Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penyelesaian masalah sosiodrama untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan diri siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 2 Jember. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mempelajari evaluasi metode sosiodrama untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan diri siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 2 Jember. Penelitian ini adalah desain penelitian eksperimental. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan diskusi, dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode sosiodrama mempengaruhi peningkatan kepercayaan diri siswa kelas VII SMPN 2 Jember.

Abstract

Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi adalah siswa SMK IBU Pakusari Jember dan sampel 64 siswa. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah statistik deskriptif, uji prasarat regresi linear berganda yang meliputi uji normalitas, uji linearitas, uji asumsi klasik dan analisis regresi linear berganda.Hasil penelitian adalah: (1) Terdapat pengaruh efikasi diri terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa SMK. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai Sig. Variabel efikasi diri (X1) adalah sebesar 0,039< probabilitas 0,05. (2) Terdapat pengaruh minat kerja terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa SMK. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai Sig. Variabel minat kerja (X2) adalah sebesar 0,000< probabilitas 0,05. (3) Terdapat pengaruh bimbingan karir terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa SMK. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai Sig. Variabel bimbingan karir (X3) adalah sebesar 0,006 < probabilitas 0,05. (4) Terdapat pengaruh efikasi diri, minat kerja dan bimbingan karir terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa SMK. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai Sig. adalah 0,000 < 0,05.

Abstract

The interest of students to enter in high school is important because it also encourages schools to continue to improve their quality so as to create good relationships between schools, graduates, stakeholders, and parents of students. This study aims to determine the factors that influence student interest in school at Nurul Islam Jember High School. This research is a descriptive research. The sampling technique is quota sampling. The data analysis technique uses factor analysis. The results of the study show that the Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin value Measure of Sampling Adequacy is greater than 0.50 which is equal to 0.721> 0.50 and the value of Barlett’s Test of Sphericity (Sig.) 0,000 <0.05. The MSA value for the variable under study is greater than 0.50 except for the variable q26 or question number 26 where the value of MSA is 0.375 <0.50 so that this variable is not used. the conclusions of the study are the factors that influence students choosing schools in Nurul Islam Jember High School consisting of 25 variables grouped into 7 factors. The first factor was the influence of parents with Initial Eigenvalues of 5.131, Peers with Initial Eigenvalues 4.185, Academic Success with Initial Eigenvalues 2,899, Early school experience with Initial Eigenvalues 1,563, Attitudes toward work with Initial Eigenvalues 1,284, Relations between teachers and students with Initial Eigenvalues 1,140, The emotional atmosphere of the school with Initial Eigenvalues 1.110. Suggestions for research are so that further research can measure the influence of each variable.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji dua faktor yang mempengaruhi penyesuaian diri siswa yaitu persepsi siswa tentang layanan BK dan kemandirian siswa. Layanan bimbingan dan konseling yang sudah dilaksanakan di SMPN 2 Rambipuji adalah layanan klasikal jenis informasi dan orientasi. tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi siswa tentang layanan informasi sosial terhadap penyesuaian diri siswa kelas VII SMPN 2 Rambipuji. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kemandirian terhadap penyesuaian diri siswa kelas VII SMPN 2 Rambipuji. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi siswa tentang layanan informasi sosial dan kemandirian terhadap penyesuaian diri siswa kelas VII SMPN 2 Rambipuji. Jenis penelitian adalah kuantitatif, teknik pengambilan sample menggunakan purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian adalah Terdapat pengaruh persepsi siswa tentang layanan informasi sosial terhadap penyesuaian diri siswa kelas VII SMPN 2 Rambipuji, Terdapat pengaruh kemandirian terhadap penyesuaian diri siswa kelas VII SMPN 2 Rambipuji, Terdapat pengaruh persepsi siswa tentang layanan informasi sosial dan kemandirian terhadap penyesuaian diri siswa kelas VII SMPN 2 Rambipuji dengan persamaan regresinya adalah: Y=42,211+0,379 X1+0,439 X2

Abstract

The lack of caring shown by the nurses can be seen from the number of public criticism towards the services they provided. The research problem in this study is whether the students’ caring of vocational nursing students can be improved through experiential learning model?. To answer the research question, equivalent time series design which comprised one pretest and four posttests of 6 respondents was conducted. The caring measurement of the subjects on the pretest, posttest 1, posttest 2, posttest 3, and posttest 4, used Concern Scale form A, A, B, C and D sequentially. Chronbach Alpha Test toward those four forms gave such results of reliability number: 0,838 for form A, 0.814 for form B, 0.750 for form C, and 0.723 for form D. It is said that the criterion validity for all test items is ≥ 0.361. Wilcoxon Sign Rank Test was applied to analyze the data. Results of this study indicates that the hypothesis test of posttest 1 to post-test 2 shows the significance number of 0,116 (≥ 0.05) so that Ho is accepted, the conclusion “there was no difference between the value of the posttest 1 and post-test 2 during the intervention at each subject of the research, or there were subjects of the research who got scores of post-test 2 smaller than the scores of the post-test 1.” It was found that the result of pretest to posttes1 is 0.027 (≤ 0.05), posttest 2 to posttest 3 is 0.027 (≤ 0.05) and posttest 3 to post-test 4 is 0.028 (≤ 0, 05) which concludes that there were differences of value during the process of intervention in each subject of the study. In conclusion, experiential learning model is effective to improve the students’ caring of vocational nursing students.

Abstract

Academic stress is one type of stress as a result of instructional process or other stuff related to learning process. Several factors are known as the causes of the stress, such as the pressure to reach next grade, the amount number of task, the amount number of material, the target of minimum passing grade (KKM), bureaucracy, requirements to fulfill scholarships, desire to achieve a better career, exam anxiety and time management. The problem of the study is formulated as how is the effectiveness of cognitive restructuring technique to handle the students’ academic stress? The method applied in this study is quasi experimental study with single subject design which allows the researcher to determine the sample of the study based on certain criteria. The result of the study shows that t-value of hypothesis test was 6,084 with the level of sig. (2-tailed) = 0,000 with df = 7, so that the t-table = 1,895 at the significance level (α = 0,05). It is said that t value ≥ t table which was 6,084 ≥ 1,895. Sum up, it is concluded that the cognitive restructuring technique is effective in reducing the academic stress of the 7 graders of MTs Sardji Ar-Rasyid Dawuhan Situbondo. Abstract

The goals to be accomplished in this review are: To discover how much scholastic pressure is capable by understudies in web based learning circumstances during the Covid-19 pandemic. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the scramble learning model with the help of Power point on the students of class XI MIPA to understand the food subsection material. In addition, it also has the intention of informing students' conditions when using the Presentation, practice, production(PPP) learning model assisted by Power point learningmedia compared to Discovery learning models.This study uses a quantitative research method with a descriptive approach. So that the results obtained in the form of data that is processed in the form of a description. In addition, the data collection used is observation and interview techniques. The research population that became the object of research in this case were students of class XI MIPA 4 SMAN Pakusari, totaling 32 people.Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, positive responses were obtained from students and students who have been interviewed by researchers. Presentation, practice, production (PPP) learning models with the help of Power point here, get the results of student satisfaction in the learning obtained. From 8 informants who were randomly selected by the researchers, the results showed that the Presentation, practice,production(PPP) learning model gave them enthusiasm in learning, made it easier for students to understand the material and gave them new insights about the material being studied. With this, the Presentation,practice,production(PPP) learning model with the help of Power points has a positive influence on the students' enthusiasm for learning and makes it easier forthem to understand the material being studied.

Abstract

Career information service guidance is important for students because students are still confused about choosing a career. The purpose of this study was to produce a career information module media for class XI of the Accounting Department that students can use as a guide for career selection, and can be used as a guide for guidance and counseling teachers. This study uses 10 stages of the Borg & Gall (2021) model which are adjusted into 6 stages. Collecting data using interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The product validation formula is used to obtain questionnaire results from media experts, material experts, and practitioner experts. The subjects of this study were students of class XI Accounting who were selected by random sampling. The number of research subjects was 10 respondents (small group test) and 5 validators (validation test). The results of the module practicality response questionnaire obtained a score of 92.6%. While media expert validation obtained 90.83% (very feasible), material expert validation obtained 92.5% (very feasible), practitioner expert validation results obtained 94% (very feasible) it can be concluded that the research results regarding the product being developed are acceptable and worth using. Abstract

Pembelajaran tematik integratif merupakan strategi penting untuk diterapkan secara maksimal pada tingkat dasar. Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman secara teori dan praktek terkait implementasi pembelajaran tematik integratif. Metode yang digunakan adalah ceramah, presentasi dan diskusi. Hasil dari pelatihan ini adalah tercapainya seluruh indikator keberhasilan pelatihan yang telah direncakan sejak awal observasi dan ketika diskusi awal bersama pihak sekolah. Keberhasilan pelaksanaan pelatihan dapat dilihat dari nilai aktifitas peserta pelatihan yang berada pada kategori sangat baik, pemahaman peserta pelatihan juga berada pada kategori sangat baik, serta nilai evaluasi narasumber yang juga berada pada kategori sangat baik. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan pelatihan telah mencapai target yang diinginkan yaitu peningkatan pada aktifitas belajar dan pemahaman peserta pelatihan serta hasil evaluasi nilai narasumber yang sangat baik.
