This study aims to analyze the influence of science playing on the development of mathematical logic intelligence in early childhood. This research is a type of experimental research using nonquivalent control group design. This research was conducted at TK Islam Insan Kamil Tuban with research subject of 40 children divided into control group and experiment group. The research data was collected by observation and documentation technique. Data analysis using ANOVA test or F test. The results showed that the science playing has an effect on the development of the mathematical logic intelligence of children. This is evidenced by the difference of mathematical logic result between experimental group that is equal to 70% and control group equal to 58,75%. Furthermore, it is recommended for teachers and institutions of early childhood to apply science play activities as an alternative of learning activities to stimulate the mathematical logic intelligence of children.

This qualitative case study aimed to develop the functional reading and writing skills of mild mentally retarded children through whole word approach and VAKT strategy. The subject in this study was selected through the procedures of subject determination in qualitative research proposed by Sarantakos (1993, in Poerwandari 2005), namely: 1) not directed to the large number of participants but in typical cases according to the specificity of the research problem, 2) not directed to representation in terms of numbers or random events, but to context matches. Based on the above explanation, the researcher then determined the general criteria of the subjects / participants of the study as follows: 1) Subjects were children aged between 6-8 years old who were in kindergarten (group B) or elementary school (first grade or second grade), 2) subjects were children with mild mental retardation who have difficulty in developing functional reading and writing skills. Methods of data collection in this study were conducted through observation, interviews, and informal assessments, as well as documentation of field notes during data mining. Data analysis was performed by comparing the initial condition of the subject before stimulation implemented with the final condition of the subject after the stimulation completed. The results of data analysis indicated that the whole-word approach and VAKT strategy can be applied to develop the early functional reading and writing skills in children with mild mental retardation

One of the external factors that affect the child's interest in learning is the assignment of homework or homework. According to Muijs, et al (2008: 150) "Homework can be defined as an out-of-class activity that is an extension of classroom work". The purpose of this study to determine the effect of methods of assignment to the interests of learning children. To answer the above problems, researchers conducted a quantitative descriptive study. This research was conducted in Group B TK Dharmawanita Gedangan Mojokerto academic year 2016/2017. Subjects in the study amounted to 20 children. Technique of data collection is done through observation, interview and documentation. Observations before the recapitulation treatment were obtained on average, ie 0% of children in the Very High (ST) category, 3.33% of children in the High (T) category, 13.33% of children in Medium (S) category, and 83.33% of children in the Low category (R), on the observation aspect of child's interest, Child's attention in learning and child involvement. Observations after treatment were obtained an average of 35.28% of children belonging to the category Very High (ST), Next to the category High (T) obtained an average of 17.61%. In the Medium category (S), the mean is 20.28%, and for the Low category (R), the average is 26.83%, the observation aspect of the child's interest, the child's attention in learning and the involvement of the child

Introducing sex education in early childhood in the modern era is not such a taboo instead of being forbidden from discussion. Given the widespread sexual abuse and child abuse, this phenomenon should be a concern for all circles. Not only do families and educators participate in addressing the issue but also the wider community has to provide supervision and take account of it. Introducing or giving early childhood understanding about sex that refers to Islamic religious education which is widely discussed by Muslim intellectuals based on such religious sources as theQur'an,Hadith, Ijma and so fourth are part of dealing with the problem of child sexual abuse. On this stand, Sex education is not but such an information about the importance of knowing the name and function of body parts, the understanding of sex differences, the understanding of intimacy or sexual relationship as well as the understanding of the existing values and norms in society related to gender identity and inculcating religious cometment will greatly help children pass through the next stage of age

This study aims to improve the ability of children science Group B RA Roudlotul Mujtahidin Jrambe Village District Dlanggu Mojokerto through Sentra Bahan Alam.Penelitian using quantitative research methods with the type of research is experimental research. This research uses Pre-Experimental Designs research design using One-Group Pre-Test-Post-Test Designs.The value of improvement of the Science Ability of the 26 students who have done the application of learning Material Sentra Nature average score or value increased 13.50. Test Statistics above Asymp value. Sig (2-tailed) is 0, Because the value of Asymp. Sig (2-tailed) is smaller than 0.005 then there is a significant effect of the development of children's Science Skills before and after the application of learning Material Sentra Nature. Judging from the analysis of statistical figures generated through Wilcoxon Test, the result is that the Application of Learning Center of Natural Resources has an effect on increasing the ability of children Science in RA Roudlotul Mujtahidin Jrambe. The goal of this research was to test the effectiveness of using group guidance service with learn to behave game to increase the ability of self adjustment at school. This research was conducted by pre-test post-test one group design. The subject of this research were eight students of 7th graders at MTs Darrul Ma’arif Payaman, with low score of the ability of self adjustment at school. Data analysis technique used in this research was Wilcoxon’s signed rank test. It was found that there was a significant difference between the ability of self adjustment at school score before and after treatment. Based on the Wilcoxon test it was found that T count = 0, N = 8 with 0,05 significant level so T table = 4. It means T count < T table (0<4). So hypothesis of this research was accepted. It can be concluded that group guidance service with learn to behave game was an effective approach to help students to increase the ability of self adjustment at school.

Autism is a lifelong disability that affects a person in social communication, social interaction, dealing with his environment and the imagination of a child who bears autism is like aliving in his own world. Lack of a child's ability to engage in understanding that includes, understands language, plays, and communicates with others. A diagnosis that a child has autism is by referring to ICD-10 (International Clasification of Disease) or using formulation in DSM-IV (Diagnostic Statistical Manual). The types of therapy that can be given to children with autism are behavioral therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, socialization with the aim to eliminate unnatural behavior, biomedical therapy (drugs, vitamins, minerals, food supplements), socialization to regular schools and School of Children with Special Needs. The problem of autistic students that will be faced during school age is Communication Abilities, Social Skills, Behavior Problems, Adaptive Living Skills problem in understanding the world and dificult behavior and emotional problems

Foreign language learning Including Arabic is much more achievable when embedded in early childhood. Given language is habituation. The scope of Arabic learning includes: linguistic elements, composed of grammar ( qawaidul lughoh ) ,vocabulary, pronunciation and spelling ( aswat arabiyah ), language skills, is listening ( istima'), speaking ( kalam ), reading ( qiro'ah ), and writing ( kitabah ) and cultural aspect contained in oral and written text. In Arabic language learning is expected to encourage, guide, develop and nurture the ability of students and grow a positive attitude toward Arabic language both receptive and productive. Especially in learning Arabic for early childhood is the beginning of preparation for children to have knowledge, experience and skills to make children more ready and have a global insight. Considering Arabic is the language of worship, introduction of science, especially the Islamic treasures and has become the culture and civilization of Islam. And the civilization should not be forced.

The principle of early childhood learning is playing while learning and learning while playing. Considering the importance of learning in early childhood that the main focus is to develop and develop all aspects of child development, sometimes parents still do not understand well the stages that are right for children, so it is certain that parents will force everything according to their wishes. This encourages parents to take shortcuts which they consider to be good especially for the good of their children in the future, so it is not surprising that parents include their children to participate in additional activities outside the formal activities that have become their usual routine, these additional activities are more popular with the term learning extra, which in turn is more focused on reading, writing and arithmetic or in short calistung. This study raises the phenomenon of the parents in involving their children in extra calistung learning activities, where the actions taken by these parents are a phenomenon of actions that have specific motives and causes. This research uses a phenomenological qualitative approach. The subjects of this study were children and parents from 2 different institutions, namely institutions in Gresik Selatan District, precisely in Kedamean District and Menganti District, which researchers deliberately took to express and understand the meaning behind the phenomenon of the actions taken by these parents. The instrument in this study is the researcher himself as a direct observer who is also a data collector. The focus of this study is to (1) describe the reasons parents include their children who are sitting in the kindergarten group precisely (ages 4-6 years) in extra calistung learning activities, (2) find out the meaning of extra calistung learning for children Kindergarten (4-6 years) according to the parents' version, and (3) intent that can be discussed on the phenomenon of parents involving kindergarten-aged children (4-6 years) in extra calistung learning activities
