Abstract

This study aims to prove the effect of holistic breastfeeding assistance, which includes psychoeducation, oxytocin massage, and mural Al-Qur'an, which can increase milk production through prolactin hormone levels. The research method used in this study was a quick experiment with a pretest and a posttest with a control group design. The results showed that after being given holistic breastfeeding assistance for seven days, there were differences in prolactin hormone levels in the intervention group and the control group. The increase in prolactin hormone levels in the intervention group between before and after treatment occurred by 67.56 (27%). In conclusion, there is a significant relationship between holistic breastfeeding assistance given for 30 minutes every day for seven days to increase milk production and levels of the hormone prolactin. Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of nursing care in post-endoscopic transsphenoidal surgery (ETSS) patients with indications of pituitary adenoma. This research method is a case study in post-ETSS patients with Roy's Adaptation theory approach. This study showed that the patient was free of postoperative complications. The patient could mobilize in stages and went home in a condition that he could walk even with assistance. During treatment, the patient's blood sugar levels were controlled, and signs of dehydration were not found. In conclusion, strict control and good postoperative care can prevent the risk of postoperative complications in patients. Keywords: Roy Adaptation, Pituitary Adenoma, ETSS

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of giving auditory sensory stimulation to changes in the Glasgow coma scale (GCS) value in patients with impaired consciousness. The research design used was a quasi-experimental group pre-test and post-test design. The results of the univariate analysis found that before the auditory sensory stimulation intervention was given, the majority of 12 respondents (40%) were at the level of stupor awareness. After the intervention, most respondents, eight people (26.7%), were at the somnolence level of understanding. The bivariate analysis results showed that the p-value for intervention was (0.002). In conclusion, there is an effect of auditory sensory stimulation on changes in the GCS value of patients with decreased consciousness. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of deep breathing relaxation therapy with a combination of Asmaul Husna dhikr on reducing blood pressure in hypertensive patients. The research design used a quasi-experimental design with a pre-test and post-test control group design. The results of the study found that in the treatment group the blood pressure before the 1st day of intervention was 140/90 mmHg. Meanwhile, the median blood pressure before the 2nd day of intervention was 145/90 mmHg. Systolic blood pressure after being given the 10-minute treatment group intervention found that the median blood pressure after the 1st day of intervention was 130/80 mmHg. Meanwhile, the median blood pressure after the 2nd day of intervention was 135/80 mmHg. The results of the analysis of the treatment group obtained a p-value <0.05 and in the control group >0.05. In conclusion, there is an effect of deep breathing relaxation techniques with a combination of Asmaul Husna dhikr on reducing blood pressure. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of giving the Gemas application on stunting prevention on the knowledge and attitudes of pregnant women. The method used is experimental with a control group pretest and posttest design. The results showed that there were changes in the knowledge and attitudes of respondents in the significant category where the significance value was <α (0.05) so that it could be interpreted that statistically, there were differences in the importance of knowledge and attitudes of pregnant women before and after treatment in both the intervention and control groups. In conclusion, efforts to increase knowledge and attitudes can be carried out using smartphone-based media because it is more practical and easily accessible, and almost everyone currently has these devices. Abstract

This study aims to provide an overview of the application of Roy's adaptation model to children who experience skin integrity damage in the form of diaper rash. The research method used was a case study on five pediatric patients. Based on Roy's adaptation model, nursing care begins with a behavioral assessment of physiology, self-concept, role function, and interdependence. The evaluation is continued with a stimulus assessment consisting of focal, contextual, and residual stimuli. After obtaining data based on the review, the authors formulate nursing problems that arise based on whether the child's response is adaptive or ineffective. Nursing interventions and evaluations are based on the Indonesian Nursing Diagnosis Standards (IDHS) nursing care. The results showed that Roy's adaptation model was recommended for providing nursing care to children with damaged skin integrity through diaper rash. In conclusion, nursing care using the Roy adaptation model can be implemented in pediatric patients with problems with impaired skin integrity in the form of diaper rash.
