Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of audit tenure, investments opportunity set and the conservatism accounting to the quality of earning, as well as to know whether managerial ownership moderate relation between audit tenure, investment opportunity set and accounting conservatism towards the quality of earning. This research is a quantitative study using secondary data sourced from the company's financial statements published through the website https://www.idx.co.id. The population in this research were companies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange with a population target of LQ 45 company in 2015-2017. Sampling techniques used purposive sampling methods that produce as many as 23 company. Data processing used multiple linear regression analysis techniques and moderated regression analysis with the help of SPSS program version 22. The results showthat : 1).  Audit Tenure, Invesment Opportunity Set and accounting conservatism it affects the quality of earning; 2). Managerial ownership moderate the relationship between Audit tenure and accounting conservatism on earning quality; 3) Managerial ownership does not moderate the relationship between the Invesment Opportunity Set to the quality of earning

Abstract

Environmental awareness is of an absolute requirement for effective environmental development efforts. Since it is closely related to the norms and ethics, environmental management by using educational path were a strategic position. Environmental education is specifically important because the world is recently experiencing imbalance (disequilibrium) state in term of environment. The present study aims at formulatingdevelopment strategies with environmental conceptson high school students. KharismaBangsa Bilingual Boarding School Tangerang and SMAN 8 Pekanbaru,which have obtained various achievements and appreciation in the environmental field, were taken as object of the study. ASWOT analysis were performed to both schools target for finding out the formulation strategy. The study suggested thatboth schools KharismaBangsa and SMAN 8 should implement an aggressive strategy, the strategy S-O (Quadrant I) which is, applied tohigh school students. It was found that the students’ awarenessincreased toward the environment whichaccordingly, were related to that support of parents, schools, and developed environmental activities with the community.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of continuing high academic interest and the factors that influence it. The population of this study is the students of Class XII Secondary Education in  KepenuhanSubsubdistrict  as much 137 students. The research was conducted with a sample of 102 students the  measurementwith Proportional Random Sampling technique, using questionnaires. The data analysis used in this research is quantitative descriptive and path analysis. The results of the research showed that generally the interest of continue to university students of grade XII Secondary Education in Kepenuhansubsubdistricthas  highinterest (43.14%), even 34.31% in very high category. The interest is influenced by ambition factor, family environment and school environment with direct donations of 16.72%, 4.66%, 38.44%. While the indirect contribution of family environment and school environment to the interest through  aspirations of each 3.09%, 32.14%.

Abstract

This study was aimed to analyze the influence of corporate image and satisfaction to trust. To analyze the influence of corporate image and satisfaction to loyalty and influence of farmer's confidence to farmer loyalty at palm oil mill Sei Galuh.The population of this research is 4.000 farmers. The sample size that will be used is 364 people. Data used in this research are primary data and secondary data. Data collection methods used by the authors in this study are by using Questionnaire. Data analysis method used is descriptive and quantitative. Descriptive is used to provide an overview of the data. Quantitative, i.e. analysis by collecting, categorizing and tabulating data, using the WarpPLS approach. Data analysis using WarpPLS approach.WarpPLS is an alternative approach that shifts from a Covariant-based SEM approach to variance-based.The results of this study show the image of the company affects the trust. These results prove that the better the image of the company then the confidence of farmers to the company will increase. Satisfaction affects trust. This proves that the better the satisfaction of farmers, the farmer's confidence in the company will increase. Corporate image affects loyalty. These results prove that the better the image of the company the higher the loyalty of farmers to the company. Satisfaction affects loyalty. This proves that the better the satisfaction of farmers, the loyalty of farmers to the company will increase. And Trust affects the loyalty of farmers. These results prove that the higher the confidence of farmers to the company, the higher the level of loyalty of farmers to the company.

Abstract

The research aims to examine The Influence of market timing, stock selection skill and level risk to performance of equity funds with inflation as intervening variable. Object of thisresearch are secondary data is data that NAB is a sample of 2015-2017 in the form of daily data which are sixty data of equity funds. That data are analyzed by multiple regression method and SPSS program version 21. The variables were examined are influence of market timing,stock selection skill and level risk to performance of equity funds with inflation as intervening variable. The results of this research showed that market timing ability, stock selection skill and level riskhave effect to inflationwith significance, market timing, stock selection skill and level risk also have effect to performance of equity funds with significance, but with inflation as intervening variable only market timinghas an effect to performance of equity funds neither for stock selection skill to performance of equity funds. The results of this research also showed that the significance is under 0,05, which means the effect is well-strong. Each independent variables, gives the strong influence to dependent variable, it means independents variables could explain  dependent variable well. While the remaining influenced by other variables not included in the regression models were not included in this study as fund size and level return.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how: 1) Leadership has positive impact and significant on employee commitment, 2) Spirit at work has positive impact and significant on employee commitment, 3) Employee commitment has positive impact on employee performance. This study used population of 82 employees at the Hospital Level IV 1.07.04 Pekanbaru with hypothesis census method was tested using analysis tools Partial Least Square. The results showed: 1) Leadership has positive impact and significant on the commitment, 2) Spirit at work has positive impact and significant on the commitment, 3) Commitment has positive impact and significant on employee performance at Hospital Level IV 01.07.04 Pekanbaru.

Abstract

Teachers are educating leaders in the class. They need to have professional and pedagogy competence in order to make learning process effectively in class. This research was done to know the differences between teacher professional competence and teacher pedagogy competence which certificated or uncertificated on learning process that has been done.This research has been done in November-March 2018. The sample was all teachers in SMP Kecamatan Pulau Burung which are 84 teachers. The data was collected by using differencial scale questionare to test the competences. The data analisys technique is descriptive and Independent sampel T-Test. The research findinfa are:1) after doing the T-Test, there is a significant difference on certificated teacher pedagogy: (a) certificated teacher pedagogy competence has got the higher score toward the indicator of doing educated and dialog learning (80,54%). (b) The lowest score is at the indicator of the used of learning (60,54%). (c) Uncertificated teacher pedagogy competence has got the higher score at the sub competence or educated learning (77,02%). (d) For the lowest score is at the indicator of the use of learning technology(46,80%).2) Uncertificated teacher professional competence, after taking the T-Test, showed that there is not any difference between certificated and uncertificated teacher. (a) Certificated teacher has got the higher score at the indicator of understanding and implementing learning theory to the right level of students attitude development (81,08%). (b) it got the lowest score at the indicator of the ability to use ani kind of facilities, medias, and other learning sources effectively (57,37%). (c) Uncertificated teacher professional competence has got the highest score at the indicator of the ability to create students personality (80,45%). (d) and the lowest score is (57,44%) at the indicator of implementinf the right learninf method.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of learning facilities, parental attention, and motivation to learn student achievement. This type of research is quantitative research. This research was conducted in SMA Negeri 2 Kampar. The population of this study were students of SMA Negeri 2 Kampar, while the sample of 106 students. Data were collected with questionnaires and documentation instruments. Data analysis technique used is path analysis. The results of this study indicate that learning facilities have a significant effect on students' learning motivation. Attention parents significantly influence the motivation of student learning. Learning facilities have a significant effect on student achievement. Attention parents significantly influence on student achievement. Learning motivation has a significant effect on student achievement. Learning facilities significantly influence the attention of parents. Learning facilities have a significant effect on learning achievement through student learning motivation. Abstract

The objectives of these study is to get a better knowledge of the impact of leadership and supervision on the civil servants morale and performance at the office for Management of Regional Revenue, Finance and Assets of Pekanbaru. Variables used in this research are leadership and supervision as independent variables while morale and performance as dependent variables. Sampling method used in this research is sampling census method with a sample of 124 people working in the office of Management of Regional Revenue, Finance and Assets of Pekanbaru. Statistical analysis used to test the impact of leadership and supervision on the civil servant morale and performance is a WarpPls analysis, which explains the relationship between variables either directly or indirectly. The results of this study indicate that leadership has a direct impact on the civil servant performance and it has indirect impact on the civil servant performance through morale. Supervision has an impact on the civil servant performance and it has no indirect impact on the civil servant performance through morale. The morale has a direct impact on the civil servant performance.

Abstract

This study aims to find the empirical evidence of the influence of information system, internal control system, and understanding regulation on the effectiveness of regional asset management, using the quality of the regional apparatus as a moderating variable. The population in this study is Regional Apparatus Organization (OPD) located in Pekanbaru City Government. The total of population is 44 OPDs. The sampling technique in this study is saturated sampling technique. Thus, there are 44 OPDs that becomes sample in this study. The data used is primary data, while the data analysis method is Structural Equation Model (SEM) approach using WarpPLS software version 6.0. The results of this study concluded that information system, internal control system and understanding regulation affect the effectiveness of regional asset management. The quality of regional apparatus is able to moderate the information system, internal control system and the understanding regulation on the effectiveness of regional asset management.
