Abstract

This study aims to systematically evaluate the results of studies assessing the effectiveness of the Buerger Allen Exercise (BAE) in improving circulation and peripheral sensory status in patients with Diabetes Mellitus (DM). The method used is a systematic review in which researchers carry out a comprehensive and systematic search based on PRISMA's recommendations for research articles using randomized controlled trial (RCT) methods, quasi-experiments, and cohorts using the keywords "diabetes," "Buerger Allen, "perfusion," "neuropathy," and related MeSH terms published in international journals over the last five years. The results showed that of the nine articles included, six proved the effectiveness of BAE in improving peripheral circulation, two reports showed their effectiveness in improving peripheral neurosensory, and one other showed the efficacy of BAE in improving peripheral circulation and neurosensory. In conclusion, BAE can significantly improve DM patients' circulation and peripheral sensory status. Abstract

This study aims to determine what factors influence the implementation of triage in the Emergency Unit. This research method uses a literature review conducted with PRISMA guidance and electronic databases, namely Google Scholar, Pubmed, and Science Direct, with the keywords "Accuracy, " "Affecting, " "Decision Making, " "Emergency Department, "AND " Triage." The results obtained were 12 full-text articles, using Indonesian and English, and publications in the 2020 - 2023 range. The results of a literature review of the reviewed articles found that four factors had the most significant influence on the implementation of triage in the Emergency Unit: aspects of workload, motivation, work experience, and knowledge of nurses in the Emergency Unit. In conclusion, the accuracy of triage implementation is essential in determining patient care priorities based on the level of emergency so that it does not cause death or disability in patients. Abstract

This study aims to explore the relationship between self-stigma and expectations in schizophrenic patients. The method used is scoping review with a descriptive approach. The results showed a significant relationship between self-stigma and expectations in schizophrenic patients. Negative self-stigma causes schizophrenic patients to lose self-confidence and low expectations while recovering from symptoms of schizophrenic patients. Low negative self-stigma leads to high levels of expectation in schizophrenic patients. So nurses have an essential role in reducing negative self-stigma in schizophrenic patients. In conclusion, there is a relationship between self-stigma and expectations in schizophrenic patients. Internal and external factors influence self-stigma. So support from the family is essential in building a positive self-stigma against schizophrenic patients. Keywords: Hope, Schizophrenia, Self-Stigma
