Abstract

Evaluation of the Acceleration Program in SMA Negeri 3, Gorontalo. This study aims to: a) evaluate various policies regarding the acceleration program in SMA Negeri 3 Gorontalo city at the context stage, b) evaluate the availability of available resources to support the implementation of the acceleration program in SMA Negeri 3 Gorontalo city at the input stage, c) evaluate the implementation of the acceleration program at SMA Negeri 3 Gorontalo city at the stage of the process, and d) evaluate the success achieved in the implementation of the acceleration program in SMA Negeri 3 Gorontalo city at the product stage. This study employs an evaluative approach with data collection techniques, such as interview, observation and documentation.The results indicate that; 1) the results of the evaluation context that supports the acceleration program at SMA Negeri 3 Gorontalo city show that there is an acceleration program of policy in SMA Negeri 3 Gorontalo City and the understanding of policy makers about the acceleration program in SMA Negeri 3 Gorontalo city is intensively good , the formulation of the vision and mission of the school supports the policy implementation of the accelerated program, b) the results of the input evaluation show that the input component is a) the availability of human resources, namely teachers and academic support personnel, 2) the availability of facilities and infrastructure that support the implementation of the program (classes, laboratories, IT), d) curriculum, e) student recruitment , f) availability of funds, all of which support the acceleration program at SMA Negeri 3 Gorontalo city, 3) the results of the evaluation of the process show that the stages of the learning process carried out in the acceleration program in SMA Negeri 3 Gorontalo city are very dynamic and support the improvement of the competence of students studying in the accelerated class, and 4) the results of product evaluation indicate that a product stage of the acceleration program at SMA Negeri 3 Gorontalo city , shows that the evaluation criteria for students’ learning outcomes in the accelerated class display good results with an average of 95.75 or very good category.

Abstract

The Contribution of Education in the Family to Form Muslim Personality Qualified. This article describes about the contribution of education in the family to form muslim personality qualified. The family has an important role in determining the progress of a nation, so they theorize that the family is a very important unit in society. Therefore, all kinds of community depravity is the result of weak family institutions. For a child the family is the first and foremost place for growth and development. The main function of the family is as a vehicle to educate, nurture and socialize children, develop the ability of all its members in order to perform its functions in the community well, and, to provide satisfaction and a healthy environment in order to achieve prosperous family. The family is the earliest and most effective place to run the functions of the education and welfare. If the family fails to teach the truth, the spirit, the desire to be the best, and master the basic abilities. Because the failure of the family in shaping the character of the child will result in the growth of people with bad character or not character.

Abstract

Application of Online Learning with 2013 Curriculum during the COVID-19 Pandemic at SMA Negeri 1 Nunukan. The online learning policy set by the government in an effort to break the chain of spreading the COVID-19 pandemic cannot be separated from various problems. This study aims to determine how the application of online learning with the 2013 curriculum during the COVID-19 pandemic. The research method was descriptive qualitative which was conducted at SMA Negeri 1 Nunukan. The sampling technique was purposive sampling. The data was collected through observation and interviews with teachers as research subjects. After the data was collected, the data was organized, read, classified, interpreted, and then visualized (presented). The results showed that there was a discontinuity in the implementation of the 2013 curriculum in online learning at SMA Negeri 1 Nunukan. This is because some teachers do not have skills in using learning technology, the learning implementation process is not in accordance with the curriculum, and there are constraints on aspects of student assessment. Based on this research, solutions are needed to improve teacher quality and other innovations in learning at SMA Negeri 1 Nunukan

Abstract

Quality Management of Rukun Santoso Orphanage Caregivers, Kencong Kediri. The government in carrying out its duties to care for the poor and displaced children will not succeed without the participation of the community, namely the helping hand of the community to help the poor, especially children in need of compassion. Rukun Santoso Orphanage in Kediri Regency is an institution that accommodates orphans, orphans, orphans, poor and displaced, as well as teaching its foster children to implement Islamic values in their daily lives. This research aims to describe: implementation of quality management of Islamic education for foster children in The Rukun Santoso Orphanage, Kediri Regency. This research uses qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. The study found that: Rukun Santoso Orphanage in Kediri Regency implements quality management with measures: continuous improvement, cultural change, reverse organization, maintaining relationships with customers

Abstract

Children's Education in Transmigrant Muslim Communities in Huwongo Paguyaman Village, Boalemo Regency, Gorontalo. This paper aims to find out more about formal and non-formal education in the children of Muslim transmigrants in the village of Huwongo Paguyaman, Boalemo Regency, Gorontalo.In general, various forms of implementation of education have been seen in the Transmigrant community in Huwongo Village. This can be proven by not having a child from this Transmigrant community who has not received an education. This is due to the encouragement and willingness of the parents themselves because for them, whatever the circumstances, children are still obliged to study, especially in formal schools, this is also evidenced by the achievements of the children of the Transmigrant community in Huwongo village very well, this can be seen from the achievements in every the delivery of report cards in each semester at school is always the superior student achievement is the children of the Transmigrant community of Huwongo village compared to the children of the local community, this is due to the encouragement and motivation of their parents - each of the Transmigrants of Huwongo village.As an obstacle to formal education because there is no formal school specifically for the transmigrant community but it does not spark the intention of parents to send their children to school, even junior high and high school are very far from where they live but it is not a barrier to continue their children in school formal.The problem of children's non-formal education in the Muslim community of Transmigrants in Huwongo Village is not directly proportional to the progress of their formal education. This evidenced by the author's observations and the results of interviews with the community as well as the acknowledgment of the management that there are many obstacles regarding this non-formal education, which is caused by the lack of encouragement from the community. parents and also lack of awareness of the children themselves

Abstract

Improving Speaking Skills Using the Teams Games Tournaments (TGT) Method. This classroom action research aimed at describing the speaking skill learning process using the Teams Games Tournaments (TGT) method for the first-year students of Indonesia Language and Literature Education, Muhammadiyah University of Kupang 2019/2020 academic year. The research was conducted in two cycles. The data were collected through observation, tests, and documentation. The data were analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively. The study showed that there was an improvement in the learning process and the student’s score after applying the Teams Games Tournaments method. Students were motivated and enthusiastic in learning activities. There was an active interaction between students and lecturers during the learning process. In addition, there was also an improvement in the students’ speaking skill scores. In the first cycle, the whole average of students’ score was 66.13 became 75,33 in the second cycle

Abstract

Development of Augmented Reality-Based Learning Multimedia as an Effort to Counter Radicalism Among Banjarmasin City Senior High School Students. The flow of radicalism in Indonesia has been followed almost simultaneously with the rapid development of information and communication technology (ICT) over the last two decades. This is certainly a great opportunity for education practitioners to take advantage of ICT-based media in learning to improve the quality of education. The emergence of various media-based learning systems is a tangible form of integration of ICT and learning. Augmented Reality is a technology that combines virtual objects are two-dimensional (2D) / three-dimensional (3D) into a real environment. The use of technology in Augmented Reality is expected to provide a more concrete learning experience about the dangers of radicalism among students. The development model used is the adaptation development model from Dick & Carey, Borg & Gall, and Kemp & Dayton which includes five stages, namely (1) needs analysis, (2) product development planning stages, (3) product development stages, ( 4) product evaluation stage, and (5) final product. The results of the development show that the learning program developed has met the effectiveness of the assessment aspects of the material experts, namely: the content aspect, and the learning / instructional aspect. The results of the material expert evaluation show that this learning product is in the very good category in the content aspect with an average scale of 4.13. The learning / instructional aspect with a mean scale of 4.25 is in the very good category.Augmented Reality-based learning multimedia as an effort to ward off radicalism among high school students have met the feasibility of communication, display design, and program aspects by media experts. The results of the evaluation show that all aspects of the assessment evaluated by media experts fall into the good category, namely the communication aspect with a mean of 4 (good category), the display design aspect with an average scale of 4 (good category), and the program aspects with an average scale of 4 (good category). Broadly speaking, all aspects evaluated by material experts fall into the good category, so Augmented Reality-based learning multimedia as an effort to ward off radicalism among high school students is effective in terms of the media aspect

Abstract

Implementation Of Education Management Information System (EMIS) Management in Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah Al Hidayah Mojokerto. The Education Management Information System (EMIS) at Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah Al Hidayah is an information system that collects madrasa data online with one door. However, in reality, there are still obstacles and problems, such as the EMIS network, which is often problematic, and the information for updating EMIS data often seems sudden. This hinders the management of EMIS data at Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah Al Hidayah.This study aims to determine the effectiveness of EMIS in Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah Al Hidayah and its influence in the decision-making of the Mojokerto district government to determine Regional Operational Assistance for Madrasa Diniyah Takmiliyah Al Hidayah. This research has the benefit of letting the public know that at Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah Al Hidayah Mojokerto, in managing madrasa data, they have used an online system, namely EMIS, so that the data in EMIS Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah Al Hidayah can be reached anywhere and anytime. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method, while for data collection using interview, documentation, and observation techniques

Abstract

Modernization of Islamic Education; A Study of Muhammad Abduh's Thoughts. This paper tries to present the great ideas of Sheikh Muhammad Abduh, (Muhammad bin Abduh bin Hasan Khairullah), who is widely known as a progressive thinker, movement activist, and also an Egyptian-born mujaddid, the founder of the reform movement and modernization of Islamic education, towards modern Egypt. This study is a literature study using a qualitative approach and content analysis techniques on Muhammad Abduh's thoughts. The results of this study indicate that there is a dialectic process between Muhammad Abduh's great ideas and the Egyptian social situation, both internally by Muslims with traditional Islamic views - conventional and external situations of the European nation and its modern civilization which is currently colonizing Egypt. The idea of reforming and modernizing Islamic education includes: the conventional teaching system is only religious sciences, equipped with modern general knowledge, accompanied by curriculum improvements that combine tanziliyyah sciences with Kauniyyah sciences, (Islam and modernity), eradicating dualism and dichotomy views of science. , improvement of learning systems and methods that emphasize understanding and reasoning, as well as women's education. As a result, Egypt has become a cauldron of moderate Islamic education leaders until now

Abstract

Sufism and its Relationship with the Development of Human Potential. Research paper: Sufi thought is, in fact, an active mind because humans are seen as potential beings with high levels of consciousness. In the Sufi definition, the consciousness of mysticism is an active consciousness that leads to the introduction of God. This qualitatively conducted survey found that the introduction of God in a Sufi perspective will lead to the development of potential. Using a literature approach, this study also makes a comparison with Western views on the development of human potential. This introduction of God will further cultivate a love for God that will bring forth the knowledge of the development of human potential. This knowledge is a gift of God because, with this knowledge, man develops his potentials and then translates them into creativity, sharpness of mind, and optimism in life by God's truth
