Abstract

ABSTRACT In the research, this time will try to discuss curriculum development based on multicultural education. Given the very diverse curriculum development, which consists of elements (1) planning ; (2) implementation ( 3 ) evaluation. But in this research, not all elements of curriculum development are a concern, but will only be focused on elements of curriculum planning done by SMA 2 Kediri. This approach uses a qualitative approach to the type of case study. Whereas in collecting data using participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. And the data collected was analyzed using an interactive analysis model. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study is aimed at answering the following three research questions: firstly how is the implementation of organizational culture management in MAN 1 Lamongan; secondly, how is the organizational culture model in MAN 1 Lamongan and thirdly how are its implications. The implementation of organizational culture management in MAN 1 Lamongan includes four aspects, namely environmentally friendly policies, integrated environment-based curriculum implementation, participatory-based environmental activities and the management of environmentally friendly supporting infrastructure. The organizational culture model includes four components; firstly, the determination of the values ??and vision of the madrasa, secondly, internalizing the vision of all stakeholders; thirdly the conceptual embodiment; fourthly, the behavior embodiment and fifthly, the embodiment of symbolization. In terms of the implications of organizational culture management in MAN 1 Lamongan, there is an increase in quality in three aspects, firstly, from the environmental aspect, it could be concluded that MAN 1 Lamongan has increasingly become more qualified; secondly, from the aspect of students, there is an increase in environmental awareness that includes three aspects, namely cognitive, psychomotor and affective. And thirdly from the aspect of the level of satisfaction of education services, there is an increase in the IKP points, which in 2018 amounted to 73,634 and in 2019 amounted to 74,514. Abstract

The emergence of various models and methods of interpretation of the Qur'an is one form of effort  disclose text messages optimally according to the abilities and social conditions of the commentator.  The sources of interpretation are based on: the Qur'an itself, the authentic al-Sunnah, the opinions of the Companions and tabi'in, Arabic (because it was revealed using that language), ra'yu and ijtihad in accordance with  Arabic and Shari'ah rules.  And the interpretation that comes from what has been mentioned (al-Qur'an itself, the authentic Sunnah, the opinions of the Companions and tabi'in, Arabic, ra'yu aNd Ijtihad in accordance with Arabic rules), is called  with the Al-Qur'an.  In this journal, we will discuss the Asil al-Qur'an with the opinions of friends and tabi'in sourced from various books.  Regarding the Asil al-Qur'an with the opinion of the companions, there is a dispute about its position.  Some say marfu' and others say mauquf.  While the tabi'in interpretation can essentially be taken and can be used as a legal basis, as long as it is in accordance with the Qur'an and al-Sunnah.

Abstract

This study describes and analyzes the implementation of tajwid learning for Sogan Elementary School students during the Covid-19 pandemic era. Where the purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation of recitation learning in improving students' recitation skills at SDN Sogan. Tajweed learning at SDN Sogan is carried out online, considering the increase in cases of being infected with the Covid-19 virus in Kulon Progo Regency and in accordance with recommendations from the government in order to create comfort and safety in the learning process. This study uses a descriptive analysis method using a qualitative approach, which describes the use of media in learning during the Covid-19 pandemic era. Based on the results of interviews conducted by researchers, learning recitation is carried out using online methods, namely by using digital media platforms such as Whatsapp, Youtube and Google forms. These platforms can facilitate the delivery of tajwid learning so as to create good learning objectives. This can be seen from the stages in learning recitation by using the online method. Starting from preparation and planning that is quite mature with the administration of learning planning, preparation in terms of the capacity of educator resources, as well as preparation of supporting facilities and infrastructure for recitation learning in the pandemic era. Furthermore, it can also be seen from the evaluation of learning held in Tajweed learning using the online method that went quite well. Keywords: Implementation, Tajweed Learning, Covid-19 Pandemic

Abstract

Today, a woman who is married and works outside is common. Married career women or working mom are faced with 2 (two) roles, first as an employee with duties and responsibilities in the office and second as a housewife with the task of taking care of the house, husband and children. With this dual role, Working Mom are expected to function in a balanced way both at work and at home. This balance is referred to as Work-Family Balance, namely the extent to which an individual is fully involved and satisfied with his role in work and his role in the family. As a mother and parent, one of the roles of a career woman is in taking care of children. Taking care of children here is not only how a mother meets the needs of children in terms of food, clothing, shelter and affection, but also in terms of education. Children entering school age need parental attention regarding their education. This study uses correlational quantitative methods with research subjects 30 working mom who have school-age children. The data collection instrument used a Likert Scale for the Work Family Balance Scale and the Attention to Children's Education Scale. Methods of data analysis using Pearson Correlation Analysis with the results of the analysis obtained a correlation coefficient of 0.384 with a significance of 0.036 (p <0.05) which means that Work Family Balance has a correlation with attention to Child Education in Working Mom, in other words the more a working mom can balancing their roles at work and at home the more attention can be paid to their child's education.Key Word : Work – Family Balance, Child Education, Working Mom

Abstract

Work engagement is an important aspect that must be owned by employees to improve their performance. Employees who have an attachment to their work have many advantages, they be able to maintain and increase productivity. Honorary teachers have the same responsibilities as permanent teachers in educating their students, but honorary teachers have not received appropriate compensation and dismissals without severance pay may occur to them. Therefore, they experience job insecurity. Teachers who have a high internal locus of control believe that the center of control in their lives is determined by themselves. This study aims to determine the relationship between job insecurity and work engagement with the internal locus of control as a moderator for honorary teachers. This research was conducted on 61 honorary teachers. Data analysis was carried out by moderated regressionanalysis. From the results of the analysis of the research data, it was obtained that the significance of the internal locus of control as a moderator of the relationship between job insecurity and work engagement was 0.724 > 0.05. Thus, there is no significant relationship between job insecurity and work engagement moderated by internal locus of control. So that Ho is accepted, there is no significant relationship between job insecurity and work engagement moderated by internal locus of control on honorary teachers.

Abstract

The achievement of the goals of Islamic education in the digitalization era has not yet reached the peak of proper realization. The effect of digitalization is devenitive, meaning it saves Muslims from all the pollution and destruction caused by Western ideas that come through various disciplines that can threaten traditional Islamic moral standards. Thus, the purpose of this research is to boost the morale of a nation's children by implementing al-Qur'an literacy through qualitative-descriptive methods. It can answer a research, namely al-Qur'an literacy as a forum for moral education of the nation's children by developing advanced technology in the digital era by mastery of reading verses of the Al Qur’an through digital platforms.

Abstract

The goals to be accomplished in this review are: To discover how much scholastic pressure is capable by understudies in web based learning circumstances during the Covid-19 pandemic. This review utilizes a quantitative elucidating strategy. The populace in this review were all understudies of MAN 1 Jember. The quantity of populace considered is from the standard class. In particular studying Language, Mathematics and Natural Sciences and Social Sciences. A sum of 760 understudies. Abstract

One of the learning applications that is effectively used in online and offline conditions as it is today is Google Classroom, the purpose of this research is to find out the use, advantages and disadvantages and how to overcome the shortcomings of Google Classroom in learning Islamic religious education and character. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. This research was conducted in class 10. E1 of SMAN 7 Padang with a total of 37 students consisting of 21 boys and 16 girls using research methods in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. The results show that the use of Google Classroom in the subject of Islamic religious education and character is very beneficial, especially for teachers and students, student learning outcomes increase, especially in understanding using technology as a learning medium. The most dominant deficiency was found in several cases of students being lazy in doing assignments, while the advantages were many, saving time, paper and cell phone memory storage. Many teachers describe Google Classroom as a complete learning medium that can contain student absences, materials and assignments. So it can be concluded that the use of Google Classroom as a learning medium is very effective, especially at the high school level.
