The purpose of this study was to determine the direct and indirect effects ofschool leadership and professionalism of teachers on the performance of elementary school(SD) in Siak Districts Siak. This study uses a quantitative method using a technical of the pathanalysis. As for variables the study consisted of two independent variables that PrincipalLeadership (X1) and Teacher Professionalism (X2) while the dependent variable is the TeacherPerformance (Y). The study population was a teacher SDN districts of Siak regency Siakamounted to 188 people and 65 samples. The result of data analyses shown leadership ofheadmaster has given direct effect significantly trough teacher professionalism by 17,8%. Theother analyses shown that leadership of headmaster has given significant effect through teacherperformance by 6,65%, then leadership of headmaster and teacher professionalism throughteacher performance by 24,7% contribution. The result of data analyses shown that teacherprofessionalism has given significantly effect through teacher performance by 10,8%.

This study aims to analyze the effect of variables (1) emotional intelligence ondecision making, (2) utilization of management information systems on decision making, (3)emotional intelligence and management information system utilization together to decision making.The sample of research is Head of Primary School at UPTD Kecamatan Tampan PekanbaruCity amounted 52. Data obtained by spreading of questionnaire using likert scale. To test thevalidity of research instruments used Product Moment analysis, while for reliability test usedAlpha Cronbach. Data analysis used descriptive analysis, inferential statistical analysis forhypothesis testing. The results showed a positive and significant influence between emotionalintelligence on decision making of 0.581, and there is a positive and significant influence betweenthe utilization of management information systems to decision making of 0.513. While the influenceof emotional intelligence and utilization of management information systems on decision makingof 0.607.

The aim of the study is to know the correlation between personality and careerdevelopment educators with service quality in the school as-shofa foundation. The source ofdata in this study is 112 teachers in as-shofa fuoundation who were selected using randomsampling technique. Data was analyzed that using correlation analysis. The result of this researchindicate that positive relationship between personality with service quality. The correlationcoefficient is 0,47 or positive relationship. The correlation career development with servicequality is 0,66. While relationship between personality and career development with servicequality is 0,71. The conclusion from correlation personality (X1) and career development (X2)with service quality (Y) is owning direction positive.

The objective of study were to determine the influences of perception schoolmanagement implementation on educational personnel performance at state junior high schoolin Kecamatan Bangko Pusako Kabupatek Rokan Hilir, to determine the influences of managerialcompetence effectiveness on educational personnel performance at state junior high school inKecamatan Bangko Pusako Kabupatek Rokan Hilir, and to determine the influences of perceptionschool management implementation and managerial competence effectiveness on educationalpersonnel performance at state junior high school in Kecamatan Bangko Pusako KabupatenRokan Hilir. The research was conducted in all Junior High School in District Bangko PusakoRokan Hilir Riau .. Samples taken as many as 80 people. The instrument used to collect datafor all variables by using a questionnaire. Validity was tested by using Pearson product momentformula. Instrument reliability coefficient calculated by using Cronbach alpha. Research resultsshowed positive influence between performance management practices in schools witheducational personnel. Partially, school management practices affect the 73.4% value ofperformance educational personnel at Junior High School in District Bangko Pusako RokanHilir. There is a positive influence between managerial competence effectiveness with educationpersonnel performance. Partially, managerial competence effectiveness affecting 82.2% ofthe performance value of education personnel at Junior High School in District Bangko PusakoRokan Hilir. There is a positive influence between the implementation of school managementand managerial competence effectiveness together with the educational personnel performance.Implementation of school management and managerial competence effectiveness together affect83.9% Performance value educational personnel at Junior High School in District BangkoPusako Rokan Hilir.

This study aims to investigate the influence of variables (1) the characteristicsof individuals to career development, (2) performance to career development, (3) the individualcharacteristics and job performance together to career development. Respondents wereemployees of the education department of Riau province, amounting to 163 obtained by simplerandom sampling technique. Data collected through questionnaire as a research instrument.Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis, inferential statistical analysis and hypothesistesting. Instrument reliability coefficient is calculated using Cronbach alpha. In partial resultsshowed the positive influence between karakteristi individuals to career development amountedto 0.198, and there are positive influence between work performance on the career developmentof 0.426. While simultaneously the influence of individual characteristics and performance onthe career development of 0.573.

The purpose of study was to express the influence compensation and motivationwork concerning performance of the teacher SMK Se kecamatan Ujung Batu KabupatenRokan Hulu. Analysis data using doubled regression. This technique did to know influencecompensation variable (X1) and variable motivation teacher work (X2) concerning variableperformance teacher (Y). The total of subject research have been to fulfill requirement analyzewas 94 teacher of SMK Se Kecamatan Ujung Batu Kabupaten Rokan Hulu as the sample.Theresult of the test produce compensation and motivation work of simultaneously have influencesignificant with directive positive to performance teacher as big as 40,1 % and residue 59,9 %of influence by another factor such as behavior, attitude, and action collegue, subordinate andleadership, facility of performance and climate organization. Meanwhile, the influence partiallycompensation and motivation work to performance the teacher was the influence compensationto performance of the teacher. Compensation (X1) influential to performance the teacher (Y)in SMK Se Kecamatan Ujung Batu Kabupaten Rokan Hulu. The compensation give to contributeas big as 3,9% to performance of thr teacher. The influence motivation work to performanceof the teacher motivation work (X2) influential to performance of the teacher (Y) in SMK SeKecamatan Ujung Batu Kabupaten Rokan Hulu, the motivation work give contribute as big as30,9% to performance of theteacher.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between job involvementand job satisfaction with the Organizational Citizenship Behavior.This research was conductedin faculty of education Islamic University of Riau Pekanbaru.This is a survey reserch. Thepopulation was 103 lecturers wich was taken as sample totally 82 using simple random samplingtechnique. Instruments used to collect data was corrective using instrument over 3 variablethan data was analyze using Product Momentand Alpha Cronbachformulas. The reserch found1)there isasignificant relationship between Job Involvement (x1) with the Organizational CitizenshipBehavior (y) with the coefficient of determination 0,553. 2)there is a significant relationship ofJob Satisfaction (x2) with the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (y) with the coefficient ofdetermination 0.381.3. 3)there is a significant relationship of Job Involvement (x1) and JobSatisfaction (x2) with the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (y) with the coefficient ofdetermination 0,644. The conclusion of the study shows that the Organizational CitizenshipBehavior can be improved through Job Involvement and Job Satisfaction.

This study aims to analyze: (1) the influence of social competence on workmorale, (2) the influence of spiritual intelligence on work morale (3) the influence of socialcompetence and spiritual intelligence on teacher work morale. The research method used isquantitative research method by using survey method. The population in this study is all teachersof SMP Negeri in Kecamatan Minas Siak Regency amounted to 128 teachers and the numberof samples in this study as many as 97 teachers. The research instrument used for data collectionis a questionnaire. Before the instrument (questionnaire) research used to collect researchdata, firstly conducted trials conducted with validity and reliability test Test requirements analysisis a test of normality and linearity, then conducted data analysis with correlation test, simpleand multiple regression. The result of this research is found: (1) there are positive and significantinfluence of social competence to teacher work moral equal to 34,8%; (2) there is positive andsignificant influence of spiritual intelligence and to teacher work moral equal to 36,8%; (3)There are positive and significant influence of social competence and spiritual intelligence toteacher work morale equal to 42,6%. The higher the influence of social competence andspiritual intelligence then the higher also in affecting the moral work of teachers in SMP Negeriin Kecamatan Minas Siak District. Thus, to optimize work morale teachers need improvementin social competence and spiritual intelligence.

This research aimed to find out the influence of (1) the leadership style towardsteacher organizational commitment, (2) to find out the influence interpersonal communicationtowards teacher organizational commitment, (3) to find out the influence of both the leadershipstyle and interpersonal communication towards teacher organizational commitment. The sampleof the research was elementary school teachers in gugus III UPTD education Rumbai Districttotalling 105 teachers by using proportional random sampling technique. The data were collectedby distributing a set of questionnaire and were analyzed by using descriptive analysis, inferentialstatistics. The instrument reliability coefficient was counted through alpha cronbach formula.The findings of the research showed that partially, there was a positive influence of leadershipstyle towards teacher organizational commitment of 0,607, and there was a positive influenceof interpersonal communication towards teacher organizational commitment of 0,730 and therewas a positive influence of both the leadership style and interpersonal communication towardsteacher organizational commitment of 0,730.

The purpose of this research is to know the effect of pedagogical competence andspiritual intelligence on the achievement of the State elementary school teachers’ achievementKecamatan Payung Sekaki Pekanbaru. This research is based on the importance of work performanceespecially teachers in educational institutions. However, not all teachers have demonstrated maximumwork performance. This is allegedly associated with the level of pedagogic competence and spiritualingenuity possessed by the teacher. This study was conducted at State Elementary School inKecamatan Payung Sekaki Pekanbaru That is as many as 116 samples, this data is obtained byusing questionnaire and documentation and analyzed using multiple linear regression. Based on theresult of research, it is known that there is a significant influence between pedagogical competenceand spiritual intelligence towards the achievement of the elementary school teacher in KecamatanPayung Sekaki Pekanbaru, Both partially or simultaneously. This means that the high achievement ofteachers ‘work achievement is influenced by pedagogical competence and spiritual intelligence, thehigher the mastery of teachers’ pedagogic competence, the higher the teacher’s work performanceand so on. Therefore, in order to increase teacher work performance, teachers’ pedagogic competenceimprovement is needed, through training or workshops.
