Abstract

The purpose of the research is to describe the management of the point system in the formation student discipline at State of Senoir High School 4 Lubuklinggau. The research used thedescriptive qualitative method. The subject of research involved the principal, the vice of principal student affair, teacher, and the students. Data collection techniques through the observation, interview, and document. This research concluded that the management of the point system in the formation student discipline at school have described by the proces is like: the planning, the organizing, the actuating, the monitoring and evaluation, and the factor supporting and difficulty of the management of the point system.Keyword: management, point system, discipline

Abstract

his study aims to determine whether the management of learning chemistry inquiry learning model can improve learning achievement and active students in class XI IPA MA Negeri2 Bengkulu City. From the data obtained an increase of student learning outcomes. In the first cycle, students who received grades completed KKM 65 20 students with a percentage of 62.5% increased to 23 people with a percentage of 71.8%. Data from observation of student activity increased from 60.6% in the first cycle to 69.1% in the second cycle. With the study of this classaction is successful so the researchers recommend preastasi inquiry model can improve student learning.Keywords: management, learning, inquiri, chemical

Abstract

The aimed of the research was to describe the arraying of school planing program to improving the graduated quality in State Senior High School 2 Muara Beliti Musi Rawasregency.The method of research using descriptive qualitative. The subject of the research were school commitee, principal, vice principal, and teachers. Tehnique of collecting the data wereobservation, interview and documentation. The result of the research were: first, the arranging of program, second, the decrement of vision and mision and the purpose of the school. Third, the result of the planning applied on the all of school activities. The last, supervision of the planning was done throught supervision, evaluation that can be seen on student achievement.Keyword: planning, programming, quality of graduates

Abstract

This study aims to find out how to provide counseling services with problem-solving methods in order to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of student learning. The research is a counseling action research conducted in class XII MIA MAN 2 Kota Bengkulu. The data were obtained by using several instruments and techniques of data gathering, namely: interview, questionnaire and observation. In Cycle I, the problem-solving approach through discussion of how to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of learning is still not well implemented. In the discussion the students still have not dared to express an opinion, still does not look good cooperation. In Cycle II, through the guidance of supervising teachers / BK, students carrying out problem solving discussions have done well, besides through the discussion of learning problem solving approach effectively, students can find effective and efficient ways of learning

Abstract

The background of this study carry out academic supervision in elementary schools, the academic supervision of teacher is important because it affects the level of ability of teachers. Based on this, of course, the competence of teachers in teaching is very influential, especially in improving the creativity of student learning. Through Action Research School (PTS) is the principal can improve the way teachers teach in the classroom. In underlying the above background, the authors sought to improve the ability of classroom teachers in mathematics learning through academic supervision. The results showed that the ability to carry out classroom teachers improve the academic supervision

Abstract

The general objective of this study was to describe the profile of Elementary School Principals at District of East Curup. In this study also uses qualitative descriptive method becauseresearchers wanted to describe and interpret objects in accordance with the actual situation. The results of this study concluded that: 1) educational qualifications Elementary School Principal se subdistrict East Curup have met the criteria and requirements as the principal, although there is notyet, but in the settlement, 2) experience the Principal is enough, 3) the principal's own good competence, 4) years of service principals that have no more than one period and some are not quite the period, 5) the principal has also been able to resolve the problems it faces.Keywords: profile, principal

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether the coaching by the school head can improve the discipline of teachers in preparing teaching and program Elementary School 12 South Bengkulu learning. The specific objective to increase discipline in developing the syllabus, lesson plan and program assessment. The method used is action research school, with study subjects were 12 elementary school teachers from South Bengkulu. The results of this study indicate that coaching by the school head can improve discipline and ability of teachers to develop learning programs.

Abstract

The objective of this research was to compare the differences and similarities the management of scout extracurricular activities between public Junior High School Number 1 andNumber 4 in Bengkulu City. The subjects of this study were the teachers, principals and students. The technique of collecting data were interview, observation and documentation. The results of research show that the scout management at both school has the differences and similarities in the planning,organizational structure, implementation, monitoring and evaluation. The differences in include details of the work program, scouts membership, exercise time, system monitoring and evaluation and barriers that faced. The similarities is the purpose of the organization that wants to from students ofcharacter have independence, brave, discipline and responsible.Keyword: management, scout extracurricular activities

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to evaluate: the utilization of School Operational Assistance. In this study the authors used a qualitative approach in which the evaluative researchconducted is part of management systems. Subjects were principals, committee treasurer, school committees and teachers. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that the first: reading books in the library has purchased many of School Operational Assistance. Second, School Operational Assistance made effective school exams. Third, the absence of a high dropout rate and the spirit of learning. Fourth, the use ofSchool Operational Assistance funds for the purchase of consumables to be effective. Fifth, payment Paying be very effective. Sixth, School Operational Assistance help extracurricular activities can be effective.Keywords: utilization, school operational assistance.
