Abstract

The purpose of this research is to improve teacher’s ability in improving language for AUD. This research use Penelitian Tindak Sekolah (PTS) method. Research results showing teacher learning practices observation average result at 1st cycle is 22,325 (58,125%), normal category, and 2nd cycle get average result is 3.325 (83,125%) good category. Observation result for language develop AUD 4-5 year old group, 1st meeting result 1,35 (33,75%) category children not yet grow up, 2nd result  is 3,2 (80%) category children grow up at our hope. Observation language development in AUD 5-6 year old group result 1st meeting is 1.325 (33.125%) category children not yet grow up, in 2nd average result is 3,225 (80,625%) category children grow up at our hope.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe a Leadership Style Of Principle To Motivate Increase Job Teacher elementary school 04 Sindang Kelingi Rejang Lebong district. The methodused qualitative descriptive study. Subjects were 04 public elementary school principal Sindang Kelingi Rejang Lebong district. Data collection techniques in use is the interview, observation anddocumentation. Abstract

The objective of the study is to know about the management of chemist laboratory of SMA N2 South Bengkulu. The method of the study is descriptive qualitative. The objects are chemist teacher and the user of laboratory SMA N2 South Bengkulu. The techniques of the data are interview, observation and documentation study.  The conclusion shows that: 1. the planning of the equipments of chemistry laboratory during this time do by arranges the draft what they need every year, 2. The amounts of the equipments is limited 3. The using of chemistry laboratory runs well. 4. The inventories of chemistry laboratory are procedurally. 5. The protection of chemistry laboratory is low because they do not have laborer. 6. The cleaning out of the equipments of the laboratory is not procedurally because the user has no knowledge about it.

Abstract

The objective of this research was to know whether the implementation of individual coaching by head teacher can increase new teacher’s discipline and job performance and to know how the effectivity implementation of individual coaching. The method of this research was action research. The result of this research obtained from average of discipline score and job performance score. In average of discipline score for the first cycle obtained score 36,61, the second cycle obtained score 52,26 and the third cycle obtained score 75,14 that means very good categorized. In Average of job performance score for the first cycle obtained score 121,67, the second cycle  obtained score 152,16 and the third cycle obtained score 183,67 that means very good categorized.Keywords: individual coaching, discipline, job performance

Abstract

The general objective of this study was to describe the founding of implementation in leraning english based on curriculum 2013 by principal in Junior High School Number 02 Arga Makmur North Bengkulu. This study is qualitative descriptive study with qualitative naturalistic approach. Subjects in this study are the principal, the vice principal of curriculum, and teacher.Data collection techniques used in this study; observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Analysis of the data used 4 phases, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion or verification. The results showed that the founding of implementation in learningEnglish based on Curriculum 2013 by principal have done appropriate with the principal’s job and obigation as a principal.Keyword: founding, principal, curriculum 2013.

Abstract

This research aimed: (1) to know the teacher level ability in composing test items (2) to describe teachers’ ability in composing test items based on the taxonomy bloom level (3) to describe teachers’ ability in analyzing test items. This research was descriptive quantitative research. Collecting data for this research was using survey technique that used developed questionnaire instrument. The result of research shows: (1) the level of teacher ability in composing question in moderate category, (2) Teacher ability in composing low-level cognitive questions is good, (3) Teacher ability in analyzing test items is still low.Keywords: teacher ability, taxonomy bloom, test items analysis.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the management, actuating, evaluation, and problems of counseling guideline and students' academic and nonacademic learning achievementat government junior high-schools in Lubuklinggau. The research method was analytic descriptive. Subject of research is the principal, vice principal areas of student and teacher guidance and counseling. The results of the research show that not all secondary school run the planning, implementation guidance and counseling as well, constraints in the implementation of counseling include shortage of guidance services and infrastructure limitations, the evaluation of theimplementation of the counseling is done monthly, semester and yearly. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether the management of Civics learning can improve the ability of children's understanding of Pancasila values. This study is a classroom action research. The stages to be carried out in this study include: Planning, Acting, Observing, and Reflecting. This research was conducted in SMKN 2 Kota Bengkulu. The subjects of this study are students of class XII SMKN 2 Kota Bengkulu. Data were collected through observation, diary, comprehension ability test on Pancasila values. Pancasila values that appear in class XII SMKN 2 Bengkulu City is very good, it is proven enthusiastic students in implementing learning Civics in the class, so as to reflect the norms contained in the values of Pancasila is subjective and very universal

Abstract

The purpose of this was to describe the supervision of the principal in planning learning of islamic religious education teachers and describe the supervision of the school principal in evaluating the learning of islamic religious education teachers. This research is qualitative descriptive study. The main subject in study were principals and teachers. That accounting to four people. Data collection techniques using the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis was done descriptively with the emphasis on trying to answer the questions of a study through formal argumentative way of thinking. The study concluded that the supervision of the principal in the learning plan, implement, and evaluate the islamic religious education teacher at junior high school 24 bengkulu city, has been well implemented regularly and continously.

Abstract

This article was written to describe the construction of school buildings and classrooms in Seluma post- expansion . Research using qualitative descriptive methods . The data collection isdone by observation , interviews and documention research. The results showed that the construction of school buildings and classrooms in the post- expansion Seluma done based onanalysis of community needs . Development using funds provided by local governments and the central government in the form of a special allocation fund (DAK). There are 41 new school construction and more construction of new classrooms in Seluma since 2004. The central government and local governments continue to conduct evaluations and supervition to ensure that the process of construction of school buildings and classrooms run effectively and efficiently .Keywords : building schools and new classrooms , expansion area , Seluma
