Abstract

Abstrak: Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) merupakan gangguan perkembangan neurobiologis dengan tanda dan gejala yang mulai terjadi pada anak usia 36 bulan mengalami kesulitan memusatkan perhatian, perilaku impulsif, dan hiperaktivitas. Masalah ini tidak dapat diremehkan dan menjadi perhatian karena akan mengganggu masa depannya. Kegiatan ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi masalah perkembangan anak Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) dipemukiman padat penduduk menggunakan alat skrining gangguan pemusatan perhatian dan hiperaktivitas anak (GPPH). Metode PKM ini adalah praktik pemeriksaan perkembangan anak menggunakan alat deteksi gangguan pemusatan perhatian dan hiperaktivitas anak (GPPH) kepada 17 anak pra-sekolah yang dilaksanakan di tempat mitra kamidi wilayah Pekojan, Jakarta Barat, Jakarta Barat. Hasil pemeriksaan alat skrining gangguan pemusatan perhatian dan hiperaktivitas anak (GPPH) ditemukan 5,9% dikategorikan mungkin Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). Penggunaan alat skrining gangguan pemusatan perhatian dan hiperaktivitas anak (GPPH) mudah digunakan dan dapat dilakukan secara rutin oleh mitra karena telah ditetapkan oleh Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia. Pemeriksaan perkembangan sejak dini pada anak pra-sekolah sangat penting untuk mendukung kesejahteraan mereka.Abstract: Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is a neurodevelopmental/neurobiological disorder in children characterised by persistent patterns of difficulty concentrating, impulsive behaviour, and hyperactivity. Signs and symptoms appear in children as young as 36 months. Neurodevelopmental or neurologic disorders in children can be detected at an early age in those living in densely populated areas. This problem cannot be underestimated and is a concern because it will disrupt their future. This activity aims to identify developmental problems in children with attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) in densely populated areas using the Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder Screening Tool. This PKM method involves examining child development using the attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) screening tool for 17 preschool children. This was carried out at our partner, the Rahmat Empati Foundation, in Pondok Empati, West Jakarta. The results of the examination of the attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) screening tool found that 5.9% of children were categorised as possibly having attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). The screening tool for attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) in children is easy to use and can be routinely administered by partners, as it has been approved by the Indonesian Ministry of Health. Early developmental screening in preschool children is crucial for supporting their well-being.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan kualitas jaringan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Vianet Ampana. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode regresi linier berganda. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 97 responden yang dipilih melalui purposive sampling dengan kriteria telah menggunakan layanan Vianet minimal satu bulan. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner berdasarkan indikator kualitas pelayanan dan kualitas jaringan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan dan kualitas jaringan secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000. Secara parsial, kualitas pelayanan memiliki koefisien regresi sebesar 0,152, sedangkan kualitas jaringan sebesar 0,281, sehingga kualitas jaringan menjadi variabel yang lebih dominan memengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan. Nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,445 menunjukkan bahwa 44,5% variasi kepuasan pelanggan dapat dijelaskan oleh kedua variabel tersebut. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya peningkatan kualitas pelayanan dan kualitas jaringan untuk meningkatkan kepuasan serta loyalitas pelanggan Vianet Ampana. Abstract: This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality and network quality on Vianet Ampana customer satisfaction. The study used a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression methods. The research sample consisted of 97 respondents selected through purposive sampling with the criteria of having used Vianet services for at least one month. Data were collected using a questionnaire based on indicators of service quality and network quality. The results showed that service quality and network quality simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction with a significance value of 0.000. Partially, service quality had a regression coefficient of 0.152, while network quality was 0.281, making network quality a more dominant variable influencing customer satisfaction. The Adjusted R Square value of 0.445 indicated that 44.5% of the variation in customer satisfaction could be explained by these two variables. This finding emphasizes the importance of improving service quality and network quality to increase Vianet Ampana customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Abstract

Abstrak: Transformasi ekonomi digital menjadi kebutuhan penting dalam meningkatkan kapasitas organisasi mahasiswa di era digital saat ini. Organisasi mahasiswa Ikatan Mahasiswa Muhammadiyah (IMM) Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Muhammadiyah Sidenreng Rappang memiliki potensi dalam mengembangkan kegiatan kewirausahaan berbasis digital, namun masih menghadapi keterbatasan dalam pemanfaatan media sosial sebagai sarana ekonomi produktif. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan digital entrepreneurship berbasis media sosial pada organisasi mahasiswa IMM FEB. Metode yang digunakan meliputi analisis kebutuhan, sosialisasi, pelatihan, pendampingan, dan evaluasi kepada 25 peserta. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui pre-test dan post-test serta observasi langsung. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman peserta sebesar 80% dan peningkatan keterampilan pengelolaan media sosial bisnis sebesar 78%. Selain itu, peserta telah mampu membuat akun bisnis dan menghasilkan konten digital sebagai output kegiatan.Abstract: Digital economic transformation has become essential in enhancing the capacity of student organizations in the current digital era. The student organization Ikatan Mahasiswa Muhammadiyah (IMM) of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Muhammadiyah Sidenreng Rappang, has potential in developing digital-based entrepreneurship activities, but still faces limitations in utilizing social media as a productive economic tool. This community service activity aims to improve understanding and skills in social media-based digital entrepreneurship among IMM students. The methods used include needs analysis, socialization, training, mentoring, and evaluation involving 25 participants. Evaluation was conducted through pre-test and post-test as well as direct observation. The results show an increase in participants' understanding by 80% and improvement in social media business management skills by 78%. In addition, participants were able to create business accounts and produce digital content as outputs of the activity.

Abstract

Abstrak: Varietas padi Cisokan Kubang merupakan komoditas unggulan daerah Nagari Kubang yang memiliki potensi ekonomi tinggi, namun pemanfaatan teknologi digital oleh petani masih terbatas, terutama dalam akses informasi pertanian, pemasaran, dan pengelolaan usaha tani secara modern. Harga komoditas pertanian yang cenderung fluktuatif, keterbatasan akses ke pasar yang lebih luas juga menjadi kendala, di mana hasil pertanian hanya dipasarkan di sekitar daerah tanpa ada pengembangan distribusi yang lebih besar. Tujuan dilakukannya pengabdian ini yaitu meningkatkan literasi digital, kemampuan branding dan pemasaran produk secara online melalui sosialisasi dan pelatihan kepada kelompok tani yang terdiri dari 10 anggota dalam meningkatkan produktivitas hasil komoditas unggulan daerah. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi pelatihan penggunaan smartphone secara efektif, pemanfaatan internet untuk memperoleh informasi pertanian, pembuatan konten promosi digital, serta pengenalan marketplace dan media sosial sebagai sarana pemasaran. Evaluasi dilakukan menggunakan angket dan wawancara pasca kegiatan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan petani menggunakan literasi digital untuk meningkatkan produktivitas sebesar 85%. Program ini menunjukan peningkatan kemampuan kelompok tani dalam menerapkan teknologi digital.Abstract: The Cisokan Kubang rice variety is a superior commodity in the Kubang Nagari region with high economic potential. However, farmers' use of digital technology is still limited, especially in accessing agricultural information, marketing, and modern farming management. Fluctuating agricultural commodity prices and limited access to wider markets are also obstacles, where agricultural products are only marketed within the surrounding area without any development of wider distribution. The purpose of this community service is to improve digital literacy, branding skills, and online product marketing through outreach and training for farmer groups consisting of 10 members in increasing the productivity of the region's superior commodities. Implementation methods include training in effective smartphone use, utilizing the internet to obtain agricultural information, creating digital promotional content, and introducing marketplaces and social media as marketing tools. Evaluation was conducted using questionnaires and post-activity interviews. The results of the activity showed an increase in farmers' knowledge and skills in using digital literacy to increase productivity by 85%. This program demonstrated an increase in the ability of farmer groups to apply digital technology.

Abstract

Abstrak: Seiring meningkatnya aktivitas masyarakat di Kota Surabaya, UMKM jasa laundry turut berkembang, namun UMKM Laundry masih menghadapi kendala pengelolaan karena administrasi keuangan belum terstandarisasi, pencatatan transaksi masih manual serta sistem pembayaran yang belum terintegrasi. Kegiatan pemberdayaan masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan hardskill dan softskill mitra dalam pengelolaan jasa laundry menggunakan sisetm aplikasi. Program pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif aktif berdasarkan kebutuhan mitra dalam hal ini subjek (Participatory Action Research) yang dikombinasikan dengan metode diskusi interaktif dan pendampingan teknis di UMKM Gea Laundry di Surabaya. Hasil suvei kepuasan penggunaan aplikasi terhadap 14 responden yang melibatkan pemilik, pegawai dan pelanggan menyatakan sangat puas sebesar 64%, Puas sebesar 29% dan cukup 7% dalam penggunaan aplikasi. Program ini dapat meningkatkan efisiensi, profesionalisme pengelolaan usaha UMKM laundry untuk menjaga daya saing di tengah kompetisi bisnis yang tajam.Abstract: As community activity in Surabaya continues to increase, MSMEs in the laundry service sector have also grown; however, laundry MSMEs still face management challenges because their financial administration has not been standardized, transaction recording remains manual, and the payment system has not yet been integrated. This community empowerment initiative aims to improve the partner’s hard skills and soft skills in managing laundry services through an application-based system. The program was implemented using an active participatory approach based on the partner’s needs (Participatory Action Research), combined with interactive discussion methods and technical assistance for Gea Laundry MSME in Surabaya. The results of an application user satisfaction survey involving 14 respondents including the owner, employees, and customers showed that 64% were very satisfied, 29% satisfied, and 7% moderately satisfied with the application. Overall, the program can enhance efficiency and professionalism in managing laundry MSMEs, helping them maintain competitiveness amid intense business competition.

Abstract

Abstrak: Transformasi digital pada era Industri 4.0 menuntut peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia yang memiliki literasi teknologi, kemampuan berpikir kritis, serta pemahaman aplikatif lintas disiplin sejak jenjang pendidikan menengah. Namun, pembelajaran sains di tingkat SMA masih cenderung bersifat teoritis dan belum terintegrasi secara kontekstual dengan penerapan teknologi. Kondisi tersebut juga ditemukan pada 32 siswa SMAN 1 Dayeuhkolot yang belum memperoleh pengalaman praktik pembelajaran berbasis teknologi. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan mengimplementasikan pembelajaran berbasis STEM melalui pelatihan Internet of Things (IoT) menggunakan sensor ultrasonik sebagai media pembelajaran sains, dengan sasaran peningkatan hardskill (merakit perangkat IoT, memprogram mikrokontroler, membangun sistem monitoring) maupun softskill (berpikir kritis, pemecahan masalah, dan kerja tim) peserta. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi identifikasi permasalahan, analisis kebutuhan pembelajaran, perancangan modul dan sistem IoT sederhana, pelaksanaan pelatihan melalui pematerian, demonstrasi dan praktik, serta evaluasi menggunakan kuesioner dengan 12 butir pertanyaan yang mencakup tiga aspek penilaian. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan lebih dari 93% peserta menyatakan bahwa pelatihan membantu mereka memahami konsep dasar sains yang dikaitkan dengan aplikasi nyata teknologi IoT. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa integrasi IoT dalam pembelajaran berpotensi meningkatkan pengalaman belajar yang lebih aplikatif dan kontekstual.Abstract: Digital transformation in the industry 4.0 era demands the improvement of human resource quality through technological literacy, critical thinking skills, and interdisciplinary applied understanding starting from secondary education. However, science learning at the senior high school level remains largely theoretical and lacks contextual integration with technological applications. This condition was also identified among 32 students of SMAN 1 Dayeuhkolot, who had not yet experienced technology-based practical learning. This community service program aimed to implement STEM-based learning through Internet of Things (IoT) training using ultrasonic sensors as a science learning medium, targeting the improvement of both hard skills (IoT device assembly, microcontroller programming, and monitoring system development) and softskills (critical thinking, problem-solving, and teamwork). The implementation methods included problem identification, learning needs analysis, module and simple IoT system design, training delivery through lectures, demonstrations, hands and on practice, and evaluation using questionnaire comprising 12 items across three assessment dimensions. The evaluation results showed that more than 93% of participants agreed that the training helped them understand fundamental science concepts linked to real-world IoT applications. These findings indicate that integrating IoT into classroom learning has the potential to enhance more applied and contextual learning experiences.
