Abstract

The research objective of this class action is to facilitate the management of students' perspective towards Counseling (BK) for students of classes X Madrasayh Aliyah Public 2 Bengkulu City. This classroom action research conducted in MA Public 2 Bengkulu City. The method used in the study of this class action is to provide some action on information services. Subjects were students of class X Madrasah Aliyah Public 2 Bengkulu city, amounting to 36 students. The results showed that information services can work to change the way students of the Guidance and Counseling from the poor and afraid to come alone (consultation) into the perspective of the Counseling well and be a friend to the students, it can be concluded both theoretically and empirically that through information services may seek conversion of perspective students to the Counseling for students of classes X Madrasah Aliyah Public 2 Bengkulu City.en

Abstract

The aim of this reseach is to describe the Management Implement Curriculum 2013. In particular, it aims to describe: 1). The planning of manajement of curriculum atthe district 05 Sindang Dataran school. 2) the implementation of manajement curriculum at the distric 05 Sindang Dataran. 3) the evaluation of manajemen curriculum at the district 05 Sindang Dataran 4) the barriers and the way how handle the manajement of curriculum.The method used inthis reseach is a discriptive qualitative. The results of the reseach shows that manajement of curriculum in 05 Sindang Dataran school worked as itwas planned.Keywords: implementation, management, curriculum

Abstract

This research attempted to describe qualitatively the productivity certified teachers educator in learning plan, lesson, evaluation of learning, duties and responsibilities of teachers, support working environment, and teacher commitment. This research used a qualitative descriptive method. The result of this research described that the teachers has been; (1) preparing the planing of learning, (2) using varied teaching methods and classroom management, (3) conduct daily, midterm and final exams, (4) know the duties and responsibilities, (5) received support fromschool in performing the tasks, and (6) performance and evaluation accordance with the planning.Keywords: productivity, certified, teachers, educator

Abstract

The objective of this research is to describe the reconditional school committee in empowerment of organization In elementary school 04 Arga makmur of north Bengkulu district.The method in this research is descriptive qualitative. There are three data collecting techniques used in the research, namely: interview, documentation, and observation. While techniques ofanalyzing data applied is interactive analysis. The result of this research shows: there are innovation that is done by school committee in human resource, management resource, leadership resource in elementary school 04 arga makmur of north Bengkulu district. There is no innovation in monetary and facility resource that done by school committee in elementary school 04 arga makmur of north Bengkulu district.Key words: school committee, organization.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of the use of school operational funds in SMA N 4 Seluma. The method used is descriptive qualitative research. Subjects were the principal, vice principal part of the infrastructure, BOS treasurer, teachers and committee. The conclusions of this research indicate that the implementation of school operational funds in SMA N 4 Seluma follow the procedures and rules that apply, the appropriate  technical and operational guidelines BOS SMA.Keywords: operational assistance

Abstract

The objective of this research is to describe how the academic supervision of the headmaster in Senior High School number 1 Lubuklinggau. The specific problems of this research consisted of several questions, how the academic supervision of headmaster in planning, process, evaluation, and the follow up. This study used the qualitative descriptive method. The technique for collecting the data is done by interview, observation, and documentation. The result of this study showed that the headmaster had done the academic supervision to the teachers by using clinical method by holding class visit, the follow up of the supervision is with make a lesson teacher team for sharing about the teachers documents and how to manage the class better.

Abstract

The purpose of this research to know management of critical attitudes and study result of subjects Citizenship with the news media on the television. The subject of this research is fouth grade 7th in  SMP N 13 Lubuklinggau. Based on the results of the assessment process and analysis of daily tests, it can be concluded that an increase of 21.93% a critical attitude, and study result in the form of individual completeness average by 6.35% and amounted to 44.74% classical completeness of pre cycle to first cycle. While from first cycle to second cycle  increased the critical attitude of learning by 50.88%, individual mastery at 2.00% and amounted to 13.16% classical completeness. The author suggested to the teachers to use the news media of television according to its competence expected.

Abstract

This research was conducted at SMK Negeri 2 Kota Bengkulu, the type of research that is Class Action Research. Subjects in this study were students of class XI TAV 1 totaling 26students. Data were collected using observation sheets and questionnaires. Based on the initial questionnaire conducted on 26 students there are 10 students (38.5%) who get a low learning outcomes and only four students (15.4%) which has good value and the average value obtained 64.3%. Then in the first cycle there are six students, or (23.1%) who received good value criteria with an average value of 65.2%. In the second cycle increased to 21 or (80.8%) on the criteria of creativity is good and the average value obtained 86.5%. At the end of the meeting the questionnaire, there are 3 students (11.5%) who received low learning outcomes and only 21 students (80.7%) who received study results tub and niai average gained 80.5%. Based on the research results from the first cycle and the second cycle, learning management by administrationtasks can enhance students' creativity.Keywords: creativity, task

Abstract

The puspose of this research is to describe the management of infrastructure practice in the dressmaking departement at SMK Negeri 3 Bengkulu City” Consists of planning, procurement, inventory, storage, use, maintance and removal. This study used descriptive qualitative approach, and the respondents were the principle, vice principle of infrastructure affarirs, staf facilities and infrastructure, and productive teachers of dressmaking departement. The techniques of data collection used interview, observation and documentation. The result show the management of the practicing facilities of dressmaking departement of secondary at SMK Negeri 3 Bengkulu City was conducated in accordance with applicable regulatons, but there are some aspect of management that are not implemented.

Abstract

The specific objectives of this study: describe candidate recruitment system head Vocational School (SMK) in Seluma; Head of the candidate selection system Vocational School(SMK) in Seluma; Head placement system Vocational School (SMK) in Seluma; Head coaching system Vocational School (SMK) in Seluma. This research method is descriptive qualitativemethod. From the study it can be concluded implementation, the system of recruitment, selection, placement, and guidance to principals (SMK) in the district Seluma been implemented inaccordance with the procedures and regulations, however still needed repairs and improvements in the implementation of the system in order to obtain candidate -Expectant principals qualified, skilled, has the competence and qualifications as the principal professional.Key words: recruitment, selection, placement and coaching principals
