Abstract

The purpose of this study in general to describe the discipline teacher performance post mutations in Senior High School 1 Lubuklinggau. Data were collected by interview, observationand dokumentation technique. To analyze data, this study uses two steps; 1) inductive descriptive qualitative and 2) presentation analysis. Analysis of the data in this study consists of four interacting components as follows: (1) data collection; (2) reduction of data; (3) the presentation of data (display) data as well; (4) verification and conclusion. Conclusion that labor discipline management post mutations in Senior High School 1 Lubuklinggau an increase in discipline teacher performance.Keyword: management, disciplined performance, teachers, mutation

Abstract

This study aimed to describe the management of punishment point that applied at Public Senior High School number one in Kepahiang Regency to the improve students’ discipline. The subjects of this study are the Principal, the deputy of principal for student affair, counselor teachers, and students. The data collection to be done by using observation, interviews, and documentation method. The data was conducted by using qualitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that the planning, organizing, actuating, monitoring and evaluation activity punishment points at Public Senior High School number one Kepahiang Regency  just running well.

Abstract

This study was to provide a better the good of learning management and to improve the process skills of Science in every student especially Class V students of SD Negeri 03 Kepahiang by using the practical/ practicum methods. The classroom action research was conducted in two cycles. The instrument was the journal practicum, observations, interviews, and questionnaires. The results obtained from this instruments was use the practical methods to improve the skills of the students, especially in learning the nature of light, and the provide of students motivation and enthusiasm in learning.

Abstract

The objective of this study was to evaluate the role of managerial supervision supervisors to improve the competence of the library manager Senior High School 6 Seluma accordance with specified standards. The method in this research is evaluative. The result of this research Showed the role of managerial supervision appropriate supervisory standards in the planning and reporting of managerial supervision supervisors to increase the competence of library managers in Senior High School 6 Seluma, whereas for the implementation of managerial oversight supervision is still in fairly standard criteria.Keywords: implementation, supervision managerial supervision, library officer.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to get a picture of the responses and interests of students to the management of mathematics learning using Manipulative Objects. The research was conducted using a classroom action research approach. The research subjects of fourth grade students of SD Negeri 09 Kepahiang. Based on the results of research can be obtained average formative value of students from cycle I with an average value of 55.6, cycle II with an average value of 74.8 Average formative value of students from cycles I and II with a value of 65.2, while the average value of group I cycle with the value of 81 and cycle II with the value 93.3 The average value of the group of cycles I and II is 87.15.

Abstract

In general, this study aimed to describe the differences and similarities management of funding school operational assistance in school on isolated region between yunior High Schools 30 and 43 Seluma. The specific objective of this study was to describe: the differences and similarities in budget drafting and school activities, the use, monitoring and evaluation, and reporting the use of funding school operational assistance in school.The method used in this research is to use the comparative descriptive comparative approach. The results showed there were differences and similarities of the differences and similarities of the management of of funding school operational assistance in school on isolated region.Keywords: funding school operational assistance, school, isolated region

Abstract

The objective of the research is to describe relationship between principal leadership and school culture with teacher performance at Elementary School. The subject is principals and teachers of The State of Elementary School in Lubuklinggau. The result obtained in this research were: (1) there was positive and significant relationship between principal leadership with teacherperformance with correlation coefficient was 0.801; (2) there was positive and significant relationship between school culture with teacher performance with correlation coefficient was 0.685; and (3) there was positive and significant relationship between the principal leadership and school culture with teacher performance with r square was 0.654. This means that the principal leadership and school culture has an influence on teacher performance of The State Elementary School in Lubuklinggau.Keywords: principal, leadership, school culture, and teacher performance

Abstract

The purpose this article is to discuss how the implementation of the curriculum 2013 and the relationship with the role of education managers in this case played by the principal. Themethod used is a literature review method. The results are: (1). Leadership principals intended to put pressure on the principal supervision competence in performing the role and duties as asupervisor, (2). The main substantive ability of principal is to make the implementation of curriculum in accordance with ideal curriculum, (3). Understanding the complete curriculum 2013will determine how curriculum could run well, and 4. Abstract

This study aims to know applying learning management of citizenship using learning model TPS (Think Pair Share). This study is the kind of action research (PTK). Subject of thestudy were students of SMKN 2 Bengkulu City. Data collection used test and observation. Percentage of completeness level results and processes the ability to accept the reservation ofstudents in the first cycle pertemuam I reached 24, 4% of students who completed and 75.6% of students did not complete. I cycle II meeting, 41.5% of students who completed and 58.5% of students who did not complete. In the second cycle the first meeting there were 58.5% of studentswho completed and 41.5% of students who did not complete while the second cycle II meeting increased to 100% who pass. Thus the conclusion is that the application of learning management of citizenship by using learning model TPS can improve the learning outcome of SMK Negeri 2 Kota BengkuluKeywords: management, citizenship, Thin Pair Share
