Pendas : Jurnah Ilmiah Pendidikan Dasar is a journal published twice a year, namely in June and December that aims to be a forum for scientific publications to pour ideas and studies complemented with the results of research related to primary school education. To achieve this, basic education journals will selectively disseminate ideas and studies complemented by quality research results related to basic education, develop an education center to the elementary-school that can produce innovative, creative and original work and tested in the field of education and learning elementary School to be disseminated and implemented for improving the quality of primary-to-national education at the national, regional and international levels.

Currently, education in Indonesia is in the stage of improving the quality of learning. Improving the quality of learning is very important to achieve student competencies as expected, so that schools can produce quality graduates. Improving the quality of learning can be done through collaboration between universities and schools. SMA Negeri 2 Mataram is one of the leading high schools in the city of Mataram, SMA Negeri 2 Mataram has become one of the student placement schools in implementing the program. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of the teaching assistance program on the quality of learning at SMA Negeri 2 Mataram and what factors influence it. This study uses a qualitative method, with a case study method. Data were collected through interview, documentation and survey methods.

Leadership is an important element in determining the direction and success of an organization. Two leadership models that are widely discussed in the context of modern organizations are charismatic and visionary leadership. This study aims to analyze the characteristics, advantages, shortcomings, and influence of the two leadership models on organizational performance and employee motivation. Charismatic leadership focuses on the leader's personal appeal, which is able to inspire followers through a strong personality and communication. Meanwhile, visionary leadership emphasizes the importance of a clear long-term vision and the ability to steer the organization toward strategic goals. This analysis uses a qualitative approach through literature review from various academic sources and case studies. The results of the analysis show that both models have a positive impact on the organization, especially in improving morale, commitment, and adaptation to change, although both also have potential risks if not balanced with a sound management system. These findings are expected to contribute to the development of effective leadership strategies in the context of dynamic and competitive organizations.

Learning Pancasila and Citizenship Education (PPKn) in Vocational High Schools (SMK) has an important role in shaping the character and national identity of students. However, at SMK Nurul Karomah Bangkalan, the PPKn learning process still faces various obstacles, such as low student participation, lack of motivation to learn, and the dominance of lecture methods that make the classroom atmosphere passive. To overcome these problems, a more interactive and student-centered learning strategy is needed. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the application of the Think Pair Share (TPS) learning model in improving student learning outcomes in PPKn subjects. The subject of the study was a grade XI student of SMK Nurul Karomah. The data obtained were analyzed through the stages of reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawn, and tested for validity through triangulation and member check. The results of the study show that the application of the TPS model has a significant positive impact on improving student learning outcomes, both in the cognitive domains (increasing material understanding), affective (positive attitude towards learning), and psychomotor (communication and collaboration skills). In addition, TPS is also able to increase students' motivation and activeness in the learning process. Thus, the TPS model can be used as an alternative effective learning strategy to be applied in PPKn subjects at vocational schools.

This study aims to determine the effect of using Padlet media on student learning activities in learning Geography in Phase E at SMAN 2 Batang Anai. The background of this research is based on the low involvement of students in the conventional learning process that tends to be monotonous and minimal media innovation. Padlet media, as an interactive digital platform, is expected to create a collaborative, fun learning atmosphere, and increase students' active participation. The method used in this research is quasi experiment with pretest-posttest control group design. The research sample consisted of two classes, namely the experimental class using Padlet media and the control class using the lecture method. Data collection techniques were conducted through student learning activity questionnaires, observation, and documentation. The instruments were tested for validity and reliability before being used in the research. The results of the analysis showed a significant difference in the level of student learning activities between the experimental and control classes. The learning activities of students who used Padlet media increased significantly compared to students who did not use the media. This proves that the use of Padlet media has a positive effect on increasing student learning activities in Geography subjects. This study concludes that Padlet media can be an effective alternative in increasing students' learning activities and is recommended to be applied more widely in digital-based learning in schools.

This study aims to determine the effect of the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) model assisted by bingo media on the learning outcomes of third-grade students at SD Negeri Latihan 2 SPG Ambon in the IPAS subject. The background of this research is the low student learning outcomes caused by conventional teaching methods that do not actively involve students. The research method used is quantitative with a One-Group Pretest-Posttest design. The research sample consisted of 36 third-grade students. Data collection instruments included tests, observations, and interviews. The statistical test results showed an increase in the average score from a pretest score of 66.17 to a posttest score of 89.97. The paired sample t-test showed a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, indicating a significant effect of the CTL model assisted by bingo media on students' learning outcomes. The N-Gain score of 0.7539 indicates a high level of learning improvement. Based on these findings, the CTL learning model using bingo media is proven to be effective in improving students' learning outcomes in IPAS learning

The social-emotional development of early childhood is an important aspect that requires attention in the learning process of early childhood education. To support this development, a learning model that stimulates active child engagement is needed, one of which is the Project Based Learning (PjBL) model. This study aims to determine the effect of the Project Based Learning (PjBL) model on the social-emotional development of Group B children at TK Negeri 1 Brang Ene, West Sumbawa Regency. This research used a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design. The sample consisted of 26 children, with 13 in the control group and 13 in the experimental group. Data collection techniques included observation and documentation. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and the Two Independent Sample Test. The results showed a t-value of 5.767 with a significance value of 0.001 < 0.005, indicating a significant effect of the PjBL model on children's social-emotional development. Therefore, it can be concluded that the implementation of the PjBL model has a positive influence on improving the social-emotional development of Group B children at TK Negeri 1 Brang Ene.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL) terhadap teknik pukulan gating pada permainan woodball. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen dengan desain one group pretest-posttest. Subjek penelitian adalah 33 siswa ekstrakurikuler woodball di SMAS Villa Mas Jakarta yang diambil dengan teknik total sampling. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan lembar penilaian keterampilan pukulan gating mencakup persiapan, cara memegang mallet, ayunan, pukulan, dan akurasi arah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada hasil post-test dibandingkan pre-test, yang berarti model pembelajaran PBL efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan teknik pukulan gating siswa dalam permainan woodball. Dengan demikian, PBL dapat direkomendasikan sebagai alternatif model pembelajaran olahraga berbasis keterampilan khususnya untuk cabang permainan woodball.

Pengembangan karakter religius merupakan aspek fundamental dalam pendidikan yang bertujuan menanamkan nilai-nilai keimanan, ketakwaan, dan akhlak mulia kepada peserta didik. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan strategi pembentukan karakter religius siswa di SMP Al Madinah melalui pendekatan terintegrasi dalam kehidupan sekolah. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggambarkan berbagai upaya yang dilakukan sekolah, seperti metode pembiasaan, keteladanan, integrasi pembinaan spiritual, peran aktif OSIS dalam bidang peribadatan, pelaksanaan Peringatan Hari Besar Islam (PHBI), serta dukungan fasilitas ibadah. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa pembiasaan kegiatan keagamaan secara rutin, keteladanan guru dalam perilaku sehari-hari, serta lingkungan yang mendukung praktik keagamaan mampu membentuk karakter religius siswa secara efektif. Selain itu, peran OSIS dan kegiatan PHBI memberikan ruang aktualisasi nilai keagamaan dalam bentuk yang kreatif dan partisipatif. Fasilitas ibadah yang memadai turut memperkuat proses internalisasi nilai religius dalam diri siswa. Dengan pendekatan yang holistik dan berkesinambungan, SMP Al Madinah mampu mencetak peserta didik yang tidak hanya cerdas secara intelektual, tetapi juga matang secara spiritual dan berakhlak mulia. This research and development aim to develop and determine the feasibility of the Mystery Card Box as a learning medium based on expert validation and product trials, specifically for teaching Indonesian language in fourth grade of elementary school with a focus on descriptive writing skills. The method used in this study is Research and Development (RnD), utilizing the ASSURE development model and employing validity tests which include media, material, and language validation using a Likert scale questionnaire instrument. The results showed an average percentage score of 90% obtained from media, material, and language expert evaluations. The product trials were conducted with fourth grade students at SDN Pondok Pinang 01 Pagi, Kebayoran Lama, South Jakarta. The product trials achieved an average percentage score of 98%, covering individual trials, small group trials, and field trials. There was an improvement in students’ descriptive writing skills, with an average learning outcome increase of 12%.

This study aims to: (1) determine the effect of implementing the PQ4R strategy assisted by Literacy Cloud on the reading comprehension skills of fifth-grade elementary students, and (2) identify significant differences between students using the PQ4R strategy with Literacy Cloud and those using conventional literacy media. This research employed a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental method using a nonequivalent control group design. The sample consisted of two fifth-grade classes at SDN Gunung 01 Pagi, each comprising 25 students. The instrument used was a reading comprehension test based on Barrett’s Taxonomy. Descriptive analysis showed that the average score of the experimental class increased from 57.40 to 83.60, with a gain of 26.2 points, accompanied by a decrease in standard deviation from 18.113 to 10.728. This indicates that the implementation of the PQ4R strategy assisted by Literacy Cloud positively influenced students’ reading comprehension skills. Furthermore, the results of the Independent Sample T-Test showed a significance value of 0.034 < 0.05, indicating a significant difference between students who used the PQ4R strategy with Literacy Cloud and those who used printed text-based media.
