Abstract

The Purpose of this study was to describe the student’s management at senior high school number 2 Lubuklinggau. This study used descriptive qualitative research methods. The datawere collected by means of interview, observation and study documentation. Researchers obtain data by interviewing principal, vice principals and student areas of the curriculum, some teachersand administrative staff as well as students. The results of this research show that the management of student this school has been progressing well in accordance with the plan set by the school.Keywords: management and students

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to discribe how the general objective of the research is to describe the coordination between principal and supervisor in the implementing of instructional supervision is in the Elementary Schools of Karang Tinggi Sub District, Central Bengkulu Regency. The result of the study The result of the research showed that the coordination between principal and supervisor in the implementation of instructional supervision. That can be seen from the absence of coordination between principal and supervisor in the arrangement of instructional supervision planning program, there is no coordination intensity between principal and supervisor in the implementation of academic supervision, the coordination of monitoring and evaluating between principal and supervisor has not run optimally, and there is no coordination of result follow-up between principal and supervisor in the implementation of academic supervision.

Abstract

This study aims to: improve the quality of the learning process chemistry and enhance students' understanding through learning management chemical model of direct instruction. Thisresearch is a class act. Subjects were students in grade XI MA Negeri 2 Bengkulu City. The data collection is done by means of written tests, observations, questionnaires and interviews . Analysis of the data consists of data reduction , data  presentation, drawing conclusions / verification . Theresults of this study indicate that: (1) learning management direct instruction with discussion can improve the quality of the learning process chemicals , (2) learning management direct instruction with discussion to increase understanding of chemical concepts. It can be seen through the increase in the average value of students from the initial test (1.83), the test cycle I (4.99) and test cycle II (7.03).Keywords: management, learning, direct instruction, discuss

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe the management of citizentship education instructional in senior high school 3 Kaur. The methods of this research is qualitative descriptive.The result of this research conclude that the management of citizentship education instructional in senior high school 3 Kaur, the lack of students input quality, the lack of teachers quality andquantity, do not use variation of learning yet, the lack of students handbook, the quality and the quantity of the infrastructure is enough. Abstract

The benefit kind of the learning sources is positive step has been do to improve the quality of Education in the country. This research is classroom action research in two cycles. Activities research in State Elementary School 04 Kepahiang. Based on the observation during of teaching throught the simple media there are concluded: (a) The teacher to convey the material with easy, (b) The student was good responding in process of learning so make appear to learn of science, (c) The purpose of learning achieved. The purpose of this research is to describe the recruitment process and proffessional development of principals as leader of education unit. Research method use descriptive research with subject are 15 principals of elementary school in Selupu Rejang. Data collection technique through interviews and documentation. Data analysis using codification and data reduction, data analysis, inference and verification. Abstract

This research method a qualitative descriptive research. Subject and object in this research is the principal, headmaster ,teacher guidance and counseling and student. Insrumen usedin this study were interviews, observation and documentation. The results showed that (1) the cause learners to behave aggressive is largely because the character of the students were loud and tend to assumes that the behavior they are doing is a fairness and because the lack of supervision, attention and affection from parents so that children tend to feel able to do any desired and (2) the role of the teacher guidance and counseling in reducing aggressive behavior students is good enough to provide individual counseling.Keyword: teacher, guidance and counseling, aggresive

Abstract

The Objektive of this resears is to know the influence of headmasters leadership and organization culture foward teacher is performance at Junior High School in Subdistrik of manna City.The method of this research was qualitative to prone hyphothesis with statistical analiysis. The subjects of this study were teacher of Junior High School in Subdistrict of Manna City. The data ware taken by distributing questionnaire. Then data analysis used quantitative. The result of this study showed that (1) there was a significant corelation between headmaster’s leadership and teacher’s perfomance   (2) there was a significant  correlation between organization culture and teacher’s perfomance and (3) there was a significant correlation simultaneously between headmaster’s leadership and organization culture to teacher performance.
