Abstract

This study examines the correlation of commitment, professional competence, and achievementmotivation to the work productivity of teachers at state vocational schools in the city of Arga Makmur. Theproductivity of school organizations is largely influenced by teacher work productivity. Teacher work productivityshould be an important concern because high and low teacher work productivity can affect the achievement ofoverall school organizational goals. Using a descriptive correlational quantitative approach, data were collectedthrough surveys, documentation, and questionnaires with teachers at State Vocational Schools in Arga MakmurCity, then analyzed using correlation techniques. The results showed a positive and significant correlation betweencommitment, professional competence, and achievement motivation to work productivity. In addition, the fourvariables together contribute significantly to teacher work productivity. This study emphasizes the importance ofmaintaining and improving commitment, professional competence, and achievement motivation to workproductivity. The findings provide insights for principals, teachers, and aspiring educators.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan secara mendalam manajemen pembelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani, Olahraga, dan Kesehatan (PJOK) dalam meningkatkan hasil pembelajaran di SMA Negeri 1 Seluma. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi langsung, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan pembelajaran dilakukan secara sistematis berdasarkan Kurikulum 2013 dan Kurikulum Merdeka, dengan fokus pada pengembangan holistik siswa. Pengorganisasian pembelajaran dilakukan secara fleksibel dan adaptif dengan melibatkan tim pengembangan kurikulum dan supervisi berkala. Pelaksanaan pembelajaran menekankan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi, integrasi teknologi, serta penggunaan metode interaktif. Evaluasi dilakukan secara kognitif dan psikomotorik dan berdampak positif terhadap pencapaian hasil belajar siswa. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa manajemen pembelajaran PJOK yang baik mampu meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran dan mendorong partisipasi aktif siswa dalam pendidikan jasmani.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the optimization of teacher performance in learning management at SMPN Campursari, Musi Rawas Regency. The optimization in question is the efforts made by principal, the efforts made by teachers and the obstacles faced. This research is a qualitative research using interview, observation, and documentatiton methodes for data collection. The stages of data management start from data collection , data reduction and drawing conclusions. The conclusion of this research is that the principal has made various efforts including routine coaching for teachers both individually and in groups, motivating teachers to continue learning, conducting academic supervision. penelitian ini efforts made by teachers include sel-learning, attending training, being avtive in MGMP and participating in the driving teacher program

Abstract

This study aims to (1) describe digital-based school planning, (2) describe digital-based school organization, (3) describe digital-based school implementation, (4) describe digital-based school supervision. (5) Describing the inhibiting factors of digital-based school management. Descriptive qualitative research method, the instruments used in this research are interview guidelines, and observation sheets. The results of digital-based school planning research prepare what is needed in realizing digital schools. Digital-based organization forms a team that runs activities by coordinating through the website. Digital-based school implementation carries out all activities online. School supervision is carried out once a year while monitoring is carried out every activity. School barriers and supporters include inadequate infrastructure and the need to conduct training to improve teachers and students. Keywords: Digital-based, School Management, Online

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of academic supervision conducted by principals in improving the quality of teacher learning at SMP Negeri Terawas, Musi Rawas Regency. The results show that academic supervision planning is carried out systematically and structured, referring to eight main indicators: scheduled supervision, valid and reliable supervision instruments, effective communication, clear policy basis, constructive feedback, follow-up plan, openness, and identification of obstacles. The implementation of academic supervision plays a significant role in encouraging positive changes, including improving teachers' professional attitudes, the quality of lesson planning and implementation, learning evaluation, and a supportive school environment. This supervision also has a direct impact on improving student learning outcomes through adaptive and innovative learning strategies. Despite facing obstacles such as time constraints and schedule flexibility, effective academic supervision is proven to be able to encourage the continuous development of teachers' pedagogical and professional competencies. The implications of this research emphasize the importance of humanistic, collaborative and data-based supervision approaches and the need for integration of academic supervision into school management to create a quality and sustainable education ecosystem.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the Literacy Reading and Writing program at SD Negeri 12 and SD Negeri 15 Bengkulu Tengah using the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) evaluation model. This study employs a qualitative research method using the CIPP model. The background of this research stems from the low reading interest of students, influenced by limited access to books and the impact of digital technology, which has shifted conventional reading habits. The evaluation results indicate that both schools have implemented national literacy policies; however, the implementation at SD Negeri 15 is better due to better resource access and regular supervision. SD Negeri 12 faces limitations in facilities and funding, although it continues to innovate in its literacy program. In terms of input, SD Negeri 15 has better planning and facility support. In the process aspect, its literacy strategies are more diverse and supported by partnerships. In terms of product, the program has improved students' reading habits, though writing skills remain a challenge. Optimizing the program requires facility improvements, teacher training, and strengthened partnerships.

Abstract

Research was conducted to analyze the influence of academic supervision and teamwork on the level of teacher job satisfaction at SMPS Deli Murni Bandar Baru. The research sample was 50 teachers using the total sample. Data collection uses a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses statistical correlation tests using Pearson product moment analysis and regression tests. The research results show that: (1) There is a positive relationship between academic supervision and teacher job satisfaction. (2) There is a positive relationship between teamwork and teacher job satisfaction. (3) There is a joint relationship between academic supervision and teamwork with teacher job satisfaction of 52% at SMPS Deli Murni Bandar Baru

Abstract

Abstract - Change is an inevitability that cannot be avoided, including in the field of education. Various changes driven by technological and scientific disruptions compel special needs schools to innovate and foster a lifelong learning culture as part of continuous improvement efforts. However, there are challenges and obstacles that institutions must face in responding to the uncertainties of changing times. This article aims to examine and describe how SLB Dena Upakara responds to and addresses the challenges of change. This study employs a qualitative approach, with data collected through interviews, direct observations, and document analysis of relevant administrative records. The findings of this research are expected to provide a broader perspective on how special needs schools, as part of special education institutions, adapt to ensure a sustainable process of improving education quality. Abstract

This study to analyze the utilization of Belajar.id accounts in enhancing the quality of Social Studies learning at SMP Negeri 03 Bengkulu Tengah. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed, with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results indicate that the optimal use of Belajar.id accounts significantly improves Social Studies teachers' access to various digital learning resources, strengthens digital learning interactions, and enhances teachers' creativity in designing interactive teaching materials. The novelty of this research lies in the development of practical strategies for utilizing Belajar.id accounts to support Social Studies learning processes at the junior high school level. This study provides practical recommendations for school administrators and Social Studies teachers to optimize the use of Belajar.id accounts in order to improve learning quality in the digital era. Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the Paket C equivalency education program at the Non-Formal Education Unit (Sanggar Kegiatan Belajar - SKB) in Bengkulu City using the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) evaluation model. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques such as interviews, observation, and documentation. The results indicate that, in terms of context, the program is organized to meet the educational needs of the community who do not yet have a high school diploma. Regarding input, it was found that human resources, facilities, and funding are available; however, there are still challenges in utilizing learning technology. The process aspect shows that the program has been carried out in accordance with the guidelines, but student attendance remains a challenge. As for the product, the program has successfully produced graduates who can continue their education to higher levels or enter the workforce. The conclusion of this study emphasizes that, although the Paket C equivalency education program is functioning well, there are several aspects that need improvement to enhance the effectiveness and quality of the program.
