Abstract, This research aimed to analyze the level of visitor satisfaction when seen from the quality of service that earned the visitors with five determinants of quality of service as a benchmark the quality of service. The population in this research is that people who have been to the Library and Archives of South Kalimantan Province in 2014, samples were taken with a non-probability sampling method as many as 100 visitors. Further analysis of data using analysis techniques IPA (Importance-Performance Analysis). The results showed that the overall expectations of library visitors Library and Archives of South Kalimantan Province have not been met.

Abstract, This research aimed to analyze the influence of Capital Adequacy Ratio, Loan to Deposit Ratio, Operating Expenses and Operating Income Compared Net Interest Margin Of Return On Assets On Commercial Banks Listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research data is in the form of bank financial statements Indonesian Capital Market Directory (ICMD) are published in the Indonesia Stock Exchange as of December 31 period 2008 - 2012. This research method is descriptive method of research that seeks to describe an event or events that occur in the present , Analysis model is intended to describe the relationship between the dominant variables can affect the performance of commercial banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in determining the positive and negative banking performance. The results showed that simultaneous variables CAR, LDR, ROA and NIM significant effect on ROA. Variable CAR and LDR partially no significant effect on ROA.

Abstract, The purpose of the research is to uncover the influence of consumer’s orientation, competitors and external environment toward the performance of UMKM (Community’s Small and Intermediate Business) in Banjarbaru both simultaneously and partial. This research was conducted with the object of SMEs (small and micro enterprises) in the city of Banjarmasin and Banjarbaru. This research finds that the external environmental variable possesses t quantification as many as 7.933 compared to t table of 2.677 which results t quantification > t table, hence concludes that consumer’s orientation variable has significant influence on the performance of UKM in Banjarmasin and Banjarbaru. The consumer’s orientation variable has t quantification of 1.560 compared to t table of 2.677 which results t quantification > t table, hence concludes that consumer’s orientation variable possesses insignificant influence on the performance of UKM’s marketing in Banjarmasin and Banjarbaru. Whereas competitors variable has t quantifications of 4.208 compared to t table of 2.677 which results t quantification > t table, hence concludes that competitors variable possesses significant influence on UKM’s marketing in Banjarmasin and Banjarbaru. The most dominant variable on the performance of UKM’s marketing performance in Banjarmasin and Banjarbaru is external environment variable because having the biggest t quantification of 7.933.

Abstract, This study aims to prove empirically the influence of learning motivation, learning achievement, socioeconomic status of parents and the environment of peers against the interests of private SMK students in Banjarmasin to continue education to S1 Accounting. The population in this study amounted to 206 students class XII accounting consisting of: SMK BINA BANUA, SMK MAESTRO, SMK NU, and SMK Muhammadiyah I. This study used primary data by distributing questionnaires to respondents (students) with the help of SPPS test tool version 16.00. The results of this study indicate that H1 is accepted because the motivation to learn can improve financial ability and become one of the decisions of a person to achieve higher formal education and gain direct or indirect award. While H2, H3, and H4 are not accepted because some students think they are able to perform and improve their ability to continue to college with the existing skill competencies for education expenses can be either government or corporate scholarships. They can get information about higher education not from friends but direct experience from family. The conclusion in this research is partially only H1 which influence to student's interest to continue to college S1 Accounting while H2, H3, and H4 have no effect. Simultaneously H5 effect on student interest to continue education to college S1 accounting.

Abstract, This research aims to prove empirically whether ROA, DER and PER effect on stock returns in the consumer goods industry firms in Indonesia Stock Exchange Period 2010-2015. This research method using quantitative methods. The population in this study is the industrial consumer goods company in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2010-2015 amounted to 31 companies. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling. Samples were selected as many as 17 companies. Hypothesis testing results partially explain the ROA, DER and PER no effect on stock returns in the consumer goods industry firms in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2010 - 2015. The results of hypothesis testing simultaneously explaining ROA, DER and PER no effect on stock returns in the consumer goods firms industry in Indonesia Stock Exchange Period 2010-2015.

Abstract, This research aims to prove the effect of understanding tax regulation and taxpayer awareness to the taxpayer's compliance of Fa Client's Agency. HLP Consultant. Population in this research is all Taxpayer Agency which become client at Fa. HLP Consultant amounts to 452 corporate taxpayers. The number of samples taken using the rule of thumb as many as 100 corporate taxpayers. The results prove the understanding of tax rules partially affect the compliance of Taxpayers, Taxpayer Consciousness partially influence the compliance of Taxpayers, and Understanding tax regulations and awareness of Taxpayers simultaneously affect the compliance of Taxpayers.

Abstract, This purpose of this study was to found whether effect Return On Asset (ROA) dan Tobin’s Q against the Trading Volume Activity (TVA) within mining company which registered in Indonesia Stock Echange listed from 2011 to 2014, because 4 (four) consecutive years mining companies in Indonesia experience fluctuation. The sample drawn by purposive sampling and fulfill sample selection criteria. Method of data analysis using multiple linear regression. The result of research partially Return On Asset (ROA) ROA has no effect on Trading Volume Activity (TVA) and Tobin's Q effect on Trading Volume Activity (TVA), simultaneously states that ROA and Tobin's Q variables affect Trading Volume Activity (TVA). While R square Return On Asset (ROA) and Tobin's Q influence on Trading Volume Activity (TVA) only 41% only and the rest influenced by variable or other factors.

Abstract, This reseach aims to analyze the quality of services measured by reliability, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, emphaty, tangibles at the maternal and child hospital of annisa banjarmasin. The research method used is descriptive method. The population of this study is all inpatients at the Maternal and Annisa Special Hospital in 2016 which amounted to 960 people. Samples taken are as many as 100 people. The conclusions of this study are the services that should be improved on the services of reliability ie doctors, nurses and hospital personnel must arrive on time, especially the schedule of doctor's arrival that does not change so that does not make patients wait. Aspects of responsiveness ie doctors should give longer time to consult and explain in detail the treatment solution that will be given to the patient. Aspect tangibles the hospital should pay attention to the location of the parking for comfort and safety of patients and families.

Abstract, This research aims to examine the effect of work discipline on employee performance at PT Trio Motor Honda Warehouse Banjarmasin. Subjects in this study were as many as 40 people. According to Arikunto (1998; 120) that "If the subject is less than 100, better taken all, so the research is a population study." So the sample of this research amounted to 40 people. Collecting technique is done by means of data collection techniques used by the author in this study is by way of observation, questionnaires, interviews, documentation. The results of this research indicate that the results of simple linear regression test showed that the discipline variable has a significant influence on the performance of the employees of the Logistics Division at PT Trio Motor Honda Warehouse Banjarmasin with the probability value of 0.045 variable (smaller than 0.05) The regression coefficient shows a positive value of 0.178 which can be interpreted a positive influence between discipline on the performance of employees in the Division of Logistics PT Trio Motor Honda Warehouse Banjarmasin and based on the coefficient of determination showed that the discipline affect the performance of 10.4% .The remaining 89.6% influenced by other variables or other factors such as work motivation, compensation, and others.

Abstract, Organizational culture is usually always applied by an institution is a matter that continues to be done in a sustainable both in terms of departmentalization and division of labor. In carrying out its activities STIMI adheres to an organization, which means it is a functional institution or group. For every organization the process of organizing is an effort to determine the work to be done to achieve organizational goals, the proper division of labor, and the establishment of mechanisms to coordinate activities and skills in the functions within the organization. From the organizing function appears an organizational structure that shows the flow of interaction within the organizationi. Based on the description of the background of the problem, then the formulation of the proposed problem is: Is there any influence of Organizational Culture on Lecturer Performance at STIMI Banjarmasin. Research purposes to know the influence of Organizational Culture to Lecturer Performance at STIMI Banjamasin. Research Benefits: a) Research is expected to contribute thoughts or inputs STIMI Banjarmasin to taking a policy to improve Lecturer's performance. b) See how the theory of the research findings are expected to guide and serve the repertoire of literature in improving the performance of lecturers based on their organizational culture.
