Abstract

ABSTRACT Teachers play an important role as educators in shaping the personality of their students. In this study, the PAI teacher's strategy was examined in enhancing religious learning motivation at Gunung Rancak 2 Elementary School in Gunung Rancak Village, Robatal District, Sampang Regency. The method uses qualitative research, the technique of data collection is done by observation, interviews and documentation with the research subjects of principals, teachers, and students of Gunung Rancak SDN 2. The results of this study are PAI teachers using strategies to improve Islam. religious motivation by explaining the purpose of learning, giving praise, giving gifts, giving punishment, using various methods, and giving encouragement on an ongoing basis. Factors that support the implementation of learning motivation include effective communication between teachers and students, and teaching materials that meet curriculum standards, and are supported by creating a conducive learning environment. The inhibiting factors encountered in increasing student motivation are low student interest in Islamic studies, lack of time allocation, lack of variation in student motivation, and differences in student abilities, non-optimal learning media, and family and social environment. Abstract

ABSTRACT The article is for to find out how the learning model applied at MINU Trate Putri Gresik. the object of this article at MINU Trate Putri Gresik. its to compare the learning model applied in the exellent class program with the first class smart Tahfiz program. This research, for review about studying in Madrasas, and researchers get for a good information about it and the learning process in the exellent program and Smart Tahfiz programs and it use different learning processes. It this have a differences in the learning model. Which in the exellent program uses the model in general, while the program Smart Tahfiz learning to use a model that has been added to the study of the Qur'an. These two programs differ, the learning model of each program for students must be different. The result of the learning model that can be seen directly is the difference between the students patterns in each activity in the school. To search for definitive data on this article using interviews, observation and documentation data collection techniques. Observers, saw the learning process and compared the learning models in the exellent program and the Smart Tahfiz program. And from the author's observations that the learning model of these two programs is almost the same but different in the process of teaching. Abstract

Abstrak: penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk menambah khazanah keilmuan Islam yang bersumber langsung dari pembahasan kitab suci Al-Qur’an. Sebagai kitab suci agama Islam Al-Qur'an mempunyai suatu keunikan dalam segi pengajaran dan penyampaian pesan kedalam jiwa manusia, salah satunya adalah melalui amsal (perumpamaan). at studi kepustakaan, yang memiliki pengertian bahwa penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengembangkan masalah-masalah dari suatu fenomena secara teoritik, yang dihubungkan dengan kajian teoritik lain dalam pengembangan suatu ilmu tertentu, untuk memecahkan masalah yang diteliti secara rasional. Temuan penelitian dari penelusuran kepustakaan yang telah dilakukan terhadap lafadz-lafadz pada Al Qur’an yang merupakan amsalulqur’an yang dianalisis dalam dimensi edukatif amtsal al-Qur’an segi komponen kurikulum dapat diketahui pada empat aspek, yakni pertama: aspek tujuan, kedua aspek materi, ketiga aspek metode dan keempat aspek media. (1) bahwa dalam amsal al-Qur’anmempunyai nilai-nilai pendidikan yaitu mengenai tujuan pendidikan Islam bahkan mendukungnya. (2) dalam hal metode, amsal al-Qur’an ini kelihatan menonjol oleh karena itu sudah banyak para da’i dan para pendidik menggunakannya. (3) dalam media amsal al-Qur’an menggunakan media yang telah dikenal baik oleh manusia yaitu media kesemestaan (alam semesta). (4) adapun dalam hal materi, amsal al-Qur’an banyak menjelaskan tentang materi-materi yang biasa dikaji dalam pendidikan Islam yaitu : keimanan, ibadah, sejarah, dan akhlak. Bahkan disiplin ilmu-ilmu lainpun kadang terungkap dalam perumpamaan-perumpamaan yang ada dalam al-Qur’an. Keywords:Dimensi Edukatif, amtsal al-Qur`an, Kurikulum PAI

Abstract

ABSTRACT In the research, this time will try to discuss curriculum development based on multicultural education. Given the very diverse curriculum development, which consists of elements (1) planning ; (2) implementation ( 3 ) evaluation. But in this research, not all elements of curriculum development are a concern, but will only be focused on elements of curriculum planning done by SMA 2 Kediri. This approach uses a qualitative approach to the type of case study. Whereas in collecting data using participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. And the data collected was analyzed using an interactive analysis model. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study is aimed at answering the following three research questions: firstly how is the implementation of organizational culture management in MAN 1 Lamongan; secondly, how is the organizational culture model in MAN 1 Lamongan and thirdly how are its implications. The implementation of organizational culture management in MAN 1 Lamongan includes four aspects, namely environmentally friendly policies, integrated environment-based curriculum implementation, participatory-based environmental activities and the management of environmentally friendly supporting infrastructure. The organizational culture model includes four components; firstly, the determination of the values ??and vision of the madrasa, secondly, internalizing the vision of all stakeholders; thirdly the conceptual embodiment; fourthly, the behavior embodiment and fifthly, the embodiment of symbolization. In terms of the implications of organizational culture management in MAN 1 Lamongan, there is an increase in quality in three aspects, firstly, from the environmental aspect, it could be concluded that MAN 1 Lamongan has increasingly become more qualified; secondly, from the aspect of students, there is an increase in environmental awareness that includes three aspects, namely cognitive, psychomotor and affective. And thirdly from the aspect of the level of satisfaction of education services, there is an increase in the IKP points, which in 2018 amounted to 73,634 and in 2019 amounted to 74,514. Abstract

ABSTRACTEducation is a conscious and deliberate effort to create anatmosphere of learning and the learning process so that learners areactively developing the potential for him to have the spiritual strength ofreligious, self-control, personality, intelligence, noble character, and theskills needed themselves and society. Islamiceducation is essentially a process of cultural formation and transformation.The mission of Islamic education is internalization of cultural values intoeducational activities, education as a vehicle for the socialization ofcultural values, closing the space of contamination of negative globalcultural influences, and developing cultural values of work ethics. Abstract

ABSTRAKOpen Education Resources adalah salah satu wujud dari perkembangan media pembelajaran di era modern, sumber pembelajaran terbuka bertujuan meningkatkan mutu pendidikan dan memudahkan proses pembelajaran. Melalui jaringan internet sumber pembelajaran terbuka sangat mudah diakses untuk semua elemen masyarakat mulai dari siswa, guru, dan lembaga instansi lain. Pemanfaatan sumber pembelajaran terbuka bergantung pada kompetensi penggunannya sejauh mana kemampuan pengguna dalam memanfaatkan sumber pembelajaran terbuka. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kompetensi, faktor pendukung dan penghambat guru PAI di SMA Unggulan Bppt Al-Fattah Lamongan dalam pemanfaatan open education resources pada mata pelajaran pendidikan agama islam. Hasil dari penelitian ditemukan bahwa kompetensi guru PAI di SMA Unggulan Bppt Al-Fattah Lamongan sudah cukup baik, dengan memanfaatkan sumber pembelajaran yang dicari melalui internet dapat mengintegrasikan kurikulum, modul serta perangkat pembelajaran lain. Faktor pendukung pemanfaatan open education resources yaitu, sumber pembelajaran terbuka sangat mudah diakses untuk semua orang, kebebasan berinovasi dari berbagai sumber, adanya peluang bagi sesama guru untuk berkolaborasi dalam penggunaan sumber pembelajaran terbuka sehingga mampu mensinergikan kurikulum serta bahan ajar lain untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. Faktor penghambat dari pemanfaatan sumber pembelajaran terbuka adalah keterbatasan alat bantu media teknologi, kemampuan guru dalam penggunaan sumber pembelajaran terbuka,dan jaringan internet yang lemah.Kata kunci : Sumber pembelajaran terbuka, kompetensi, Guru PAI.

Abstract

ABSTRACTLearning is the basis of key to education, without learning education does not mean anything. Education in Islam is a process that involves complete people , including the rational, spiritual, and social dimensions, all intertwined integrated perceptual and relying, fully, in fundamental and morality on the Qur’an and Hadith. Through Islamic Education, individuals are educated and hijacked to follow all-encompassing methods which involve all methods that cover all spect needed, witout borrowing anything, or giving an edge over the others. Abstract

ABSTRACTThis discussion is about what efforts are made so that in the implementation of Islamic education in educational institutions can be more emphasized and practice the values of cultural diversity that are owned by students. Because this has become very important and very useful for students to further educate the early generations of the nation's future, so that one day they can continue to be embedded in their souls of the importance of respecting cultural diversity in the community so that it will strengthen the unity and integrity of the Indonesian nation. Problems or constraints experienced in the implementation of Islamic education is how to find the right formula or form in the realization of planting and habituation of multicultural values in students themselves. If this can be fulfilled then it will ground multicultural education based on Islamic education then it can be realized. In this study the writer uses qualitative research with a library study approach or library research and is descriptive in nature, where the writer wants to reveal more deeply the concepts or ways in order to realize the slogan or the term "grounding multicultural education within the frame of Islamic education". The results of this study are in an effort to ground this multicultural education based on Islamic education in several ways, namely, First, redesigning the Islamic education curriculum towards being applicable in the cultivation of multicultural education. Secondly, creating conditions so that there will be an awareness of cultural diversity within the school environment, such as holding events or activities that feature the staging of various cultures owned by students, and others.
