Abstract

The general objective of this study is to describe the management of increasing teachers’ performance. The specific objectives of this study describe: 1) the planning of the management of increasing teachers’ performance, 2) the implementation of the management of increasing teachers’ performance, 3) the monitoring and evaluation of the management of increasing teachers’ performance and 4) the problems found in the management of increasing teachers’ performance. The research methods of this study was descriptive qualitative and the techniques of data collection were interview, observation and documentation. The research subjects were principal and teachers. The findings of this study show that the planning and the monitoring and evaluation of the management of increasing teachers’ performance runs effectively. But, based on the implementation of the management of increasing teachers’ performance  there are some problems found namely external and internal problems.

Abstract

The main objective of this study was to determine the level of discipline and sense of responsibility of students of class V SDN 8. In the first cycle is known that the category of student discipline level value is enough value, the sense of responsibility achieving considerable value, on points chores with a value less. In the second cycle, level of discipline achieving category of very good, the level of responsibility reached very good. An increase in the level of discipline and responsibility of students from the first cycle to cycle to the second because it made improvements on the technique gave the tiered sanctions are varied, with continuous coaching and motivation to the students themselves.

Abstract

The objective of this research was to compare the differences and similiraties of the management of counceling service between public junior high school number 2 and number 4 inBengkulu city. The research used comparative method. The subjects of this study were the teachers of counceling service and students. The techniques of collecting data were interview,observation and documentation. The results show that the differences include objectives fasilities, schedule. The similiraties include both schools have program organization structur, significances for students. Thus the counceling service management at public junior high school number 2 andnumber 4 Bengkulu in city has differences and similiraties in the planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation programs.Keywords: management, counceling service.

Abstract

The general purpose of this research was compare the management of infrastructure and facilities in 02 primary schools and 06 primary schools Pondok Kelapa in the central of Bengkulu. This study uses a comparative approach to qualitative research. Subjects in this study is the principal. Data collection techniques used in this research is by interview, observation and documentation. The conclusion of this study indicate that both SD discount a lot of similarities in the management of facilities and infrastructure, among others: the planning done by the principal in accordance with the regulations, infrastructure procurement droping from the government, purchases, donations from parents, and make their own, an inventory of school facilities and the infrastructure has been done with the record book in the book inventory of goods, distribution is carried out directly and indirectly, maintenance of school facilities and infrastructure conducted regularly and incidental.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the role of principal as an instructional leader. This study uses descriptive qualitative method. The subjects of this study are the principal, the vice of the principals, teachers, staff, and the students. The data were collected by interview, observation, and documentation. The result of this study shows that to be an effective an instructional leader, the school principal is required to be more involved in the teaching learning proccess in the classroom, gives more opportunity to teachers in disscussing and sharing information about new models of teaching, develops staff, emphasizes data in decision making proccess, and actively monitors and evaluates the teachingproccess for furher improvement.Keywords: role, school principal, instructional leader

Abstract

The purpose of research is to increase the activity and student learning outcomes through the management of STAD cooperative learning. This type of research is the ClassroomAction Research with three cycles. The subjects were students of SMKNN 2 Bengkulu City 2014/2015 school year. The results of this study showed that the activity of students in the firstcycle is not effective while in the second cycle and third cycle has been effective. Student learning outcomes in the first cycle the average value of 74.07 students, then on the second cycle into74.15. Furthermore, in the third cycle students' average score increased to 82.93. Mastery learning classically in the first cycle only reaches 75.60%, then the second cycle increased by 12.20% from the first cycle to be 87.80%. Furthermore, in the third cycle of classical learning completeness increased by 4.88% from the second cycle to be 92.68%Keywords: student learning outcome, activity, cooperative learning, STAD

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe innovation of curriculum mangement in public yuniour high school 1 Ketahun north Bengkulu. The method of this research was a describtive qualitative study. The data collecting techique used by interview, observation and documentation. The data analysis used by reduction data, presenting data and conclution. Theresult of this researeh showed that: 1) the planning was done by arraging the vision, mision, curriculum, syllabus, lesson plan, a year pregram, semester program and educational schoolcalender, 2) the organization was done by the distribution of teaching asignment, 3) the implementasi was done by choosing method, media of reaching and assessment, 4) the evaluationwas done by supervision of teaching.Keywords: innovation, curriculum, mangement

Abstract

The general purpose of the research is to describe about Innovative Learning Management by  the English Teacher at Senior High School 2 South Bengkulu. The research used qualitative descriptive method. The subjects of this research were principals, vice principals, English Teachers and students at the state Senior High School 2 South Bengkulu. The techniques of the collecting data were observation, interview, and documentation study. The general results of the study show that the Innovative Learning Management by the English Teacher at Senior High School 2 South Bengkulu was suitable with the curriculum. The specific results were: 1) Planning was planned successfully; 2) organization was good; 3) Implementation was done perfectly; 4) Evaluation was done continually; 5) The problems in the innovation of English Teaching-Learning Management at Public Senior High School 2 South Bengkulu were about students’ motivation and the facilities at the school.

Abstract

The problem of this research to know inovative atitude and transformational leadership style to creative teacher Senior high vocational school one Ketahun 42 teachers.Sample taken by tecnic correlation counted 42 sampel. This research is analysed with descriptive statistic technique and inferensial to know the direct influence and indirect influence between variabel tested with band analysis. Result of the research  show: (1) They are positive direct  of inovative atitude and to creative teacher (2) They are direct positive influence between transformational leadership trough the teacher creativity of senior high school vokasional one Ketahun (3 They are direct positive between inovative atitude and transformational as together toward the teacher of Senior high school  vocational one Ketahun teachers.
