekanbaru City, which refers to: (1) Goals; (2) managers; (3) facilities and infrastructure; (4) Implementation; (5) Evaluation of the use of ALPEKA applications. Implementation of ALPEKA application is analyzed from: (1) communication, (2) resources, (3) executor attitude, and (4) bureaucratic structure, based on the policy implementation model according to Edward. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Data is taken through interviews, observation, and documentation.The results showed that: (1) Information received in the process of managing the BOS funds in SD Negeri as a sub-district senapelan Pekanbaru city has not been fully on time. (2) Resources, such as human resources, hardware resources, software resources and data management processes into information greatly assist the management of BOS funds. Because resources greatly affect the implementation of the use of ALPEKA applications in the management of BOS funds in SD Negeri in Senapelan sub-district Pekanbaru city. By using ALPEKA applications in the management of BOS funds will be more effective and efficient when compared with manuall.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the implementation of inclusive education which investigate through management function in public primary school 40 and public primary school 117 Pekanbaru. Informant which interviewed in this research were the school principal, coordinator of inclusive education, teacher and student guardian. While the instrument used in this study were observation, interview, and documentation. Data analysis used to describe the implementation of inclusive education in primary public school 40 and 117 Pekanbaru. The result of this research shown that the implementation of inclusive education has been going well. The implementation  of inclusive education focuses on planning, organizing, actuating and controling the implementation of inclusive education. This research describe that inclusive education management believed to be able to contribute on education quality in public primary school 40 and 117 Pekanbaru.
