Abstract

Abstract, This research aims to examine the effect of the implementation of Corporate Governance Index (CGI) on corporate value and company growth. The population in this research are all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2016. Sampling research using purposive sampling method. The independent variable in this research is the application of Corporate Governance Index (CGI) Siagian et.al (2013) and the dependent variable of this research is the company value measured by price to book value Siagian et.al (2013) and the growth of the company is measured by asset growth Kustono (2009). The results of the research found evidence that the implementation of Corporate Governance Index (CGI) has a significant effect on firm value. The implementation of Corporate Governance Index (CGI) has no significant effect on company growth.

Abstract

Abstract, The evaluation of trust and service value can build positive perception in an effort to give satisfaction to the customers. Trust and Service value in these cases are the parts of key factors in building long-term relationships and can be used as sources of competitive advantage for educational institutions and skills in maintaining and attracting learners. The purposes of this research were to determine and analyze the influences of trust and service value to satisfaction of students at the Educational Institutions and Skills Kharisma Banjarmasin. By using purposive sampling method, there are 34 samples of respondents from the entire population of students in LPK Kharisma. The analysis technique used is the Multiple Linear Regression. The results showed that there is not correlation between trust to satisfaction, but there is a positive and significant correlation between service value to the satisfaction of learners.

Abstract

Abstract, The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship of service quality consisting of five dimensions, namely (Empahty, Responsiveness, Reliability, Assurance, Tangible) with customer satisfaction analyze dimension which has the strongest relationship with customer satisfaction KFC post office in Banjarmasin and to analyze level of conformity. The results of this study provide an important conclusion that the five dimensions of service quality (Empahty, Responsiveness, Reliability, Assurance, Tangible) have significant relationship to KFC customer satisfaction, among the five dimensions of service quality, reliability dimension has the strongest relationship with customer satisfaction. The level of customer satisfaction on the service quality that has been given by KFC post office in Banjarmasin is still low so that necessary improvements on dimensions that are still not in accordance with the level of interest of service users so that the user service satisfaction can we achieve maximally.

Abstract

Abstract, This analysis aims to (1) describe how Canvas Business Model can be applied to a new fotography business, (2) choice what business strategies needed to be applied to achieve the vision, mission and the objective of this business, (3) examine its fianacial feasibility. The sales data used is the projection data as a result of market opportunity analys for the next five years. Pricing Method used is murkup (markon), with taking into account the future economic conditions and the profit to be earned. The business financial feasibility is measured with Net Present Value (NPV), Payback Period, and Profitability Indexmethods. The result shows that the Canvas Busines Model can be applied to this business. The Net profit in 2018 is projected Rp.217.870.000, andit will increase to Rp 961.845.000 in the yaer of 2021, with average growth of 46 % per year. However this must be supported by an appropriate marketing strategy, i.e. product, price, promotion, and place/distrubtion strategies. From the point of view of Present Value, PayBack Period, anf Profitability Index, it is obvious that this business is feasible. The NPV is positive Rp 1.602.687.876. The PI is (11.85) >1. The Pay Back Period is only six (7) months.

Abstract

Abstract, The purpose of this study was to analyze the service relationship with customer satisfaction of PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Pangeran Antasari Banjarmasin Branch Office (KCP). The method used in this research is analytical method, with a sample of 100 people, the sampling method uses Accidental Sampling. The results of the analysis using multiple logistic regression obtained p value 0.000 < 0.05 so it can be concluded that there is a relationship between service quality and customer satisfaction at PT BNI's branch office Pangeran Antasari Banjarmasin

Abstract

Abstract, This study aimed to give empirical evidences about the effect of system and information quality to user satification of AP2DT PT PLN Persero, Tbk in Barabai Area. The independent variable was system quality and information quality. The dependent variable was user satisfication. The population in this study was 150 employees of PT PLN Persero, Tbk in Barabai Area. The data collected from the output of questionnaires which gived to the respondents. The samples technique used purposive sampling with 38 employees as respondent. The study gived empirical evidences that system quality and information quality had effect to user satification.

Abstract

Abstract, This research was conducted to determine the lending policy applied by banks - state-owned banks in the city of Banjarmasin, by using the 5C (Character, Capcity, Capital, Colletral and Condition) principle in accordance with the provisions of Bank Indonesia in relation to customer eligibility in obtaining credit. The method used in this study is secondary data that is processed and analyzed qualitatively qualitative. Where in this study the subject of the study was all state-owned banks in Banjarmasin city, namely 4 banks. The conclusions of this study is the analysis of lending policies in each state-owned bank in the city of Banjarmasin is good in accordance with banking policies that apply the principle of 5C and the principle of prudence in lending, management of non-performing loans and policies on rescue and settlement of credit.

Abstract

Abstract, The purpose of this study was to analyze the business income of palm sugar in Tanjung Seloka Utara Village, Pulau Laut Selatan Subdistrict, Kotabaru Regency. The type of research used is quantitative descriptive, with sampling using purposive sampling. The results of this study indicate that the palm sugar business has a R / C value of more than 1, this indicates that every Rp. 1, - the costs incurred by each business owner were able to give a refund in the form of revenue of Rp.9.8, - for Mr. H. Samad, while Mr. Suburi amounted to Rp. 62.96, - and Mrs. Suharni for Rp. 1.84, - as for Mrs. Santi Rp. 24.75, -. This means that the total revenue is still greater than the total production costs, and the palm sugar business activities are still experiencing profits.

Abstract

Abstract, The purpose of this study is to prove empirically whether there is an effect of perceived ease, usefulness, risk and trust in the interests of customers using internet banking at PT Bank Bukopin, Tbk Banjarmasin. The sampling technique uses incident sampling, by distributing questionnaires to customers who incidentally meet with researchers as many as 73 respondents who use internet banking in November and December 2017. Processing with the help of SPSS version 16 test equipment. The results showed that perceptions of usefulness affect the interests of customers using internet banking, this is because customers assume that using internet banking has benefits so that customers are interested in using the internet banking. While perceptions of ease, risk and trust do not affect the interests of customers to use bankint's internet, this is because customers feel that it is not easy and less understandable to use internet banking, then customers feel that using internet banking has no risk and can provide good information for customers, and there is a sense of customer concern in using internet banking so that customers do not trust to use the internet banking.

Abstract

Abstract, The purpose of this study was to determine whether the independent variables consisting of Culture (X1), Social (X2), Personal (X3), Psychological (X4) simultaneously or partially affect the purchasing decision (Y) of Samsung smartphone consumers and find out the most dominant in influencing purchasing decisions. The research method used in this research is quantitative descriptive method. The study population was students of STIE National Banjarmasin as many as 1,124 people and a sample of research using Samsung smartphones was taken as many as 92 respondents. The results of this study found that the variables Culture (X1), Social (X2), Personal (X3), Psychological (X4) together (simultaneously) had an influence on the Purchase Decision (Y) of Samsung smartphones. Then from the four independent variables, only Psychological variables (X4) have a significant partial effect on Samsung smartphone Purchasing Decisions (Y), while Culture (X1), Social (X2), Personal (X3) have no significant partial effect on Purchase Decisions (Y) Samsung smartphone.
